👍thing Location is perfect. Almost each business meeting I had was in a range of 15 minutes walking. First, I got a loud and cold living space but after talking to the personel they changed it for a calm and warm one. I ve lost some of my luggage, personel found it and gave it back to me. Location is great! Bathrooms are clean. Rooms are clean!Lobby is clean Even though you do not have a bathroom in your room, each floor has multiple bathrooms located right outside your room. We pretty much had the bathroom to ourselves, we never had to wait. Each morning they offer free of cost coffee and snacks and each living space has WiFi! The desk manger was super nice each day and we felt safe when he was down there. We always saw a man mopping the floor everyday and cleaning the bathrooms. We loved that each living space had a mirror and sink as well as a pretty large closet considering the living space size!! Excellent location on a budget. Some employees were very kind and solicit, others were okay. Beds and pillows werefortable. Bathrooms were clean for an old hotel and shared use. There are many bathrooms within same floor and we never had to wait to use it. Again main thing here is simple, affordable and super well located. The location was good. Convenient to everything. Man at desk was sooo friendly and helpful. Although we had a shared bathroom, there were lots of them. Great location. Staff was very friendly. The living space and shared bathroom were both very clean. Great price. Clean. Nice staff. Never had a problem with shared bathroom. Rarely saw another visitor. If living space is on front side, street can be noisy. Would stay again just ask for living space away from street. The location is great for tourists The location is really good and the living space was really close to the share bathroom. Everything was really clean. The morning meal is ok The Americana Inn was a great solution for trying to find a place last minute in New York. I wasn’t expecting much from the good price and shared bathrooms but I was actually surprised on what a good experience I had. Staff was nice and the location is incredible, I love staying close to Bryant Park. The living space is very clean and well taken care of. There’s a big sized yet individual bathroom with lock for each 3 bedrooms, so I never had to worry too much about getting the bathroom for myself. I would totally go back there if I make a low budge short trip to NY again. The employees was extremely friendly and amodating. Also the price is fanatastic and it have a free of cost continental breakfast. Location was great, we walked everywhere. Using subway only twice. Nearest subway a street away. The location was great. The rooms were clean. The property was clean. Excellent location for transport, good eating places, shopping. Great value for cash for being within the main center of Times Square. Shared toilets were clean, always available, clean linen, noisy at night to be expected being Times Sq. Basic morning meal of beagle, muffin tea coffee, fruit to start the day. Friendly, polite, professional, hosting staffClean, fortable bed and living space with great views. Although initially sceptical about the prospect of using a shared bathroom, this exceeded my expectation as it was always clean. A choice of bathrooms to use on floor level. Love that there’s a little lift, as it makes it easier to transport luggage. Fantastic location, close proximity to Macy’s, Shake Shack, Vi
👎 The bathroom was down the hall, no toilet paper. To take a shower the shower was down the hall m the lock did not work on the bathroom door. The heat did not work within the room. enough food for morning meal and no food during the rest of the dayFridges and mini bars in rooms would be great The rooms are super noisy! Granted,we expected to hear a lot of noise from the city streets but literally it sounds as if the windows were wide open. You can hear everyone’s conversations. On the flip side, if you wanted some fresh air within the living space or if it was too stuffy, the window did open and allow fresh air inside which is nice! Also, within the pictures online they show each living space having a long standing mirror; our living space did not which made it difficult to get ready very minor but if you want to see your entire outfit, there isn’t a mirror to do so. Some employees were clearly not very interested in helping, specifically this one guy. Others were very nice. Toilet could have been cleaned better, that was shit spill inside the toilets for the whole time we were there.t very pleasant. Theye call breakfast, but it was not, only bad snacks, bad bred, low quality tea coffee, everything was low quality. The living space was so cold, I let my living space change, air wasing inbetween the windows, the living space was really bad :. The living space was too hot. But we could open the window. Of course that made it very noisy. Room keys were hard to use. I had a hell of a time getting mine to work. We had to have employeese up twice. The living space was a tad bit smaller than what Im personally used to. isy street. Maybe install new noise reducing windows? We had to leave 165$ of ensure for any future damage made by us, however there s no information about it when you book it online. The kitchen has no cutlery dishes or any kind of pot I wish they made real coffee within the morning for morning meal instead of hot water and powder coffee. But hey, there’re coffee places all around when you leave the hotel. The beds were a little hard. Also you can hear the road traffic from your room. Very noisy during the night from traffic. our living space was facing the street I bought earplugs problem solved. Didn’t try the food at morning meal looked nice. Coffee was instant and wasn’t pleasant. I m not sure what the resort fee is for, saying this is a resort is a stretch. It was mediocre at best. The beds are notfortable. Understandably the living space is small, but could add 1 folding chair table within the room. Suggestion for the shared restroom : place a toilet brush so responsibility is taken to do the needful if required, add a couple of clothes hooks. The noise from the road Breakfast choice selection could be better Given our last minute booking we had a higher price than usual, if you book ahead of time this place is reasonable for its price. Keep in mind there is a hefty extra service charge and you also have to deposit 150 dollars once you get there. The bathrooms are fine- I wouldn t say they are as clean as I read in some other reviews, but they ll do. The door key cards were a little temperamental at times, but it seems like most hotel door card readers can be like that - or it might just be the operator 😝 internal bathroom felt strange.t much living space to negotiate with my walker. The beds were not that confortable and the windows not thick enough. It was like the windows were open

👍 Excellent location Nithing Fantastic location to see all the sights in Manhattan. Soft bed and pillows. Netflix on tv. Wholefoods a couple of streets away. And you can walk around to a lot of attractions lile Times Square, Empire State and Grande Central Station. Also features atrain stop closeby. You can walk to shopping places too. : The location amazing, very close to Bryant Park, 5th Avenue and a lot of places where to eat nearby. The pillows extra confy, good mattress thing. The bed wasfortable The location was phenomenal, we really couldn t beat it. Excellent value for our money. Everything. Excellent location and veryfortable Everything was excellent thing. The property sucks Great locationNice apartment feeling If you want to have an unforgettable stay in New York - take this Apartment. Me and my boyfriend stayed there for 2 weeks. The apartment is furnished with everything you need. A little kitchen with hotplate, pots, dishes, cutlery and refrigerator. The location is just awesome. Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue, Broadway, Times Square, Bryant Park, everything is within walking distance. A little Store called Bryant Grocery where you can get everything you need is next to the the apartment. The Bed is veryfortable and big enough for 2 people. The whole apartment is very tastefully furnished and a place to feel good within the main center of one of the most beautiful cities i have ever visited - and i´m travelling a lot.
👎 Apartment was dirty, carpet hasn’t been washed and vacuumed for months. Fridge was not cleared and cleaned from previous visitors. Curtains were dirty and didn’t close properly. Lots of clutter within the room. Shower curtain grossly dirty. A bit of a mis representation on the website. Will not rmend. Mission to get the keys. The pictures on booking. are not reflecting the reality: 1st floor on 6th Avenue no way to sleep, not clean at all had to check whether there were bedbugs!!!. Judging by the pictures, we had higher expectations... All in all, the living space was well furnished but untidy kitchen and not too clean stains on bed sheets and towels. The building faces the heavy-trafficked 6th Avenue so it s noisy. The gift shop downstairs won t help much, either; loud music until 10pm. Although earplugs were available, we wouldn t rmend this amodation solution to light sleepers. Finally, the living space got so cold after dusk we had to turn on two portable heaters––and we live in Boston, so we re used to low temperatures. You can t check in really early as it is an apartment and not a hotel. I have to use anotherpany to leave my luggage until check in time The wardrobe was broken to the point that almost fell down while opening it.Bathroom very small, shower was a little broken. Everything. It s not clean or maintained. Super loud until about 1am. Gross bathroom. Very noisy and not clean. thing. Everything was fine. Great place to stay thing at all Smaller rooms, worst house keeping which they charge 50 pounds. A little bit noisy The Apartment has it´s price but it´s really worth it. In general it´s quite a lot of cash you have to spend for amodation in new york whether hotel or apartment.

👍thing There was nothing good about this hotel.20 min wait to check in as no one there,Ceilings falling in filthy, wires hanging and rodents!!! The living space itself was super adorable, pretty set up! Aside from the plumbing the living space looks like a little hidden gem within the building you ll be staying in. The location is great! Very easy to get about to most places in Manhattan. Apartment was functional with all the necessary kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery. Had a spot of trouble with the electric hob at first but the employees sorted that out for us. The apartment was quiet at night and during the day, despite being surrounded by the hustle and bustle of nearby Korea city and Broadway shops and 5th and 6th avenue. Laundry living space was easy to get used to. The location it’s great. Refurbished apt. Location was wonderful The security guard Our living space was clean but the rest of the building was not. Except the location nothing is great.. thing Nice bathroom Excellent location, Subway stop is just 1 min walk. It was an adorable apartment and super clean. We loved it!! Staff was super friendly and prompt to fix my issues when I had them. Excellent location and clean. Confortable, strategic location, close to everything, loved our stay, confortable beds, clean bathroom, kitchen,m elevator, etc... perfect! Location Excellent location, had everything we needed Position thing It was a goos stay for what we needed. Comfortable beds.
👎 Exceptionally horrendous hosts and facilities; Fernando with Green Holidaypletely separatepany from Hello Broadway which we later learned was based in Spain at check in was inappropriate and aggressive yelling at us, screaming at colleagues on speaker phone;pany charged my credit card within the wrong amount and currency resulting in a fraud alert and ultimately a forced closure of my account; worst experience in my life; we ended up having to rush back to collect our belongings because Fernando s colleague and rep from Hello Broadway, Majane, lied to booking. and said we wanted to cancel; horrible customer service experience on part of Hello Broadway and booking.; I ll never use either again; walls ceilings had major structural issues; two cockroaches were found; guests leaving our living space 213 told us they had to run the water within the bathroom for 20 minutes for warm not hot water to be available; previous guests also told us the bathroom door couldn t close if the sofa bed was in use; putrid smells throughout, but the worst was Fernando at check in who unreasonable, angry, and madements about hating his colleagues and that he wasn t afraid of losing his job; Fernando also wouldn t allow us to speak to the manager then later said the manager doesn t want to speak to you I arrived and waited 20 minutes for girl to get back plus she left a phone number but never answered so I ended up missing a meeting because of that. Shady area at night!!!Said there was a door guy and really just random people sitting there and no one ever checked my key. I’m very sure this place would be shut down by health and fire if they were called to check!!It was disgusting and dirty and worse thing was There was RODENTS in my living space and I had to leave and they still have not given courtesy of returning call or refunding . Do NOT stay here!!!!!!!!! The ONLY problem was the water and plumbing. It s probably not the properties fault, but something backed up into our sink water and it came out a rusty brown color. We had to use bottled water and wipes for the rest of the time there, but the employees still worked with us on a lot. You also don t really get instructions on the tv... Overall our stay was nice but the apartment could have been cleaner. Also, a few cubby holes, shelves, hooks would have helped make the studio more functional considering it s a small space. Reservation employees were excellent - friendly and quick to respond however, employees on site could be more friendly, clear and attentive to some basic requirements. Apt. Was really smallpare to the pictures, it has no views, very little window with no ventilation. Very strong smell within the building’s corridor. Communication with Ana was awful. Only concerned with getting your money. There’s NO parking unless you use a garage which is about $300 for 72 hours. The rooms are extremely small with no place to sit, bathrooms are equally as small. Quality of sheets and towels are unacceptable. Bed had slats under mattress that kept slipping so your mattress would fall to the floor. Walls and stairwells filthy, one small elevator that did work properly. Kitchenette was less than desirable with cupboards too high for the average person and dishes that needed cleaning. Wouldn’t rmend this to anyone! Live and learn!! Never have I been so disappointed in an apartment. For $260US I was expecting a nice apartment. The lift was so slow it’s

👍 The employees was very friendly and the space is cozy. I loved the fact that they had morning meal included and how healthy and organic it was. Best location near to Subway and times Square not so far There was morning meal and fruit to take away at all times, the location is great. I had my own individual living space and the showers are spacious The location is ideal, and for the price it s an excellent deal. The living space is small, though the bed is superfy and warm. The employees are so sweet and made me feel instantly at home. I have stayed here twice, and would not hesitate to stay here again or rmend to any of my friends family. If you are looking for a full-service luxury hotel this is not your place. If you are on a budget and looking for afortable, safe living space that feels like home in Manhattan, this IS your place. Chelsea Cabins are very well located: there are coffee shops, subway stations, food shops and so on within walking distance. The employees is very friendly and helpful, specially Stephen who was always around and shared some great tips with me. The place has everything I needed. The living space and the bed are veryfortable and everything is very clean. This is one of the best places in Chelsea and probably I wille back again within the future. I think the employees is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The same can be said for the other visitors. It s very quiet at night -- they have a policy of quiet after 9 p. m. and people honor it. I was able to sleep very well. The location is very good. Ir was central, very close to everything and they had premium ingredients for a vegetarian breakfast. I think all the ingredients there came from Whole Foods. My stay at Chelsea Cavins was amazing. It was cozy, very clean, and the employees were incredibly nice and helpful. They do warn you that the living space is small, but there s plenty of space for bags and the living space was cozy, not cramped. The outlet by the bed was within the great spot for me to charge my phone and the bed was long enough that I could lie flatfortably even with my backpack at the foot of the bed Your mileage may vary, I m 5 4. The bed itself was veryfortable, the sheets were clean and felt nice. The bathrooms were spotless. The bathroom stalls all had plenty of toilet paper, and the stall doors closed with no gaps so you didn t have to worry about people being able to see in unlike most public bathroom stalls. The showers were also nice, again very clean, they were set up in a way that made it as quiet as possible so you didn t have to worry about disturbing the other guests. The water pressure was good, water was warm, and there was a little space outside the shower to put your clothes and a couple of shelves within the shower for your soap shampoo. Breakfast was provided and looked amazing but I didn t have time to grab any from I had to check out early because of my travel plans. I had an amazing experience here, and it was a great cheap place to stay that was close to the subway. The location. Breakfest available. Great value for short term stay for solo traveller. Very nice employees and facility is perfectly clean. Staff is really friendly, living space and bathrooms very clean. The employees were so friendly and helpful. Steven even kindly offered to assist me with my bags. Everything was clean and the employees were great at making sure that noise was kept to the minimum. Great location and tasty breakfast. I also felt safe the
👎 The fact that they DO have a quiet policy by which ppl are supposed to respect their neighbors sleep and be quiet from 9pm-9am, but the person within the cabin next to me kept slamming the door at 4AM and dropping things, but no one told him anything. I couldn t sleep at all that night. Very small cabins bed notfortable open roof hear sounds small washrooms very very small shower space not easily to take shower nothing is there for cloths hanging in shower area The rooms have no ceiling and so you hear each noise made by the other guests... not the greatest design I can t think of anything I didn t like. There is no elevator. This can be a problem for the elderly. However, it wasn t a problem for me and I don t consider it a negative aspect, but something that should be mentioned. It is not as shown within the pictures. I believe they are not cabins but capsules, it was extremely small. Besides this, the materials they used to separate a big floor living space into multiple super-mini tiny rooms, are not good at all, I could listen everything on the hotel, so I could not sleep at all. There was a lot of sick people, moaning, making estrange noises and coughing. At one time I believed I was recruited in a quarantine hospital with sick people dying no exaggeration. There was liquid leaking in many places of the hotel, there was a strange smell they tried to cover with cheap air fresheners, so it makes the smell worst. The shared restrooms shower were aplete mess, very dirty and with a really strong smell of chlorine that would burn your eyes and your throat. I needed to take a shower very urgently before my next flight, but there was no hot warm water, and with the weather in NY during this time of the year, taking a cold shower would not be good. I believe it’s overpriced, as you could get a better place for 20 bucks more within the same location. I took it because I thought I would not see too much difference between a 75$ I paid to a 100$ I would have to pay in another place. If you are in a budget, better take a hostel or just spend a little more and have a better and much more confortable, clean, hygienic stay. plaints here, everything that could have been bad was mentioned within the description of the property or other reviews so I was prepared and had a great stay. Like other reviewers have said, the rooms are small and a bit loud. I could hear other people talking, coughing sneezing, walking around, etc. I m short and a heavy sleeper so I didn t mind, but someone else might. Also the stairs up to the rooms were steep so if you have a lot of bags you might have a little trouble. The bed is very small. The noise - Is possible to hear everything from other rooms andmom areas and from the street. Bad sleep nights due to it. Bathroom facilities were tight. Stalls are small and nowhere to hang clothes during shower. 4 floors to walk up to get to room. separate ventilation in each room. There is a grating over the living space to allow airflow. Bring earplugs, you can hear each sound on the floor. Too much noise at night. You can hear everything from your cabin and unfortunately people have no respect for others. I understand the employees has no fault in this, but at 2 am within the morning people were watching videos with no headphones on and after a long day its stressful not to be able to sleep. Maybe the employees could tell everyone to keep it down after 11 12pm when they check in.

👍 Hannah was so kind and helpful! I love how I was right within the middle of the city and will definitely stay again! The location is perfect. It is right within the middle of everything so you can walk everywhere, and there are two subway lines within walking distance, so you can move around Manhattan easily. The living space was big considering other places I searched for and the bed was veryfortable. The best was that it features alittle fridge so I could keep some snacks for the evenings while I was resting. The employees is friendly and they give good advice. They are always there if you had any questions. The showers and washrooms were very clean and they had everything that was necessary. It was a great place considering location and price. Location We arrived 2 hours early so we left 2 bags with reception. When we came back for check in they had already taken our luggage inside our rooms which was very helpful considering it was like 2 flights of stairs. The bed was huge and superfy. Having a sink within the living space was a huge plus! There were also 2 toilets and 2 showers on our floor so we never had to wait to use one. Overall it was a quiet, pleasant stay, we rested very well. Kind receptions and warm wee. Clean. Great location where is near subway and 15mis to Time Square. The facility was very clean and the employees was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. A few minutes walk to Penn Station, Madison Square Garden and the Empire State Building. The Seven-11 convwnient store downstairs was very convenient to have as well as all the places to eat within walking ditance. Although the rooms were small they served their purpose. I very much enjoyed my stay. It was all that we needed for our stay in NYC. The employees aside from the gentleman working overnight were all very friendly and helpful. Good coffee within the morning. Staff is good Cleanliness, fort, pretty silent for a hostel, location, friendliness of staff, value. I loved the beautiful hand painted murals and themed rooms! The location is so convenient and the employees were friendly. Bed wasfy, forter was nice, and sheets were very clean!!! Bathrooms and shower rooms were always very clean! Location is so close to everything! Bus stop, 711, and good deli right outside the door, and subways nearby! Good location, employees very helpful, 24h reception, possibility of early dropping for luggage. Bathroom clean, warm even the cold outside. I’ll go back without a doubt Staff very nice. Coffee and hot chocolate niceZ bed wasfortable. Fridge would have been good if I was there longer. Towels were clean. Comfortable, safe, and great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Communal toilets were always clean. Plenty of towels to dry hands. The location was perfect. A quick walk from the train stop and everything you could need was within the block. The pizza place on the corner was especially good. Neighborhood was safe and the employees was so kind. Great location, veryfortable bed and nice designed room.15 min walk from greyhound and 5 min walk from penn station.7 11 right next door.Very friendly and helpful stuff. Location very good as it was close to everything The employees was super friendly, offered to hold our bags during the day the day we checked out from our bus wasn’t til later. The bed was cozy and big. We were provided ear plugs which I used and were h
👎 The WiFi signal was spotty but that’s all. The wireless was a bit slow at times. Too much light within the room... no black out curtains. The heat was too high, like 85 degrees and if you try to turn it off the water starts to leak. extra sheets. elevators and our living space was on the 3rd floor. There are no full length mirrors anywhere. It would be great if they placed one of these mirrors to the living space door or any other place on the floor would be fine really. Need a signboard with bright color from the front door is not that obvious to find. The living space was very hot and no AC to turn on, only heat. Fortunately I was able to climb up to crank open the skylight but it was not enough. Also the bunk bed was very very noisy. I couldn t turn over on the high bunk without making a lot of noise and or waking my bunk mate on the bottom. The toilet rooms were also very small. My knees hit the door when I sat down. I couldn t imagine how a big tall person could do their businessfortably. Lastly, there is a tenant within the building that smokes in their living space so at times the whole place smelled of cigarettes. t all of the bathrooms have a sink to wash your hands - a lot of stairs if you’re on the high floor! There were a smell of smoke in living space and didn’t know where it came. Room is too small and don’t have place to seat. elevator and the restroom is shared. A bit of flexibility with the check in time would have been great. The living space and duvet were super warm and the pillows were a bit ufortable. Private bunk bed living space was so small two people couldn t walk around on the floor at the same time. Toilet living space was very small and I could barely fit without my knees touching the door and I m 5 2. 3 flights of stairs are a great workout but not so fun. Shower didnt have very good water pressure and took a long time to get hot. Just a bit noisy because of other people won’t don’t respect the silence policy but nothing about the place itself. An elevator to get to 3rd Floor would have been good. I and the lady on reception had to lift my bag was very very hard. Was a breeze in my window. We were in a non-smoking living space which was nice, however there was a smoking living space next door, and the stink of their smoke billowed out from their living space into the hallway, and each time we opened our door the smoke smell would occupy our room. We couldn t escape from it. We told the staff, and they were going to talk to the other room, but nothing much they could do about it. Additionally, as a 6 man i could not fit inside one of the toilets and one of the showers on the 2nd floor. There was not enough leg living space or space. The blankets were super cuddly but the pillows left me flat. The bed was very firm. Towels were stained and looked very old and used.Very noisy overall - both street noise and from people staying and talking loudly. Toilet on 2ns floor was right beside reception not ideal at all Little bit noisy, but it is actually expected as it is within the heart of NYC and actually hotel is caring about your sleep and providing earplugs : The fact that there was no elevator. Very hard to get up the stairs with all your luggage. Also no tv or microwave oven. Evensunial kitchen would have been great as it is very costly to eat out all the time. my sts We saw a little small roach on the wall within the first few minutes of arriving. We killed it and didn’t

👍 The location is great! Away from noise yet 2 stops from time square. The rooms were clean. For the price it was good place to stay. I would definitely stay here again. was great the location only 1 block away from the metro also many options of places to eat nearby, it felt a safe naborhood The hotel meet our expectations. The employees is amazing. Great location. Super clean. The bed was confy, bathroom was clean What morning meal ? food provided. Reception was good.... provided what I requested..... chair and blanket. Room was clean, extreamly bedding. Location is very good in that subway is only one block away. The employees is really bad and he don’t know what he’s doing when we ask him questions, when we tried to talk to him, he constantly rolling his eyes and not even looking at us.. Great morning meal choices are offered at Manhattan Dinner, next to the subway station. Ten minutes walking from the hotel there are some bars and restaurants. I rmend Gabriela , a Mexican restaurant for dinner or lunch, it is a bit expensive but their food is great. They have as well a good menu of tequilas and mezcals. staying across from my old apartment which is now sublet, but to which I still have access with the permission of the renter, and having access to all my old haunts -- restaurants and bank, etc. The location is perfect. Very close to the subway. Lots of shops restaurants around. Close to subway and eateries. Location was decent Friendly staff. Great location. They took the time to assist any question a first timer needed to ask. The subway map and explaining how to read it was really helpful. Well located, very clean place, quite cheappared of the other possibilities in Manhattan. The living space service is great ! The TV and the wireless were great ! Nice getaway spot for the weekend. Price is reasonable and within the upper west side neighborhood. Very convenient because the 123 trains are only around the corner. The location was great. The beds were alsofortable. Hotel was in a good location, a little out of the city centre. Nice Shops and restaurants near by and subway very close. Located right next to a major subway entrance. Near Central Park Friendly staff. Answered a lot of questions and very helpful with getting grocery around the hotel. New York is crowded and tight but the beds and rooms were clean beyond what I was used to for New York. We lost our 2 bed, bedroom the next day because I forgot to extend our stay but the employees was gracious enough to get us a living space with a bunk bed which was nothing like the dingy ones you see in casual hostels. It could sleep two well because my girls are small and living space though small had a heater and TV. My girls thought it was cool to pay half for it so they could use the cash to shop. Sharing the bathroom is never cool but it was clean and we only had a day to use it. Overall, a nice quiet stay within the middle of the city that never sleeps. Close to Central Park, a $25 Uber to Times square. Next to all the sights in Harlem where we wanted because I have friends who have lived there for over 30 years. Bed was clmfortable, employees helpful 24 7, location was perfect. Close to Central Park, Times Square by using metro, Hudson River etc. Priceeee was nice ; The front work area employees is excellent and very amodating to my requests. The living space was clean and quiet. I have already booked my second
👎 The lobby and halls could use a carpet cleaning. there wasn t something that I didn t like I also liked the towels lol The building temperature was TOO HOT all the time. We had to ask to please put more shampoo on the shared bathroom I didn t like themon area where the fridge and microwave were - microwave was very dirty, I didn t dare to heat my food there : There are no kitchen facilities; no sink, counter, table, kettle...... so that one could not prepare food properly. The place looks sleezy because it needs to be thoroughly cleaned ... halls, elevator, fridge. Old carpet makes it look dirty. Shower on 4th floor was burning hot.... had to keep turning tap to find medium temperature.... Tap kept going back to hot. thing........👎 Our living space was next to the floor door and was very noisy. - Dirtiest place I ve ever been so far, and I ve travelled a lot, you just couldn t step into the bathroom.- The living space was cold, the heat was broken and they didn t fix it though I told them. They just gave me a blanket.- Ufortable and tiny bed.- You could hear the other guests in their rooms.- The employees didn t show hospitality.- They make you pay to save your baggages for a couple of hours after the check out. I wouldn t evere back here. the construction on the street when I moved in but it was gone by the time I went to sleep and that s not the hotel s fault. Also, I asked for a quiet room, but even tho I got one on the street, the windows are fairly soundproof so I slept fine. The hotel is very dated. I was bothered by the loud noise the radiator pipes were making within the wall. Had to sleep with earplugs and even that didn t help that much. Poor customer service, had to change living space due to individual bath breaking but I had to insist a living space change. They did not offer. I had to ask for fresh towels. The shower did not work. When advised at check out, the desk attendant s answer was to have a nice day. The bed was clearly old and worn. thing The living space was very small, you need to be aware of that. About 5m². The living space was extremely cold, we were freezing the whole time. The windows are so old and so bad, the wind was blowing inside the room. It was nothing like on the pictures, the living space was extra small. The hotel does not look like it does within the pictures, rooms are tired looking and bathrooms are old and dated. Walls are very thin so noise is a problem. Our living space was meant to have a sink in but on arrival it was a totally different to the picture and no sink. Room was serviced each day and clean towels provided, beds were remade but not with clean sheets. Bed was ufortable, hallways smelled bad, kind of loud, and the toilet kept clogging up. Hard to say. It was a 3 day stay and it could have been the shared bath and toilet but never saw it dirty. i would hope it is cleaned more than once a day. If you’re traveling alone better if you book double living space and pay a little bit more. Otherwise you may get small living space with bunk bed, next to vending machine and pipes. Was a little too loud and I couldn’t do anything about it. ; The fridge within the lobby that ismunal needs to be cleaned out more often!!! Other than that is a great stay for international students like myself!! Rooms were small. heat. Gave me portable heater that did bot work and was pulling out electricity and turning out lights. Had to ask employees r

👍 The enhancement was interesting... it’s like a ship inside. They also have a club downstairs. The 1907 vintage was fantastic, it feels like a walk back in time as if all was left as is from the 1900s. The single living space cabins are small but well planned and storage is good. Safe area 5 minutes walk from the subway and several dining options within walking distance. The hotel is amazing, tones of interesting and unusual interiors and features. There are a lots of cool Jane hotel paraphernalia within the room. The shower is amazing! The location is incredible, so easy tomute to and from. I like that it was easy access to the City Loved our Captains Cabin room, great decor andfortable bed, excellent bathtub. Friendly and helpful staff, GREAT location. I loved the feel of the whole place, I felt like I had been transported in time. From the employees to the decorations, to the living space itself, it was fantastic. I will say the living space single was small, but that didn t really bother me because the excellent price, location, cleanliness and friendliness of the employees more than made up for it and from it was winter it was really quite cozy! I also really appreciated the bathrobe, towels and water! I absolutely love staying at the Jane! This is my second stay and I m already looking forward to my next. For the money, you can t beat the value! The employees is extremely friendly and attentive and the shared spaces are always clean. Excellent staff, excellent chef; friendly helpful staff; unique historic property. Good location for accessing transportation, museums, The High Line, restaurants, Greenwich Village. I opted to economize; the shared bathrooms were well designed and kept clean. Fantastic old-style authentic hotel. Amazing view over Hudson River to Jersey-city. Great neighborhood - calm and charming. Great bed and pillows. Renewed restroom facilities. 20-25 mins to most of tourists attraction by metro. Very clean indeed. However, the rooms are really small, and there was just one shower on my floor for roughly 40 rooms. It was surprising to find the shower available at two out of three mornings, though it may be related to the season. For the price the place is great. Easy walk to the subway on 14th street and 2 stops to MSG. Second time staying here and I enjoyed it. Nice little restaurant and bar and the place is really clean and employees is super helpful. Overall excellent stay and I will definitely be staying here again. The best thing about The Jane is defo its unique style. The rooms are quite small but still good enough for a short stay. Frindly staff, very nice bar and restaurant, and great location. The employees was okay, some were more friendly than others. The bathroom was clean, the showers were nice and hot. The location is good, close to the Whitney Museum, Chelsea Market, within the Meatpacking District, with a subway closeby that gives access to the other parts of the city quite easily. The Jane is our favorite goal in New York City. First, the location within the West Village--with a view of the Hudson River--is superb. It s a great, walkable neighborhood that we love, and we don t mind having to hike a little to get to the subway. The proximity to the Hudson River Greenway is a huge bonus, and we re steps away from Chelsea and central Greenwich Village. The hotel itself has the best employees I ve ever encountered. They are personable, pr
👎 The living space was extra small and too hot due to they have a centralized system, so you cannot change the temperature. I asked about it and they suggested me to open the window... in January... I think it doesn’t worth the cash I paid for it. I believe that the shared bathrooms should be gender specific. I felt a little strange trying to go shower and a guy was there washing his hands or teeth or going to the restroom. thing The living space was a bit cold but we received extra blankets and bundled the heavy curtains into the window alcove and it heated up. The sharply toned security employees of the nightclub are unable to identify who are guests trying to enter the hotel to proceed to their living space and who are nightclub goers. You will be greeted by a long line of people blocking the entrance as they wait to enter the nightclub. We had orders of where to stand barked at us by security when trying to go to our room. The employees will not treat you well two guys aside who were awesome! But truly felt like they didn t care about me or the fact my living space was litrally so hot I couldn t sleep, there respone was so belittling I just gave up. Can’t think of a real criticism. It would be good if the lights were slightly brighter within the living space and if you could control the heater. It was winter but at some stages, it did get really warm. Once I opened my window and used the fan it was okay but it was a bit ufortable at some stages. The rooms are very small, but that s no surprise! It s actually quite cozy and very well laid out! The sheets felt like a mixed fabric rather than all cotton. TOO NOISY DURING THE NIGHT !!!! I phoned them at 1 am and they gave no response. I couldn’t fall asleep until 3am. Nest day morning they told me it was the bar that played the music . My living space was overlooking Hudson River which is amazing. But there’s also a big road busy 24h day. So it was rather noisy to sleep. Hope they’ll make the sound isolation one day Although it was not a big problem but metro stop is ~Seven-10 minutes walk away. Sometimes it was tiring to go back and forth. Service could have been a little better within the bar restaurant but I m notplaining. The carpets that were all over the hotel looked worn and unhygienic. There was a permanent bad smell within the corridors: something like cigarette smoke, I think. I stayed in a standard single room. It was not possible to control the radiator it was controlled centrally, so the first night the living space was really hot. Even with the window open, it remained too hot. I turned on the airconditioning, but that made so much noise that even with earplugs, it disturbed me all night. The next day, the employees offered me a different room, which I accepted thankfully. I stayed in another room, in which the heater seemed not to be on. It was therefore rather chilly. The beds were okay, even though I could feel the springs of the mattress. The walls of the living space were paper thin I could hear the neighbours and everything that was said within the corridors. I had booked the Jane Hotel not only because of the price and the location, but also because of the history behind it. I was looking forward to seeing the ballroom, but unfortunately I was not allowed in. The ballroom was closed for the duration of my stay and not even a short peek was allowed even though I asked several times. That was a pity, as it was one of the reasons for booking a living space in this hotel. Over
