👍 Easy access to anywhere. Lots to do close by and within the hotel. Great view and location. Great food and everyone very helpful
Rooms nice, clean, andfy. The overall vibe of the Aria is nicer than many hotel casinos I ve been in... not as smoky, feels a little more upscale and less super crowded maybe higher ceilings?. Good central location. Ate at a couple of the restaurants while I was there and by and large quite good as well.
The fitness center was terrific. Our view was great.Beds veryfortable.
Liked location and living space was well appointed.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Aria! All the food options, ambiance A on the New Years decor, gambling, fort of hotel location, we didn’t need to leave! Our friend got married within the chapel and it was absolutely beautiful.
The hotel living space waspletely automated: lights, curtains, lamps all controlled by the tablet by the bed. The employees was incredibly helpful with the checkin process. We checked in at the terminals at the self-park entrance.
We checked in very early within the day and had the concierge hold our bags until we were ready to get into our room. During that time, we rented a car and drove to the Hoover Dam. Bed wasfy, bathroom spotless, blackout curtains made sleeping til noon easy.
Location is good.
The living space is great, and the guy at the front work area is helpful. My living space has the view of the strip. It is nice.
Great location, attractive and very clean rooms. We were celebrating two ‘major’ birthdays and an anniversary and management gave all three rooms a box of chocolates and a nice note. Very kind
Loved everything. Will definitely be back to stay here next time we’re in Vegas. Beds sofy, location awesome, employees friendly. We were lucky enough to be upgraded on arrival to a suite which was incredible, unfortunately I had initially booked a strip view and the suite was a city view, but you can’t win them all!!
The first thing what impressed was the impressive mammoth size of theplex. The entrance with a water wall was showy. The location was very good, within the middle of the Strip, so there was basicly equal distance to the south or north of the Strip. The living space had a view and the floor to ceiling windows were spectacular. The size of the living space was good and the bed was big enough. The bed sheets wereforatble. The pools within the hotel s courtyard were very nice and excellent.
I love the Music that played throughout the Hotel! The Buffett is always delicious! My bed was sofortable and the pillows were very soft! The strip View was amazing!
The restaurant options were amazing - there s Hispanic and Asian culinary art being offered along with a plethora of other options. The check-in procedure looks long but tends to go quite fast; there s a looking center, along with a walk-up path, leading to the Cosmopolitan Hotel. It s awesome - you can even go downstairs and walk either the N or S side of the Strip. Super cool. Also, the cleaning employees is stellar very amodating and friendly
The rooms were very nice. Ipad which included both hotel info and controls for lights shades was a big bonus. Staff all friendly. Lots of dining options.
Convenient location on the strip
The employees at the Aria was awesome, extreamly the concierge and luggage staff. Problems were resolved in a timely manner. The hotel itself was beautiful! Comfortable beds for a goo
👎 That we didn’t stay longer but next time we better
Before my stay I asked for a smoking room.... I was told that s what I would get but when I checked in they told me my living space is non smoking and the other option was to upgrade for $115 a night. That wasnt fair so I had to keep running up and down from the 19th floor to go smoke.
Can t think of anything
I am very sensitive to cigarette etc smoke. It was difficult to have to walk thru the casino where smoking is allowed.
Everything was so expensive, area in bathroom where shower and tub located was very slippery and could use a non skid mat.
the glass wall door around the toilet was a little off-putting. The hotel is a little disorienting in terms of finding one s way back to the strip, or determining directions--more so than the other hotels on the strip.
We always like to have a refrigerator within the room. We could have rented one, but opted to use a cooler filled with ice for the our cooling needs. The minibar fridge was not accessible for individual items.
Poor support of the building. Very expensive add ons. coffee maker or tea maker within the room. Bathroom fixtures require maintenance.
There is no drinking water within the room.isy during night. I can hear women talking within the hallway.
The wait time for morning meal within the Aria Cafe was almost an hour. At 9:30 we were told 20 minutes and decided to wait. We were seated 10:15 but no waiter showed for 10 minutes and we had to ask for a server.
The bathroom was cold because there was no heating.
Beyond expensive for incidentals. An impenetrable maze to get anywhere. Cigarette smoke wafting through the air while deadbeat hicks spend their last dollar on luck. I hate Vegas.
The TV was a bit hard to navigate and understand but there s a tablet within the living space that s interactive, where you can order food items and whatnot even pre-order from Starbucks and pickup upstairs, but it was difficult at first to understand. The curtain remote, too, on the wall, may be a bit confusing
The pillows were big fat and ufortable. I suggest taking two of the four and putting in something slimmer and softer. I would have liked to have seen a couple lower priced craps tables less than $25. I would have then played craps at this hotel.
Facilities were tired- charging for each single item - water should beplimentary when you are paying a resort fee
The express check-in procedure could use some work. Being charged double for incidentals was displeasing. I would think twice before using express check-in. The food at the hotel Buffet was over-priced.
The employees was a bit rude and unhelpful. Everything from living space service and valet parking was ridiculously priced. After walking around the other hotels, wish I had stayed at those instead. The bathroom was dated.
There was no kettle provided within the room. A simple cup of hot water was not possible as there was no kettle. Tea and coffee making facilities are a basic amenity in ANY hotel from 2 star to 5 star. I was shocked at this. When I requested a kettle they explained there would be a $36 charge for this!!!!!!! This was ridiculous in my view. Eventually after a long discussion, the kettle was madep. Before leaving the hotel one day, we decided to ask Roxanne, on of the employees a few questions about where the tour lobby was and where to go to get there. She was extremely
