👍 Great localization, big apartment, plenty bars around where you can eat something or drink a beer and also a few shops. Reasonable distance to bus and trams. The building had a problem with the heating within the first 2 days of our 5 day stay and they could cancel the reservation, but they managed to find a solution! Awesome hosts! Very nice location! Good value for the money! Clean, new, good location. I like the landlord took care of me when something happened to her apartment. I would only suggest that I wish I knew before being met by the agent so it didn te as a surprise. The host was polite. The apartment was extremely cozy and quit, me and my friend felt very good. next time travelling to Prague, I m definitely booking this place again The location was great. Appartment clean and lots of space. Lovely area. Allowed a late check out without extra fee. Great affordable apartment within the main center of the city, only 5 minutes walk to the metro, 10 min to Wenceslas Square. The owner is very friendly and willing to help. The rooms have a lot of space and are veryfortable. Host is friendly and kind. Cleanliness, pet friendly, large apartment, excellent hostess Cozy place in a beautiful district of Prague.
👎 Check-in was supposed to be from 11:00 but we were told to wait until 13:00. Only one bed was ok, the other one was broken, there was only a mattress so three out of five people had to sleep on the floor. toilet paper in bathroom. kettle within the kitchen and some dirty glasses used and not cleaned. Internet was present but connection was so slow that it was impossible use it. Liar host. He didn’t fix the broken shower though he promised to, several times. The living space was full with hair. The twin bed was very ufortable and the sheet was small for the bed. There was no mattress within the kid bed. The floor, doors were very noisy. Internet connection was very poor t the same flat furniture as on the photos. When I arrived apparently the apartment was not available due to unforeseen problems with the flat. At the last minute the landlord had booked another living space 1 block away. The new place I stayed in Manesova Astra, went for €124 for two nights when I was researching two months ago but as it was done at the last minute, what I paid for Residence manes went to Astra, so I technically ended up paying more. Thats the only downside. However it was last minute and the landlord organised it, so I thought I would let it be. facilities at all no coffee, wi-fi, toiletries bathroom filthy had to wash it ourselves which was difficult without any cleaning products. cups, kettle, microwave did not work. Basically we got the big, dirty barely furnished apartment with no facilities mentioned on the website, quite disappointing. Hosts were not too good unfortunately. On arrival we were waiting outside the appartment on arrival at night in an unfamiliar area which was a bit alarming, and owners not answering phone. Eventually arrived and rushed showing us the appartment facilities. TV not working, and although reported on the first day, they didn t bothering to sort it so we had no TV for the stay. Problems with internet which was also reported, but we managed eventually to sort out ourselves. we travel a lot and this is the first time we have left a negative review. A shame, as appartment and location good, and Prague is a beautiful city. The bathroom is small ne There was lack of cups within the kitchen :
