1Midtown Manhattan Loft Style 2 Bedroom

24st & 3rd Avenue, New York, NY, Gramercy, New York, 10010, USA

👍 The property was great for our family of 5. There is a queen bed within the bedroom and a Murphy bed and futon within the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed to befortable. The building is in a great location, close to many sites and restaurants. We felt safe walking at night. It is also very close to the subway and an Uber to Times Square and the theatre district was relatively cheap. The owner made check in very easy and met us onsite upon our arrival. She provided suggestions for parking, etc. It was a great valuepared to the hotels within the area and we were able to save enough for theatre tickets and the many other things we had planned. We will definitely book here again this summer when we go back! Very good position, quiet, feeling safe. Owners very kind and helpful. Very nice location. Quiet, convenient and safe location to eateries and markets. Within walking distances to most city areas or reasonable Uber if few miles walk too much. Doorman and camera monitor system. Offered excellent shuttle service to airport. The location is great, Gramercy, walking distance to Madison Park, Soho and within the heart of Midtown. However, the surroundings are quiet andfortable. The apartment has two big bedrooms with queen size beds and another couch within the living living space that can be opened to a double bed. Although we didn t use it, the kitchen is quite good furnished with a new fridge, micro and stove top. Although we never saw Paula the owner, themunication with her was easy and straightforward: we got the deposit back a day after we left and also she let us to leave the suitcases within the apartment till the end of our leaving day. It was very easy to get the keys upon our arrival, Agustin was very friendly and informative. Perfect wireless , very kind and supportive hosts. Ikea style furnitures werefy. The entrance and window of the loft style second bedroom went directly to the main bedroom separated with a partition from the kitchen, so we could easily supervise the kids. Location. Veryfortable Clean Very confortable Great location. Cute,fy apartment. I liked the location of our place 35th St 2nd Ave apartment looked modern, had a hair dryer and vacuum cleaner. towels were provided but no shampoo bath foam etc. there is free of cost parking at the road just outside of the apartment after 9pm to 7am on the next day. The design is really good and the location is convenient

👎thing. Furniture and shower older and not maintained too well. Should be part more attention. Have to understand NYC is pricey. I have stayed in residential rooms in Italy that were not posh but were more affordable. NY Units were small which was fine but I was expecting more polished interiors for a cost of $400 per night unit. aged and needed repairs, not same as a $400 per night hotel room. The bathroom, still big, is a bit old and dark. Needs a makeover. The building is being renovated and the window to the street is blocked, so no daylight in.Very few TV channels. I would not say it needs an urgent renovation but its time is approaching, the AC is quite old and noisy while the vertical blind on the windows is continuously falling apart. t clean enough. Beds were so ufortable Cable didn’t work so we Cudnt watch tv thing to dislike PLEASE TAKE NOTE: booking. does not collect cash and there are two modes of payments for tourists without US bank accounts, either in cash or thru PayPal which the owners initially wanted to levy a 3.5% charge on - after a few emails they decided to waive the fee. do also note that the quoted fees excludes a 100 USD cleaning fee. the television had few channels and the volume was faulty too low to hear anything. the upper level only had two power sockets, one for the light and one for the fan, there isn t any extra one for phone laptop charging. location wise, it s 3 avenues away from the closest metro, I wouldn t exactly consider it far but it s not close either - about 15 mins walk. the green line is very convenient for getting around tho. I haven t got my deposit back yet and

1 Hotel Central Park

👍 Great location for the price. The restaurant is excellent for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Loved my in living space window seat for afternoon reading and relaxation. Staff very helpful and responsive. Many activities were going on around St. Patrick s Day parade and the next day a run, but employees could maneuver around so transport for me was effortless. Seems to have ethical product and service. The employees at 1 Hotel Central Park is exceptional. Absolutely exceptional. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Our bed was fantastic - the sheets and pillows very clean andfortable. Our living space was not very big but well appointed and just right for us. Really great shower. The living space was very quiet. Room service was very good and the food excellent. For anyone who appreciates organic living - you must stay here. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. This will be our only choice in NYC from now on. Front desk employees are stellar friendly and so nice. Head engineer Ivan, was spectacular in helping when I walked within the living space and two things were wrong. He went above and beyond. Christopher at the front work area is so good at his job, he knows how to make a bad situation feel ok. When my 11 yo and I arrived for a girls getaway, we were told that they upgraded us to a corner living space with a park view! The concierge was friendly and warm, and our corner living space was a nice breath of fresh air from the city. It could not be more perfect! Overlooking Central Park, it was quiet, clean, fortable and had a great shower. They even had macaroons for us to enjoy together within the living space while we were curled up in our window seat. I only wished we had more time to spend in this beautiful room, but we had a busy impromptu weekend planned! Location of the hotel in relation to pretty much everything: Five-star restaurants, Central Park, Broadway... just great to walk to almost all the best things in NYC. The hotel is so clean... it smells like a spa in each living space and eachmon area... a one of a kind property. Absolutely love the environmental friendly concept of the hotel. They dont provide disposal things unless you request it and encourage recycling - which is extremely appealing to me. plastic products within the rooms. The lobby is full of beautiful plants and features apleasant smell. Staff are professional and very helpful. Would definitelye again. This property definitely deserves a 5 star . The employees is the most amazing i have ever seen, the rooms were so pretty andfortable. I would never stay anywhere else ❤️Location❤️❤️Friendly staffThe concept of recycling is amazing Modern Calm and cozy interior Excellent interior design, great location, professional employees and services. The design and ambiance is amazing. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Great location and superfortable bed. location was fantastic and it was very easy to get around New York and use the subway, services was impeccable, extremely friendly. Food -we really enjoyed, nice breakfast, could do with a slightly bigger selection. Rooms were smallish, but functional. Shower was good, but noisy; could not shower without waking up my roommate. The eco-friendly concept is nice The hotel was beautiful and had a cool overall vibe. The employees and customer service was wonderful. I would highly rmend a living space with the window seat with a view of the city and Central Park ! It was magical💕The employees were so swee

👎 We liked everything. t a lot of facilities, food is so expensive thing. It was perfect. thing thing! I was expecting a better view of the central park but not a major problem Shattaf at the toiletWater from the sink was not clear at all Fire Alarm was on going for 2 nights You can hear people within the other living space talking Expensive Lacking of dietary products although everything is organic. Need more hangers in bathroom. the fitness center is quite small and hotel has only 1 restaurant. I would expect a bit more from a 5* hotel at he rate you pay. more selection for breakfast. Breakfast was overpriced but pirtions were huge Our living space was a little bit smaller than I expected and it was quite dimly lit. The hotel focuses on being eco friendly, which I like, but the lighting was a problem when trying to do my makeup or looking for clothes to wear. My husband liked the lighting though. I wanted to explain how to use the room. For example, I did not notice the sliding door of the toilet. Subway was getting refurbished while we were there making it a bit annoying to get to and from the hotel but this isn’t the fault of the great hotel Mirror and socket for hair drying- brighter light loved the low lighting,Would begoodto have an areafor aftetnoon tea coffee. After several hours of walking andsightseeing we wantedto sit infy chairwith adrink but were only allowed to sitat bar tables stools Really bad hotel. Smart concept to get people to not wash towels and use cardboard boxes and recycled rough plywood within the rooms. Probably helps you turn a nice profit. Seems like the hotel preys on tourists, rather than people within the know. Another good trick. Incredibly bad experience for the price. Will go out of our way to dissuade others from staying there. A little bit pricy as rooms aren’t that big. Windows not 100% sound proof. thing The living space is tight, window is absolutely useless no view except for walls and the bed is way too small for a hotel that charges 800$ a night! It is a little expensive. But your paying for the location. I would still stay again without hesitation. Elevators weren’t the easiest to use and only one went to certain floors. The bedroom looked tired.t very clean in general. Poor housekeeping service. We had to change bedrooms as the one they gave us the first night was chockingly dirty, small and terrible view of the back of the hotel with birds poo all over ! But they made it up for the rest of our stay by upgrading us to a larger living space with a better view. Great location, cozy room, excellent bath and shower. I had a king. Two people might find the living space a little tight but for one it was perfect. Other kings might belarger. I asked for a pen and i never got it. Had to spend a whole day without AC cause they re waiting for engineer to evaluate my living space s air con problem! Also they say tap water has 3 filters, mine was showing white powder within the glass. The living space service is working through a special smart phone within the room, it works so slow that made each order a night mare. Also got a problem with living space cleaning - one day the living space was not cleaned, although we were out most of the day and pushed the Service button twice during the day. Other thing is the linen - my head was all in feathers after each night. We had a suite that had no view ... view of very

11 Howard

11 Howard, SoHo, New York, NY 10013, USA

👍 Tyler and Steven at the reception were so sweet! Made our stay much more enjoyable! The location is perfect. Great design andfortable beds. The bathroom was small but clean and the fixtures were nice. The employees was pleasant and helpful. The bed was surprisingly large and soft. I slept wonderfully at night, and the toilet waspletely my aesthetic. The bathroom products smelled great and were very good for my skin. I loved the interior design. The bed wasfortable, and the location is great. Convenient Location and the concept of the conscious hospitality and supporting world poverty project. Location of the hotel was very convenient. Close to subway stations and in easy reach of Little Italy which is excellent and China Townt as great as we hoped. The subway is excellent and a very convenient way to get around the city and everything is easily accessible so you can explore all the different interesting regions of NY. The SOHO area features avast availability of cafes and restaurants within a short walk. The other thing we liked about the hotel was the casual nature of the environment rather than a formal large chain hotel. thing really to like with this hotel Everyone at this hotel is extremely helpful and polite. Beds are superfy and the location is perfect. The employees were always willing to assist no matter what time of day and would always be approachable. The experience I had at 11 Howard will be hard to match based on the service I received. The location is great. Nice employees andfy beds. Recently, we stayed, in this hotel. The living space with 2 double beds was tiny. It was hard to store anything within the closet! Unfortunately, although we asked, there was no possibility to get a bigger room. We understood - it was holiday period time. Since we were outside most of the time, we didn tplain about the living space not being cleaned properly. Luckily, the beds werefortable. The location is good and most of the employees are nice. Mind you: There is a $30 a day facility charge which covers the internet, phone calls, $10 minibar credit for items we travel a lot and we’ve never had that in any hotel we’ve stayed in. So, the WI-Fi is not Complimentary, as suggested on the website. Complimentary services or products are those given to an audience a customer without charge. The location was great, you could walk to the subway stop in just a few minutes, and their employees at the front work area were friendly. Nice concept, personel was absolutelly wonderful and helpful. The area is great if you want to be around soho. Location and employees were great. It wasn t a warm hotel. Rooms were tiny and sparsely furnished, which made it a little cold. I liked the bathroom design but not the size Bedfortable. Rooms economical yet well designed and serviceable. Aesthetically satisfying and not austere. Nice and trendy rooms. Great location and amazing areas nearby! Beds were veryfortable. We had some problems with our stay but management made each effort to resolve these problems to our satisfaction. Solely based on managements response I will being back to the 11 Howard. Very cool andfortable design. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. A great hotel for young travellers. I loved thefortable bed, beautiful vanity within the bathroom and a nice view from the room. Very trendy fashi

👎 We got food poisoning from the food. Wasn t that great that there wasn t a nice restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There was a facilities tax ontop of like 5 other taxes daily - when the hotel had no facilities. Very expensive for tiny rooms! Having to request everything from bathrobes to shower caps shouldn t happen in a luxury hotel. Very loud repair crew shouting within the hallway. The two queen beds nearly filled the entire living space which was small. There was a strong, overwhelming, perfume smell which filled the hallways. The double bedroom was smaller than I expected, so it was difficult to fit all of our suitcases and move around. The lighting was a little too dark within the bathroom so I had trouble putting on my makeup. The employees are rude. The lobby is freezing. warm wee. The poor receptionist had on gloves and ear muffs checking me in it was that cold. The 3 guys standing around ‘concierge’ were so rude and not helping her out at all. Then she brought up my bags to my living space not them! My living space was fine for NY standards. Clean. The bed was great. But the vibe of the place was so bad. I will never stay here again. The hotel is being marketed as luxury and 5 star by some websites. It is not luxury or 5 star. You can notpare the level of this hotel to its sister Gramercy Park Hotel or Sixty Thompson in terms of luxury, service and amodations, or even the public spaces. Oh and the bar that turns into a night club actually features apretty bad smell inside, but the space itself looks nice and cozy. There was a small issue with the bathroom exhaust fan which became very noisy after the first few days. we reported it 3 times and it wasn t acted upon. Did not ruin the short trip - we just needed to keep the door shut at night to lessen the sound while we slept. When you first step to the hotel there is no reception to wee you2 ipads on a small table thats it so you need to look for the employees to get service. Rooms are small not enough space for the luggage Furnitures are minimal looks like Ikea style Mattress worn and sunk from use Very un wee environment There were toiletries only for 1 person within the bathroom. When I requested for 3, a man brought for only 1 additional person, we booked for 3. The bathroom was tattered looking and was not clean. Elevators outside the living space were quite noisy until after 1am. Luke warm water and bad water pressure in our tiny room. Don’t love the minimal lobby. Seems coldand unweing. At the end, there was an unpleasant situation and I can t stress this enough: It s not the money, it s the principle. We have never used the minibar maybe we should have opened it and checked it. Just before our flight departure to Europe, I received a second invoice. The first, I checked quickly together with a concierge in should I call it, the conceptual lobby, both hunching down to the level of a small Ipad screen.t the ideal way to do it. The second invoice had additional charges for the ‘use’ of the minibar the last morning before we checked out 6 soft drinks. I’ll repeat, we did not use the minibar neither that morning nor during our stay. If we had used the minibar before, I presume it would be listed on our invoice as a daily expense, as it is listed for the second floor s library coffee place expenses.w, I am even wondering if those expenses are correct. Mistakes can happen even in Five-star hotels 11 Howard ha

👍 Comfy bed, friendly staff, Centrally located with Broadway and Central Park just a stone’s throw away. The morning meal was more than adequate and the beds werefortable. The beds arefortable and the housekeeping employees cleans well each day. The front work area employees is charming. Comfortable, but no living space for suitcases, even though the Receptionist upgraded our living space because it was my Birthday.Breakfast was mediocre. Tiny morning meal living space suitable for the 27 hotel rooms, I suppose. under $200 We found the whole experience at 3 West Club very good. It is close to everything in Manhattan. The employees is amazing, friendly, helpful and very polite. The one thing I d improve would be the morning meal selection. Instead of pastries the same cash can be used for a healthier choice of food. Adding a fridge within the bedrooms would be a plus. I would definitely stay at the 3WC again! Great old hotel updated, fortable, clean and located near each thing we wanted to do. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Having stopped in New York before I was surprised how big the living space was considering how close we were to all the main tourist attractions. Staff were really friendly and the hotel, although a little dated was really clean andfortable. Location great for Rockefeller center. Staff friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Breakfast Danish excellent. Cafe immediately next very convenient.t part of hotel. The location next to Radio City was very convenient. great location, surprisingly quiet, super friendly front work area staffer at check in,fy bed, clean During the booking procedure on line we went from a group of 4 to 2. After entering our living space we discovered the mix up. Went to receptionist and manager and they amodated to make our stay perfect. Thank you! Loved the small intimate feel,fy beds, friendly staff, and excellent proximity to everything. Wonderful place, and we look forward to staying here again! The living space was good, employees friendly, and location was really great! Rockefeller Center was one block away and that was the entire reason for selecting this location. The area it was located in. Close to Rockefeller Center, which was our main purpose. It is close to 5th Ave., Broadway, Times Square. Good location. The beds arefortable. Location was fantastic Thefort of the property. The rooms were spacious and veryfortable fantastically located property with lovely Art Deco features and friendly staff. Excellent location right within the heart of Manhattan. Round the corner from the subway and 5th Avenue. Central Park within a five minute walk. Staff all very friendly and helpful and was able to leave our case after check out until we had to leave for the airport. Thank you! Location. Front desk and Maria Christina of the morning meal dining were helpful and professional. The location was perfect. The view from the solarium terrace was amazing. All employees that we encountered were excellent and very amodating! It is nice to have morning meal included within the price. The bed wasfortable and the living space was very clean. Location. Location was very good, walking distance to the theater district and Central Park; and the Rockefeller buildings are across the street . The furniture is classically old, and well suited to the property. Size of the rooms were larger than expect

👎 Paper thin walls, had a couple staying in living space next door arguing till 4am, ruined first night but they were gone the next day The living space next to ours was being renovated and there was drilling from early within the day. That made it very ufortable to be within the living space during the day. The other problem was not the hotel’s fault but the living space was separated on the other side by just a doorway and you could hear a cough next door I think that the two rooms can be a family room. Anyway, our neighbor was very loudly intimate on many occasions over three days which was embarrassing considering I was sharing with a child. It beggars belief that people can be so unconcerned about ‘oversharing’. The continental morning meal is very half-hearted. There is cream cheese, but no bagels which I didn t really miss. There should be yogurt. Granted the hotel was far from full but the trays of pastries, which pretty to look at, were the same each day -- not the same choice but the same exact items -- so they were quite stale. Simplify things by including yogurt and offer just one or two types of pastries, nor six or eight which get staler each day. NO FRIDGE, never even heard of, they cost like $100 at Home Depottoilet leaked, old plumbing, rug from 1990 or 1960 I couldn t be sure My backpack was stolen from the concierge s section at reception with all of my travel documents and I am yet to receive an apology or confirmation that the CCTV footage indicated who stole the backpack - a response would be greatly appreciated. thing really. As I suggested above I d have better and healthier choices for morning meal without breaking your budget and still keeping the prices down. A fridge within the bedroom would be a plus. We booked because it offered continental morning meal but that was some little danish, cereal and toast. Maybe a little bit more, like fruit, meat or eggs. Some of the furniture was a little old dated as was the bathroom, but overall couldnt fault the place. The decor was very dated. The living space was so hot we had to open a window, climate control was very outdated. The tub had a dirty plug and when you used the shower a vent keeps blowing the shower curtain on you. stayed in a suite on the high floor. it was the only guest living space on the entire floor - a little unnerving for me as a solo traveler. The lock to the window that was cracked ajar when i arrived snapped off in my hand when i went to lock it. The facility is actually a individual club with a dress code, typically not an issue but would have been nice to know beforehand. Breakfast could be better - no many options. At night, when I arrived, there was nobody at reception = felt a little insecure.body helped us with luggage. The antiquated rooms represented old NY well but I miss air condition. Also, the parking garage is one street over. There were these little plastic things in our pillows, when we asked what they were nobody could tell us what they were. It was like they were bugging us or something, so I admitted to them, I am Demacrate. Just a joke, they did get a kick out of it, so they do have a sense of humor. But I still wonder what that was for? Laundry or something? The hotel needs major upgrading. The paint is peeling within the bathroom walls and the walls need to be painted. The walls too thin one could hear the other guests next door. Had to listen to opera practice each night up to 10:00 pm. Loft

👍 The location. The friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness. The lovely cafe and staff. Location is just perfect. Also this hotel is so clean and quiet. Towels are another great thing. The kitchen is well equipped. Super location, less than 3 min walk to Central Park. Close to 24hours Deli, yet away from heavy crowds. Room is spacious and well appointed, we have a One bedroom suite, so ites with good kitchen amenities. We were able to cook our new year eve dinner within the apartment! Very good facilities for an apartment hotel: Free use of laundry room, good machines and dryers, is a great blessing for long stay. Private cinema hall is a luxury extreamly on cold nights when you just only want to stay in. On our suggestion, the hotel staffs organised a live screening of the Ball Drop on NY eve, and even brought in free of cost champaign. Gym is very good, clean, new equipment well spaced. Staff is friendly and helpful, and offered to assist us with booking of Network Broadway when we have problem booking online. Even if eventually could not do it for us, its nice that the employees remembered and checked with us subsequently. We have a great stay overall, and decided to stay on at the same hotel when we extended our stay in NYC The location is superb. I also like the fitness facilities. Fabulous location and easy walk to subways All employees were extremely friendly and helpful for the entire duration of our stay. We felt aodate from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Loved that you held our bags until we left for the airport. Room size was adequate just lacked some sufficient lighting. Overall an amazing stay with great employees and a great location. The employees helped you to settle in quickly. They always greeted us warmly and had great suggestions. They went beyond and above. The bed was veryfortable. The living space was good size, nice and clean but no sitting area. Room was not presented as within the promotional material ... I think we were placed in a living space requiring renovations? The website indicated newly refurbished amodation. Fantastic location, really friendly staff. Our suite was huge, with kitchen. Bottle of prosecco and card for our honeymoon was a lovely touch. Staff did their best to move us to another living space less noisy and offer free of cost late check-out Clean very spacious suite. Helpful, if somewhat utilitarian, service staff. You can’t beat the location. Steps away from Central Park, Fifth Ave, Columbus Circle... it’s a great location from which to venture out. Subway stations are close by though the one on 57th st is closed for renovation. For 3 of us, we took a suite - one of the newly re-done ones. We had also stayed in a similar one last year. They are spacious, fitted with all the kitchen requirements, clean andfortable. The bed was one of the best I’ve slept in. The employees and service is very good too. The location is wonderful. It s close to Central Park while also within walking distance to Times Square and Bryant Park Grand Central. There are a lot of great restaurants and sightseeing spots nearby, not to mention subway stations. For travelers whoe to New York for the first time, this is a great choice! The employees were excellent and reacted to any request quickly Great location right across from the Plaza Hotel and 3 min walk from Central Park. The apartment was spotless clean, veryfortable and with a nice view

👎 . sold me a king suite that was unrenovated using photos of a renovated suite, and it was not clear that the suite I purchased was of a sub standard to the photos. I then chose to upgrade at significant extra cost. The renovated upgraded suite had no hot water for 2 days. I had to move again. The new suite was lovely. Unfortunately it also had a problem with hot water. It took a long time to get hot. Sometimes as long as 30 mins. I was offered free of cost morning meal and 2 nights free. The employees were very responsive. The mattress is just too soft. 1. We stayed from 31 Dec right through to 16th Jan over 3 different bookings, living space housecleaning service is only on check in and once during a 6 nights stay, but it could have been better arranged, instead of arranging housekeeping only on Day 4, rather than mid of week stay. 2. The hotel subsequently close the cinema earlier by 9pm means the last use is at 7pm for a normal movie duration. This does not make sense given that most of day time would be spent out visiting instead of staying in so the cinema is under-utilised. They could have put a limit on sound level instead of closing it earlier initially from 11pm to 10 and now to 9pm. Or look into proper sound proofing if the sound level do affect the 2nd floor rooms. 3. Room card often do not work, something to look into. Unfortunately we had construction next door during our stay which ruined it not anybody’s fault. Would have preferred to be moved to another AKA location to avoid the noise. Unfortunately there was major demo going on next door which is nothing to do with AKA but wish they could have let us know at check in! Staff were amazing extreamly Miguel! Very helpful! He even got my washing out of the dryer as I was out all day! The water in New York upset our stomach but this was each where. As long as we only drank bottled water everywhere we were fine. There are noplaints about AKA we were so happy to be so close to Central Park, Times Square and the subway. They front work area told me that they would email me my bill and I had to call 6 times over 10 days to get my bill. Go somewhere else for better service and better amodations. The lobby wasn t very weing, The cafe employees was very nice but the cafe environment was basic. living space service. The darkness of the living space ... no natural light The decor throughout is beyond minimalistic - very cold, uninviting, lighting is terrible. The suites are missing a few touches that could make all the difference - some nice cushions on the couches, etc. Providing a couple of coffee pods etc would be a nice touch too. The rooms are so dark, we had no view so better lighting essential. We had a drink within the bar that has the same uninviting decor, terrible music, and again felt so cold. Could be so different, as has amazing potential. Extremly noisy, Reconstruction in progress at the property facade and new construction next door start at 7.30am. sign about ongoing reconstruction both on property as well as booking websites Building demolition work going on. Suite was dark and noisy. Make sure you know which suite you are going to be given prior to arriving or you may end up in a dark noisy one like I did. Very disappointing given the price. Their cafe is not a very inviting place but never found any need for it! There are plenty of options all around. 1. had to ask for rooms to be cleaned as

👍 the most pleasant experience because of the employees and how they treat guests as if they are at their homes. they are very helpful and are ready to provide any advise or help . they go out of their way to assist . Beautifully appointed Traditional Apartment in a lovely area of New York City. Great Gym, Pool, Bar, Theatre andplimentary coffee provided. Good onsite Laundry available at no charge. Quiet street close to supermarket and Restaurants. The Reception employees were exceptional with a special mention to Spencer who was always very helpful. Clean, quiet and spacious amodation. Well furnished and beds veryfy. Walking distance of midtown and Central Park and 2 supermarkets within a block. Staff very helpful and pleasant.t cheap but not much more than 2 hotel rooms and worth it for the space andfort. Very good location and big size apartment and clean Attentive personell. Style and general appearance of the apartment, sizefort extreamly if youpare to rooms size in hotels in central Manhattan. Very close to Wholefoods market if you need to buy some food etc. The location and the apartment was veryfortable. Also the employees were very friendly. On our last day we checked out at 11 a. m. but our flight wasn t until 10 o clock at night. The hotel kindly allowed us to use the facilities until we took a taxi around 5 p. m. Thank you. The hotel is in construction so it is noisy from 9am to 5pm, but it doesn’t mention this before we booking. Also the mattress and pillows is very hard, I feel notfortable with sleep condition.Btw, their employees are nice and helpful. Staff great. Free coffee! Lounge area and apt were great. Location also spot on. Nice location. Very central location in a quiet area of Manhattan, but still closeby! Absolute fantastic staff! The best spot in NY to stay and get some rest after a hectic day! Everything was perfect. Big spacious one bedroom suite with so much space. Lounge downstairs was great to relax in. Fresh towels given everyday. Snjezana was great. Really helped with easing our minds in staying with Aka. Always greated us with a smile. Very nice apparthotel. Very well located. Staff are very nice and helpful. Flat very clean and well furnished except broom. Nice pool within the lower ground. We liked here very much,it is not far from 5the Ave shopping and easy to find good restaurants close by,at the same time, you can enjoy the peacefulness of the eveningGood place for holiday stay in New York Suites are fantastic and the employees are amazing. 👎 nothing much expect i would have liked to have a special treatment for those guests who are frequent and have been at Aka at several occasions.. i tried to extend my stay but there was no flexibility and the price was way higher than what i paid before.. The lighting in some areas of theplex was a little subdued. significant flaws. Time of checking out was at 11:00 am. And they force me out of the apartment without late check out, there was construction at the Place, no storage for luggage. They turned off the Wi-Fi at 11:00 am. I would have liked being informed that the property was a building site and that we couldn t open our blinds as workmen were walking right around the apartment. Being on the first floor meant that we heard a lot of noise from traffic at night and building work during the day. Scaffolding around hotel with men at window from 9am! Blocked what view we had and was a little off-putting. Swimming pool heating broken, though it is a beautiful pool. Fridge was also super noisy, sounded like a hoover was on. Do not trust any reference to the couch being suitable for a third person to sleep. It is rudimentary. You will be asked to pay a daily rental fee of $ 60-90 for an ugly extra bed !!!Also, window insulation is bad and does not work for the winter in NYC. Other thanplimentary coffee and tea downstairs, there is nothing you can hope for. However, food deliveries from outside are allowed. Finally, it is a great pity that the pool, fitness center and showers within the basement are so cold that no one practically uses them. We asked twice to have the temperature raised and we were told that it was done but there was no difference. Finally, another member of employees simply told us sorry, that is just the way it is set up and got rid of us. We had checked in to AKA the day after the weeks heat wave in nyc, so when we arrived it started to get cooler and rained a few days. We weren t able to up the temperature within the living space as apparently it can take Three-4 days to switch over from AC so it was pretty cold within the evening. We only stayed 7 nights but 3 -4 of the nights I had to sleep with a scarf around my head as it was freezing. We are now in Hawaii and I m recovering from a cold because if it which is annoying. The front work area said they would have given us a portable heater but apparantly they were all in use. Everything else about the place was great. I guess it was bad luck that we rocked up day after the heatwave. I would rmend heaters to be given out in situations like this. We paid almost $600 AUS x 7 nights so would have expected to be keptfortable. Tv is standard. cable tv at all just channels that sell things to consumers. Had to pay for something decent to watch. Wasn t aware of this at all.. The bedroom features astrange circular window that you can t cover up. So after a long 20 hour flight we were woken up by the morning sunlight at 5.30am and just managed to get to sleep at 2am the day we checked in. We did ask for something to assist black it out but nothing eventuated so we had to pack the window with pillows and back packs to block out the rays. Heating system didn t work so well. A broom could be provided to the occupants and the cleaning could be made more often than once a week. We like it, and feels all pretty good Pool could be a bit warmer We could have used a broom! Swimming pool was closed for most of our stay<b

👍 Big, spacious and present days apartment great for our family. Quiet and private, didn’t feel like we were steps away from the bustle of Times Square. Staff were very helpful and amodating. Location is perfect. Personnel is professional and helpful. Apartments are big and nice. Pleasant and helpful staff, morning coffee, large units, location Awesome internet Connectivity and speed. Just made this my high choice for NY trips. Room was quiet and veryfortable. We had just gone through an airport or airdrome ordeal with flight cancellations, freezing outside 2 hrs waiting for taxis that never came, when we finally arrived at the hotel at 2 AM we were greeted with smiles, warmth and patience. The 2 bedroom apartment was beautiful and everything needed was there. The penthouse morning meal area mon lounge is a wonderful place to relax and have a coffee or hot chocolate! Thank you to the employees on night shift! Bonus was location! Room booking error was addressed professionally and satisfactorily. General courtesy of employees is above average. Staff, Doorman are nice and pleasant and very helpful. Concierge employees are able to get us reservation to restaurant which is very difficult to get in a short period in advance. The place as well as linen and towels are clean and new. All facilities are good had been well maintained and useful. The location is convenient and safe even at night. And you can easily get food around the area almost all the time. It is a great location. An efficient but not very hospitable place. Personnel is very nice. Services are mediocre. Rooms are not properly insulated. When kitchens were used, the floor smelled of food. The location was fantastic right in Times Square but was obstructed from the bright lights a problem many othersplained of. amazinglyfortable bed. A few steps from the centre of the action on Times Square. Staff extremely courteous. I mentioned when booking that we were staying in New York as part of my wife s special birthday treat. On arrival there was a nice birthday card for her and a bottle of champagne. Lovely gesture. Great location. Quiet rooms. Comfortable beds. Good washer and dryer. Only negative was tiny bathroom where living space got very wet with each shower use. Bathroom Door was difficult to open and close. Needs maintenance. Very helpful staff. Perfect location and the one bedroom apartment was very spacious. Exceptionally clean and literally a 2 minutes walk away from Times Square. Our apartment within the AKA Times Sq was spotless. It had all the facilities required - washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, all cooking utensils. It was very spacious. If staying in NYC again I would definitely stay within the AKA. There is a lovely lounge area on the high floor where there is access to a PC and printer. Best nights sleep for ages. Great shower. TV in lounge a bit hit and miss but we only put it on first thing within the morning for the news and weather. First class kitchen Equipment and Washer Dryer. Staff exceptional, thanks. Location was fantastic, minutes from Times Square. The employees were great, organised groceries to be in our living space before we arrived, with minimal cost. The living space we had was very good, spacious andfortable, more than I expected for central NYC. The spaciousness of our roomThe kitchen was amazing. It had everything you could think of. The lovely fragrance around the entire p

👎t much! They have cleaned only once while we were there, and spent 8 days. This is not enough. Kitchen apparels are bing old, and you need 45mn to get boiled water. Some units were very dark because windows faced adjacent buildings. Additional lighting should have been available. It would be helpful if housekeepers had a checklist so that customers did not have to ask for dish soap, paper towels, and tissues. Outlets or power strips near the headboards would be helpful. Very little bad to say. Could probably use a second treadmill in fitness center but was not a problem while I was there. Would have been nice to have coffee available in living space or lobby even for at least 1 day. There was confusion regarding the living space booked which was not the same as advertised. The mattress is very firm, as are the pillows, not my preference. 1 The reservation and payment. I had been charged on full amount for reservation prior to our stay but upon checking out, my friend was asked to make payment again despite my notification to AKA upon checking in!!!Now I had written to both . and AKA for a clarification and refund and expect respond ASAP!!!Below are what I d wrote to them. To Whom it may concern,I am very disappointed with both . and AKA this time. Because I had been charged on Jun-2One-18 for total amount of US$ 1,860.30 to my credit card. However, upon checking out, AKA asked my friend to pay again on the same amount!!!I don t know whether this mess is caused by misunderstanding which is hard to believe or you have a very lousy system!?! or it s the intention of either . or AKA to do this!?!I need clarification as well as full refund amount ASAP!!!ps. Since you usually request confirmation number for any corespondent, I suggest you should put either confirmation number or pin code number when you charge with credit card as well for same understanding so that both you and your client could easily check the transaction and payment whether it s correct or not.2 With two bedroom reservation, there should be two bathroom or at least additional toilet not just one!!! The air con within the apartment was noisy, and the air con of the surrounding buildings was worse Only tea or coffee and the odd banana, apple or pear available in lounge within the morning. We love our cups of tea and would ve preferred a kettle tea coffee making facility within the room. Bathroom. Check in time is 3 pm which is way too late aspare to other hotels. There was nothing to dislike. Excellent Staff, Excellent Apartment and Excellent Location add up to a fantastic break. Need to have bedside table on both sides of the bed.t just one. Minor support problems: bathroom door did not lock, den door did not close well. Shower gel and shampoo no longer the luxury brand they used to have. Seemed to me that the hotel was at times under-staffed, and they took time to respond to my requests. The hotel was fixing the elevators - which means the elevators were signalling some terrible noise which annoyed me. The penthouse suite was a studio with tiny windows and questionable ceiling. To two bed living space apartment, there is only one small bath living space is inappropriate. We stay there for 5 nights. There are two elevates in this building, one is broken for ever, the other was broken at one night,we have to use the stairs. There are no free of cost water within the ro

We booked this property because we thought we will need more space during our stay in New York, which was for 8 days. The property may not be the cheaper, but everything is exceptional to the smallest details. We booked the property with included breakfast, which is no longer available, but the employees was very apologetic and this was also reflected within the final price, so it was ok with us. The property is very big for Manhattan and we had fully furnished kitchenette to prepare a meal for any time of the day if you wish. The property included a lot of space for clothes and could be rented on a longer term as well. 👎 The heater within the living living space was a bit noisy, making loud clanks each now and then. I turned it off during the night to be able to sleep. Fortunately the one within the bedroom was quieter. The windows within the living living space weren t especially well sealed, although this might just be a case of NYC building quality standards being lower than I m used to. Breakfast was apples and coffee for a three days, Then the apples were eliminated on the fourth day. One day a week living space servicing. I d prefer twin beds. 👍 Impeccably clean and spacious, our superior studio was a wee retreat after a long days out and about. The furniture, linens and bathroom facilities were all quality and the bed and shower were excellent. We only had one visit from housekeeping during our 5 night stay but this was perfectly adequate and we preferred the lack of interruption. There’s lots of storage within the studio so it stayed tidy and clean and the front work area are happy to replenish soaps towels etc as needed. So happy we booked here instead of a small hotel living space midtown, it really made our short trip having such a great base. Downtown is safe and clean and a short walk to many of the places we wanted to go - WTC, Staten Island ferry, Brooklyn Bridge and a quick subway ride mid uptown. Lots of good places to eat - we liked The Hole within the Wall, Cliff St and Open Kitchen for morning meal and Fraunces Tavern for dinner. Great new little gin bar called Lovelace down at South Ferry with live Jazz. Staff at AKA were very hosting and helpful and it was fantastic to haveplimentary and high speed laundry services onsite which meant we could travel light. I would have no hesitation at all rmending AKA Wall St to friends and family or colleagues traveling to NYC on business. Thanks for everything!!! Aka Wall Street is a very convenient hotel within the heart of the financial district in NY. Check-in was quick and efficient with a great wee smile. The living space is spacious and trendy. I didn t use the kitchen but it s a functional and present days one. The bed is veryfortable with easy outlets for you to charge your devices. I really liked the experience and wille back when I have a chance. If you are looking to stay at the financial district, be able to work in your hotel living space and have a decent living space size, this is a great choice! The hotel is your little apartment in NY and great for short or longer stays. Functional, internet works great, bed isfortable, TV propose the Netflix option, propose a strong shower and bedrooms are quiet. Everything was great. From the moment you walk in to the hotel, you feel the hospital. It smells amazing. matter how many times you walk passed the concierge desk, the greet you as if it’s the first time they’ve seen you. Having everything you need to cook and serve dinner was also a plus. The location: near trains, easy to find taxis, close to a proper grocery store. Also, the bathrooms are very large, unlike other hotel residences. The amenities are also very nice. Modern, clean, large room! Wonderful shower, great employees and very good location. I would not hesitate to stay at AKA Wall Street again the next time I am within the city. Cannot ask for more. - Spacious studio- Super friendly, lovely staff- High quality furniture- Superfy bed- Very well located; very close to a Metro stop to get around Great location close to shopping and the memorial. Staff very friendly and helpful. Looked after our bags and offered for us to use the fitness center and showers until we left for our night. Rooftop facility was good with free of cost tea and coffee, fruit and snacks until 3pm each day. Rooms were large and very clean. The unique lights are tricky to turn off but there are instructions on the desk and front employees to call and help. This is fabulous for anyone to stay, for any reason. The bed is heaven, fitness center functional andmunal lounge relaxing. Everything you need and amazing staff. Whether you want to eat out or

👎t a major gripe but theplimentary coffee on the rooftop was each bit as poor as I’d read. It’s great they offer it but even mediocre would be better than poor. My bedroom was facing an atrium, which means there was very limited natural lightBathroom doors are a glass door which canpromise your privacy if you have someone within the living space with you The kitchenette had a mini fridge with a tiny freezer and though there were two burners for cooking there was no oven. If you don t need those things, it is a great place to stay. basic tea or coffee facilities. There has been loud noise from works outside the building.... but only during waking hours... thing, very happy with the amodation. The coffee offered on the high floor was ok, but the lady managing the area was not really in her best mood. When we arrived four people there was only one small piece of cake left and the lady did not bring more. My one and onlyplaint is that these sort of residence suites do not have a daily turn down service or towel bed change. But again that is not a huge quip when ites to how awesome this hotel was. t everyday clean, but it fine. any living space service, but a lot of small residents around the neighborhood. The suite had a good kitchen with a coffee maker but no coffee pods to use it with. Since there isplimentary coffee being served within the rooftop lounge, it would make sense to offer coffee within the living space also. Bad elevator. Only one was working. Wait time during check out was 15 minutes! power outlets next to the bed. If this could be improved, it s a small thing but makes a difference During the whole week only one elevator of two was working in a building with more than 18 floors. Also used by staff. That‘s a long time to get an elevator serviced.... The aircon was so loud it was unbearable and it wasn t possible to turn it off because of the living space we were in apparently we were on 18th floor. This didn t make sense to me! There was aslo an aircon vent directly over the bed so a constant really cold draft stream of air -- so I ended up very ill with a terrible head cold and chesty cough after little to no sleep for the entire 5 nights I stayed there. Other rooms could be fine, check before you arrive. The staff, however, were super lovely, the suite was spacious and the location great -- so just check about the aircon and the living space number before you book arrive. So much space in bathroom but a ridiculously small bath, would of liked a bigger bath ! The bathroom door did not fully close unless if it was adjusted. Corridors could be nicer and the lifts were terrible. Only one working when we were there which was irritating. It took a long time to get a lift. One of the lifts was out of order the whole time and the 2nd lift was out of use for a few hours which meant we had to walk up 12 flights of stair to our room!t ideal for 2 Asthmatics? unfortunately, one of the two elevators remained broken for the entire stay. The other one, got spoiled and we were forced to get on and off like all the guests from the 14th floor, on foot This hotel had only a single, slow elevator which broke down during my stay. Although it was repaired within a couple of hours, walking up and down 8 flights in dress boots was not optimal. Some guests were just checking in when the elevator broke down and were faced with carryi
