👍 Breakfast at the Sandway was fabulous. Could mix and match whatever you wanted. Hotel was lovely and clean and our living space was great for us. Sharon was the great host and nothing was too much trouble for her. Hotel owners were first class. Very cheerful and helpful. Hotel was immaculate. Breakfast was outstanding, great choice. Breakfast was superb starter all kinds of cereal fruit etc followed by full English toast and as were there on good Friday Sharon toasted us some hot cross buns really lovely you could not fault the hosts. The morning meal was lovely. The living space was very clean and brighty. Staff was incredibly helpful and we even got a free of cost jar of jam, as a goodbye gift. Overall, it was a great experience and would most certainly rmend the hotel and stay there again when the occasion arises. It was absolutely amazing. So clean and nice, very tasty morning meal and all you need at all. Perfect location, car park and best value for the money. Tottaly rmend and will go back again if I ever need. The owners were so kind and amodating. The morning meal was superb and really filling. Best poached eggs ever!thing was too much trouble and the atmosphere was super friendly and lovely! Very clean living space serviced to a very good standard daily and very hosting friendly family proprietors who catered for our each need. Homemade jam! Breakfast was super delicious and the hosts very nice. Easy checkin. Good location. Reasonably clean andfortable. Good breakfast. Quaint Terrace style house. Hostess friendly. Lucky with parking. The morning meal was very tasty, fortable beds. Even though we stayed in a living space with a shared bathroom it worked really well and no one was waiting to use the bathroom. It also had a latch which would let us know if someone was in there or not. Overall the hotel owners couldn’t do enough for us! Highly rmend! Extremely good value for money, spotlessly clean and an excellent location. Cleanliness, friendliness, breakfast, free of cost parking, location and price. This B and B is an absolute gem of a place. Ed and Sharon are amazing hosts and made us feel very wee.... even left us a wee birthday bottle of bubbly on our arrival.... a lovely thoughtful gift. A fantastic stay 😁 Everything was great, room wasfortable and very clean, breakfast was lovely and the hosts couldn t,nt do enough for you. Beach was only a five minute walk away and was a good location for walking to the harbour. The morning meal was excellent also the service, nothing was missing excellent choice of different varieties. Staff are really friendly, attentive and amodating. The living space was the great size for two, with an shower living space which was great for the hot weather. Amazing cooked morning meal each morning and tea coffee for the bedroom. Very kind helpful owner of the Bed and breakfast! Amodation with an earlier morning meal was no problem. Parking is no problem. Breakfast was quite ok with a mix of Buffet with some classic Cereals and Joghurts, rare fruits and served fresh cooked meals at order a. e. eggs with baked beans, mushrooms, grilled tomato and loads of Toast. Tasty homemade jams, good tasting coffee. Room was clean and the bed large. Nice victorian design. Fresh Water and sth for tea and coffee. 👎thing, it was all great. The living space was small and the TV even smaller. Lovely rooms spotlessly clean and amazing owners Sharon and ed couldn t do. enough would highly rmend There s nothing toplain about. N A Small living space but I had a choice and preferred it because it was one floor lower and on suite bathroom. I only paid the bargain price on the day so I consider it good value but would pay more for a larger living space next time. We didn‘t like the location too much as there were only hotels and other BnBs close by, no good restaurants or pubs. We like walking, so we just went a bit further, but after a whole day of hiking something a bit closer would have been nice. Great stay overall though as the hosts very super nice : Stairs up to bedroom, stairs down to dining room. Room small, There was nothing I could fault! The decor was very ordinary. This shouldn t put people off staying though. I m just not really into ordinariness!! I d rmend to anyone. Our bedroom 6 was too cramped for 2 people. We should have booked a superior double. thing My only criticism would be they had a stool within the living space but a chair would of been preferred. Safe! should be standard in 4* a. Hair blower doesn‘t fit in electrical sockets within the bathroom! The Backyard generating loud intervallic sounds of generator that belongs to a fridge or air condition. It starts each Three-5 mins for about 1 min duration -> no sleep with open window or without earplugs. Room was slightly on the small side and wardrobe was not wide enough tonplace clothes on the Hangers. Though living space was very clean andfortable t really a didn t like but the shower cubicle in our living space was on the snug side. nothing The WiFi connection was not amazing although worked on all apps Only moan Is living space could have done with full length mirror Heating was start 6 o clock P. M during on outside was 10 degrees so was a bit cold in living space on this time. Pressure of shower was nearly 0 so very difficult to take a shower. Bedroom was a bit too cold, limited parking spaces. nothing thing thing Can’t think of anything. Curtains where see through so when sun came out, the living space is far to bright to have a lay in.... which is point of gonna away Parking There is nothing that can really be improved n a living space was a bit small living space 6 but it was advertised as a small double. Room a little small thing really. Everything good. thing thing issues The shower The living space was a little small, but adequate. thing The view from bedroom window and parking but it was the best they could do jane and pete howe Shared bathroom.ise from shower. thing Parking could be an issue ... only 2 3 spaces but we were ok when we were there Weather! Great location Parking was a bit tight, but we managed. There was nothing to dislike at all. We couldn t fault the place. thing - great value

👍 Very well located, 3 min walking to Buckingham and 4 min to metro stop St James. The facility looks great and the services are excellent! Half hour walk to oxford street and alot of main sites all walking distance from hotel. Staff are excellent and the hotel is well kept . Truly a 5 star hotel and I have visited quite a few. I would definitely stay here again . Beautiful hotel. The apartment and hotel are separate. The apartments are spacious, clean, andfortable. Very good location if you are interested in visiting sites like Kensington Palace. Staff are very courteous and helpful within the Suites and Residences part of the Taj where we stayed. I’d highly rmend a stay here. Everything about our stay was superlative. The employees was weing, kind and helpful. The site was beautiful and great for 3 people. The location is perfect. The food was fantastic. I highly highly rmend. This place is amazing! Our living space was very nice and spacious! The hotel employees were extremely helpful and they try to go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The huge bath tub was a bonus after a long day to relax! The employees was amazing. Always ready to please you. Front desk was extremely helpful with any of our requests or questions. The food within the restaurants was excellent. We had living space service and they came in and put a tablecloth on the table and set like we were out at a restaurant. The hotel is amazing, the location, the gardens and the impecable rooms. The employees makes a huge difference indeed, they were Very professional, kind and friendly. My family and I love each minute we stay there. We got upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was gorgeous. The employees were all very polite and friendly and the facilities were perfect. Great location and near to tube for access around London. The service was exemplary and the living space was veryfortable. Couldn t have asked for anything else. Hands down one of the best properties I have ever stayed in We are family two couples with our daughter 12 yrs old, we stayed in one bedroom suite.. it was jus great for our size .. the place arealy five stars hotel residence ... the food was great and not expensiveparing to the food rate restaurants in London... I strongly rmend this place to family who are looking for a nice clean quiet and safe place .. I was travelling with my family of four adults. The two bedroom suite worked out perfectly for us from my children ages 20 and 23 had their own bedroom and the bathroom. There was plenty of space with a large living living space and the kitchen that was furnished with everything. Even though we didn t use the kitchen at all, just made coffee few times with the nespresso machine, it was good to have it within the suite. The service at the hotel was excellent. Theplimentary water bottles and the fruit each day was a big plus. The morning meal that was included with the living space rate was excellent. There was a continental buffet and also you could order from the menu. The service at the restaurant where morning meal was served could not be any better. Everyone in my family was happy with the choice I made to stay at Taj 51. I would highly rmend this hotel and would stay here again on my next visit. An exceptional Hotel. Outstanding service, with utmost care to the finest details. Large and convinient rooms, impacably clean with attentive staff. The concierge service was excellent and
👎Not the case Location within the south of London is bad when ites to traffic as a lot of the roads around Trafalgar square are being repaired. Very minor point but the fruit bowl was not refreshed during our 3 night stay. Other than that, perfect! Nothing Nothing Nothing All employees within the Reception are very polite .. the place is very clean and quiet, also the morning meal is open until 11 Am and have a variety of choices... the location also close to all the famaus places in London such as hyedpark and buckingham place ... Radi .... 🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates UAE . What’s not to like!! All fine. Small room. Conjusted place.t likely to be a Taj Property. good facilities. Food options were less. I have been to many taj properties but this property was not at all as per taj standard and not value for money. Sauna wasn’t working Gym is a bit crowded. Every day morning i hear the noise of the doors closes i dont know from whom but i think from employees Because all rooms at this time pushing the Dot Disturb button Very little, the place is stunning I’m just sorry we didn’t stay longer. Mattresses were starting to be worn with dips forming where people lie. Expensive, location wasn’t as great as I thought. Breakfast good but not amazing as advertised Check in is across the courtyard. That wasn’t too clear. Don’t confuse this with the Taj hotel, there are some not so nice rooms in there. Almost perfect. If possible, a nice view from the window would make it perfect. Nothing worth mentioning. Room service was slightly inconsistent as morning meal ordered one day was cold unfortunately. Noplaints at all, maybe the bed could have been slightly larger. Was a little disappointed that canapes are no longer offered on the Six-7 happy hour as it was always a nice touch. View of the bins... wish we had courtyard view. There was nothing I didnt t like. Everything was perfect. difficult to find it in. the evening. it is difficult for car entetry. traffic at the gate. housekeeping service is not. standard. one day.. turndown seevice was after nine clock. the key did. not work. three times in my four day. stay. the kitchen is big. and the bed room. is small nothing. Suite lacked character and charm, was quite spartan and run down. Service was unacceptably slow at breakfast. I couldn’t think of possibly anything negative during our stay. Absolutely positive. The reception spilled the hosting champagne on my coat. They did not do it on purpose, helped me to do the dry cleaning, and even sent us a small gift to apologise. But after all it was not a pleasant memory. Nothing. - Bath products shampoo, shower get, conditioner were refilled twice in Six-nights stay. - Check-out procedure was inconvenient and unprofessional as employees tried to recharge my credit card instead of releasing the held amount. not much at all! The rooms and the hotel was a bit run down. The textiles especially, the throws, the rugs, the curtains, the upholstery, all of that was well washed but there were washed out stains everywhere and the furniture was scratched and bumped. Basically it is ok for an annex to a big hotel, but I think it needs a makeover. It felt as if they’ve used furniture and textiles that the next door’s St James was finished with. Really couldn’t fault anything There were a couple things like salt and pepper that I simply assumed would be within the full kitche
