600 Carondelet Street, Arts- Warehouse District, New Orleans, 70130, USA
👍 Staff was great extreamly the gentleman with the long dreads who assisted us with our luggage and gave us tips on parades.
I liked themon spaces. Nice bar, good restaurant, great music venue.
Friendly and helpful staff. Nice size room, great mini-bar stuffed with all types of adult beverages. Convenient coffee shop, bar and restaurant on premises. Location is good to walk to most NOLA attractions and sites. We stayed during Mardi Gras, it was insane people, traffic, tourists, etc. and hotel did a good job handling the chaos.
Lobby and restaurant are gorgeous. DJ in music living space played the best music all night - much funkier and cool than Bourbon. Overall an incredibly hip hotel.
A really hosting receptionist when we arrived who gave us lots of information about things to do in New Orleans. All the employees were really friendly, polite and helpful. Great door employees to get taxis and meet and greet. The hotel had plenty of atmosphere and was very lively with a large, noisy bar with a cosy atmosphere. The small music venue The Keys within the hotel added to the vibrant feel. The attached coffee shop StumpTown Coffee was great and served the best coffee we found anywhere within the city - absolutely loved it! The hotel restaurant Josephine Estrelle was lovely - we had 2 evening meals there and morning meal twice. The home made granola and yogurt was amazing as was the oatmeal. The restaurant had a relaxed feel and served really high quality food in a beautifully decorated environment. The living space was large with a veryfortable bed and a large shower. I loved that the radio was tuned to a jazz stop when we arrived!
Staff was friendly and eager to help.
Incredible vintage atmosfere... Excellent enhancement Nice rooftop with heated pool not deep though Nice rooms, large, clean and confortable Excellent maid service
The expectations were set when our living space was not ready 1.5 hours after the check in time- we were given drink tickets to buffer our wait time, except the bartenders were very clear that it was well drinks only and instead of amodating I felt as if I were a burden. For the high end posh hotel it looks to be, it was overrated. Staff was slow, elevators were slower and our lauggage got lost.
The rooftop pool is nice and a plus
The food was amazing! Coffee rocked! Room was nice! Most of the employees was great! Location was great!
The location, the entertainment, the security, and the decor.
Exceptionally hosting staff, helpful too. Young, hip vibe but not patronizing or snotty to older people. The kids and the adults too loved the bigfy lounge, the pool, and the popcorn machine. My family from all over the country loved staying here. Unique and fun.
My husband and I went to the Superdome and I fell on the steep steps and twisted or broke my ankle. We valeted our car and needed assistance getting back to the hotel, so they sent a driver, Ramon, to pick us up from the dome!!! What a God send, from we couldn’t hail a taxi or get an Uber after the game!!! 10 stars for customer service for going above and beyond!!
The rooms were very nice and cozy. The atmosphere of the hotel was also very chic and trendy.
Food within the Restaurant was excellent. Lobby bar was fun and funky can I get the recipe for the Darling Nikki, please?
Great party atmosphere, great looking, great location, awesome facilities for a NOLA weekend. They
👎 Couldn t really tell who the employees was cause they didnt have uniform on. After a day or so, was when we finally got used to some of the faces. Also had to keep asking for an extra towel when reservation indicated 3 people within the room. Also even after i had asked the desk to make sure we get 3 new towels daily I still had to call each day. On our last day, we had to cancel our uber 2x due to the desk not having a working key to the luggage room. They had to scramble and find someone who had an extra key.
I disliked the room. It wasn’tfortable. It was so dark, had a hard tile floor, no coffee. It was kind of depressing.
Room colors are dark bathroom is all black in my room, not my taste but decorated in a nice present days way. Wish it had a office desk so I could work morefortably but who works when visiting NOLA???
Bathrooms have no doors. Some furniture seemed cheap. Bed linens were very coarse.
I felt the cleanliness outside the main areas of the hotel could have been a bit better. The carpets and flooring felt like they had seen better days. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel away from the main areas, which we got used to, but could not work out what it was! I don t use the lift so had to walk up and down very dimly lit stairs - better lighting is required. The living space was quirky with lots of great features but the enormous fridge was not really as essential as more wardrobe drawer storage space for clothes and suitcases.
Room. Months ago I booked a 2 queen bed room. But upon arrival I was told none were available and my sister and I had to share a king bed. Room was dark and seating consisted of a wooden chair. Shower is a slip and fall waiting to happen. grab bar to get in and out of a high-sided tub. bath mat. Shower sprayed out of tub onto floor. Lights say the have dimmers, but they don’t. TV remote had dead batteries. Thermostatplicated to operate. Did not know how to reset timer and AC stopped during night, heating room. living space darkening shades; very bright within the morning.
buffet available for breakfast. Very expensive morning meal at Josephine Estelle restaurant 7$ a half balloon glass of watermelon juice, waiter didn’t care Had a better morning meal at Stumptown Coffee Roasters
Please seement above. We won’t be staying here again.
For the price point it’s just not worth it. They charge you for everything - noplimentary water, no morning meal include, even charge you if you need paracetamol. The service is totally hit and miss. We had 3 days out of 7 where it was very poor. But then good on the other days. All round just expect a lot more for 300 dollars a night. Pretty disappointing.
Valet! Drove our Corvette 54 miles and parked it within the wrong spot and had it booted!! That sucked! And no one has responded after several emails.
I didn’t like that the patio door in my living space didn’t wouldn’t open so I could actually enjoy the patio.
The only drawback I can recall:The night we went to the restaurant the food was over-salted, not overly spicy I like spice, over salted.
I was charged a 100 dollar incidental fee at check-in. I was not aware at the time of booking that this was going to happen. For the cash I spent I could’ve stayed within the French Quarter.
Sleeping living space had a view of a wall thanks for the mural though and was not 100 clean I dropped something and looking under the bed and bench
