Studio in Times Square

West 46th Street Between 6th and 7th avenue, New York, NY 10036, USA

👍thing That we left! The location was excellent,a lot to do in area. The studio apartment was nice and other then walking up 3 flights of stairs the living space was nice. Perfect location, good value for money The only positive was that it was within the heart of time square The location was great. Except for location, rest everything was poor Location is great The location was the only good thing about this apartment. location Great location, 1 minute walk to times square great ubication Location The location to Times Square is amazing. The email guidance for check-in check-out was easy peasy. Our living space was available at 2pm instead of the expected 4pm. The hot water worked great! Woot woot! Location thing. This property is a dirty unsafe disaster Location only Location was close to city square. It was nice it had a fridge, mic, toaster. The location was central to retail and entertainment. Location to Times Square Beds arefy and beautiful! Perfect location. Totally accessible to anything and everything. Will definitely rmended for first-time travelers. The location is excellent.. Good location. Really close to Times Square. I didn’t see any bugs that peoplemented earlier. Beds were fine. I rmend this studio apartment if you plan to spend the whole day out and onlye back to living space just to sleep. thing, dirty and dusty, stained sheets, taps didn t work, smelly, dirty bathroom, cockroaches, cheap and nasty, location the only good part but didn t warrant a penny of what we paid. Would rather have stayed further away and paid more. Totally put a black cloud over what was an amazing experience! The location. We didn’t have to spend any more time than necessary within the apartment. Location - awesome, yards from Times Square. Towels and bedding were provided and my teenager appreciated the wireless ! Good location but thats about it. The sheets were clean Location Property was central and bedroom space was good furnished with iron, toaster, micro, fridge, hairdryer thing Location near Times Square. I was nervous with all the negative reviews about the property; however, when we got there-yes there were many stairs to climb-but the living space was quite charming! While the bathroom could’ve been more modern, it was still functional. I would ignore most of those negative reviews-for the price, it was a good value! Never met hosts and was difficult to get messages as WiFi didn’t work at building at all. When we arrived there was another group after accessing our room. They returned quickly and removed their belongings. Easy access to the parade on 6th Location is excellent, all rest is not. From the very first time I used a lot of cash to confirm my reservation. I called the host and told me that I do not have reservation but they already charged my credit card. This is the first time I have ever had this problem on my booking from I became a member. Just to say that collection of the key was not easy as I had to ring the host a few times before getting the key. I got a bit frustrated however once we got the keys everything else was perfect. I loved the location and the ease of getting to and from the city airport or airdrome etc. I would have no problem rmending this property to family and friends : Location, location, location! Location, and it was quiet. The location was nice The location was great, steps away from Times Square. It wasfortable. The air conditioner worked ok which was good as we were there on a hot day. The location was ideal considering we wanted to be near Times Square. The location was perfect Good location. thing, do not stay here! Only the location of the property Just the location Nice location thi

👎 smelt of gas and grease, noise of the bathroom fan, shower was filthy, bedsheets had stains. Had to climb 5 flights of stairs, which were narrow. This place is a roach infested dump that is located above a nail salon. It stinks walking into the staircase that looks sketchy alone. You won’t see these photos on booking though. There is mold and falling ceiling within the bathroom - notice it’s not pictured. We killed 4 baby roaches, two of which were under the covers. Jake seemed inconvenienced each time I called him with concerns on the steaming heated that we were afraid to turn off, the roaches, the key box... this was the worst experience ever! Me and my girlfriends highly rmend the Hampton that we ran to afterwards on W41st between 7th and 8th, for nearly the same price. Climbing 3 flights of stairs but we knew that before we went. The only other thing was that the beds are so low to the floor. Cockroaches, smelly fridge, lack of bin bags, dirty bathroom, only one out of the 3 lights working, the buzzer didn’t work The list of what me and my didn’t like about Studio on the Square is quite long. We stayed in unit 8 which was 3 flights up steep stairwayOnce within the apt we see it’s nothing like the pics posted on .Substandard conditions. Our first impression were We can’t stay here But like good little troopers we decided to stick it out and make the best of it. Big mistakeThe hardest beds we ever slept in. The smell was very bad like rotten food or something Then we spotted our 1st roach which was within the bed under theforter The bathroom was the worst everSome kind of tube type shower that was cracked and moldy toilet and hot water heart bump up together. living space to even turn around The bathroom sink was right outside the door Cold water needed to turned on from the valve under the sink. Reason being that there was a constant flow of water from faucet if not turned off and the pipes where leaking as wellIt gets worst when on the second night not only did my guest find a roach crawling on her leg we then seen that the stove sinkbo was horribly infested with roaches that wheree from behind the stove and up the walls and within the sinkWent to Duane Reed to get Raid Roach Spray and Air Freshener because the smell got worse and worse each dayI can go on but I think you get the pictureBack to hotel rooms for us. We had our living like the locals experience and will never do that again To . which I love, I strongly suggest you think twice about having this apartment as part of your portfolio. My group and myself still question why we put up with staying there as long as we did. Guess the drinks helped us persevere The linens were old and worn. One of the bath towels had an ink stain on it. There were no hand towels or wash cloths. There was mold within the shower. Also, a large hole within the wall. In the kitchen area there were no paper towels and there were only 3 mugs and about 8 plates. soap to wash ones hands and no tissues. This was not at all up to standards for renting out and by far NOT worth the cash they charge. We saw 2 cockroaches while staying there and no instructions about what to do with the garbage. There were no extra bags even if we were able to empty it. The living space is dim, maybe because 3of the 8 light bulbs were out. 1. escalator, only staircase at 4th level, with kids and parents it was extremely hard2. Room was very small, dingy and shabby with no ventilation3. Basic amenities such as soap, toiletries was not available Dirty, smelly, things are not working within the room, bed was notfortable, and I did not meet anyone from the property. When I called them to at least accept my luggage from I arrived earlier than check in time, no one helped me. Over over over priced for nothing. Unpleasant experience and I will never think to return even if it was for free The 6 inch mattress with no box springs was beyond horrifi

👍 The living space was clean, fortable and ideally located for a short stay in NYC !The small kitchen was well furnished and practical if you don t want to eat at the restaurant within the morning. Very good value. Just be aware within the evening is hard to sleep as it’s noisy outside and also the heating pipes inside. Otherwise, this hotel is great value for money. Room was nice. The location is excellent, and propose very good value for money. The living space wasfy and pretty, it had all the amenities for the bathroom and kitchen with equipment. It was downtown and close to everything. The neighborhood was very safe. The interiors were pretty neat and clean and had a present days touch. Hallway not so great, unclean and dingy It is very central and only a few minutes walk from lots of great attractions. It is also great value when you consider the location. Don t expect Five-star luxury at this price but if you are travelling on a budget then this is perfect. The bed was veryfortable. I really liked the overall size and layout of the apartment. Everything was really great. The location was great! The living space size was adequate for 3 people and the facilities included cooking facilities, fridge, iron and ironing board and adjustable air conditioning. cute living space - big bed, nice style even though simple. all extras there: kettle, hair dryer, etc. The reception clerk and the cleaning crew were great. This location is very convenient for Penn station. Having a very basic kitchen was a plus. Great location, slightly strange layout within the living space but you had everything you needed. Small butfortable. the bed was veryfortable. the location was excellent It was very convenient for the intended purpose. Was very convenient to Penn Station. It was located near lots of stuff. It was clean with the exception of the one pillow. Was as pictured. I d stay there again. Location is really the only benefit here if you want to be close to mid town. The living space was beautiful and extreamly the bathroom was spacious and very modern. The location is absolutely great with the Empire State Building in sight from our window. Couldn t have been better, extreamly for this price. The Cave living space was very cute andfy. It worked for out we needed. Thanks thing. The pictures advertised and the actual hotel was beyond different. The employees were really hard to locate as the building is actually run by multiple hotels which doesn t make any sense. The whole stay was just horrible! Location It was easy to locate Bed wasfy and location was good. This apartment is in a prime location. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything I expected. There was no problem checking in and there was no problem whatsoever contacting the management. My fiance and I really enjoyed our stay, its a beautiful studio and close to that action definitely a bang of my buck given that i reserved last minute. I rmend 1000% really great experience. Cool apartment-style hotel Nice living space and decor. Our city studio was great. The location is fantastic. They re were just 3 of us myself and my parents, and we were veryfortable the whole time. The mattresses on the bed and futon are amazing. We had the AC on and didn t have any issues with outside noise. But none of us typically sleep inplete silence anyway. I d rmend this living space and would

👎 The noise. Bed was very ufortable. Got woken up In the morning because there was a leak within the living space below us and they didn’t know where the leak wasing from. The facilities were not clean, there was no cleaning of the living space done during our stay. The window didn’t close well so the air came through a little bit but they provided us with an air heater that helped. Since it was a building where people lived, the noise sometimes was bothering. And the apartment was a little dusty, butfortable still. The hallway was dingy and creepy and we couldn t find the living space easily It s a bit scary when you first arrive slightly shabby entrance with quite a few people hanging around who didn t make it seem very inviting. For the first visit to New York in my case, with my family it may put a lot of people off. Honestly, everything was really great. The onlyplaint I would have is listing of the cost on the website. I clicked on it expecting 255, and there were enough extra fees that the price went up 100 bucks. You should include the cleaning cost within the price you list on the various websites. The price wasn t a dealbreaker obviously, but it wouldn t have been better if had been a surprise. The building could have been better maintained and the walls were thin so a bit noisy but inside the apartment was good. simply too noisy, even with earplugs and the window is not opening. there was some hair within the bathroom, it could be cleaner. and the public hall to the studio is dodgy and dirty. The photos of the rooms and what you actually get are vastly different. The rooms window looked out on a dark wall, the furnishings were below the standard shown in pictures, to include light fixtures that had edison bulbs and cold LEDs within the same fixture, a really basic level of care that isn t shown. There was extremely loud construction within the elevator shaft that continued until at least 1AM. The freezer within the mini fridge was full of frost so it couldn t hold anything. Basically the living space was a budget studio and they bought a modern-looking bed frame then named the establishment with the same brand as the luxury hotel down the block to justify $300 a night. t really the fault of the host but there was loud construction going on across the road and also within the flat directly above us. The air con drowned most of it out and the host had left ear plugs so it wasn t a massive problem. There is a storage area on high of the boxed in bathroom that makes the living space feel a little messy. the living space need a face lift. there were no towels when we arrived and had to use paper towels after our bath In reception there was no body. The security guy had to go looking for the receptionist and we have to wait for half an hour until he found her. Internet connection never worked. They charged us $7 per luggage to keep it after checkout. And in some of the apartments around they are doing reparations, so all of the surroundings where dirt and noisy. The lock to the door jiggled and didn t seem as safe as it could be. The bathroom was really small and hot inside. One of the pillows looked like it had dried bodily fluid on it. The numbering of the rooms was crazy!!! I now have my first ever experience with dealing with the excruciating pain of what I strongly suspect to be bed bug bites. Over 30 painful bites from staying just 1 night here. The WiFi did work but was too sl

👍 Excellent location Nithing Fantastic location to see all the sights in Manhattan. Soft bed and pillows. Netflix on tv. Wholefoods a couple of streets away. And you can walk around to a lot of attractions lile Times Square, Empire State and Grande Central Station. Also features atrain stop closeby. You can walk to shopping places too. : The location amazing, very close to Bryant Park, 5th Avenue and a lot of places where to eat nearby. The pillows extra confy, good mattress thing. The bed wasfortable The location was phenomenal, we really couldn t beat it. Excellent value for our money. Everything. Excellent location and veryfortable Everything was excellent thing. The property sucks Great locationNice apartment feeling If you want to have an unforgettable stay in New York - take this Apartment. Me and my boyfriend stayed there for 2 weeks. The apartment is furnished with everything you need. A little kitchen with hotplate, pots, dishes, cutlery and refrigerator. The location is just awesome. Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue, Broadway, Times Square, Bryant Park, everything is within walking distance. A little Store called Bryant Grocery where you can get everything you need is next to the the apartment. The Bed is veryfortable and big enough for 2 people. The whole apartment is very tastefully furnished and a place to feel good within the main center of one of the most beautiful cities i have ever visited - and i´m travelling a lot.

👎 Apartment was dirty, carpet hasn’t been washed and vacuumed for months. Fridge was not cleared and cleaned from previous visitors. Curtains were dirty and didn’t close properly. Lots of clutter within the room. Shower curtain grossly dirty. A bit of a mis representation on the website. Will not rmend. Mission to get the keys. The pictures on booking. are not reflecting the reality: 1st floor on 6th Avenue no way to sleep, not clean at all had to check whether there were bedbugs!!!. Judging by the pictures, we had higher expectations... All in all, the living space was well furnished but untidy kitchen and not too clean stains on bed sheets and towels. The building faces the heavy-trafficked 6th Avenue so it s noisy. The gift shop downstairs won t help much, either; loud music until 10pm. Although earplugs were available, we wouldn t rmend this amodation solution to light sleepers. Finally, the living space got so cold after dusk we had to turn on two portable heaters––and we live in Boston, so we re used to low temperatures. You can t check in really early as it is an apartment and not a hotel. I have to use anotherpany to leave my luggage until check in time The wardrobe was broken to the point that almost fell down while opening it.Bathroom very small, shower was a little broken. Everything. It s not clean or maintained. Super loud until about 1am. Gross bathroom. Very noisy and not clean. thing. Everything was fine. Great place to stay thing at all Smaller rooms, worst house keeping which they charge 50 pounds. A little bit noisy The Apartment has it´s price but it´s really worth it. In general it´s quite a lot of cash you have to spend for amodation in new york whether hotel or apartment.

👍 Location, price and living space size make it worthwhile. Everything is a little shabby and the checking in experience was at best functional but it s so cheap it can t be beaten in Manhattan. Transport connections are great, there s wireless and some rooms have a fridge plus coffee within the lobby. If you want a romantic escape or luxury forget it it but if you want a clean reasonably sized living space in a great location for a fraction of the price then this is for you! Location is excellent. Staff is kind and helpful. Other guests were quiet. Room is basic but has everything you need except bathroom. breakfast. Location was excellent. The Union Square stop was Three-4 minutes on foot and it s quite central stop where you can use the green and yellow line as well. The only good thing about this place is that there are several subway stations close by. The place is in a great location, and it would be a good value for the money, except.... nothing fancy. just what i needed for a nights stay though. it was quiet and clean and i got a good nights sleep.very good price for the location The living space was quitefortable and I was able to get a good night s sleep. The location is great! The employees is very kind. The location is the best. There is no carpet within the room, which I liked it because I have allergies. . This is a great, simple, fortable, very clean, very inexpensive place to stay in New York City. The employees are lovely. It s convenient to uptown and downtown trains and in walking distance of the East and West Village, Soho, Little Italy and Chinatown. It is great for short stays for those who just want to enjoy the city and aren t interested in luxury. A bonus is that by utilizing this hotel, you are supporting efforts to offer sanctuary to refugees and asylum seekers through the programs their charity supports. The shared bathrooms and showers are very clean and regularly maintained. The living space has sink which is helpful. The living space size is very large in Manhattan standarts. Relatively quiet. Except the fact that the living space wall paint has cracks it was clean and well maintained. Very hosting staff, big rooms, great location. I ve stayed in other hotels with a higher price and had poorer experienceparing to Seafarers. The location was convenient for our stay. Staff are wonderful, at a time when I lost my apartment in Pennsylvania due to a fire, and I am staying at a variety of lodgings, this is a beacon of hope and rest for me. Thank you everyone!! Great location, great value for the money, good size rooms, nice city scenery from up high. Excellent location. Affordable amodation. Well-run property with no shenanigans. problems with shared toilet and shower room. The TV within the living space was a bonus. The facility is very close to the subway at Union Square, and was clean andfortable. The desk clerk was very helpful and found me refrigerator space for my breakfast. Coffee, tea, and cookies are always available within the lobby. Decent location, which is very close to metro. Free coffee. Lady at reception was very nice and let me check in very early. Sinks within the living space was helpful and washrooms were clean as well Great location and decent hotel for the price you pay. If you look for a hotel in New York and expect 5* treatment, you need to bring in a lot of dollars. In that case look further. Here, the rooms are what they are as stated on

👎 Checking in procedure was perfunctory verging on rude. It s luck of the draw as to who is on the desk so can be great but can be miserable. WiFi didn t work for most of the stay. Water temperature was difficult to control within the shower. Street noise was a problem at times. Bathrooms need an upgrade. It was not warm enough late at night and within the morning. The first 2 days the hot water was not working. The rest of the days it was as expected. They charge you extra 5$ for online booking fee. Russian employees is incredibly grumpy and mean. Wifi wasn t working. It is also a social house so have fun time hanging out with homeless within the lobby! ... We had a very disappointing experience the first night when we discovered that our living space with individual bathroom booked on . well in advance was overbooked, so we got a living space with shared bathroom and 1 normal bed 1 folding bed instead of 2 normal twin beds. They did not charge the first night and we got the right living space the following 2 nights. no usb ports for charging cell phone. It was a little noisy but later on it was fairly quiet. Old blankets that seem not very clean. But the sheets and bathroom are ok clean. It was just as advertised. The employees isn t weling. Well I liked everything t a great wee from the elderly man at reception. But think this was due to a slight language barrier. Rooms were tired looking but ok. Kept getting shocks off the door handles, a light switch and the metal bed. Reported to reception and a support man was sent to the living space to check, but everything was ok to him. However, my daughter and I were still very weary about touching things within the living space in case we had a shock. Very fine place, could not think of how it could be better. Multiple people at the front work area couldn t be bothered to acknowledge me or say hi when I was standing right in front of them waiting. Instead they would continue texting on their phone, continuing a social conversation of no consequence with someone else behind the desk, and just generally carrying on whatever they were doing until it was convenient to assist you.t even a hi, I ll be with you in a minute, just totally ignored.
