👎view on chimney and boiler noise from outside other rooms water usage was generating strident whistling in pipes next to our room

👍 the most pleasant experience because of the employees and how they treat guests as if they are at their homes. they are very helpful and are ready to provide any advise or help . they go out of their way to assist . Beautifully appointed Traditional Apartment in a lovely area of New York City. Great Gym, Pool, Bar, Theatre andplimentary coffee provided. Good onsite Laundry available at no charge. Quiet street close to supermarket and Restaurants. The Reception employees were exceptional with a special mention to Spencer who was always very helpful. Clean, quiet and spacious amodation. Well furnished and beds veryfy. Walking distance of midtown and Central Park and 2 supermarkets within a block. Staff very helpful and pleasant.t cheap but not much more than 2 hotel rooms and worth it for the space andfort. Very good location and big size apartment and clean Attentive personell. Style and general appearance of the apartment, sizefort extreamly if youpare to rooms size in hotels in central Manhattan. Very close to Wholefoods market if you need to buy some food etc. The location and the apartment was veryfortable. Also the employees were very friendly. On our last day we checked out at 11 a. m. but our flight wasn t until 10 o clock at night. The hotel kindly allowed us to use the facilities until we took a taxi around 5 p. m. Thank you. The hotel is in construction so it is noisy from 9am to 5pm, but it doesn’t mention this before we booking. Also the mattress and pillows is very hard, I feel notfortable with sleep condition.Btw, their employees are nice and helpful. Staff great. Free coffee! Lounge area and apt were great. Location also spot on. Nice location. Very central location in a quiet area of Manhattan, but still closeby! Absolute fantastic staff! The best spot in NY to stay and get some rest after a hectic day! Everything was perfect. Big spacious one bedroom suite with so much space. Lounge downstairs was great to relax in. Fresh towels given everyday. Snjezana was great. Really helped with easing our minds in staying with Aka. Always greated us with a smile. Very nice apparthotel. Very well located. Staff are very nice and helpful. Flat very clean and well furnished except broom. Nice pool within the lower ground. We liked here very much，it is not far from 5the Ave shopping and easy to find good restaurants close by,at the same time, you can enjoy the peacefulness of the eveningGood place for holiday stay in New York Suites are fantastic and the employees are amazing. 👎 nothing much expect i would have liked to have a special treatment for those guests who are frequent and have been at Aka at several occasions.. i tried to extend my stay but there was no flexibility and the price was way higher than what i paid before.. The lighting in some areas of theplex was a little subdued. significant flaws. Time of checking out was at 11:00 am. And they force me out of the apartment without late check out, there was construction at the Place, no storage for luggage. They turned off the Wi-Fi at 11:00 am. I would have liked being informed that the property was a building site and that we couldn t open our blinds as workmen were walking right around the apartment. Being on the first floor meant that we heard a lot of noise from traffic at night and building work during the day. Scaffolding around hotel with men at window from 9am! Blocked what view we had and was a little off-putting. Swimming pool heating broken, though it is a beautiful pool. Fridge was also super noisy, sounded like a hoover was on. Do not trust any reference to the couch being suitable for a third person to sleep. It is rudimentary. You will be asked to pay a daily rental fee of $ 60-90 for an ugly extra bed !!!Also, window insulation is bad and does not work for the winter in NYC. Other thanplimentary coffee and tea downstairs, there is nothing you can hope for. However, food deliveries from outside are allowed. Finally, it is a great pity that the pool, fitness center and showers within the basement are so cold that no one practically uses them. We asked twice to have the temperature raised and we were told that it was done but there was no difference. Finally, another member of employees simply told us sorry, that is just the way it is set up and got rid of us. We had checked in to AKA the day after the weeks heat wave in nyc, so when we arrived it started to get cooler and rained a few days. We weren t able to up the temperature within the living space as apparently it can take Three-4 days to switch over from AC so it was pretty cold within the evening. We only stayed 7 nights but 3 -4 of the nights I had to sleep with a scarf around my head as it was freezing. We are now in Hawaii and I m recovering from a cold because if it which is annoying. The front work area said they would have given us a portable heater but apparantly they were all in use. Everything else about the place was great. I guess it was bad luck that we rocked up day after the heatwave. I would rmend heaters to be given out in situations like this. We paid almost $600 AUS x 7 nights so would have expected to be keptfortable. Tv is standard. cable tv at all just channels that sell things to consumers. Had to pay for something decent to watch. Wasn t aware of this at all.. The bedroom features astrange circular window that you can t cover up. So after a long 20 hour flight we were woken up by the morning sunlight at 5.30am and just managed to get to sleep at 2am the day we checked in. We did ask for something to assist black it out but nothing eventuated so we had to pack the window with pillows and back packs to block out the rays. Heating system didn t work so well. A broom could be provided to the occupants and the cleaning could be made more often than once a week. We like it, and feels all pretty good Pool could be a bit warmer We could have used a broom! Swimming pool was closed for most of our stay<b

Big and clean. Very nice. Amazing flats in Turtle Bay Manhattan in a quiet place near the United Nations 5 minutes from Grand Central with good services and 24h reception. My flat was modern, clean and spacious, well furnished and veryfortable, . Good services provided gym, lounge with free of cost coffee and tea, individual garden and efficient supporting staff. We booked this property because we thought we will need more space during our stay in New York, which was for 8 days. The property may not be the cheaper, but everything is exceptional to the smallest details. We booked the property with included breakfast, which is no longer available, but the employees was very apologetic and this was also reflected within the final price, so it was ok with us. The property is very big for Manhattan and we had fully furnished kitchenette to prepare a meal for any time of the day if you wish. The property included a lot of space for clothes and could be rented on a longer term as well. The employees on the reception was always helpful and very professional and the flat was very well cleaned the cleaning is once per week and our cleaner came on the third day, so it worked perfectly for us. Spacious, clean and present days apartment on a fairly quiet street. It
👎 The heater within the living living space was a bit noisy, making loud clanks each now and then. I turned it off during the night to be able to sleep. Fortunately the one within the bedroom was quieter. The windows within the living living space weren t especially well sealed, although this might just be a case of NYC building quality standards being lower than I m used to. Breakfast was apples and coffee for a three days, Then the apples were eliminated on the fourth day. One day a week living space servicing. I d prefer twin beds. It was a little cold within the living space and we did not know how to regulate the temperature. 👍thing Location is perfect. Almost each business meeting I had was in a range of 15 minutes walking. First, I got a loud and cold living space but after talking to the personel they changed it for a calm and warm one. I ve lost some of my luggage, personel found it and gave it back to me. Location is great! Bathrooms are clean. Rooms are clean!Lobby is clean Even though you do not have a bathroom in your room, each floor has multiple bathrooms located right outside your room. We pretty much had the bathroom to ourselves, we never had to wait. Each morning they offer free of cost coffee and snacks and each living space has WiFi! The desk manger was super nice each day and we felt safe when he was down there. We always saw a man mopping the floor everyday and cleaning the bathrooms. We loved that each living space had a mirror and sink as well as a pretty large closet considering the living space size!! Excellent location on a budget. Some employees were very kind and solicit, others were okay. Beds and pillows werefortable. Bathrooms were clean for an old hotel and shared use. There are many bathrooms within same floor and we never had to wait to use it. Again main thing here is simple, affordable and super well located. The location was good. Convenient to everything. Man at desk was sooo friendly and helpful. Although we had a shared bathroom, there were lots of them. Great location. Staff was very friendly. The living space and shared bathroom were both very clean. Great price. Clean. Nice staff. Never had a problem with shared bathroom. Rarely saw another visitor. If living space is on front side, street can be noisy. Would stay again just ask for living space away from street. The location is great for tourists The location is really good and the living space was really close to the share bathroom. Everything was really clean. The morning meal is ok The Americana Inn was a great solution for trying to find a place last minute in New York. I wasn’t expecting much from the good price and shared bathrooms but I was actually surprised on what a good experience I had. Staff was nice and the location is incredible, I love staying close to Bryant Park. The living space is very clean and well taken care of. There’s a big sized yet individual bathroom with lock for each 3 bedrooms, so I never had to worry too much about getting the bathroom for myself. I would totally go back there if I make a low budge short trip to NY again. The employees was extremely friendly and amodating. Also the price is fanatastic and it have a free of cost continental breakfast. Location was great, we walked everywhere. Using subway only twice. Nearest subway a street away. The location was great. The rooms were clean. The property was clean. Excellent location for transport, good eating places, shopping. Great value for cash for being within the main center of Times Square. Shared toilets were clean, always available, clean linen, noisy at night to be expected being Times Sq. Basic morning meal of beagle, muffin tea coffee, fruit to start the day. Friendly, polite, professional, hosting staffClean, fortable bed and living space with great views. Although initially sceptical about the prospect of using a shared bathroom, this exceeded my expectation as it was always clean. A choice of bathrooms to use on floor level. Love that there’s a little lift, as it makes it easier to transport luggage. Fantastic location, close proximity to Macy’s, Shake Shack, Vi
👎 The bathroom was down the hall, no toilet paper. To take a shower the shower was down the hall m the lock did not work on the bathroom door. The heat did not work within the room. enough food for morning meal and no food during the rest of the dayFridges and mini bars in rooms would be great The rooms are super noisy! Granted,we expected to hear a lot of noise from the city streets but literally it sounds as if the windows were wide open. You can hear everyone’s conversations. On the flip side, if you wanted some fresh air within the living space or if it was too stuffy, the window did open and allow fresh air inside which is nice! Also, within the pictures online they show each living space having a long standing mirror; our living space did not which made it difficult to get ready very minor but if you want to see your entire outfit, there isn’t a mirror to do so. Some employees were clearly not very interested in helping, specifically this one guy. Others were very nice. Toilet could have been cleaned better, that was shit spill inside the toilets for the whole time we were there.t very pleasant. Theye call breakfast, but it was not, only bad snacks, bad bred, low quality tea coffee, everything was low quality. The living space was so cold, I let my living space change, air wasing inbetween the windows, the living space was really bad :. The living space was too hot. But we could open the window. Of course that made it very noisy. Room keys were hard to use. I had a hell of a time getting mine to work. We had to have employeese up twice. The living space was a tad bit smaller than what Im personally used to. isy street. Maybe install new noise reducing windows? We had to leave 165$ of ensure for any future damage made by us, however there s no information about it when you book it online. The kitchen has no cutlery dishes or any kind of pot I wish they made real coffee within the morning for morning meal instead of hot water and powder coffee. But hey, there’re coffee places all around when you leave the hotel. The beds were a little hard. Also you can hear the road traffic from your room. Very noisy during the night from traffic. our living space was facing the street I bought earplugs problem solved. Didn’t try the food at morning meal looked nice. Coffee was instant and wasn’t pleasant. I m not sure what the resort fee is for, saying this is a resort is a stretch. It was mediocre at best. The beds are notfortable. Understandably the living space is small, but could add 1 folding chair table within the room. Suggestion for the shared restroom : place a toilet brush so responsibility is taken to do the needful if required, add a couple of clothes hooks. The noise from the road Breakfast choice selection could be better Given our last minute booking we had a higher price than usual, if you book ahead of time this place is reasonable for its price. Keep in mind there is a hefty extra service charge and you also have to deposit 150 dollars once you get there. The bathrooms are fine- I wouldn t say they are as clean as I read in some other reviews, but they ll do. The door key cards were a little temperamental at times, but it seems like most hotel door card readers can be like that - or it might just be the operator 😝 internal bathroom felt strange.t much living space to negotiate with my walker. The beds were not that confortable and the windows not thick enough. It was like the windows were open

👍 Across from Central Park. Quiet. The rooms were clean andfortable. The doorman was very helpful with questions we had on getting around Location clean Location, clean It was within the right location. It could have been worse -- at least there weren t roaches or bed bugs as far as we re aware. The employees was great and amodating and loved that it was on Central Park.: The location and the selection of tea within the basement. The pictures of the lobby and living space looked incredible. Once enteres the living space the living space was as big as the bed, you could barely place your feet next to the bed let alone there was sufficient place to put our luggage for 2 persons. The price of the living space is way too high for what you get. There is no natural lighting within the window gives you a view of a wall of the building next to it, people can look inside so you cannot open the curtains for light because you have zero privacy. WiFi is not included you need to pay an extra 10 dollars for only 48 hours and does not work properly. One time we were without hot water and within the night the fire alarm went off for more then 3 hours on a raw disturbing our sleep, I went to ask info but they told me someone pulled the fire alarm. I went looking myself and it was not true. After they told me it was an electrical problem. The employees is not always helpful with carrying luggage. You don’t have water within the living space or a little snack only water within the lobby. There is not regulation of the temperature within the living space whatsoever so sometimes we were cooking within the night and other times it was crazy hot. airco, no fan. The only thing good is the location but NOT worth it. The staff Nice location. Clean room. But the rooms are small for the price. The doormen were very nice and helpful. Room was quite dirty - it was freezing at night, the radiators all rattled very loudly - and getting hot water was like playing rouelette. In new york in december employees was lovely though I liked that we ve been close to the Central Park. The location was good. Nice view on Central Park limited to living space availability, I made sure I had it before arrival Free coffee is good. Location excellent. This in not a luxury hotel but suitable for those who will be mostly out and about. Very friendly and helpful staff. In the whole very goods few minor annoyances: the key card had to be reset twice in less than 24 hours, the hallway smelt of wet carpet and noises at night from within the hotel that sounded like heavy furniture being moved. Breakfast was good but $18 seems a little steep. Delightful and helpful staff. Very clean, good location The bed wasfortable and clean Location was great Good location The location near Columbia University and Central Park was great for us. For the price you really cantplain very reasonable and in a great location. Staff was friendly and weing, but that was the only positive thing about this property Was disgusting I liked the location and the value of the property. The check-in procedure was easy and the beds were surprisinglyfortable, despite what some of the reviews on this site seemed to say. Location is great . Just besides Central Park and is very close to Columbia University. The bed isfortable as well . door men very friendly. It’s a decent location from the subway. The tea and coffee
👎 The bed wasn t toofortable. They got ice bucket and no vending machines or ice machine. They overcharged me for the price, tried to take me for my cash until Iplained to s.. As I was checking in other guests had just arrived and stood next to me at the counter like they couldn t wait to check in. toothpaste or toothbrushes. The firearm went off 10 times on out first night within the middle of the night. I think it was a kid pulling the alarm. I was told I could use my passport for the incidental holding fee however then on my second booking the lady at the front work area proceeded to take my cash out of my bank when I specifically said not to and it left me out of pocket $150!!! I was sad I wouldn’t rmend as there is no mention of holding fee on website! I am still waiting for my cash now too!!! The living space was incredibly small, much more so than would be expected from an alleged Three-star hotel. Worse, though, the maid service was ipetent; towels, travel-size shampoo, etc. were not appropriately replaced; bar soap for the shower was never provided; the living space was not cleaned to a satisfactory level. On high of this, the facilities were not maintained to a satisfactory degree; the shower was incapable of providing hot water the first night, the air con was provided by a noisy window unit that could not adequately cool the incredibly small room. And, on high of that, the walls were paper thin. That our window was very dirty so we couldn’t see outside to the park. and that we didn’t have our own coffee maker The heat did not work properly. At all. Beds were extremely hard. cable and the local tv selection is awful. Just wasn t a present stay for us. cable Tv, mentioned in description tv and we assumed it was cable. Only abc no other channel except dumb nonsense. We enjoy watching news and could not on Sunday morning. The bathroom light would note on unless I stood on pot and thump the bulb. Stupid. Bed hard as rock, will not stay again. Rooms are small. They take a security deposit. But there is nothing within the minibar nor the room. Our door was left wide open by cleaning staff, we had to ask for towels daily because they took ours and didn’t replace, there was a bird carcas on our fire escape, the twisting lock didn’t work, the main light in our living space stopped working, the floor was obviously slanted. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! - IT WON’T LET ME GIVE LOWER REVIEW THAN 2.5 - My sister and I stayed here for three nights and it was beyond terrible. Upon arrival, our living space cards did not work. We had to fix them twice, bad start; and a sign of what was toe. Once we finally got into the room, the heater was on and it smelled like smoke and we saw sparks from the very old heater. We called reception straight away out of fear that there was going to be a fire. They took their precious time to send someone and eventually a person came to assist who smelled like cigarette smoke a smell which lingered in our living space long after his departure. We tried to put our suitcases down on the floor, no living space for t

👍 I was given a huge corner room, which I really appreciated! The hotel is located in Chinatown right next to Bowery, so it s within the heart of downtown and I like that. It s convenient to many restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean, rates are good, employees are pleasant, and I was happy. Excellent, all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast. Veryfortable, clean living space and great location - all areas in Lower Manhattan within walking distance. Helpful staff. Nice location, you can walk to Soho, lita, Chinatown and Canal St. Room was spacious. Bed wasfy. Eggs were delicious. Enjoyed the shredded cheese and salsa very much. Belgian Waffles were the best. It was so awesome that u had sugar free of cost syrup. Enjoyed the frest blueberries and banana slices. Freindly helpful knowledgable employees on front desk. All employees friendly ladies at morning meal and housekeeping. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The price was very affordable, the employees was friendly and helpful, living space was exceptionally clean, and the morning meal was delicious. highly rmend! Thumbs-up to housekeeping especially the man, Lisa on the front work area and all the kitchen staff. The morning meal included provided a good way to fill up before a day walking around the CIty, and also saved cash. Very good at providing gluten-free bread each morning and dairy-free milk option just ask!. Also had gluten-free rice cereal available, but that and the milk both contained sugar : Hot drinks available throughout the day from the lobby area were very wee, extreamly when it snowed! The location was great for exploring downtown on foot. Also really near two Metro subway stations. Wholefoods 10 minute stroll away. Great, affordable restaurant options in Chinatown and the LES. Close to Soho for shopping. It was very close to the event we were going to Excellent breakfast. Comfortable room, bigger than it s often the case in NYC. Friendly staff. Location is really great, close to Subway. Clean andfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast. I really appreciated a stuff. People there was helpful and really nice. Their appartments are so big andfortable so you can enjoy it. And also a location is perfect. The hotel is close to the subway and it is located on the border between Chinatown and Little Italy so you can eat and in 2 different types of area. location within the heart if chinatown, view, subway stations are 2 mins d and 5 mins away J,Z - these take you directly to and from jfk via jamaica, quite big room, nicely organized and no hassle luggage storage, good breakfast Bed wasfortable. Breakfast was nice. Location was good. Hotel easy to get to by subway- near many places to eat. Safe and clean hotel. Beds veryfortable. This is my 2nd stay. Will return Excellent location, living space was large andfortable. Close to both Chinatown and Little Italy and great morning meal They held our luggage for us after checkout and organised a car service so we could explore NY a little more before we headed to Penn Station for the next part of our short trip close to subway. Clean. Relatively good breakfast, although a little bit more variation is weed. Location. access to the hotel is secured during the night. living space and rest of the public areas are always clean. Very friendly staff, nice structure and very good breakfast. They really take care about the morning meal food, looking always if there is somethin
👎 The morning meal is limited, but it s also free, so I can tplain about it. Couldn t check-in till 4pm, which is a bit late. The noise outside the living space was quite high within the street. I slept with earplugs- rmended if you are a light sleeper like me. TV too small. Bacon wasn t thick and crispy. Sausage could ve been more browned. Need to have Vanilla flavored yogurt. Secure door into living space corridor. pass code for ground floor entrance and lift, sometimes non residents waiting by elevators on ground floor to get out of the cold?! A little noisy from outside traffic but nothing close to unbearable. ise from other rooms banging talking TV etc. Even the TV from rooms across the hallway, not just adjoining rooms. Had toplain about noise from inconsiderate neighbours at 4am. Front desk employees regarding this matter at the time and the following morning were next to useless. Had to ask for earplugs. Room very dusty by the end of a week s stay. Although signage states plates bowls and cutlery all recyclablepostable, I was still very conscious of large amounts of conspicuous waste. The size of the living space was smaller than I expected, but still larger than most in NYC. They had some type of translucent window between the bathroom and bedroom so when someone turned the light on within the bathroom within the middle of the night it was like they had turned the light on within the bedroom- it woke everyone up. The lobby on the second floor rather than at street level Mattress was too soft, not really good sleeping, also no fridge and microwave within the room. heating - quite noisy and doesn’t keep the temperature stable. heats over set value and then stops and lets it cool down under set value. then the whole procedure repeats. Walls are paper thin. Can hear everything in adjoining rooms. Even though hotel doesn’t allow smoking, the hall and even the living space reeked of it. Minimal issue- no body gel or shampoo in shower area. Dispensers were empty. Luckily I had my own. thing it was great During checkout the person at the reception seems to be a bit directive and did not accept there was mistakes done on my invoice. they managed to fix the mistake after long minutes of discussion, they should better listen to customer and take care of the error intermediately. The rest of the employees is helpful, polite and friendly The hotel is really nice, the only thing to improve is the cleaning of the room, specifically under the bed presence of some dust. thing at all everything was great even when I was pass checkout the employees was very understanding and helpful Could have used a mirror on the wall and a dresser. But really everything was wonderful only thing is we were hoping to get a living space with a tub to soaked after a long day walked in Nyc. Uber is not the deal that you are told it is by reception. I would go so far as to say that it is a rip off. Yellow cabs are almost half the price but the hotel only rmends Uber, otherwise they leave you to sort out your own transport. It was quite old and not properly insulated so I could hear the sirens and traffic noise during the night Very loud, doors slamming and someone across the street had a house party with music blaring until early hours of the morning and the employees to nothing to address it The walls are too thin we can hear people using bathroom and walking within the hallw

👍 We’ve stayed at The Chambers previously and I couldn’t wait to get back! They never disappoint. The amenities are fantastic. The morning meal from the Milk Bar is yummy. The employees treats you like you’ve lived there for years. Incredibly hosting and kind. The decor and ambience was perfect. Nice and quiet, very clean. Great morning meal and fun happy hour. We will definitely return next time we’re in NYC. Bed and pillows were great as was the location Rooms were spacious. Room service was very efficient. Excellent location. Location was superbRooms had good light, large windowVery clean with hardwood floors - very hygienic Location My husband and I just love the Chambers. The location is excellent, within the midst of one of the busiest areas of Manhattan extreamly during Christmas week but the lobby and mezzanine always seem perfectly serene. This time we brought an adult child and her partner and they loved it too. Sometimes it was hard to leave our cozy part of the mezzanine! The best part of the living space was the shower. Rainfall shower head with the best water pressure I ve ever experienced in a shower. Location was excellent for touring NYC. Quiet for a NYC hotel living space within the heart of midtown. Beds prettyfortable. Very good location. Close to Central Park, Rockefeller main center Location The staffs were very helpful and nice. The location is A, 5th ave just few steps away. They provide small morning meal and drinks. Water pressure was great ; Superfortable bed and the living space was always made up beautifully for us. Nice touches of water and chocolates brought to us each evening. Good continental morning meal within the relaxing mezzanine. We did not dine there because they are within the procedure of perfecting their restaurant. However, we did bring food in to entertain friends and they exceeded our expectations whey they provided and delivered all of the dishes, flatware, napkins, bottled water, and ice! Great staff. Great location. Best rooms are on the street side, though there is more noise. Housekeeping was terrific. Best water pressure. The Lobby and Mezzanine Level was really nice. And I loved the art on the walls, and the fact that the whole feeling of the fotel was not so corporate but more individual, including how all employees members addressed you. The furniture design within the living space was pretty nice as well, and the bedlinen just felt wonderful. Plus the minibar offered a very creative range of choices, and really invited to dive into which we otherwise never do! The location was great and most of the employees were helpful and friendly. The weekend update letter was very helpful and personal. The living space has almost everything a woman wants from ambiance to great water pressure within the shower to huge space, very nice sofa and contemporary desk chair to a well lit make up mirror and bottles ofp water to artsy charm to a tiled soaking tub and lots of wall hooks. Beautiful lobby and a tiny continental morning meal and evening wine. I even loved how the steel waste can was connected to the high of the sink. So clever. I even got a wonderful street view. Perfect location. Superb staff. Large rooms for NYCbetter on street side than back of building. Modest but great morning meal offering. Wine within the PM. It’s really a delightful place. The employees were so amodating. The general manager takes pride in this hotel and
👎 Hallways were too dark, paint was peeling from the ceiling in our living space and theplimentary buffet in morning could have different items The guy at check in and out lacked any customer service. The house employees were friendly and the remaining employees members professional. Breakfast was provided - it was ok but v v basic - difficult to now when it was operating extreamly around public holidays. Staff could be more helpful. Had received email allowing for early check in but upon arrival was told this was not a ensure and had to wait until after 2 to check in The Momofuku restaurant had closed, which we didn t know but it didn t affect our plans. It s wonderfully convenient toe back to the hotel for a late after-theater dinner and I am confident the space will be filled by another quality restaurant. I tried my first Milk Bar ice cream had to see what the long lines were about and that was very memorable. The best part of morning meal was taken early - so if eating morning meal there get it as soon as it is placed out. We asked for an additional roll away bed for each night. Was not there the first night and we called the front work area several times to ask for it. Each time we were told it wasing. Never showed up until the 2nd night. Every morning It was difficult to find something to eat within theplimentary breakfast. The bed was very very small 150 cm and there was a hole within the middle of the mattress. We have informed the font desk, but if we wanted to have a larger bed, we had to pay Usd 125,= per night extra, while the price per night for this standard living space was already Usd 294,= per night on an averageThe shower was ok, besides the fact that you needed earplugs, due to the loud noise the pipes were making. I would not rmend this hotel to other people, unless you are only interested in location. Maybe because we stayed at lower level, you can hear the traffic and construction on the street all night long. I cannot think of one thing that was a turn off. We will definitely stay there the next time we are within the City. restaurant within the hotel though one can have anything delivered. The morning meal was really poor - and although it was written up on the website that there is only a small cereal breakfast, when you go to the morning meal bar and see how loveless it is being maintained, that is really a disappointment. fruit at all when I got there Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, a couple of bananas and clementines yes, 2 pieces each on the entire morning meal buffet, displayed on a pink plastic tray! on Sunday. Paper cups and the worst coffee I have had in a long while did not add to the experience - at least the tea was good! As I said, the morning meal description on the web and within the living space is pretty much correct, but the way the little choice there was is displayed really does not live up to the standard the hotel wants to reach otherwise. In the room, we missed an extra option to put down our clothes - the wardrobe was small for two, and there were no hangers on the wall to hang our wet coats. The hotel was dark.thing like pictured on booking.. The living space that I booked corner King appeared to have a lot of light and to be more spacious and cheery. On the contrary, the living space was small and somewhat resembled an upscale dorm room. Hallways were dark and what they considered made the hotel boutique. When I mentioned this to th
