👍 A great place to stay with small children. The children s facilities and grown-up facilities are in close proximity so it is very easy to organise you day and keep everbody happy. All the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The swimming and spa facilities were exceptional. Very quiet and the spa main resort building was so close to the apartment. The employees was very nice and helpful with the information. Staff is exceptional! Everyone at the front work area went above and beyond to assist our family after being robbed on the drive to the hotel. Prepped the living space with extra toiletries, printed documents for us and made copies of police reports. The 2 and 3 bedroom duplex suites were spacious, clean, fortable and well-equipped. The view from the balcony was also lovely. Clean, soft towels and sheets. Large bathroom! The front work area receptionist was helpful and really nice. The living space was well equipped, the view from the balcony was amazing over the lovely mountains. The open-air pool was fantastic- a lovely infinity pool. Loads of sun loungers. We had one meal within the sports bar - the food was lovely. The location was great - about Eight-10 minute drive into Andorra La Vella - with great shops and restaurants. We got a taxi into the centre - €7 8 each way. The hotel employees were really helpful and polite - we had a great stay and would definitely stay again! The beds are superfortable Was an excellent choice forfort staying, easy to go to city main center and back anytime, my family enjoyed the aqua spa and aqua pool lots.. There were a lot of facilities and a big sports programme with good professional trainers. Very good dinner and breakfast, big living space mountain style with present days baths Place is great. The SPA is highly enjoyable, and the restaurant within the SPA, even when it s a little pricey, is very good. The rooms arefortable and the heating works perfectly. We ve stayed at this property many times, and we think about returning within the future for sure. Its great. Amodations are very good, as is the infrastructure, which I didn’t use. asked to change the room, and the employees was very friendly and attended our request. The spa indoor pool area is very close by. An area for kids. Structure had 2 faces, all good when little people were present, impossible when more came for parties and or weekend. We found ourselves with no parking space and having long wait times at the restaurant and check out, sad because everything else was impressive: panorama, kids play room, spa. - fitness center facilities, classes and indoor pool - healthy club food menu - the teddy in baby’s crib - location Apartment was clean, bed prettyfortable, access to carpark in garage underneath property. The view. Good for children. Very friendly staff Nice hotel with very good variety of services. Location nice. Free parking at parking hall was nice even the places very quite small. Spa was small but nice. Gym and service there was good. View from the hotel was breathtaking. The rooms were pretty good for the four of us We loved the play area for the children and the camera to monitor while having a drink or eating a snack while they played. Very convenient. The pool was wonderful too Suite was very specious with a nice view of the mountains, beds werefy, food was tasty, all employees was very attentive and well informed. It is nice to have a shuttl

👎The choice of food available for living space service could have been a bit more extensive - but this is only a smallplaint. Kitchenware is mostly there but no cutting board and no peeler. We survived without them. Spa area requires flip flops and swim cap which is not mentioned anywhere in their website. We could have taken them not had to to buy them if we had known. I absolutely was annoyed by that. Other than that, I do rmend this place for people who wants swim spa service. If you want to be just outside the city centre and be close the nature hiking place, there are other places that are much quieter with a better view. The property is a bit dated and could use a fresh coat of paint and maintenance, extreamly within themon areas like hallways and elevator bays. The morning meal was also underwhelming, extreamly on our first morning there. The pool facilities are nice and cater more toward adults and not so much for kids. If you are looking for a fun family pool, this may not be what you re looking for. There is a small children s pool at the entrance of the pool area, but kids are not allowed to jump in anywhere within the pool, and there are no slides, diving boards etc. I can only speak for the indoor pool as it was too cold for open-air swimming. Also, the shower facilities at the pool were not up to standard. There was mold all over the ceiling of each of the three shower stalls and only one shower had hot water on the day we were there. The fitness center receptionist was uninterested and less interested. We could get swimming caps and couldn’t use the pool. Speaking of, the pool rules are very strict and confusing. The car parking was a bit tight - I d advise a small-ish car if hiring one. The hotel is within the procedure of building new parking - I expect this will make it much easier to park A kettle within the living space would have been great - we missed a cup of tea! Our apartment was too far from the pool, spa, restaurant... we had to take 3 elevators and walk by the street to arrive to the childs zone or spa. The morning meal was expensive.. The employees spoke only basic English. You have to make a way around from the living space to the skimming pool, it would be easier if they opened the door. Too many elevators to reach the living space due to different levels, the resort is within the mountains There are 2 things that prevented our stay from being perfect: One was the wireless , which still isn t great, it asks you for login each time, so you need to walk around with the little ticket that has login details. This has been like this for at least 4 years, I can t believe they can t fix it. The other one is that you need to pay 1 EUR to leave your things at the lockers within the SPA. Usually we don t have coins, so we either have to leave our stuff unsecured, or take it with us to the pool, but if you do this, the people at the pool will bark at you saying that it s not allowed. They should offer an option to use a locker where you can put your own padlock. Also the passage between the pool and the changing living space is very cold, so you need to be careful, extreamly with little kids. It feels like the hotel has seen better days. Service is polite but sub standard considering price and number of stars. The living space wasn’t especially clean. We never had soap. Had less towels within the living space than the amount of people staying in it... everyday! We washed the dishes provided within the living space to save them the trouble but they were never put away for us
