👍 Rate on high side, morning meal should be included. Chair in living space very ufortable. Put additional bar of soap in shower and use better quality US toilet paper. JOSHUA at main desk at night was terrific. Great location. OMG! The hotel exceeded my expectations. Beautiful, serene, modern, luxurious! Looks exactly like the pictures! The living space was very clean as well as all areas within the hotel that I came in contact with. I’m not usuallyfortable in hotels because I’m not too keen on lodging where so many others have slept. However, I felt as though I was the only one who ever slept there in that particular living space and bed. The bed, sheets and pillows appear clean to the naked eye and were superfy! In other hotels I made it my business to bring my own sheets and pillow case and have even worn flip flops within the shower because I didn’t want my feet to touch any part of it, but I didn’t feel the need to do that at the AC Hotel. Oh, by the way... the rain shower head was divine! The hotel is very trendy and sophisticated, employees very professional and cordial. The hotel sent a shuttle to pick me up from the Buckhead station. However, because I was was not familiar with the area, I exited at the wrong end of the stop and was a little nervous that the driver would not find me. He stayed on the phone with me the entire time and would not give up until he found me. I was in Atlanta for the weekend to celebrate my grandson’s 6th birthday at Lego Land which to my surprise was located in this magnificent mall Phipps Plaza directly across from the hotel. In the area is also Lenox Square. Lots of high end shops to choose from. I enjoyed a nice alcoholic beverage from the hotel bar lounge to high off the night! It is a great location: walking distance to shops and very good restaurants. The outside appearance of the hotel is simple, however, the inside is very present days and cozy at the same time. I can see each interior was carefully chosen by the design and functionality. The European style buffet morning meal was very good too. Bed and pillows were veryfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Staff on site were very friendly and helpful. Very present days atmosphere and room. The openness was very enjoyable for one person and would be great for a couple. I stayed in a standard king living space and had a great view of the mall and the main road. Beds werefortable. The bar and lounge area were very nice. Staff was friendly and proffessional. Beautiful, contemporary design and aesthetic. rugs or carpet in living space leather furniture = ideal my allergies and asthma. The light filtering though the black glass bathroom door was especially spectacular and sexy. Relatively quiet, great location, easy access to self parking. I stayed 10 days during the christmas break, I think AC Hotel Buckhead gives the most effective worth for money. Architecture decor is very nice, not at all on the distant cool side. It is veryfortable, rooms are spacious, facilities are well taken care of. AC Hotel also serves great morning meal buffet, not many varieties, but all produce served were of high quality. Finally, all the employees were very attentive. great location, clean facility. Everything was Beautiful friendly employees very professional all the way to the cleaning employees professional, took exceptional care in what they do and how they clean I liked the smell when you first walked in and the location was perfect. Conven
👎 See above. This is too long. Due to my short stay I was not able to take advantage of all the amenities offered. However, I’m looking for a reason to go back to Buckhead so I could book my stay at the AC Hotel once again. Price is a bit high and the shower floor in our living space was a little dirty. Hotel walls very thin. A bit noisy. Could clearly hear other guest rooms plumbing like shower and toilets. In living space coffee only stocked for a single guest. I had to look behind the headboard for the remote so I guess the cleaning service didn t even think to look for it or notice it was missing. big deal just took some time to locate. Rooms were smallpared to those in similarly priced hotels Although the bathroom was my favorite design aesthetic, it was also my least favorite design function. The water closet was too exposed. There is no control over the light also and it automatically shines brightly each time the door opens which is oriented towards the bed; within the middle of the night this is not ideal extreamly if someone is sleeping it shines on them like a spot light. Music - I believe playlist changes according to the time of the day, afternoons playlists were a bit high pitch for me. But it is subjective at the end... the manly cologne smell that permeates the entire lobby was a bit off-putting. I was expecting there to be a cigar lounge on premises. Also, thermostat wasn t all that great. Couldn t really get warm. That I couldnot stay longer. The onlyplaint that I have is the bathroom shower door would not stay closed while taking a shower which was annoying. Also we got locked within the bathroom a couple of times because the bathroom door was was a sliding door that kept getting stuck. Charged for queen beds were not put in living space with queen they were full. Asked about the mix up and was told I was wrong that they were queen beds. The facility did not have non dairy coffee creamer during breakfast. The facility also did not have any luggage carts, however the valet did assist with carrying our luggage. The fact that the bathroom didn’t have a lock and no sink in it was a little different, but I was able to adjust to it easily. The empty shower gel hadn t been changed on one of the mornings. Paying $20 night for parking. The parking garage was probably planned by an escape living space builder and Indiana Jones enthusiast. A lot of sharp turns and abrupt exits and entry ways. It added to the excitement. Also, and this may be on me, but the morning meal option if included in stay is only for two people, which is fine if two people are staying. I didn t read the fine print on that, so make sure to double-check if you re booking for more than two and you want morning meal included. I didn’t like that I have to pay for parking extreamly from you have to walk outside for a bit to enter the building from the parking garage. It was a small hassle to navigate with bags and while it rained. The price point is tolerable for parking within the area but I still feel like parking should be free. The price point for the stay is reasonable if you find deals but I was met with a huge price surge when I extended my stay one night and that was disappointing. The noise level within the hallways from employees was also a downside as they could be heard carrying on with individual conversations at early hours on the morning. I called the front work area for slippers and no

👍 I like the whole atmosphere. Everyone was very helpful and professional. The morning meal was definitely worth the extra purchase with the room. It was absolutely delicious and there were so many options, also the restaurant environment was magnificent. The hotel was in a good location and the living space was very clean The employees was extremely outgoing and fun to interact with. My friend and I, both hospitality professionals, were blown away by our experience from the front desk, to dinner at Sear, and even when getting my car from valet - high notch service. The hotel was great... the living space service was outstanding and prompt. Would definitely rmend this hotel to my family and friends. The view was great bed was veryfortable Buffet morning meal was the best part of this hotel I did not do breakfast, but will next time. And the location was excellent it was very close to everything from convenient stores to restaurants. We were able to walk to dinner although transport was readily available. We lle back again. I enjoyed the entire employees at this facility from the store the restaurant the bell desk the concerige the cleaning employees the parking attendants. I enjoyed the view even though we couldn’t see the sunset or rise. Whomp whomp. The rooms were large and the view was nice. The view from the living space was great. My view and the hospitality The hotel is very Beautiful with alot to offer and location is min. away from most things downtown. The location is great, walking distance to where we were going. The employees was very helpful and polite. I loved the starbucks being right there within the building. I love the look and the view of the hotel and the morning meal was amazing. The bed was veryfortable. We loved the shower. Since it has been several years from we stayed at this location, it was interesting to revisit and see what had changed. The decor has been updated, and I appreciated the Asian influence within the design. The toiletries were nice, and there were plenty of towels. The beds werefortable, and the view of downtown Atlanta from the 37th floor was awesome. We dined within the hotel, and the service, variety, and price were very good. I would like to see you guys to fix the shower door because as you take a shower the doors slide open. the was sofortable. that was my only problem!!! The view was amazing... The location was great, the buffet morning meal was fabulous. Everyone servers were so friendly and got us off to a great start of our day. The view was breathtaking. Thank you. The employees was very attentive, friendly, and professional. The facilities were amazing. I had an excellent stay. Great view of Atlanta. The view was amazing!! I liked that it was near everything mall, restaurants, and even nightclubs Glass elevators I like the Friendly staff. The hotel was clean . Was very convenient to get from and too . Location was great. Short walk to Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, Centennial Park. Beds were wonderful. Lots of bars within the hotel. Used MARTA to get to and from hotel to the airport, cheap and easy. The location was perfect, only a few steps away from attractions and restaurants. Be aware there is a 45 valet fee for parking per day! Absolutely ridiculous! We paid almost 340 for a two night stay. The living space was very nice, we had a very beau
👎 Well before booking I made sure to call ahead to see if this particular hotel had a indoor pool. Which I was told there was and that there was no scheduled support being done so it was open. When arriving after a long 10 hour drive the clerk at the front work area let us know that it was closed. It made us upset and we understand things do happen. thing I did not like. The parking was $25 per day and the WiFi was $14.95. Which should have been free. We paid almost $200 per night for the living space and still had to pay for parking and WiFi We were sad that we could not get a same-day booking at the spa. The valet parking was outrageous...$45 per night. Incredibly disappointing Still trying to figure out what s up with the purple lights in some rooms at night looking from the outside Advise $45 day parking fee. Advise pool would be closed. Advise there is no adult hour for the pool. Screaming children until 11 pm. Guests holding elevators on other floors - 20 minute wait for the elevator. The club sandwich I ordered at the restaurant had such a balled up piece of chicken, it was impossible to eat as a sandwich. I had to deconstruct it in order to eat it. For the prices they charge, it should have been made right. The living space needs a microwave. But I loved everything else and got a few design ideas. Had issues with living space service order taking an extremely long time, having to call to remind them to bring the food up and the order being wrong. Also, had to call to be sent my bill and that was incorrect as well. thing The A C didn’t work. The sink within the bathroom kept running. You had to turn it a certain way to stop. The elevators took forever and we were on the 36th floor. Last but not least we paid $45 for valet parking just to have someone steal cash out of my vehicle. I was given the wrong living space at check in two double beds and called to get a new living space but the employees said they didn’t have any other king beds available. I went back to the lobby to discuss this and was given the right living space immediately. I was upset that I had originally been lied to. The hallways were dirty and the trash within the ice vending living space was over flowing and molded. I was overcharged and it was very difficult getting in contact with an employee from the hotel.t a great experience overall. I was not aware the hotel didnt include parking within the cost so the 150 plus 45 for parking for less than 24hrs was ridiculous. When i asked about parking at check in i was told i could park further away for less. Its crazy to pay that much and get no parking and morning meal not be included. I stayed on the 30th floor and as soon as i got of the elevator the floor had little peices of paper all over and crumbs on the carpet. I saw the cleaning employees all day and it was never cleaned even when we checked out. The employees at the Marriott was absolutely fantastic the ate view from my living space was breathtaking I was pleased and I will do it again thanks! Really not in favor for 4 or 5 star hotels charging guest to park. Guest are already paying premium prices to stay at there property. We had 2 rooms; The rooms were fair, there was a stain on the carpet that was very noticable between the beds Rm3131. There was mold on the ceiling at the window Rm3132. The fact that there were a lot of kids within the pool and the adults couldn’t enjoy them self at night. So maybe not have the time so late that kids can

👍 Customer service was awesome!!!!! Everyone was very nice and helpful!!! From living space service to valet!!!! I would definitely stay again hopefully once the pool is renovated! The food within the restaurant was delicious. The employees members were friendly and polite. My living space was very clean andfortable. I would stay here again without hesitation. The employees and the food. Older motel but NICE. to SUNTRUST PARK was AWESOME. Our driver paul was what made our short trip most enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was wonderful! The new layout, Rocks, lounge seating area - very good The morning meal was the bombdigity! Location to the new ball park was great. Good food. The employees at the hotel were all very kind and the living space was quiet, fortable and clean. We couldn t have asked for a better stay. There is also an on site restaurant that cooks their rib eye steak to perfection with some of the best mac and cheese and collard greens. It was very clean. Everyone was very friendly! It s in a great location! Very close to the Braves stadium. We will definitely stay here again! The hotel is across the street from the new home of the Atlanta Braves, the SunTrust Park! I loved the hotel s location. I have been to this hotel for Christmas parties within the past. With the new arena across the street, the location is now perfect! The employees was really extra nice and helpful. I loved it! It was close to suntrust park. The living space was nice, fortable bed, big tv with a tv guide option. Our view was right across from the new arena which was neat! I loved the hotel bar downstairs. It was nice to have a drink or two before going up the living space for the night. Easy access back onto the highway. Very nice place to stay for the price! I like how the hotel employees was very nice and willing to help Room service came in 15 minutes and we were expecting 45... food was good... living space great I liked the whirlpool and the pool could have been warmer. The employees were outstanding the food was outstanding Staff was very helpful when we arrived early and needed to check in. Great location Overall good The jacuzzi It was in a conventional location felt safe, friendly staff Brilliant Breakfast and Staff throughout, and amenities were excellent 🤗 Very nice. Next to braves arena and mall. Staff was outstanding. Shuttle provided Great location to everything, clean and good breakfast. Location for Braves game this facility is within walking distance to the Braves new Sun Trust Park. Definitely a plus. Location The omelette and bacon was cooked perfectly. Everything was great! The hotel was clean andfortable! The employees was very knowledgeable. The rooms very clean. The valet service was excellent. The hotel was in an awesome location. The atmosphere Comfortable stay I liked the location in that we could arrive at our hotel before going into the city even though AAA gave us the wrong directions. However, there wasn t much or at least we couldn t find it to do within the area or places to sit down and have a nice dinner outside the hotel. location was a pretty good, just off a major highway so it was convenient I like the clean
👎 Pool renovations and no hot tub. Conference main center temperature could not get right. Definitely got a lower end living space bottom floor w the employees services, and a few things like no fan within the bathroom, missing fridge in room, ceiling looked messed up. Reserved 2 double beds but was put in KING but told us that rollaway bed was on the way to room. Waited 2hours than called front desks still no rollaway bed... waited another hour called front work area again... Finally went to front work area and was told they had no rollaway beds but they would move us to living space with double beds. Hallways are HOT and smelled of mildew. STAFF at bar lounge was scares or didn t know whats going on. We had three different waitress or waiter. POOR service. Had question about menu and we got a glare with no answer. Need more drinks but never got them... Asked for water when we sat down... never got water. Elevators did not work. $12 to park at HOTEL per night. We had to move rooms three time. The air broke and floor was soaked. The next living space was reserved already. So we moved again. The the last room, getting ready to leave after blow drying my hair all the lights went out in bathroom and Hall way. My phone was plug in at same time, it blew my screen. The employees was very nice and helped in each way.w hoping the insurance will pay for phone. I had used it all day. And it only a couple months old. The Verizon lady said the phone was in great condition except for screen witch happened during surgery Somehow upon booking my last name got entered first. Marriott couldn’t find my res so I spent thirty minutes between and Marriott trying to correct it. The a c was awful, it read 68* wouldn’t go lower although our other two rooms booked elsewhere were at 60 and 65* and lovely but was blowing warm. I assumed when my quote said have all fees it would. It didn’t include parking. Could not find a seat within the bar lounge. Several kids taking up seats in a bar after 10pm.t good. Wished that the buffet offered omelettes and gravy biscuits on the same days. Enjoyed both but if we were only staying on the weekend,I would have missed my delious omelet. Having to pay for parking each day was a bummer. I can understand if we had more than one vehicle but to have to pay to park daily, ugh. The living space was a bit small, but that I can live with. I booked conceirge club level access and it was closed on the weekend? Why allow people to book access and pay if it isn t open on weekends???? The women s bathroom available to the public near ballrooms was horrible. Always a smell and HOT HOT HOT.... thatbination isn t good. The living space was very noisy as it was behind the lift, over the air condition units and noisy road. We asked for a quiet living space as well When we checked within the clerk spoke very quickly and presented me with a quick series of questions I wasn t expecting. One of which was is King ok? Your website set up a choice king or double room. We selected double living space when ordering so I thought I was just verifying what I ordered. The result was my father and I had to share a bed. The clerk did call to verify my satisfaction I told her then about the mix-up only to be informed they were booked up. I don t really blame the hotel for this. I blame your site for not giving us our choice. And I blame myself for not looking at the confirmation email more closely. if you park Valet, you re locked into Valet unless
