Barkston Rooms Londonears Hostel

Barkston Gardens, Kensington and Chelsea, London, SW5 0ER, United Kingdom

👍 The mattress was absolutely fantastic. I could sleep well. The living space was clean Mr Salim Ali s attitude towards customers Location The bed was sofortable, the pillow was alsofy, the 8 bed female dorm, very spacious, even has table and chairs inside with bathroom, I really liked that. Close to tube station I like the location and the cleaning staffs, and two receptionists a guy and Marie. Location is so awesome. Girls rooms was clean and okay The location and the living space isspacious Everything was great except that windows were not double glazed and my living space was noisy because of road traffic at night and rain at night. close to train station. Good neighborhood. Close to subway. Many places to eat nearby. Just the location The location was brilliant and the employees seemed friendly. The reception is very nice and check in was very easy close to tube station. We only paid £30 per person £90 for a three bed room. The individual living space for 6 people was large, clean and relativelyfortable The area and the building is innovated The location, the employees was very friendly and it’s clean and organised. Staff very plesent.. Manger v helpful. I arrived in London a day early and he helped me change the booking at no extra cost. Great value for money. Highly rmended hostel style rooms. Don t expect the ritz for 15, 20 quid. Unfortunately I can t say nothing good about that place. The only plus factor is that hostel is located near earl s court tube stop which gives you access to underground transport. I liked the position,Earl s court is not far. The supermarket is across the road. There are a lot of reastaurants,Bars, MD within the region. Shower rooms on floor 1400 were the best and cleanestpared to very poor others in same building, where I stayed previously. Good working order, space and lockable shower door with hooks to hang stuff. Management seem to be visibly keeping employees on their toes. Also telling people to keep noise down outside and inside. Good wireless . Cleaners are working hard everyday. Toilet paper is stocked up. In city main center but quiet location, nearby metro and bus stop. The location is great. Location was about it Staying at the hostel was a great experience, the living space was nice, bed and mattress sturdy enough andfortable, floor shiny with cleanliness, bathroom modern, clean and hot water always available. The place was generally quiet. Frankly I don t understand the negative reviews on this website, my experience was very positive. The reception employees were very friendly and nice too, always helpful when I had problems with my card. Thank you Earls Court Hostel! Did not partake within the resturant facility.used the facility because of lack of finance and the need for a cheap place to sleep. being ex military sharing posed no problem. thank you. location was good even though its not clear where it is and was wondering around for an hour and asking in several shops in order to find it bathroom was empty each time i needed to go Staff and facilities were lovely, word of advice ask NOT to be put in a living space with any Italian girls if you are Female, they live like pigs and thats being polite! The living space looked like a bomb had gone off and they had taken each bit of available floor and counter space there was, as for the state of the bathroom after they had used it,

👎 The lockers are out of the room. It was useless. The basin is too small. After checking in quite late, the toilets were overflowing with toilet paper till the floor: a very poor state and not functional! The next morning, when asking the girls at the reception for a refund for one night as we wanted to find a different place, they were quite unpleasant. Finally, Mr Salim Ali, being very polite and helpful, understood our situation and agreed to provide a night s refund. Very dirty and smelly. The employees was always half sleep, they sont explain anything clearly during check-in. First ever hostel without kitchen facilities. Too many homeless people staying in. During my 2 nights stay, I myself felt like a homeless. Very dirty toilets, always blocked, no toilet papers, the water will be either too hot or too cold. I felt very insecure staying there with too many dodgy people and environment. This is based on shared dorm. I stayes there in a individual living space couple of months ago, it was the same. Toilets no locks. This time I accidentally booked the same place. Overall, terrible stay! lift, and my living space was on 4th floor so i had to walk up a lot of stairs with all my luggage, hard to find at night. And no lockers for your stuff. I’ve stayed on the females 8 bed dorms with the en-suite bathroom. The hosting on my arrive was okay, but nobody showed me anything about the hostel. There was cold water for the first 3 days on my staying, it was a nightmare and the heater was broken as well. When I’veplained the receptionist laughed at me and there was a security night porter who’s acting and behaved as the night shift Manager, that wasn’t really funny either, I was very annoyed for the rudeness and disrespectful behaved towards me as a customer, and none of them apologies to me.. anyway they’ve fixed after a few days. The lounge area is okay but they don’t allowed you to used the kitchen at all, which I established very frustrated, no even cutlery and plates which is weird. My second week during the late night at the bathroom there was two giants cockroaches and that was very disgusting. Overall if they will make changes and support service it would be indeed a very nice hostel to stay. It is clean. The one thing we dont like is the shower is just HOT. There is no option to cool it down. And they do not offer towels within the room. You need to pay for it for £5 each Hence it’s a hostel my roommates were not quite. They woke up early and started to talk and chat.thing to fo with the hostle though just my bad luck You pay for what you get. The bed wasfortable, and the employees at 1am within the morning when I checked in where very friendly. But someone else did say on another review, you pay for what you get. Because of the check in problem. I booked the living space three weeks ago, but when I arrived they told me there was no living space for me due to they oversold the room, so I had no choice but waited within the lobby until they found the empty living space for me. That was quite wasted of my time. i liked cleanliness, service provided by employees members. Breakfast was good. absolute foul place to stay, the rooms were incredibly dirty, the showers etc were also gross and I’m pretty sure my bed had bed bugs. Do not stay here unless you have no where else to go. ise and cold! I stayed here 2 weeks. big surprises it was not terrible! The floor was cracking and making loud noise when people walk a
