👍 Comfortable place with a good kitchenette. We liked the decor. Liked that you could walk to city and back from there.
We were left alone and the place was like a apartment
We love the location as everything is at a walking distance and for the type and the price of the room. Canmore is a great place to stay and it’s close enough to go to Banff and Lake Louise. Thank
Lots of space, helpful and friendly staff, mountain view, it was like a small apt so very convenient. Good price for the amount of space.
We have stayed there multiple times, it s a great little hotel with awesome facilities and you can walk pretty much anywhere from there. The unit was clean and employees friendly.
This is the cheapest property in Canmore for 3 couples to stay in and each have their own bedroom. The location is very convenient for walking to Main Street and other tourist places.
The place was spacious. The employees did their best to aodate us. Kitchen functioned good.
Clean, spacious. Perfect for families. Location was great. Close to everything.
The place is good just need a little bit more on cleaning even its a pet floor . So far everything is good and security of the area we did feel safe.
The check in attendant was not well groomed or socially inclined - grumpy actually the check out attendant more friendly and well groomed on the Monday morning
It was close to Banff National Park. Although was beside the rail tracks we didn t hear any noise. The kitchen had enough tools to cook. They do not clean the apartment during the stay but you can ask for replacement on shampoo, soup and other stuff.
Loved the city of Canmore, shopping very close, french bakery across street.. very beautiful and friendly town
We really liked the cute andfortable kitchen and dining and living rooms. Loved the rock and lodge elements. Convenient to grocery stores for stocking our refrigerator. The bed wasfortable, the living space had hooks and rod. The view out the front windows was amazing. We had a bottom floor, corner unit so it was very convenient to park right beside our front door. There were stack chairs on our little deck which would have been nice to sit on within the sun but for the foot of snow we had there. The bathroom was present days and nice.
Only view outside
Friendly staff, nice room3 bed room, good kitchen and dinning room. Comfortable living living space areaQuiet and convenient to supermarket and restaurant.
Suite was spacious and clean.
the whole layout was excellent and having separate bedrooms with suchfy beds was fabulous. there were lots of towels, plenty of dishes and pots and pans within the kitchen and the place was very clean. we were superfortable there. there is a very busy railway line out the back of the property and we found the sound of the trains not a problem at all
Perfect location and brilliant facilities. The reception helped us with everything we needed to know about the area plus other areas too! Great area to get everywhere we wanted to go and amazing scenery of the three sisters. Great price point too only 20 mins from Banff and half the price! Really enjoyed the stay here and would DEFINITELY stay again! We had the 2 bedroom place and was super for cooking our own dinners with a nice glass of wine at night :
The hotel was easily accessible and the unit we had was clean, and cozy, with lots of space, being on two floors.
👎 We were surprised by the extra 20 charge for a second vehicle. Free parking was not close, so we ended up paying for the second vehicle. We.ve nevere across this before.
House keeping needs to pay more attention to the floors. Dust along the floor boards and the stairs were dusty where you dont walk. Minor but would be better if it was cleaned up.
The people above ya were extremely loud and the cleanliness. It looked clean but upon further inspection it was not.
We didn t like anything about the place, it was dirty, noisy and just overall very disapointing. I have noticed on my visa they took a damage deposit which was supposed to be returned to me but I haven t gotten it yet. There is no way any human beings could have done anything to damage that place, it s damaged beyond help. Weplained to the front work area 3 times about the noise within the unit above but nothing was ever done. Sounded like a herd of horses running up and down the halls.
t soundproof enough. I’m glad I brought ear plugs for the noisy family above.
We were not told that the hot tub wasn t running so that was a bit of a disappointment but other than that it was great!
It was clean..... ish. The main things like the linens, floors, bathtub, toilet etc. were definitely clean. However in Unit 116 above the fridge was disgusting, the carpets are nasty, the couch was ripped and duct-taped back together. It had an obvious sag on one end of the couch. The baseboards were caked in dust. The heating vents all had black around them on the ceiling, as if the furnace filter has been in desperate need of a change for years. The mattresses are worn out. When they are replaced, I would suggest 3 queen mattresses instead of 1 king and 2 doubles, the rooms are certainly big enough. The doors and cabinets have dirty sprays and are caked in dirt dust. The bathroom door had orange finger prints on it as if from a woman’s foundation makeup. The walls need either a washing or a new coat of paint or both! The oven needed cleaning and smelled like someone else’s meal when it was heating up. Wish I had thought to take pictures of anything besides the couch. This Unit could benefit from a renovation as it is tired and outdated. I do understand that’s part of why the price is low along with the train noise which was easy to live with, however a place can be old and still be cleaned properly. The Guest manual states that you will be charged extra if the cleaning of your suite takes more than 1.5 hours. Clearly they need to take more time than they currently are to clean properly. I did bring up my concerns during check out and was told the deep cleaning is currently taking place in other units and the one we stayed in will be done soon. I just don’t understand why they let it get so disgusting before they take the time to clean properly.
The place needs a deep clean. Old dirt and grime in many places. Needs some renos to bring up the interior. Beds sink inot midfle when twp people use them.
I did not like the office hours. Office hours should be available 24 hours. We were rushing to get there before the office close at 7pm. There were no glassware within the kitchen.
The carpet need to get steamed specially if its a pet floor
The extreme lack of kitchen utensils and the age of such.t even a cookie sheet for baking like nachos or pizza or a salad bowl or tongs. The dishwasher was caked with soap so the cleaning employees is not
