👍 This hotel has excellent facilities. The employees are very nice and the olympic pool is a great place to do laps.
Actually I can’t give my fair judgment because I couldn’t see all the resort due to my other unexpectedmitment.
The morning meal was the only acceptable service rendered.
convenient resort with good facilities forfortable stay for family. It has great pools and beautiful park. The living space options are great offering rooms, suits or villas. The morning meal has good wide selections. Thanks to Danat and its staff.

Nice place with a touch of nature. Swimming pool and other facilities. Large rooms, free of cost wireless , friendly staff. Good rate at the time of our booking.
The best thing about the hotel is the surrounding and the swimming pool.
Location and pool was excellent Greenery and entire landscape well maintained. Very lavish morning meal and night program was also well organized
the bed and pillows are sofy and my 2 children enjoyed the pool. the ambiance and facility of the hotel are very good. From reception staff, to pool employees and morning meal in Arabesque restaurant- I must say all employees are cery friendly. The dilipina reception whom I forgot to remember the name was so hosting and had a veru good amile while checking in and out. The pool Filipino attendant help my kids to get a floater even not requesting of it- he was so attentive and friendly. The manager in arabesque name mr. Ali have made a balloon for my youngest and really like for the extra effort and attention he gave to our family.
Quite Pleasant stayWe got upgraded to spacious Executive Villa . Shahnawaz from reception was very helpful and friendly.
The morning meal and dinner was good also stuff was so friendly and polite. There were 3 pools which were all clean . The location was acceptable . totally we enjoyed of our stay .
Veryfortable beds. We had suites and free of cost upgrade was most wee. McGettigans, and the pools were great.
Since the hotel is old rooms are bigger ., we stayed in Villa ., it was soo spacious., with kitchen furnished with refrigerator, electric stove and microwave.. no utensils though .. gotta pack utensils incase if there is a plan for cooking . Parking in front of villa is a wonderful option. Kids pool is really good which implies that kids will be having a wonderful time there . Food is acceptable but less choices. Fast check out.
Lovely food and beautiful pools
All facilities extreamly for kids. employees so kind and helpful
Booked twin bed but i was given living space i guess within the apartment near the garden. Collegue at the reception were very hostile not amodative. They dint even want to listen to out request although housekeeping were really first to attend to our request.
Breakfast was great. location is good and the living space was veryfortable and clean. We had fun within the pool too! It was a great value for the cash in these aspects.
The facilities are good extreamly the pool but it is again badly maintained and you could see algae within the pool.
Valuepared with t
👎 It was all good. Some of the furniture within the living space is getting a bit dinged but that doesn t bother me.
The internet network was horrible and was below expectation which reminded me my old internet network before 5 years.
The loud music till late night which prevented us from sleeping, the unacceptable ignorance of the waiters at the pool bar at the restaurant, the wireless connection speed like the 80 s, and the TOP of the worst is the menu of the pretended italian restaurant which is simply ridiculous whit so many mistakes.
Got there and everything was fine. Got upstairs to the living space to find some of the plug sockets hanging off the walls and the ones that were attached didn’t work. We paid for half board so we had dinner and morning meal included but dinner only catered for Indian or Thai. Shocking that they didn’t have any other options. And then coffee you had to pay extra for?????? The food gave us bad tummy’s afterwards too. We went to bed around 10pm, but the music downstairs outside kept us up for hours. Shocking that the rooms can’t keep the sounds out as our evening gets worse from the noise. After the music stopped, our living space was placed within the middle of two families no idea why as it would have been better to place us somewhere else and let the families be together. The families spent hours knocking on each other’s doors, running backwards and forwards, screaming, laughing, tv blaring, kids crying. We contacted reception and they did nothing about this. I even went out into the corridor and asked them to quieten down, twice. But they didn’t. Then as hours past, we were still not getting to sleep so around 3AM, my husband went downstairs to get security reception to take it more seriously. They came up and asked the families to be quiet, but after a few minutes they just carried on. When it was a more reasonable time, we got up and checked out. It was a joke. When reception asked us how our stay was, we explained and her reply was well you should have told us at the time.... WE DID! She then said sorry. Well sorry is not going to give me my whole nights sleep back is it and sorry is also not going to give me my £125 that it cost to stay there for the worst hotel stay I’ve evere across. I will not be rmending to anyone. Definitely not worth the time or the cash it took to get there and to spend the night there.
Hotel all ok. Price may be on high side once the different taxes are added -- unto 25.
Room was given late to us, Staff lack professionalism and cannot handle the customer query except saying sorry for all questions.
Service was bad, rooms are very old, we have requested a baby cot and they said they will provide during the check in but we did not get it.. I don’t rmend it for any person With same price you can get better hotel
The Swimming pools were too much dirty. Check in took half hour time. Staff forget where the luggage was kept. Manager of the hotel was rude and did not want to listen. Ignoring some people and giving extra attention to some people. We went on Friday. There was long queue at check in. Hotel employees was not able to handle properly. Worst thing is the swimming pools had black particles all over. They were filthy. This hotel is not rmended.
They could improve on a few things. Toothbrush should have been standard in each living space and a razor at least. With our stay they was no toothbrush or toothpaste and no razor
