👍 I liked the system of using pin number on the door. The living space is big. Toilet is big too but no demarcation between cabinet area and shower&toilet. Clean tidy little boutique room, nice touch supplying a light morning meal within the living space also in a great location within walking distance to the markets and main center of Fremantle. Definitely rmend 😀 Everything!. Location,fy bed, breakfast, open-air shower. The location is great for getting around Fremantle. The living space was very clean and the bed was superfortable. We loved the passcode check in. The morning meal within the fridge was a really nice touch and if we weren t already going out for Fathers Day morning meal we would have enjoyed it. We will definitely stay here again. Location is fabulous. Fruit platter, morning meal muesli and banana bread was a lovely touch. Room was clean and roomy, and check in and out is a breeze. Breakfast was fresh, delightful. Pool excellent, even in winter. Electronic access made for easy access, late or early. Super location, couldn t ask for a better spot. Close to everything you might want to do in town. Was able to walk everywhere. The living space was beautiful, bed veryfortable, nice continental morning meal with fruit, oats, and banana bread within the room. Loved the extra water within the fridge too. Would rmend! Really clean, great bathroom, awesome breakfast-fruit platter, cake, muesli and yoghurt, and coffee bags, not instant rubbish! Self check in was very convenient. Will stay here again. Perfect location.Very clean, safe, secure . Bed size great andfy Good size bathroom After hours access convienient. Excellent location within walking distance to main dining strip, transport, ferry and most attractions. Loved the present days living space decor. Hosts were very receptive to my needs. Would rmend for couples. Location, staff,fy bed, huge bathroom. Location and living space layout. Location was great. Easy walking distance to main attractions. Bathroom huge with walk in shower and separate toilet. Lovely morning meal of cereal and yoghurt supplied with fruit, cake and biscuits. Comfy king size bed. Staff, location and present days and veryfy room! Perfect location. Close enough to walk both directions for dinner. I was able to park on the street for free of cost both nights, as I was there for work the daytime parking restrictions were not an issue. Staff friendly and helpful. Great local bottle shop across the road. The apartment was modern, spacious and clean and the little extra touches like banana bread, fruit platter, morning meal jars etc were really lovely. Central location can walk to everything. Will definitely being back and rmending to friends. Banana bread awaited us on our arrival. Fridge stocked with water, plate of fresh fruit and Bircher muesli for morning meal which gave us a nice wee after a long plane short trip from Sydney and then drive from the airport or airdrome to the hotel. Bed superfortable! Super clean room. Great location. The morning meal provided was an unexpected bonus, fresh, well presented and a great start to our day. We loved the location, easy walk to all the surrounding attractions including places to eat. Location is great walking distance to restaurants and shops on South Terrace as well as the Esplanade park. Room is akin to a studio apartment. Great detail is there is an automated door entry for a super late night check in if yo

👎There is no proper parking. Poor road lighting. Scary for me as guest of yr hotel. reception to get help or need anything. Limited parking Really can t fault this place, but if I had to be picky, I d suggest maybe fluffier towels. We had a bit of trouble with the hot water within the shower. Nothing - all first class. Staff friendly and helpful Air conditioning was inefficient, and some guests were a little noisy-but it wasn’t intolerable. Nothing to mention here Nothing The bed head isn t practical and the sound proofing could be improved along with the open-air stair access. Arrived on a Saturday and listened to construction noise the entire weekend. Loud and annoying as I wanted a mellow get-away and instead got noise all damn day. Even on Sunday. Did not love the stay. Even though the TV was mounted on the wall, you couldn t watch it from the bed as the swivel wasn t long enough to turn it. It could only be watched from the lounge. The hanging space within the wardrobe was unusable as the ironing board took up all the space. Needed bedside tables for cup of tea etc. Top of bedhead and around windows very dusty When you book this hotel appears parking free of cost and it isnt parking free, just its the street only free of cost at night but not real parking! Nothing at all. In our opinion we could not fault the property, it was excellent value and we would book to stay again. We hade to Australia for 4 weeks staying here for our 4th week and so had quite a bit of luggage. There was three hangers but there wasn t any space i. e. drawers to store clothes and so ended up living out of 2 suitcases for 8 days. There was plenty of space for a chest of drawers which would have made the good experience very good excellent. not much to say about what I didn t like, could have better parking for security, but other then that noplaints. Cannot book parking spot in advance, but didn t have any issues finding free of cost parking on the street so not a big deal A means of heating food would be good a microwave was provided on our second last day when we mentioned this - but having one as standard would be better. Also, for coffee freaks like us, a means of brewing real coffee only way to start the day. The bed was notfortable at all, too hard and partner disturbance mattress. . confirms parking on site, get there and was advised no parking only street parking subject to availability. Maybe need to add that to the booking. website as it is false advertising when not on advertisement. We loved out stay, but there was nowhere to put our luggage for a 5 night there. There was a disconcerting lack of shelves, cabinets, wardrobes or any other place where to leave things, let alone hang wet used clothes. The bathroom was as big as the room. If winters in Perth are cold, that might be a problem. Problematic wireless . Absolutely magic there was nothing we didn t like The steps to the living space could do with the edges marked, within the dim light of night, it was hard to differentiate the decking planks and the steps, resulting in a fall. No dislikes Pool steps are very narrow and non grip. And not accessible for anyone with disabilities. No Kleenex so we used the toilet paper. The wooden headstand stuck out over the bed which wouldn t have been a problem except my partner knocked his head on it getting into bed. Nothing really but you have to be very careful getting out of pool

👍 Fabulous location only a couple of minutes walk to everything. Narelle was an amazing host, dropped us off at Little Creatures brewery, loaned us an umbrella as it was raining and was a fountain of information and helpfulness. Loved the hot chocolate and marshmallows extreamly as the weather was cold and wet. The apartment waspact and very charming and the hosts Kristine and Ross were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The decor within the apartment is very warm and attractive. If I had one rmendation it would be to put in a king size bed instead of the queen size, but that s just because we are big people. There is a washer and dryer that you can use and a very nice patio that is enjoyable for sitting outside. There is free of cost parking and plenty of shops nearby. The apartment that we had was upstairs, so if you have mobility problems, take note. We stayed for 2 nights, Kris and Ross are very weing, the living space was very clean and the bed was superfy. Close to everything with a bus stop right outside. Will definately be back. The owners were very weing, the living space was spotless the bed was extremelyfortable and the location fantastic. Enjoyed our stay and would highly rmend Annies The owners went out there way to make my stay memorable, would definetly rmend Annie’s to all my friends and family, awesome place thanks kris and ross Loved everything; wee from Kris and Ross; location easy to find and close to everything including train station, shops, restaurants etc. Wonderfullyfortable bed; great cooking facilities, kitchen well supplied with dishes and cutlery [including egg cups, very important]; free of cost laundry facilities, excellent WIFI.... A great base for exploring further, including the wonderful Rottnest Island.... we used the train and buses and left the car parked up for the four days. We would love to have stayed longer. Excellent location close to city centre and quay. Although on a busy street, the traffic noise dies down at night and gave us no bother at all. Good sized balcony, fortable bed and good ensuite shower. Owner Kris was very helpful and friendly. Loved the large living space with armchairs and balcony access and light filled room. Simple furnishings that suit the era of the property but that felt homely and not daggy. Hosts very easy going so we were looked after but also left to our own devices. Perfect place to get ready for a local wedding and relax for the weekend. Very close to Freo . Great decorations, We stayed in Dream time living space and had the best sleep in years. Owners always ready to please. Kitchen had everything you would need, and the shower was amazing. We didnot want to leave wille again next time to spend some time within the natural garden with a glass of wine. The whole experience at this property was excellent, amazing and wonderful. Kris and Ross are caring, considerate and flexible hosts. The rooms were spotless, the bathrooms too,Everything from hairdryers, to towels, to soap provisions were high notch. This experience with . was a vast improvement on my last booking. I cannot rmend this amodation enough. The owners of the property live below and are very helpful and lovely people. My wife and I stayed here for 4 night leading up to our wedding and on the wedding night, we were able to use the whole house for photos while we got ready for our big day and we can

👎 There wasn t a whole lot of living space within the bedroom but thank goodness we could access the neighbouring sitting living space as the living space was unoccupied. A bit of storage within the bathroom.... The only downside is that the cooking facilities just consist of a toaster and a microwave, so a longer-term stay is likely to involve quite a lot of eating out. The traffic noise - but is offset by the bonus of the balcony living space - and noise is part of being in a city location! The adjacent living space would be quieter but no balcony ; thing to dislike all very GOOD. There was not one single thing that we did not like. I cannot write anymore. each thing was excellent Traffic noise: living space was at the front of the house. Wifi was unreliable. Access can be a bit difficult if you have heavy suitcases - we’d been travelling for 2 months, so we had a lot of stuff. The location is on a busy road thing!!!! NOTHING All good I thing toplain about.

👍 The location was excellent. The living space was old fashionedfort with high ceilings and the included morning meal was just right. On site parking was tight but adequate. Breakfast was goodBed was reallyfy the bath was pretty nice tooThe morning meal lady was very nice. Shower was excellent, bed wasfy and the living space serves its purpose. It was close to the centre of Freo and within the price bracket it was what was needed. Big living space withfy queen size bed, desk and chairs with tv and en-suite. Mini bar fridge with water and milk, tea coffee making facilities within the room. Clean and tidy living space and en-suite. Would definitely stay again!! The amodation was well located. A walk away from the ferry to Rottnest Island; restaurants and cafes; and the Freemantle markets. The living space was clean andfortable. The morning meal was delicious. Beautiful building. great location. The morning meal was great with freshly baked goods, yoghurt, and a variety of other eats and beverages. We have stayed here before roughly 18 months ago in summer at the living space upstairs. We loved it so decided toe back. We had living space 101 this time around. The location is great. I love the old style rooms. The spa is nice. Close to EVERYTHING. 2 mins to markets Harbour restaurants Wray Ave. free of cost parking if you manage to get one of the 3 bays available. A beautiful old building. Very homely. Big rooms. Just a bit of noise from other guests, but you expect that in an old house. Very clean and fantastic morning meal including fruit toast!. And all of this for a great price 👍 Excellent proximity to Fremantle Hospital and a easy walk into the heart of Fremantle. Good food venues nearby. Excellent breakfast. What a gem hidden in Freo. Loved the beautifully restored building. Staff were fantastic and were able to tell me about the history of this building. Room was sensational, large and well appointed. Heater worked beautifully, so quiet.Breakfast was a real surprise, loved it. Well worth a stay. I will be staying there again when in Fremantle. Spa and some vino. The morning meal was very nice. The living space was pretty, with lovely character. surprise cross ants nice n warm met the owner who was very friendly and got us on WiFi cafes pubs n restaurants within walking distance and transport on the doorstep The spa was absolutely amazing. Nice and deep and big enough for my partner and i to fit in together! The electric blankets were a plus and i love the locking mechanism on the doors. Very clever! Fantastic location and easy to access. The security was great! Breakfast provided was great but lady overseeing it could have been more friendly and engaging. I was staying overnight while my husband John was in hospital, the location was great being just across the road. It was also within a short walk to the freo markets and the south terrace cafe strip. The aadation felt very secure and I felt safe while there. Offering off street parking was also good. Julie The location was great for our needs. The living space wasfortable and clean. We loved the spa. We look forward to staying again. Would definitely rmend. Breakfast was excellent. Location was excellent.Bathroom was spacious and spa was terrific. Awesome morning meal with great variety of fresh foods and nice big living space and amazing spa bath! Parking on site and air con within the living space as well as a ket

👎 - Val wasn t very helpful as he forgot to text the after hours check-in instructions and didn t explain anything on the phone when i contacted him asking how to access my room. Rather he simply said i ll text you the instructions. - The late check-in instructions to access the living space is like a puzzle extreamly if you re tired from travelling, i eventually got sent a 3 page long text after waiting 10 minutes explaining how to actually enter. It took another 10 minutes to actually access my room. - The spa is quite loud, and it needs to be filled almost to the high so that the jets are submerged. but it s still nice. - The codelock system to access the rooms wasn t very efficient, having a key keycard is much easier. The instructions to get in were in a text that did not expand out automatically so were a little confusing on arrival as this is an unmanned Bed and morning meal . It would be better to say it is perm unmanned and early instructions on the booking. email confirmation than a random text maybe We didn t have a balcony as shown within the photos. Car parking was limited and a little tight. Room was looking tired, dirty and chipped paint on walls, trims and doors.Bed was not reallyfortable . Silicon around base of shower wasing off in places and mouldy Our living space shared a wall with the dining area. The wall is very tho so we could hear each tiny noise from the shared dining area even at 5am when employees were getting ready for breakfast.Bed was sinking within the middle. The code to get in didn t work and had to phone the owner ? to solve the problem- never meet her, just the housekeeper within the morning. Bathroom was in need of tlc regarding mould staining in grout. Hot water does not work within the shower. Once turning on the hot water tap it will stay cold for Two-3 minutes before getting hot. The water pressure is very low. Once hot it will stay that way for 2 minutes before going cold again for another 3 minutes. Rinse and repeat. Lack of hot water to shower is a massive no from us. We will nevere back. Mold was growing on the bathroom roof. The soap dispenser was broken. The cold water tap on the spa makes a massive noise when turned down. Which is annoying given the lack of hot watering from the shower meant we had to use the bath. Car parking on sight is very tight. Everything We booked for a king bed,but instead we had a 2 single beds put together and hole within the middle and bed so noisy squicky when you move, not the best. Our living space was on the ground floor, near the front door. After going to sleep we were disturbed repeatedly through the late hours of the night by other guests entering, as the wooden floors while lovely, were very noisy. The shower was difficult to regulate, resulting in standing under cold water whilst washing hair, within the middle of winter. Just the two of us would av been nice to av met someone as you usually do in a hotel The shampoo and conditioner supplied was of poor quality and made my hair like straw. The bed could have been a little softer and there were not enough blankets. In need of an update. Looking dated and tired The bed sheets were too flimsy. Carpets could have been cleaner. There was no microwave but employees brought one in which was excellent and very useful. There was no natural light within the bedroom and the spa bath did take a while to fill Power points behind heavy bed. Others in bathroom. Car
