👍 The employees was over and beyond excellent. We were there for our daughter starting college, we went out for the day 1st day and returned to a banner saying best wishes, and balloons above the beds !!!!!! Every time we went in or out or down for coffee, we were always greeted. Great staff.... the hotel also was awesome, clean, clean, clean. Everything was clean andfortable. The beds are super soft andfortable, Marcus the night desk service guy beyomd helpful and friendly. He amodated me above and beyond considering I caused the problems of being watly early for check in and my funds delayed a few hours. Marcus needs a raise. incredibly friendly staff. I arrived on the Red Eye from the West Coast and your team did all they could to get me into my living space early so I could rest and be refreshed for the weekend. Quiet hotel very close to ground zero and many good restaurants. Good size present days rooms for NY. Friendly staff. Nice hotel, easy pre and post stay bag check. Easy access to subway, food and shops. Veryfy beds. Room size great for nyc there is only vegetarian selection for the meal - the other ones look delicious, but are pre-made with meat. would be great to have a different selection other than plain greek yogurt with berries would be wonderful. butler. is a fantastic strategic partnership - great choice by the hotel to offer this service to guests. front work area employees Michalina was attentive, polite and very helpful gave me directions, called a cab, was such a sweetheart I liked the fact that it was a five minute walk from job at the World Trade Ctr Location The living space was clean, the bathroom and thinga were quite nice. Had a mini fridge but not cold enough. The view was great from your surrounded by all tall buildings so enjoy looking unto the offices around you. The service was good, employees was kind. The location is also good. I liked the hotel s location - just a few minutes away from several subway stations - and the courtesy of the staff Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to reach subway connections. Room equiped with simple but enough coffee machine and iron. Cleaned everyday. Really enjoyed my stay here. Within walking distance of so many sights and with the added bonus of having many different subways lines around the hotel. It s a quiet enough area for New York but I like that because you could escape from the bustle of the city. I was pleasantly surprised by the living space size considering how small rooms can be in hotels in NYC. I would definitely stay here again as it was really good value for when I was there, Easter weekend. Great shower, soft towels, drapes open automatically with one touch, plimentary coffee tea bar propose real cups as well as paper cups. Nice touch! The living space waspact but very cleverly planned and had everything I needed, including a coffee tea maker which in NY is a real bonus. Great location, 2 mins walk from Fulton Street Station and Oculus WTC Path. Good-sized living space I was alone in a living space with a queen bed. Had a nice view on city hall. Room was clean but very basic Bed wasfortable The front work area made everything perfect. Remembered me from a previous visit The place was clean and the beds were veryfy. I LOVE Aloft - my favorite chain but I wanted it to be more lofty more present days and edgy. From the time we walked in my g
👎 thing.... we liked it all. More local tv channels. More of a variety of channels also. Hotel should consider including aplimentary breakfast. WXYZ lounge. Messy, bar was sticky, not sure what sort of crowd it draws in but it does not feel very open to the masses. Parking. I understand it is NYC, but some form of even short-term parking or valet or something would be nice. the wine I ordered at the bar was old. From a bottle that was left open too long. morning meal available. They have a pantry, but it is better to go to a diner or grocery store to get food and drinks. Also the bar is cold and not attractive. Everything was reasonably good. Breakfast was available but was there a charge? there were prices next to everything. Small bathroom needed hooks for wet towels and to hold toiletry bags. Could also use narrow shelf on back wall for toiletries, and hand towel holders near sink. Lots of empty wall space in bathroom that could maximize dtorage. Mirror in bedroom area would also be helpful $500 for a tiny, tiny living space is crazy - but, suppose this is the NYC market had a scary cab ride from penn train stop to the hotel. would be helpful if the hotel would post FAQs about average cost for cab transportation frommon places in NYC. The only thing I didn’t like was that the living space was verypact. It would have been better if there was a lounge chair within the living space and a fridge. I was very disappointed with the staff. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in upon checking in I was told my total for the night after taxes fees and incidentals would be $150 for my 1 night stay. When I check my bank account I notice the $128 transaction for the night that I had already anticipated. However there was an additional charge of $150 for incidentals. This was not specified to me when I checked in and it cut into the funds I had available to enjoy my night. All I could So was grab a quick bite to eat and return. This inconvenienced my stay and I was highly irritated about it. I called front work area to let them know what had happened and all I got was a nonchalant sorry for the inconvenience. Then when I went to check out today, the girl at the front work area was on the phone and I waited about 5mnts for her to get off.t once did she say hello or I’ll be right with you. The location is amazing, the hotel is lovely but my experience with the employees and the extremely high incidental charge and lack of propermunication of it really did effect my stay. I was not able to enjoy the city as I planned. The stay overall was good but the only part I didn t like was the fact that they had a hidden accidental fee of $150. It was not written anywhere when I booked. I nornally paid in cash but luckily I had enough in my card that day. Takes 5 to 7 business days for your cash to return. I was unsure why on booking. the property is rated four stars, however it is actually a 3 star. The living space was SUPER small, the smallest NYC hotel living space I’ve ever been in. There is not enough living space for two luggage’s tofortable be placed on a luggage stand. I had to use the luggage stand and the chair to support my luggage. Sheets were not changed daily, however the living space was clean. The living space was not very clean, the location of the mini fridge was not ideal - right below the sink - and the bathroom door didn t close properly. Surprisingly, we also noticed that there was no toilet brush within the bathr
