👍 Staff was really nice, even old lady trying to speak english :D Room was clean and well protected from mosquitoes. Wifi was working well. In hostel there is option of making laundry which is a big plus when you are travelling foor several weeks. Our living space was ready much earlier so we could get within the morning. Friendly, helpful and amodating staff. Always willing to fulfill requests. Low budget hotel guest house. Room was clean. Bed was not as hard as most inrthern Thailand. Air conditioner worked great. Convenient location. Probably a good place for backpackers as an alternative to a dorm room. Perfect location between the old city and the Night Bazaar area. The employees are friendly and helpful and the living space is nice for the price which is great. Air con was so good I had to turn it off after a while otherwise it got too cold. Overall a very pleasant stay All employees are helpful and friendly. Especially They gave us small gift on new year period, very impressive and Great location as well, 10 Min to Night market and 5 min to Tha Phae Gate market. Location is good for Warorot Market and Night Market along Chang Kian Road. It is easy walking distance to the the old town. And it is along Thapae Road but just off for quietness, extreamly after a long day. Room was spaciousCold:hot shower was greatHave balcony Near to everywhere in old Chiangmai cityWiFi was greatValue for the moneyAir con was greatHouse ower and his family were very helpful and kind Clean andfortable. Perfect location for exploring all of Old Town Chiang Mai. Very quiet for its central location. Friendly family overseeing the property. I booked it because of balcony and location - they both are amazing! Great location, no noise from the road, spacious room, very good hotel for budget tourists. Fantastic location - just minutes from Thapae Gate. Spacious room, with balcony, very clean andfortable. Nice and quiet, yet near to numerous shops, cafes and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff. Convenient location: 5 minutes from the old city gate and 10 minutes from the beautiful night food market. Good value for money, living spacefort is quite above average. Friendly staff, good cleaning. It was walking distance from tapae. Room was clean, wireless was also strong.. The location and cleanliness of this place was great. The food is quite good also. Just no menu in English Have stayed here several times. Has always been clean andfortable. And very centrally located, yet quite. Clean living space and kindly staff It was well located and cheap! The air conditioner worked great Good location Staff very helpful and friendly Cleaness andfort. Location The owners and employees are extremely helpful ! Clean and very good location. cleanness, friendliness and flexility. Nicely located Location was good. Aleaus friendly . great working wireless .. basic but covers all the needs. living space safe and secure. I liked the location and loved that our living space had a balcony! Staff were really friendly too! Lovely family owners, very helpful!Great location, stayed twice : Spacious, clean room. Bath living space with shower curtain. Walking distance from Night Bazaar, Warotot Market and Old town Great rooms, loved having a balcony, amazing employees who helped us book tours on short notice, living space was cleaned very well each day, fresh wate

👎 There was a bit of mold in bathroom. Water basin within the living space that we stay are leaking so the bathroom floor is a little wet when turn on the tap. Waited out front for 20 minutes within the dark before someone showed up and told me I didn t have a reservation. Took me into the office, which looked like a hoarder lived there, and found my reservation. Defiantly not a hosting vibe. Hot water not so hot. I booked for five nights, luckily no credit card deposit required. Paid for two nights in cash- left after one because the place was kind of creepy. There isn t much not to like about this place hot water making facility in room. Would have appreciated if easy access to hot water alongmon corridor at the least for moment of tea coffee. Need to emphasis the name of hotel as it is unique and tour had difficulties locating it. elevators, tfort if you have big luggage or travelling with old people. phone in room, if need something need to go down to the receptionNo kettle in living space to boil hot waterTowels were a bit worn outBed sheet have holes on itCould have more international tv channelsNo hair dryer in room, need to borrow from the house owner Need to put menu in rooms, I learnt there is food prepared at coffee shop, too, just in last day. Frogs songs in nearby puddle during rain season. Dogs are barking nearby within the early morning. Bed blankets, furniture and tv are old and could be renewed. There are too many hotels with a similar name, which makes it hard to find for taxi drivers and tour buses. Beds were hard. This is a hotel for backpackers or people on a tight budget lift no pool poor tv not for us n. Its usually. It s ok for the price so nothing to say Carriers . thing not to like Place reaked of stale cigarettes, disgustingly so. Greeting was awful. Everything was fine. it is similar to apartment more than hotel. some of you may feel ufortable but for me its ok. just similar to my apartment or a school dorm. Far from the airport. Around 600B to get there. Bit of a ramshackle reception area in an adjacent building was it a cafe? I m not sure. After checking in and paying, I was told the wireless wasn t working but would be working later - they were still messing about with it when I checked out the following day, so it never worked. Room was in a rather soulless Three-storey building. Wifi connection not always available The only negative thing, that all the scooters we rented via hotel were either in poor shape or a bit broken speedometer didn t work on one, another have had few accidents prior. Wifi was not always as stable but when weplained they instantly came up with a solution. Also there were little ants within the building This didn t really bother US though, we didn t inform the management. If it would bother you and you go to reception I am sure they would do something about it immediately The building is set back from the road and so not the most obvious place. Taxi s may find it difficult to locate. Pretty easy mind you if you have google maps WiFi was problematic. The living space was dinghy and in need of updating. Old stains on the sheets but the owner was very responsive in changing them when we asked upon checking-in. Central Chiang Mai is expensivepared to areas further out - this hotel fit into our budget but lacked the qua

👍 Ms. Tip was nice and supportive. She kept our luggage for free of cost in 3 days while we traveled to Chiang Rai. We can’t say thank enough for her kindness. deposit required. The location is close to the main center square area and right next to night street food area. The hostel is very clean and tidy. Bathrooms and toilets are not spacious but really hygiene andfortable. I love the terrace, it’s a great spot to enjoy fresh air within the morning and at night. Nice, friendly owners. deposit. Unlimited clean towels and sheets. Very nice bathrooms and open-air spaces It’s a very present days hostel with extremely nice staff. The outside areas within the hostel are very cool and useful. The Netflix area and the whole atmosphere is very cozy. You can easily reach the old city of Chiangmai with all of the beautiful wats. Right around the corner there is a daily night food market. The host is very patient and nice. We had no choice but arrive within the midnight, so she waited for us for a long time and let us do the check-in procedure tomorrow. The living space and overall environment is clean, tidy and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay here! Great hostel! The hostel itself is beautiful and very well designed! The beds within the dorm rooms have gates so you feel like you re in your own room, which you can lock so feels super individual and safe The property is the same as you see on photos.thing less or more. Hostel employees is extremely helpful and behave you like a member of their family. They make you feel at home extreamly the owner Nuk was great and very helpful with everything. He knows the best tours and activities and he is very easy going and fun. The owner clearly takes pride in his hostel and makes a point of learning each guest’s name. He is very keen to assist and answer any questions you may have. The woman who works at night is also really nice. Interior is cool grey concrete, with nice decorative doors. There is a pleasant rooftop lounge area with WiFi, fan and beanbag chairs. The location is good, near cheap restaurants and just outside the walls of the Old Town. WiFi was fast and didn’t require repeated logins. Good hot showers with decent water pressure. The hostel was clean, other than the daily mess made by guests. Price was quite reasonable. location, clean room Clean good air con Friendly staff Stayed within the 1Two-bed dorm, loved it! Quite spacious for a dorm bed. It was almost like having your own living space so it was great for privacy! The owner was amazing, super friendly, helpful, and he rmended some amazing places to see and eat and other travel tips. Also loved themon area on Level 2, it was a good place to just get some work done on your laptop and the rooftop space was also a very nice place to chill and relax read a book. The shower facilities were good, hot water and strong water pressure. Really friendly staff! Sorted us an airport or airdrome shuttle and a day short trip around chaing mai The owner is so friendly and remembers everyone’s name! The bunk bed was veryfy - full size not twin, with a fluffy pillow and fabulousforter. Everything was okay. The beds had their own power socket and night lamp. Never expect a hostel can be so clean. The location is very good, 7 11 just few mins a way and a lot of nice food around. The hotel manager is so friendly and make me feel like a home when I was there. I will definitelye back again if I travel to chian

👎 Too many doors to open and close at the stairs I stayed on the highest floor. It was a bit hot for the upper bed of the last living space but there was a fan. Rooms are pretty cramped. Dorm rooms are tiny and the beds are close together It would be great to have a shelf or something, to put your things in or on to. The living space would probably be a bit too small for 4 people. And we had many mosquitos in our living space and a few stains on our bed sheds. The Two-people individual living space is nearly empty but with only 2 beds, sockets and a big window view. Since the price of hostel is so cheap, it s reasonable. But if it can place some hooks on the wall, would be a lot more convenient! The guests, obviously this isnt the hostels fault, but it attracts party goers and if you want somewhere to get a good night sleep and relax, choose somewhere else. We were woken up at 2am by 18 year old bros bragging about being drunk and slamming their gates.. Many may think this is usual for hostel goers but it was way more than you d expect. free of cost water which is weird because everywhere seems to offer it in Chiang Mai Soap is missing at washbasin. For-bed rooms have no space to safely store your luggage, you just leave your backpacks on the floor. Even within the individual room, you can hear each sigh, snore, cough and ignored 5 a. m. cell phone alarm from the people within the dorm next to you. I sneezed, and a disembodied male voice said Bless you. It sounded as though he were right beside me. It was a nice gesture, but just goes to show that it’s not a very individual private room.t great for light sleepers or couples. I don’t know if it’s because it was around New Year’s, but on a couple of weeknights some locals were having extremely loud after-work parties outside within the alleyway that the hostel is on. They were singing amplified drunken off-key karaoke until midnight. The window facing the alley offered zero sound insulation. Extremely annoying and inconsiderate, from the alleyway is lined with hostels on both sides and obviously no one wants to hear that when they’re trying to go to sleep. Earplugs only slightly took the corner off.t the hostel s fault of course, but something to be aware of. There is no mirror within the individual living space at all. hook, no rack, and no shelf, table or other horizontal surface. Since I was a solo traveler with a twin room, I used the extra bed to put all my stuff on and laid my towel flat on high of the bed to dry. But the living space really needs some basic furniture. Toilets, showers and sinks are semi-outdoor, so there are mosquitoes around. Indoor flip-flops slippers for the hallway and shower would be nice or, better yet, allow guests to use their own clean ones. There were some dudes with potent, pungent, permeating foot funk staying on my floor for a few days and I was worried about getting a fungal infection from them. I’m a fun gal lol, but that’s not the kind of souvenir I want to bring home from Thailand. I got bitten by bed bugs five times. The hostel is clean but packed with backpackers all around the world, that could be the reason why, bugs coulde with them. Too noisy, the beds and rooms are squeeze together within the small area. Almost impossible to park here. ise, didn t really have a proper living space for a dorm where I stayed. I can actually hear everything within the middle of night, no worries if u are a deep sleeper. For the first night, I wasn t given the bed living space I bo

👍 The air conditioner is so good!thing better than a cool feeling within the hot weather in Chiang Mai! Amy is so friendly, we feel sofortable here, even at late night she wait for us to check in. And the atmosphere was good ! Love the view from outside the windows and also the small refrigeratore with a ice cube frozen plate inside adds up the scores! Great location, phai thai granpa selling opposite the streets each night with only 35 bah delicious food, and the night food bizarre just 2mins walk with fresh juice pork rice seafood BBQ ! And also Seven-11 nearby! What a great place with a unexpected lower price! Will rmend to anyone here : We loved our stay here - mainly thanks to Kung who was so sweet and happy to answer our million and one questions and help us book anything we needed. Facilities were great in terms of being able to store your own food, hammocks, self use laundry and a hot tub which was actually cold which was great for the hot days. Added bonus of the pet cats Simba and Garfield! Kung could not have been more helpful. Super friendly employees who are just so amodating and kind. I asked about a nearby waterfall and Kung offered to take me there on her day off. My living space was clean, plenty of locker space. The hostel attracts some really friendly travellers.t too much of a party vibe but a very social hostel. Thank you! I’d definitely stay again next time I visit Chiang Mai. Location was fantastic. However I wasn’t veryfortable in a Mixed dorm with no curtains. One shared bathroom for an 8 bed dorm which was not clean. Padlocks provided for lockers were too big so someone could still fit their arm in your locker. My own lock was too small to put on it. Staff were great but on checkout no one was on reception so had to leave without having my key deposit returned to me. The employees were super friendly. Kung and Lovit I hope i m spelling their names correctly were very helpful and made me feel at home right away. I liked the location, I was able to walk everywhere. The 2 person living space was nice with a little fridge and aircon. Nice relaxing outside atmosphere. The employees are so friendly and help with any problems or questions you may have great English speaking! They have two cats that live there both rescued off the streets, and a spoilt corgi too. Helped us with booking tours making sure we know best prices and reviews on them, booked is grab taxis with discounts we couldn t get which was great. Happy to sit and talk to you about everything. The dorms are all in storage containers but you couldn t tell from the inside, clean tidy and provide you with locks and keys for your lockers. Warms showers and free of cost water refills and little kitchen with microwave and kettle. Can do your own washing there for 20 baht, stayed twice before and after going to pai. Good little hostel would rmend This is the best hostel in SE Asia. the The employees is always there to assist you with whatever you need. Very clean, the a. c. is cold and they have free of cost snacks within the kitchen. Right next to the north gate of central Chiang Mai. I ve been here 3x and highly rmend it. Thank you Kung, Simba and the rest of the employees for all of your kindness. It’s walking distance from all the happening places. The place itself is veryfy clean. The staffs are Super nice and helpful, legit check in to check out everything they will assist you with. The kitchen was nice also, to heat up foods and if

👎thing! I hate mosquitoes, not the hostel’s falut. For our first few days we stayed in a individual living space where the main bathroom was the open-air use bathroom for everyone - this was only really an issue within the evenings when it was full of mosquitos. We changed to a dorm living space after extending and actually preferred this option as the bathroom was more spacious and there were large lockers. Really this issue was more just a individual preference. Honestly nothing toplain about. My stay was perfect. Thank you! The bed was rock hard. They promote borrowing a bike for free of cost when available. So, there was only one available, but the tire was flat. A bit of a let down because one reason this hostel looked very appealing was because of free of cost bikes. Honestly nothing. The beds are pretty solid and ufortable if you’re staying for more than a few nights. Room layout is silly. My face was a foot from the door, which was entirely made of glass and everyone had to use to get within the L-shaped dorm. The only bathroom is within the room, right by another guest s face.t at all practical. Whoever designed this does not sleep in hostels There is tea or coffee but being able to get a real morning meal would be great : !! The windows had no locks and weren t tight to the window frame which allowed water in from the outside as well as allowing them to be opened from the outside. There were a lot of mosquitos around despite all the hostels best efforts! I didn t like the boys in my living space snoring but it s not the hostels fault! It’s slightly out of the way so you had to walk ages to get anywhere but not too much of a problem space to put your belongings except for locker, but I guess it s kind of normal for hostels. dryerDorm bed living space is too close the living area It would be nice if the beds had privacy curtains People were very noisy on the patio at very late hours of the night playing the guitar and talking etc which was right outside my room, it would have been nice had the employees who was working asked people to wrap up the night or keep it down Would be nice if there was something small for morning meal Iike toastOther guests waking up early within the morning turning the light on making noise but this can happen everywhere I genuinely have noplaints about my time here. Onlyplain is that beds are a little ufortable same as in most places I stayed. Plus you only pay 5 euros, can´t expect more. thing t very social hostel. curtains on the beds.t sofy chairs on the balcony. You can tell the cleaning ladies aren t tall. It s clean on the floor and up the walls up to 5 5 after that there is a plack of dirt on the high of the mirror and on the boiler.thing to be disgusted by, but it just was not quite there. The bed s surface is so hard that you cannot sleepfortably but it s okay considering of the price.. It was sometimes a bit noisy within the courtyard at night. t really.. thing. I Never get feeling ufortable at this hostel cuz now is second time for me for stay at box hostel and still awesome like first time. Bathroom is not that clean. The beds were quite hard, so unfortunately a little ufortable. Just wish it was a little closer to old town. ne thing The lockers weren’t great, tough to open and close There s was nothing I

👍 Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean! Comfortable beds and curtains for privacy. Room was spacious. AC worked well. Showers separate cubicle to toilets. Hot showers. Discounted rates on tour packages This is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in SEA. It is extremely clean, and the employees cleans continuously. Fridge, toaster, dishes, and microwave provided rare in Thailand, as well as boiled water, drinking water, and coffee and tea fixings. Bunks are less shaky and squeaky than most hostels, too. I extended my two day stay for a week and then came back for another week later in my trip! The owners are super kind and friendly. Bathrooms were cleaned daily. A c was promptly turned on each night at 6 and off at 11 am. Close to an evening market for cheap local food. The owner were friendly, helpful and nice. The living space is clean andfortable level of air-con, bed is sufficiently private. All Around my favourite hostel so far! Location is perfect, right at the door of the old city and next to a street market with affordable prices.Very big room, good A. C. and super clean toilets. Free tea and coffee. A very nice hostel, with a very nice and helpful owner! The rooms are big, there are some chairs and a table, they have ac and fans and the beds have really good curtains which you can close properly! They also have a lot of places to just relax, for example within the 1st floor, on the roof or just downstairs... The employees was awesome, good location, super clean, safe, andfy. Great location. There is 24 hoursfort store nearby. Friendly staffs who are always there to assist. Washing machines are available at the rooftop for a small fee. Curtain on each bed for privacy and individual space. Extended my stay in this hostel a couple of times. Wow. I seriously can’t say enough to describe just how much I love this hostel. Let’s start off with the staff. They are the most genuine and caring people I have ever met in all my months of traveling thus far. They go above and beyond to assist you and ensure that you have the best time in Chiang Mai. For example, this was our first location in Thailand so my friend didn’t have a block charger. So, without hesitation the male employees went and got her one. Within a day she also feel sick with a sore throat and the male employees went to his mint tree, cut it up and boiled it so she could use it as steam, to breathe in and clear her sinus’. These two things were done out of the kindness of his heart, we never asked. Also, when we first arrived we misunderstood our booking and booked a living space without air conditioning. We are from Canada so the heat is killer to us, but we were prepared to suck it up and deal with only having a fanned room. When we asked the lady at reception about it she told us we didn’t have air con, which again was fine. BUT the male employees came up quickly and said grab your things, I’ll move you to air con. I hope that these few examples can really shed light on how genuine these people are. They help you because they love their business and travellers thate visit, not for the cash or reviews. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. I love it here so much!!! ALSO they will help you book all tours bus’ or help you with anything you are trying to do!!!!The entire building is VERY clean The location is just near the night market and the employees is super helpful. A special thanks to the special man at the reception who speaks so many l There is a really nice chill-area on the rooftop.

👎 Could not fault the place. It was great value for money! ... it would be nice if there was a fan on the roof terrace, I guess. But really, I have noplaints! The male receptionist who works night shifts was rude and not helpful at all. You have to sleep with the curtain open because if not you won t feel the fan or air con. thing thing, this place was perfect A lot of stairs if you are at the fourth floor thing The area is crowded with hostels, like market of hostels. Might be good for some who looking for a good-priced amodation to stay, you can juste to this alley and pick one that would suit your style. thing It s a lot of stairs if you have the upper living space : Can t think of anything thing at all, it was Best experience I had in my 3 Times in thailand This place itself isn t really sociable, but there are 5 other hostels down this road with a little more atmosphere It was really hot within the door living space fans only. We opened the door which created a wee cross-breeze, but the light from the hall then shone within the room. Everything was great about this place! There is no external window within the individual room, but it’s not a minor as there is still a window. It’s more than ament than a negative point. Just one little niggle, the mattresses are super hard. I loved everything about it. nothing There is nothing toplain about! :- Make sure you have mosquito repellent on hand to ward off those bloodsuckers. Whilst I was there one of the toilets was out of order so 1 toilet between 12 girls wasn’t always great but sometimes I’d just use the floor downstairs’ toilet. There were quite a few ants around in one of the showers. WiFi was rather hit and miss within the living space but great downstairs Hostel it self looks and smells like hospital, in fan dorms windows are closed and literally there is no air to breath. In AC dorms cold AF and hostel provide only small thin blankets. kitchen for guests. But for us the most importent was an unpleasant situation we got in with the owner. Government closed the hostel along our stay, 4 nights before booked and paid perioud. They allowed us to stay until the end, with constant reminding that our stay is not desirable tho. The host said it face to face: I want you to check out, but I cant. After one day he changed his decision tho and a girl from reception informed us: Today is the last day you can stay. apologises, no discussion, no offering help, in a rude manner. When we came to the host to say that the manner they manage this situation is just not appropriate, we got a conflict, after few min he ran into a dorm, red anddespered, yelling and waving hands in front of my face, demanding check out immediatly. What we have done of course right away. I can t see any reason in a present days world to manage the situation this way and make guests feel so terrible, I traveled all around the world, but have never seen such an attitude to guests. We checked in to amazing place around the corner for the same cash and with very friendly stuff and crowd. •The moth balls within the bathroom was suffocating!🤢•The gap between the bed and the wall.•There were mosquitos, so make sure you bring mosquito repellents! thing toplain great hostel at a great price! Bed is a little hard. The guy in reception is very willing to providAlmost no natural light within the living space there is a window to the hallway.
