Luxury Apartments Greenwich Village

Greenwich Village, New York, 10003, United States of America

👍 The location! nice neighborhood. between 5th st and Broadway, 5 minutes walk from Union Square, you can take the subway from here.. Nearby Soho en the Village. the only good thing about this apartment is it has WiFi. Right within the exciting part of town... good restaurants and stores near by. Afortable place with lots of room. It felt like we were at home.

👎 Communication with the host was poor, not customer friendly Badmunication about everything. Deposit of 950 dollar was a lot voor the stuff that was within the appartment . clean towels during the week, no extra blankets. we paid 400 dollar a night. It did not feel fine. 1. The apartment is much smaller than expected. Probably 500 sqft. 2. The bed is small. Full sized. Two grown adults will have a difficult time sleeping together on the bed. 3. Bugs. We got a lot... over a dozen big bites each over a four day period. 4.t much value as we were paying about $400 per night all in. 5. You can hear each step the people upstairs are making. Everything was perfect!!

👍 Lovely spacious apartment with great facilities and very friendly host . Yolanda gave us all needed information at the begining of our stay. The subway is a one block away within 2 min. walk from the apartment. Very safe and quiet area. Don t hesitate just book before is too late. This was one of the best amodations we ever had. The owner was very nice and helpful. The amodation is beautifully decorated and very very spacious. It was just perfect. How lovingly this amodation has been restored keeping within the character of the house. Huge space that is spotlessly clean including bedroom bathroom, shared lounge diner and kitchen, we stayed within the green room. Yolanda is very kind and thoughtful, there was bread, milk fruit, tea coffee, butter jams etc supplied on our arrival. She offered lots of advice with regards to the area, places to visit and restaurants and arranged for a taxi to take us to JFK on our return to the UK. Subway is only 2 blocks away 5min walk excellent. Would highly rmend staying at HomeNYC, hopefully one day we will return Even though morning meal was not included within the price, the kitchen was so well stocked that we husband wife daughter had a varied and nutritious morning meal for all six days. The apartment itself was extremely spacious, the garden was pretty and the heritage feel of the whole place made us feel that we never wanted to leave. Yolanda and her Assistant, Crystal, were very gracious. HOME NYC is located in a trendy section of Harlem, NY -- Only steps away from the 116th St. Subway Station. I look forward to returning to HOME NYC within the very near future :!!! Cheers, Reginald Love the hospitality shown by Yolanda and her employees member. She is very available to provide assistance brought us a pack n play for our granddaughter to use . The rooms are always so pretty, clean, and ready to go on arrival Everything. Huge living space and bed. Walk in wardrobe. Large effective shower in large effective bathroom, bath if required. Common area well furnished and stocked shared only with one other couple. Breakfast food provided. Lots of info. Subway to city is three minutes walk away with express trains to downtown. Interesting area in a good way. Lots of helpful friendly people. very individual and very quiet... Only 2 rooms with largemon areas and a very nice garden for guests. It was really really clean! Only 2 short blocks to 116th st. subway station..very fast to Times Square with only 3 or 4 stops. It is appropriately named Home!! Outstanding base to explore NYC. Spacious living living space Kama kitchen, dining room.. large bedroom and bathroom. Excellent Wi-Fi throughout the house. Great location just too short blocks from the subway. Quiet garden and Patio area within the back of house. Clean, convenient to subway, safe. Yolanda was there to wee and orient us. Offered snack and a beer. Morning coffee and muffin were available. She mailed me my forgotten sunglasses. Yolanda is sensational at making your stay warm, weing, andfortable. She is a gem! Yolanda took such great care of us, it was like staying with a favorite aunt. The living space was superb and we were in that gigantic bathtub each single night, thawing from the cold. The kitchen has everything we could wish for, and the location was great for our tour of Columbia University. We did not want to leave, ever. Very clea

👎t applicable. We didn t dislike a thing. N A... Otho got! thing. I haven t rated anything as 10 before to my recollection. This is an excellent facility in a city transformed from I visited 30 years ago. Go! N A I loved everything! The architecture of the home is beautiful and historic. Lovely visit! After you fill within the jacuzzi, the hot water features atendency toe to an end, it takes some hours for the boiler to make more hot water. The overall available amount is enough two of us have never reached the limit with normal bathing, it d just be okay to know the limit in advance. thing, everything was great :- thing at all! I honestly cannot think of anything that we didn t like. Everything was great for us, we enjoyed staying here and would happily return. This amodation is absolutely great for two couples travelling together, as one bathroom is en-suite but the other is located next to the bedroom. That said, some guests may look forward to meeting new people! The heat was difficult to regulate Bed was very creaky thing, everything met our expectations. thing! thing Heating should have been set at higher temperatures thing! I had to pay $50 for cleaning extra, couldn t found that within the hotel conditions. thing really - the location isn t central Manhattan but we knew that when booking and we enjoyed it for a change to a tiny hotel room. thing to dislike In, restrospect, didnt like having to share the house with other guests but was well aware of this before booking. there was a situation where the other guests didnt lock the apartment door when leaving the building, only time I felt vulnerable I d have to work very very hard to find a negative. thing! Would love to stay here again. negative experiences at all, but be aware: it is no hotel, but a very luxurious appartment. So best thing is to let Yolanda know when you arrive, so the living space is ready and she is there to hand over the keys. 1. Poor WIFI on the bathroom of the garden room. 廁所wifi訊號微弱。 2. Room is dark, poor lights. 花園房裡的燈全開還是很晦暗,感覺不是很舒服。 3. GardenRoom is big but feel empty, take the living space without garden, it is much morefortable, although the bathroom is outside the room. 花園房過大,傢俱不多,有冷冷的空曠感;沒有花園的房間比較好,雖然其廁所在房間門房外,但整體感覺舒適很多。 4. Only 6 TV channel. TV is too small for the big room, the TV size is just likeputer monitor. 電視頻道只有六台,而且節目很難看,電視非常小,應該只有22吋左右,看的很吃力。 4. It feels like the living space is within the basement, because the entrance of the building is on the second floor, you have to going down to reach the rooms. 房間讓人感覺是在地下室,亞洲人是有點忌諱住在地下室的;由於建築物大門入口在二樓,兩間房間落在一樓,但進去房子後要往下走,會感覺房間像在地下室。 5. elevator. Hard to carry big luggage through stairs. 下房間的樓梯很陡又窄,扛大行李下樓梯非常吃力。 6. Shower head is fixed on the wall, not convenient to use. 蓮蓬頭固定在牆上無法移動,洗澡不方便,有些地方很難沖到。 7. Extra charge of cleansing fee for usd 50 in cash, but they don t clean the living space or change towels during your stay, you have to ask for it. 額外收現金清潔費50美金,但住的幾天期間從來沒有打掃過,收這錢不太有道理。 8. Close to subway, but noisees with the subway passing by, not a good choice for people who is hard to fall asleep . 離地鐵站很近,不時有地鐵經過的震動聲音,淺眠的人會很困惱,好睡的人不礙事。 平均住一天總費用 230美金,這樣的花費下次我會考慮住在時代廣場附近,比較方便也節省交通時間。 thing really bad ... only I am concerned that it must be difficult to get a living space here during a high season, as she has only two rooms to am

👍 Beautiful and cozy. Felt like it had a lot of soul and character, but very clean and everything was in great condition. Honestly just having access to the pool pool area our whole stay was worth it alone. I have stayed in many hotels around the world but this is certianly one of the best. I love the level offort and quality within the living space - for example proper sized soaps rather than fiddly little soaps and bottles within the bathroom, snacks and drinks to assist yourself too, great quality bed and linens. My husband and I really enjoyed spending within the lounge and spa. In addition the service was really excellent. Second time we’ve stayed there. It’s an oasis of calm and we just melted when we got there as it just features achilled homey vibe. We’d just spent 2 nights elsewhere in New York but nothingpares.... Very nice property with prime location. Courteous employees and nice restaurants close by. Everything was pretty close to perfection, the employees polite, discreet and well chosen, awesome breakfast, good restaurant, amazing gym, the bed giant and the linens like they should be, bathroom was so cool and nice itpletely exceeded my expectations, not to mention the cleanness and attention to detail. I loved all theplimentary snacks and minibar as well as all the efforts to try to make you feel taken care and everything you might need, finally, the spa is really nice and the treatments highly rmended. Good location within the pedestrian-friendly Tribeca SoHo area. Very nice open-air courtyard where it was cozy to sit and have morning meal or an afternoon drink. Comfy lounge areas. Helpful and courteous front-desk staff. Tranquil spa with pool. Our living space was pretty small but its wonderful balcony made up for that. Amazing location. Great amenities. Basket of snacks that was refilled daily for no charge. Free non-alcoholic drinks in minibar. Wonderful soaking tub with bath salts! This was one of the most hosting hotels we have ever stayed at, nothing was too much trouble. It was a special short trip for my sons 13th Birthday and they helped me organise everything. The place was excellent anding at Christmas, it was magical. Both my husband and I are designers, so we really appreciated the interior decor - it was stunning. Room had beautiful antique-like wood and copper furniture. It was personalized - with interesting books on shelf and other nice details - to feel warmer and more weing. The deep marble bathtub filled up in less than 60 seconds - amazing. The spa is outstanding. We also spent a lot of time within the individual lounge, by the fireplace. This is the best Hotel. I have 2 million Starpoints. The service and set-up are outstanding. Everything is highly personalized. This is the equivalent of working from home. This is not my first time staying at the Greenwich. I love this hotel . Great for solo travelers.,Feels veryfortable, nothing impersonal. Beautiful unique rooms. Wonderful living lounging area for guests.. like being in afortable living room. The service excellent. Friendly staff. A unique hotel. Awesome Boutique Hotel connected to one of the best restaurants in New York. Locanda Verde. The small bar within the hotel is excellent. Rooms are all uniquely decorated, excellent beds and great amenities. It s a total gem - expensive - but worth the splurge. Top floor is spectacular as an intown special gathering place. The bed

👎 I really cannot find anything toment on. On arrival the check in procedure was v efficient but lacked the friendly warm arrival we remembered. Having said that - that was the only day we felt like that just a note as first impressions count so much. Sat down for morning coffee and morning meal within the open air courtyard, but was asked to move inside due to table being previously reserved, there was no reserved sign posted, the table that I was to be moved to then became occupied prior to me being seated. Was finally seated within the lobby area lounge. When the rest of the family came down, we decided to venture out and have morning meal elsewhere that morning. The only negative about my stay this time were the restaurant bar service. There were lots of servers, but they were all just standing around and very inattentive. The other employees were awesome... extreamly the front work area and bellmen. The hotel s associated restaurant, Locanda Verde, handles the morning meal service and we also had dinner there. In both cases the food was below expectations and below what we are used to at 4 to 5 star establishments. The acoustics at the restaurant are also pretty bad when it is full within the evenings; you have to shout to keep up a discussion. I think the foyer lets the hotel down, wasted space behind a screen not used. The buzz and warmfort is within the guest lounge which is lovely but more could be done with the open area by reception to bring life to the first entrance into the hotel. I think there could be a bit more selection within the morning meal menu, specially with meat. Location is in Tribeca, which is OK, but not super central. down side. Everything worthwhile features aprice. The price is reasonable on a value basis. Needed a good make up mirror and good bright lighting for make up. Hooks are always wee to hang clothes towels robes etc within the bath living space and bed room. a towel heater to dry out clothes and incidental laundry would be great. everything was perfect. This was my second stay. Love the Shibui Spa, but the pool wasn t heated this time. Sometimes had to look for employees within the bar area and the table the hotel reserved for us in its own restaurant wasn t the best they did move us but it was a wait I had a corner living space facing the street on the second floor, the street was very noisy all night and extreamly early morning with rubbish trucks and repairs people. The shower has this weird switch between the hand held and rain shower head, hard to know when you try to switch one off and I kept being rain showered with freezing water each time I was trying to turn the shower off. Would love, dare I say it, a more orthodox and healthy morning meal option. I only wished for a coffee maker or Nespresso within the room. nothing thing! thing tea station Leaving. thing! O thing. Loved the entire experience Worst value for cash of any hotel I have stayed in. the french door to the outside did not open Lack of bath given price was disappointing. Some of the staff. Loved each aspect. no Very difficult to access toilet. Charge for Morning coffee thing, it was perfect. Thought the chap in Locanda Verde was a little abrupt when my husband wanted to move a bar stool so that he could sit with me and my daughter. For the price, not having the possibility to get

👍 Love the atmosphere in this hotel! The bedroom are contemporary and the beds are superfortable. All the employees go out of their way to make you happy. It s within the great location. My favourite hotel in New York! Great location, friendly service, extremely well kept rooms and excellent housekeeping. We were able to extend our stay at the same rate. The prizes they ask do not reflect the quality the hotel should be. It s way to expensive. It s old and tired, very nineties and the rooms look like post- operation recovery rooms in a hospital. The location was perfect, great food, the employees very helpful and the rooms are very quite because of quadruple glazing! The amodations are clean, serene, fortable and quietly luxurious. The location is within the midst of one of the most interesting and vibrant neighborhoods within the city. Very nice location. Restaurant is amazing. Location. Staff is excellent. Was pleasantly surprised to find the employees so hosting on such a late arrival on a dreary night. Our living space was lovely and cozy. Staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. Take it or leave it. They cater to celebrities. The reservation manager Ben had horridmunication skills and didn’t care less that the hotel and booking. had booked me with a certain living space type... tried to downgrade me and made no efforts to ensure I was slightly happy. As soon as I pulled up there was someone already to help. I asked about a bigger living space and poof!! It was done. High ceilings, gorgeous doors going out to our own courtyard. Met my expectations and more, which is hard to do. I’m picky and have worked within the hospitality business for 28 years. It’s new and fresh atmosphere was just what we were looking for. It was amazing!! I can’t wait toe back! We liked the hotel, its architecture and decoration The size of the room, the sheets, Linen, the Christmas tree very Scandi, the staff, so friendly helpful. I aming back each year same time with more people. This short trip we had 3 rooms. The employees in general was very professional . Especially the concierge service , people were very helpful and nice . you can easily feel home food is good Extremely friendly and amodating staff Amodations, front work area employees concierge exceeded expectations. Room bed sofortable. Cool, Soho vibe. Very Private. Loved the lobby design. Felt like home in Soho Good food Room was clean and minimalist in decor. There was plenty of closet space but little drawer space. Room faced Prince Street but was quiet and the windows had light blocking shades which could be lowered automatically. Staff very helpful, friendly, and amodating. I will stay there again. Decor is minimalist but each element is luxurious and well-designed from the sheets to the towels to the soap to the stationery. The employees is incredibly friendly and service-oriented. Friendly service, taking care of the guests in all circumstances. I met a man called Juan, from Colombia, that has worked there for quite some time. The gentleness in is nature was a plus to us. Every night they deliver water to your room. everything It was fantastic! Can’t wait to go back Our suite was stunning! Excellent service and very cozy quiet Wonderful staff, great location Great location! Location, location, location. Great staff, great location. Ha

👎thing A little bit expensive. The rooms could do with an update. This was my second stay at The Mercer. The first stay last year was perfect. This year, the service was uneven to say the least. The front work area and housekeeping employees were great but I had a living space service experience that was weird, hostile and ufortable, enough so that I question the judgment of the hotel s hiring policies and unacceptable enough that I will never book a living space here again and would not rmend to anyone else. Additionally, the doormen seem more interested in checking out the lively scene around the hotel than within thefort of the guests. Very expensive for what it is offered. Hotel does not support credit cards just with chip, but just magnetic stripe. Price and . did not have a good price on this hotel. Lighting within the hotel and the living space was very poor. You can’t see the floor numbers to push within the elevator and a woman might have trouble putting on her makeup with the living space lighting. t a thing! thing The hot water within the living space didn t work at times. The ice cold draft spreading inside from either entrance door - lobby or restaurant - when being opened is not acceptable for a hotel of that level. Maybe and only Maybe, because I am used to Irish hotels, you can get a drink 24 7 within the lobby. Minor inconvenience. Hotel was so hot and there AC within the room. So to let cooler air within the living space you had to open the window. Then it was ridiculously noisy. Staff was loud within the corridors at all hours starting at 5am and lack of carpet meant sound was amplified. Disgusting stain on theforter Was charged $108 for breakfast2 veggie omelettes no cheese. Side of turkey bacon. And two almonds milk lattes. Almost fell on the floor. Small room The service is not up to the standard of the food.ne of the employees took any time to explain the food, and absolutely a zero on the wine service -- the lady barely knew how to pour a glass of wine. Management should seriously consider properly training their service team to do the food justice. Although the restaurant at the hotel was highly touted, our experience was not up to expectations; service was slow at the beginning and our appetizers were sent to the wrong table. I would have refused the plate if it had been set down in front of a person at another table. Wait employees and desk employees seemed indifferent. Fish dishes were dry and items overpriced. A few small mix-ups within the bar restaurant and from the service desk, a bit unworthy of a five-star hotel, although everything was corrected swiftly and properly. Unfortunately, the renovation of the building but understand that it is necessary. This hotel is promoted as a high-end really good hotel, starting with how much they charge per night. In reality we payed $600 per night for a very small room, with a small bed and poor lightning, it is definitely not worth what they are asking for. housekeeping could have been cleaner option for a coffee in room thing really I can think of Room too small Bad management Bad service And unfriendly staff Small room, ufortable bed, ugly furniture. Unpleasant experience. kettle, tea cups within the room. Mercer kitchen was expensive and food was good not great I booked a Courtyard living space but got one over the street. I m british so didn t get it swapped !

👍 Location, security and clean apt. doormen Location - doormen There was a mix-up when I arrived and they went out of their way to correct the situation. Very reponsive. The location was superb and the value for cash was great considering the area and the facilities. On 23rd floor apartment the skyline view and corner location with glass windows. Nice kitchen equipment .very big bathroom with both shower and bathtub. Veryfortable stay ! On 1st apartment we were assigned only valid for two whereas we were 3 people! noise from outside and orrible view facing with back courtyard. not worth the cash we did pay at all ! Location was excellent. Location View from high floor Kitchen Second toillet Location and space

👎 Company didn’t reply on my question and ignored me There were so many problems - including huge confusion at check in delaying check in by 4 hors and then having to move location. The apartment was dirty and bed linen was soiled - no toilet paper and no response for assistance. Internet did not work regularly. Electricity was off The internet did not work for 2 weeks and each day I was promised the problem would be fixed - finally they discovered the router was old and outdated and had to be replaced - I moved out before I could use the new router. The oven smoked when you turned it on and the dishwasher turned on but didn t clean the dishes. The linens were soiled and I had to go to purchase linens towels and a blanket. The dishes were dirty and the place could use a deep cleaning. It is truly unfortunate because the place is potentially nice - . There was a day when the electricity was offpletely and the food within the frig got spoiled. The management didp part of my stay but their daily empty promises that the problems would be fixed cost me tremendously. One person in management apparently doesn t know what the other is doing. They were all nice except for one aggressive woman in reservations - who apparently was annoyed that promises were made by management that she could not honor. The NBC studio noise people lining up outside the window can get loud but we were warned about that in previous reviews. Only an issue when you use the pull-out couch and only noisy within the morning. Very difficult to have assistance as only available by phone calls throught operators . They did assign us a small apartament for 2 instead of 3 people and only by calling and claiming 3,4 times we ended up to move to a nice 23rd floor apartament but onbly after 2 nights ! Alsopany did charge us two times the total amount by mistake and had to call again 2 times to claim for this issue. Location only good if you are smart traveller and lucky to have a good high floor apartament ! The first night, there was no power within the apartment, but they switched apartment for us. Everything else is great! The sheets and pillow cases were not clean. there were no blanket. We talked with the stuff but the problems were not solved. TV controls in living living space were clumsy. TV in bedroom did not work. Lack of second shower Checking in at 17H30 and living space cleaning still going on. Poor cleaning.

Stay within the heart of New York – These New York City apartments have scenery of Rockefeller Plaza and are furnished with a fully-furnished kitchen. A variety of shopping and dining options are less than 5 minutes walk from this amodation. Bridgestreet at Centria features aconcierge service and a fitness centre. Guests have access to on-site laundry facilities and a business centre with fax and photocopying.

Luxurious apartments right by the Rockefeller Centerbining both the excitement and the sophistication that midtown Manhattan offers. The apartments feature floor to ceiling windows with amazing scenery of the Rockefeller Center and St. Patrick’s Cathedral. You can stay in style with marble baths, present days European-style kitchens and hardwood floors throughout. Enjoy astounding scenery bothrth across Central Park and South across Manhattan at the Top of the Rock. Take a short trip at dusk to enjoy the sun setting over the iconic skyline. Cheese and wine fans pay attention, you must make a visit to Casellula. They also sell small plates and desserts for those who aren’t fans of cheese which are also worth trying.

Blakely New York Hotel

👍 Check in was seamless, the employees were super nice, the beds werefy and I loved the bathrooms - a bit tight but the decor of mirrored walls make the bathroom a bit more luxe! The aodations were great and the service at the Blakely was really good. I do really rmend the family suite if you need a little more space . The concierge provided great tips and services that really helped us get the most out of our trip. In addition, the hotel employees was very helpful and pleasant and really went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The living space was ready when we arrived prior to the check in time and we were able to get a later check out time which allowed us to sqeeze in one more excursion prior to check out. Location was excellent and central to everythig we wanted to visit. Would highly rend. Staff was nice and location was great for St Paddy s day parade. I loved the location and The employees was great. Great location for visiting the city, good size room, clean and friendly staff We were greeted and checked in quickly. Our living space was large and furnished well. As a frequent business traveler I was impressed with thefort the living space provided. Location is great for getting around Manhattan easily. It’s the best spot located between several of the main subway lines to get you anywhere quickly. Got a King s living space at Queen s living space price. Was really spacious and had everything and more. Very polite and always helpful staff. Great location and close to my work. The morning meal service was very nice. The living space was veryfortable and I was upgraded when I arrived, which made my good price even more of a bargain. I have rmended the Blakely to friends and will definitely return. The Free Breakfast included is very good. The employees is always friendly, wants to assist you and professionnal. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast OK, but a little disturbing that cutlery, mugs, plates etc are plastic throw-away! Wonderful to have new bed-linen everyday, but is it really necessary? We chose this hotel mainly for its location to Central Park. It was very close. The morning meal was a basic continental morning meal with bagels, yogurt, cereals, and fruit. Home from home lovely suite with added benefit of kitchen. Suite option give four people plenty of living space and relaxation. Breakfast was lovely however plastic plates not good for the environment, would have liked eggs? loved the location. employees super friendly. had a family suite but the separate living space was not sound proofed at all - i could hear my daughter turn pages in her book even with the door closed. heating throughout the living space was terrible - this was the coldest bathroom any of us have ever had to use. the linens need an upgrade. all that being said though we would stay again as we loved the location and the price was reasonable. Location, bathroom. This s such a great hotel. Very centrally located. Few blocks from Central Park in one direction and to Times Square within the other. Rooms are spacious and clean. Affordable pricing for the area. Breakfast within the morning is continental but good. Our Concierge Edwin was great and so helpful. Front desk was amodating as we feared our flight home may be cancelled and spoke with them and they put our living space on hold. Black Tap restaurant is on the premises and as a guest of the hotel we did not have to wait within the long line for the great

👎 THE PILLOWS! OMG they were so ufortablefortable. I was up each 30 minutes trying to adjust them. Could never get themfortable. The dirty tub, when I finally finished scrubbing the tub and filled it with warm water... got it all ready for a nice jacuzzi... And the jets did not work.. It just made a lot of noise... But no jacuzzi.. I was very disappointed. Also the morning meal I was looking forward to turned out to be some fruit, yogurt and runny blan oatmeal. I feel like for the cash we payed the morning meal could have been a little better. Lastly because of a family emergency I just needed to move my stay date from one Saturday night to the following Saturday night. My 200 a night living space turned into 400 a night and MY King bed reduced to 2 full beds.. DISAPPOINTING.... Can easily hear noise from the street, the 4am delivery trucks from our living space could easily be heard. But I guesses with the territory N A We booked the living space family suite for four people, yet we were only furnished 3 bath towels each day. Quite frustrating to keep having to request the extra towel. - Breakfast options are very limited. They didn t even have gluten-free cereals. Only thing I could have was fruits. For the price and the place, this is unacceptable. A huge disappointment. - Wi-Fi was both slow and unstable. I couldn t have a video chat for 30 minutes, for example. one could hear me. Had to switch to voice chat. Even, that was not great. - The air conditioner cooler just outside the living space was quite noisy, especially late during the night when there s otherwise no noise. thing. Had asked for Late check and was caked at regular check out time. Also could t find my booking at first. Need bettermunication between booking. and hotel The Gym is really basic but has what it needs. The hotel restaurant is over packed and need reservations. The windows are paper thin sound wise. Window-insulation could be better, only one layer of glass. You hear a lot from outside! I thought I booked a king bed as the site had a picture of a king bed near the price. Upon arrival however, it was merely a double not an extra large double as the description further down the site states. King beds can easily fit 4 people but this one could only fit 2. My daughter had to sleep on the chair ottoman. The description on the site needs to be clarified as I would have booked the living space with the 2 doubles instead. Difficult using adapter in plugs as wasn’t many plug points in living space unless you move furniture. Heating is either too hot or too cold no in between. Could do with better noise insulation in windows but only a minor. Would have loved a barrestaurant was too busy to sit at the bar for a drink there could have been a little more variety around breakfast Room within the 10th floor was noisy during nights. Plastic plates and knives etc. within the morning meal room. Lobby area was small and noisy occasionally. Can’t find any. Breakfast is poor and doesn’t match the expectations; It’s placed in a cold, ufortable and mistreated area. The Black Tap employees are noisy and impolite. We had a slight problem with the living space which was resolved to my satisfaction. The restaurant s line is always blocking the front door. The Elevators are tiny! Would have liked bottled water within the living space each day. I don’t like drinking tap and sometimes at night and mornings I am a littl

Seton Hotel

144 East 40th Street, Murray Hill, New York, NY 10016, USA

👍 Very clean, nice little room. The public bathroom is great. Clean, fortable and cosy rooms small but reasonable size for NY. Relatively quiet. Very nice staff. Great location. Seton has the best possible location, near the grand central terminal. The living space was very clean, fortable and everything worked fine. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. Seton features avery friendly staff. It was an excellent stay, good value for money, would definitelye back! Quiet, clean, cheaper than similar other hotels in New York The property was very clean and the proximity to the main attractions was great. The greater part of the employees extreamly the manual workers were civil and knowledgeable and can give you insights into the city if you bother to ask. The sitting living space where we had tea coffee and even made a European friend or two. Lots of British European guests here. Very nice and well located !! We had a living space with shared bathroom and the bathroom was always super clean !! The employees was nice and the living space wasfortable ! Location is fantastic, very central and short walk to Grand Central Station where you can go just about anywhere. Facilities were present days and very clean, no problem with the shared bathroom and was always left very tidy. The late check in was also really great for us. There s no breakfast, but thankfully there s free of cost coffee from 6 to 11 am. The hotel is a few steps away from shops that serve breakfast. Friendly staff, great location a short walk away from 5th Avenue, just off Lexington. This is my third stay at the Seton Hotel and I would stay again any time. The employees are friendly and professional, and for the price the facility is amazing. Excellent location and beautiful hotel. Veryfortable beds and spacious rooms for a NYC boutique hotel. Parking option is great -- half price with a hotel stamp at a parking garage two blocks away. Highly rmend. Brilliant find - great value for cash and love the retro furnishings. Staff are very friendly. Rooms were very clean. Location is good, just 5 minutes walk from Grand Central station. Many food options around the corner as well. Well located and nicely decorated. Hotel in excellent location, probably the best deal I made in a few years, good bed, decorative room, the shared bat was very clean, very nice staff. The best place in NY in cost benefits. As good a location as you’d want, just down the road from grand central stop and within walking distance of a lot of big attractions. Good quality living space with plenty of space. Staff gave us a lot of useful information including a very good guide to New York which we used everyday. Very good location and clean decent size room Great customer-oriented staff. Comfortable rooms with low-key trendy decor. Convenient location. Great value for money. The ubication we don t hear noise outside The living space isfortable I loved how the employees were present 24 7 at the check in desk, they were always so helpful and convenient easy to access. Housekeeping was so lovely and we always returned to a super nice room! The location is a 5 minute walk from Grand Central where you can literally go anywhere to! Everything you need within walking distance. Pretty quiet for the area and super warm over a very cold winter season. Loved it and will be rmending to all my pals back home! Friendly staff, helpful management, and t

👎 Just a thin blanket, a little cold at night. The living space is close to the street, so it s kind of noisy at night. You have to handle the keys to the front work area each time you leave the hotel and you can ask for the keys without any checking of the ID which means if someone wants he she can enter your room. The living space was a bit too cold as the windows were not very good. - It was very cold in my living space they don’t have duvets. I slept with an extra blanket and, importantly, an additional electric heater. It was good the hotel was able to provide it. The tinkling Lobby music was on 24 seven. Early within the morning it was very irritating when guests just want to relax with a hot drink and maybe sit awhile within the reception lounge area. This kind of music is best served if at all when guests are going out for the evening. However, in saying that, you would only see this kind of Lobby Music etiquette in operation at the very expensive up-market hotels. There was also a lot of static within the rooms and I got about five mild shocks, It might have been the the bedspreads but not so sure. Two tiny things about the shared bath: living space spray and bath mat of some sort needed. : The heating was very noisy so we had to turn it off ! thing, it was great and would highly rmend to others! There is only one window that shows the back of the hotel building; no fancy views. Whilst they offered ice to be collected frommunal areas a fridge within the living space would have been much more practical. The heating was a littlepleted, either too hot or too cold. In-room coffee would be great. Couldn’t figure out how to turn the heating off. Kettle in rooms so you could have tea and coffee whenever would be great. I stayed within the first floor. I could hear neighboring guests using the bathroom, speaking on the phone, etc as if they were staying within the same living space with me... walls must be paper thin. Small room Climate. The heat within the living space was so dry we had to turn on the AC window unit which was so loud that we barely slept. Worst night sleep I’ve ever had. Staff within the evening could’ve been a bit more friendly. Front desk employees were not very friendly. Also, central heating made the living space really hot and the AC unit did not work. thing really toplain about. The employees no speak spanish and they don t try. The bed is too soft We are near a public bathroom and we hear all. Probably could use a few more general facilities or had them a little more accessible I didn’t even know they existed until we checked out. The wireless was a bit volatile and unreliable at the far end of the hotel, but apart from that I was very happy. thing. - The Staff at the desk was horrible.t customer oriented at all! We give you our hard earned cash we are waiting a minimum of respect! - The location is fare from everything at walking distance, didn t understand the previous reviews. - Lights within the living space need to be improved The heater made loud, clinking noises all night and they were doing some kind of support a couple doors down within the morning and early evening which was pretty obnoxious... it sounded like a very loud vacuum or drill from like 8 or 9 and then again around 5. Windows very drafty so person in bed by window froze because the electric heater on wall didn’t work the whole stay... employees gave us a portable heater which helped
