👍 The enhancement was interesting... it’s like a ship inside. They also have a club downstairs. The 1907 vintage was fantastic, it feels like a walk back in time as if all was left as is from the 1900s. The single living space cabins are small but well planned and storage is good. Safe area 5 minutes walk from the subway and several dining options within walking distance. The hotel is amazing, tones of interesting and unusual interiors and features. There are a lots of cool Jane hotel paraphernalia within the room. The shower is amazing! The location is incredible, so easy tomute to and from. I like that it was easy access to the City Loved our Captains Cabin room, great decor andfortable bed, excellent bathtub. Friendly and helpful staff, GREAT location. I loved the feel of the whole place, I felt like I had been transported in time. From the employees to the decorations, to the living space itself, it was fantastic. I will say the living space single was small, but that didn t really bother me because the excellent price, location, cleanliness and friendliness of the employees more than made up for it and from it was winter it was really quite cozy! I also really appreciated the bathrobe, towels and water! I absolutely love staying at the Jane! This is my second stay and I m already looking forward to my next. For the money, you can t beat the value! The employees is extremely friendly and attentive and the shared spaces are always clean. Excellent staff, excellent chef; friendly helpful staff; unique historic property. Good location for accessing transportation, museums, The High Line, restaurants, Greenwich Village. I opted to economize; the shared bathrooms were well designed and kept clean. Fantastic old-style authentic hotel. Amazing view over Hudson River to Jersey-city. Great neighborhood - calm and charming. Great bed and pillows. Renewed restroom facilities. 20-25 mins to most of tourists attraction by metro. Very clean indeed. However, the rooms are really small, and there was just one shower on my floor for roughly 40 rooms. It was surprising to find the shower available at two out of three mornings, though it may be related to the season. For the price the place is great. Easy walk to the subway on 14th street and 2 stops to MSG. Second time staying here and I enjoyed it. Nice little restaurant and bar and the place is really clean and employees is super helpful. Overall excellent stay and I will definitely be staying here again. The best thing about The Jane is defo its unique style. The rooms are quite small but still good enough for a short stay. Frindly staff, very nice bar and restaurant, and great location. The employees was okay, some were more friendly than others. The bathroom was clean, the showers were nice and hot. The location is good, close to the Whitney Museum, Chelsea Market, within the Meatpacking District, with a subway closeby that gives access to the other parts of the city quite easily. The Jane is our favorite goal in New York City. First, the location within the West Village--with a view of the Hudson River--is superb. It s a great, walkable neighborhood that we love, and we don t mind having to hike a little to get to the subway. The proximity to the Hudson River Greenway is a huge bonus, and we re steps away from Chelsea and central Greenwich Village. The hotel itself has the best employees I ve ever encountered. They are personable, pr
👎 The living space was extra small and too hot due to they have a centralized system, so you cannot change the temperature. I asked about it and they suggested me to open the window... in January... I think it doesn’t worth the cash I paid for it. I believe that the shared bathrooms should be gender specific. I felt a little strange trying to go shower and a guy was there washing his hands or teeth or going to the restroom. thing The living space was a bit cold but we received extra blankets and bundled the heavy curtains into the window alcove and it heated up. The sharply toned security employees of the nightclub are unable to identify who are guests trying to enter the hotel to proceed to their living space and who are nightclub goers. You will be greeted by a long line of people blocking the entrance as they wait to enter the nightclub. We had orders of where to stand barked at us by security when trying to go to our room. The employees will not treat you well two guys aside who were awesome! But truly felt like they didn t care about me or the fact my living space was litrally so hot I couldn t sleep, there respone was so belittling I just gave up. Can’t think of a real criticism. It would be good if the lights were slightly brighter within the living space and if you could control the heater. It was winter but at some stages, it did get really warm. Once I opened my window and used the fan it was okay but it was a bit ufortable at some stages. The rooms are very small, but that s no surprise! It s actually quite cozy and very well laid out! The sheets felt like a mixed fabric rather than all cotton. TOO NOISY DURING THE NIGHT !!!! I phoned them at 1 am and they gave no response. I couldn’t fall asleep until 3am. Nest day morning they told me it was the bar that played the music . My living space was overlooking Hudson River which is amazing. But there’s also a big road busy 24h day. So it was rather noisy to sleep. Hope they’ll make the sound isolation one day Although it was not a big problem but metro stop is ~Seven-10 minutes walk away. Sometimes it was tiring to go back and forth. Service could have been a little better within the bar restaurant but I m notplaining. The carpets that were all over the hotel looked worn and unhygienic. There was a permanent bad smell within the corridors: something like cigarette smoke, I think. I stayed in a standard single room. It was not possible to control the radiator it was controlled centrally, so the first night the living space was really hot. Even with the window open, it remained too hot. I turned on the airconditioning, but that made so much noise that even with earplugs, it disturbed me all night. The next day, the employees offered me a different room, which I accepted thankfully. I stayed in another room, in which the heater seemed not to be on. It was therefore rather chilly. The beds were okay, even though I could feel the springs of the mattress. The walls of the living space were paper thin I could hear the neighbours and everything that was said within the corridors. I had booked the Jane Hotel not only because of the price and the location, but also because of the history behind it. I was looking forward to seeing the ballroom, but unfortunately I was not allowed in. The ballroom was closed for the duration of my stay and not even a short peek was allowed even though I asked several times. That was a pity, as it was one of the reasons for booking a living space in this hotel. Over

👍 Excellent location Nithing Fantastic location to see all the sights in Manhattan. Soft bed and pillows. Netflix on tv. Wholefoods a couple of streets away. And you can walk around to a lot of attractions lile Times Square, Empire State and Grande Central Station. Also features atrain stop closeby. You can walk to shopping places too. : The location amazing, very close to Bryant Park, 5th Avenue and a lot of places where to eat nearby. The pillows extra confy, good mattress thing. The bed wasfortable The location was phenomenal, we really couldn t beat it. Excellent value for our money. Everything. Excellent location and veryfortable Everything was excellent thing. The property sucks Great location Nice apartment feeling If you want to have an unforgettable stay in New York - take this Apartment. Me and my boyfriend stayed there for 2 weeks. The apartment is furnished with everything you need. A little kitchen with hotplate, pots, dishes, cutlery and refrigerator. The location is just awesome. Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue, Broadway, Times Square, Bryant Park, everything is within walking distance. A little Store called Bryant Grocery where you can get everything you need is next to the the apartment. The Bed is veryfortable and big enough for 2 people. The whole apartment is very tastefully furnished and a place to feel good within the main center of one of the most beautiful cities i have ever visited - and i´m travelling a lot.
👎 Apartment was dirty, carpet hasn’t been washed and vacuumed for months. Fridge was not cleared and cleaned from previous visitors. Curtains were dirty and didn’t close properly. Lots of clutter within the room. Shower curtain grossly dirty. A bit of a mis representation on the website. Will not rmend. Mission to get the keys. The pictures on booking. are not reflecting the reality: 1st floor on 6th Avenue no way to sleep, not clean at all had to check whether there were bedbugs!!!. Judging by the pictures, we had higher expectations... All in all, the living space was well furnished but untidy kitchen and not too clean stains on bed sheets and towels. The building faces the heavy-trafficked 6th Avenue so it s noisy. The gift shop downstairs won t help much, either; loud music until 10pm. Although earplugs were available, we wouldn t rmend this amodation solution to light sleepers. Finally, the living space got so cold after dusk we had to turn on two portable heaters––and we live in Boston, so we re used to low temperatures. You can t check in really early as it is an apartment and not a hotel. I have to use anotherpany to leave my luggage until check in time The wardrobe was broken to the point that almost fell down while opening it. Bathroom very small, shower was a little broken. Everything. It s not clean or maintained. Super loud until about 1am. Gross bathroom. Very noisy and not clean. thing. Everything was fine. Great place to stay thing at all Smaller rooms, worst house keeping which they charge 50 pounds. A little bit noisy The Apartment has it´s price but it´s really worth it. In general it´s quite a lot of cash you have to spend for amodation in new york whether hotel or apartment.

👍 was a cheap option It was only $60 a night and was in Chinatown! Best deal ever! Low price. Can leave the building quickly through the door. The apartment there is in a good place, is really cheap. It’s your hotel but only for sleep!! free of cost coffee The hotel is located in a very good place, near the Manhattan and Brooklyn bridges, in Chinatown. The closest street is Canal street, a very important road with a lot of subway stations to go to everywhere. The neighborhood is so nice to visit. The employees member who works during the day was very friendly. Affordable, clean, good location They provided towels, body wash and shampoo. Staff were really nice Clean, the hotel is clean it s just aged Microwave Hot water Sound travelled a bit, but any time someone made a noise the management quickly told them to be quiet Some people might not like having no windows, but it actually helped me sleep off the jet lag It was very cheap for NY and the employees is very helpful with everything. We needed to prolong our stay so they did everything they could eventough they were fully booked. Good location. We were satisfied. Very good location. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay for the price. Just know what you’re signing up for when booking the cheapest place in Manhattan. It was cheap and clean. Other than that, there was not much else to say about it. thing to be honest. Absolutely nothing, the place is dirty, unkept, smelly and noisy. The employees only 1 person spoke English was really nice and myments are not a reflection on him, but the disgusting trash can they call a hotel. the location was near bus and subway, in chinatown, very busy area. Great value for the money. If you re on a budget or a student then I d rmend this. It is in a great location and close to a lot of things. The employees really really try their best. You can tell that they want to do the best job they can with the budget and conditions they have, and I like that. Enough wireless bandwidth to watch YouTube at night. I didn t try to stream anything extreme, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. The next time I visit NYC, I ll probably be staying here again. The bed wasfy. And the Wi-Fi was okay Excellent location for this sum of money! Also very clean and exceed all expectations after seeing so many poor reviews here at first. This hotel was the worst bad and off course very expansive that i,ve been from 1972. Bad is so light. This hotel is horrible! It was OK for the cash they want. The bathrooms are rather clear. The rooms are small, but it wasn t too hot with no conditioning or windows. The personel is friendly, and tea coffee is free of cost 24 7 The location is very good, at the downtown of Manhattan, close to the subway. The living space is tiny, but clean. The employees clean the bathroom several times a day. Location was good, only 10 minute walk to Brooklyn Bridge. thing! Wifi Good location. Metro Station is not far around 5 min walk Cheap priceparing to the location only not to the hotel in general. Kind Staff. Just Night shift guy needs to improve his English language. Very little, I was looking for somewhere inexpensive for a couple of nights and would have checked out sooner if I had been staying longer - within the end it was more trouble than it was worth to do so given my short stay. The loca
👎 Really poor rooms, Space within the rooms. Only one bathroom was working which was quite a walk from the hallway. Wouldn t rmend it to anyone tbh. Go for a bit better option with few more $$. The bed was not 6ft in length so I had to curl my legs at night to actually sleep within the bed. My booking. reservation wasn t available to the receptionist, so I got stressed out about having to find another place to stay or pay high price for last minute reservation. Fortunately that wasn t the case as I got an amodation there for a price even lower than on the original reservation. They advertise morning meal but don’t actually have any. The entire building smells like pee and cigarettes. There was loud hammering each morning as they are under renovation The rooms are extremely small, much smaller than the pictures lead you to believe. The bathrooms are gross and half of their shower curtains don’t even cover the entire shower The rooms are small, the installation are regular, it isn’t so clean. deadbolt on the outside door, just a turn lock on the door knob. An attempt at a carriage bolt misaligned on the inside of the hollow center door. NOT SECURE. We took anything of value whenever we left the room. We expected bunks, and these were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Half dressed people roamed the halls on their way to and from themunal bathroom. Bathroom in our living space was so CRUDDY we put a towel over the bath mat to cover it. place to hang wet towels; not a towel bar, or a hook or even a nail in a wall within the entire room, including the bathroom. Supposedly for 4 people, and with ONE ELECTRICAL OUTLET this living space was so CRAMPED we couldn’t have more than two people in it at a time. One overhead light fixture, no lamps. One folding chair. ; It cost extra to use a credit card, which, in fairness, was clearly stated on their website. The living space was very very small, only had a bed and a small table. closet, no chairs, no windows ... It wasn t cleaned last the 9 days we were there. The employees member was very rude. He didn t speak English. When we arrived he only said that we had to pay for the room. When I was to pay they didn t accept cards, only cash. I didn t have cash enough and he told me that I could pay with card with a 15 extra tax. The rooms are interior, windowless, and really really tiny, we were two, sleeping in bunk beds, and there was only living space for the beds within the room, we could barely access our bags, and certainly not at the same time. Bathrooms are down the hall, and the owners pretty much don t speak English. When we arrived we were asked to pay part of reservation, over 130$ in cash, without a previous warning isy, stayed here for 10 nights about half of the stay I didn’t sleep well due to paper thin walls, woken up by other guests talking loudly whening home after 2am or else woken up by guests and employees talking loudly in mandarin before 7am The living space was incredibly small Bathroom floor was frequently wet guest fault Looks aged from the rooms to the bathroom Thin walls - snoring neighbour Bed creeks The living space was small. Very small room, fits a double bed and you barely have enough space to stand up. If you have luggage with you, the suitcases can be put under the bed. Also, very thin walls! We could hear when people showered across the hall. Get earplugs, it helps. It was a very bare-bones operation. They were virtually no amenities at

👍 Polite staff, very good location, and surprisingly quiet at night even though my living space had a window on the street. Amazing location and very friendly staff. Couldn t get any closer to times square if we tried and madison square garden was just under a 10 minute pleasant walk. Rooms were cleaned daily. Free use ofmunalputer which was great as we needed to print basketball tickets out. Was able to leave our luggage in a safe luggage living space before check in and after check out which only the employees had access too. There was also a free of cost safe within the living space which was great. We got what we paid for and was pleased. I love the location and the employees was very friendly and helpful. The living space was just the great size and cozy. Will definitely consider staying there on my next visit to the city. Location only. t much. The location was good but other than that it wasn’t great. Most of the employees were friendly. Convenience. We were able to walk everywhere it was nice to be able toe back to the hotel during the day and go back out again! The location.. Thats it Nick the night time front work area guy and the location So close to Times Square, Port Authority bus and subway. For the location the noise levels were pretty low too. The shower was awesome and the beds werefortable. Hotel was central Fresh towels and hairdryer A few friendly staff The location was perfect. The living space was clean and tidy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good value for cash within the Garment district, literally a block away from the Times Square and three blocks from Bryant Park. Amenities were as expected at that price and it was reasonably clean. Some minor renovations had been done to the room, it was better than on the pictures thing we left after the first night and cut our losses Great location, and the bed was fine and the shower was good and hot. It was a budget hotel in a great location, so our expectations weren’t high. However, it was clean and employees were friendly. Although we were just off 8th Av you couldn’t hear traffic inside The location was great. The employees were courteous. The living space was an okay size for one person. Fantastic location, close to Times Square, subways, safe area, easy to find. Friendly reception staff. Triple living space was clean, nice size, asked for mini-fridge and tea coffee and we got them both! thing This property was way overpriced for what it was. The Staff was great though and very amodating. I would not stay there again and I would not rmend it . For me the experience at the hotel was fantastic, great location, near everything, clean and the employees was really polite, will definitelying back. The WiFi of the hotel was great, we were looking for a place that had good location near time square, port specialist and all the great sights. It was exactly what you pay for so I can’tplain. There was a clean room, a bed a small but clean bathroom, that’s it. Easy peasy for a couple just there for one night to explore and not stay in room. The heat is a plug in heater. Water is nice and hot. For a bang for your buck place I would’ve priced it $30-40 cheaper but I understand location is central here and smack within the middle. This hotel is in a great location. Its only a 5 minute walk to Times Square, and convenient to many major areas. There are also several restaurants located around it, which
👎 The entire hotel feels a bit dated and, while the cleanings service seemed to be satisfactory, the living space had a somewhat neglected feel to it. There was also a slight smell within the room. The rooms were small but was fine as we did not spend much time in there and they managed to fit a massive bed in there which was veryfortable Would have liked a coffee maker within the living space and the rooms aren t very sound proof as you can hear the other personsing and going or if they re watching tv very loud. I was checked-in to the living space which didn t correspondent to the booked and prepaid one bed instead of two. This was changed on my demand, I had to insist. appologizes. 50 dollars of deposit were withdrawn and no return for already 9 business days instead of 5 maximum. It means the price is 1.5 times higher than expected. Room looked nothing like the pictures. The hotel said the building was build in 1920 and I don’t think it’s been done up since. Checked out a day early after being kept awake all night by a screaming argument at reception that we could hear in our room. This went on for an hour and a half before the employees bothered to ask the people to leave. Will not be returning. Our bed was ufortable and hard to drop off luggage when arriving The place was terrible.. They Should not charge that amount of money.. I could go on and on about the dislikes but im glad i only stayed one night. Day employees were not very pleasant. Night staff, namely Nick was fantastic though. He was super friendly and very aodating. Couldn t have been nicer if he tried. Thank you Nick!!! Can’t fault it! Heating too high at night even though requested it to be turned down. tea facility. enough hanging space living out of suitcase. Rooms should have been cleaned daily only once came Lift very small, avoided where possible but afraid they were going to breakdown - no emergency lighting if they midine breakdown. The living space was a little too small and very dated. Needs a major makeover. Very little pressure within the shower. Room very warm. Heat hard to control. Shower would not turn off. Bathroom awkward set up. Room was very small for 4 adults. You cannot open the window easily and if you do, you get smell from the Chinese place next door. But that s only a minor griveance, really. Everything. We have pictures to back up the fact that the place is an actual dump and that the term hotel should not be used to describe this place. The smallest living space I ve ever stayed in with the smallest TV, and the reception of the TV was really bad. All full of lines and snow. The living space was unbearably got most nights, leading to broken sleep. We turned the thermostat right down but the radiator still kepting on at various times within the night. The living space had no proper ventilation. Even though it was the beginning of winter, the living space was ufortably warm and stuffy at times because of the lack of fresh air. The window was sealed shut, and the living space had no natural light. The bathroom door did not stay shut. There wasn t very limited table space, and the rack for hanging clothes was too small to properly hang a shirt or trousers. Safe in living space wouldn t lock, but not a major issue as Martin at reception put our individual belongings in their safe so always under lock and key. Lift is small as is building but stairs are manageable. The pictures on website were very mis

👍 The location was great. It was so easy to get to the subway, Times Square, a lot of restaurants close by and also grocery stores. It fit 3 of us without feeling too cramped. Daniel was a great host. Our flight was Monday morning so we booked a hotel close to LGA. The next guests didn’t arrive until a couple days after us so he allowed us to check out later so we didn’t have to take our luggage with us while doing last minute sight seeing etc. We were definitely happy with our stay here. thing -a nightmare stay -you are in danger if you go here -booking. need to take it off their list before someone is seriously injured killed by several of the mad neighbours within the adjoining rooms- this is worse than prison! The location was pretty good, all the restaurants around are awesome, and you can walk each night to Times Square. Very clean apartment, location is great, the host super nice and very responsive. We will stay again if that sofa bed will be replaced: The location is fantastic near a lot of bars and restaurants. Nearest subway is a short walk away. Location is good and relatively safe - close to the Theater District. It is also relatively quiet as the windows do not overlook the street. The host Daniel was very friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment is amazing, near each food option you could think of. Tourist attractions are all very close. Good location, close to Times Square. Good facilities, local ameneties good. Subway 2 blocks away. Daniel is very helpful, we were delayed in traffic but he waited for us, met us at street level and helped us carry luggage to apartment. The street where the apartment is located was very quiet but still near a lot of great attractions. Everything within the apartment was extremely tidy and clean. Slightly larger studio apt. Perfect location Cerca de time square
👎 The apartment was clean and tidy but the building itself was dirty and unmaintained. It was very noisy with people up and down the stairs, yelling and banging on doors right through the night so we got very little sleep. This may have been just bad timing for us. We didn’t feel safe within the area so only stayed one night instead of 4. The host was great but the property was disappointing. The only thing would be the beds weren’t superfortable. Everything -if you want seven sleepless nights stay here-read previous reviews and multiply x100-noise, trashing of rooms, violence, people being beaten up and tortured by rent a gangs and fearing for the life of your family with your door barricaded as they maye for you next The carpets were kinda dirty. First night was fine, we slept okay. Second night the neighbors on the other side of the wall had a party until 4am, it wasn t suuuper loud, but from the walls are so thin you can hear everything they say. Third night, they were having construction ALL NIGHT LONG. It was SO LOUD. They didn t stop until 6am, I couldn t believe. I know its not the host s fault, but for next time I am definitely spending the $100-$200 extra to stay in a hotel and not have to deal with anything even close to this. Sofa bed in a living room, not possible to sleep on, very ufortable. In need of a bit of work, bathroom tiles loose or missing on floor, also loose stairs on the way up to property. The doors aren t soundproof. The air conditioner is very loud but must be used to ventilate the apartment advice: use the timer so that the A C turns on before youe back from the city. We booked a triple living space for 3 consecutive nights. We were given a single an twin living space on arrive, which meant we couldn t stay within the same living space as expected, and the next morning we were moved to the triple living space we booked. It was totally inconvenient and the employees couldn t care less... all they wanted to do was talk around the problem and take zero responsibility. This is a managementpany that manages over 400 apartments. Themunication between them and the apartment owners were poor to say the least. I would avoid this apartment at all cost... The door tends to stick a little bit when trying to enter apartment. Bed could be morefortable, located on 2nd floor with no lift. Ufortable bed and lounge. Unable to sleep at night due to noises from other apts within the building - talking, screaming, walking, moving things - paper thin walls.

👍 The employees was very friendly and the space is cozy. I loved the fact that they had morning meal included and how healthy and organic it was. Best location near to Subway and times Square not so far There was morning meal and fruit to take away at all times, the location is great. I had my own individual living space and the showers are spacious The location is ideal, and for the price it s an excellent deal. The living space is small, though the bed is superfy and warm. The employees are so sweet and made me feel instantly at home. I have stayed here twice, and would not hesitate to stay here again or rmend to any of my friends family. If you are looking for a full-service luxury hotel this is not your place. If you are on a budget and looking for afortable, safe living space that feels like home in Manhattan, this IS your place. Chelsea Cabins are very well located: there are coffee shops, subway stations, food shops and so on within walking distance. The employees is very friendly and helpful, specially Stephen who was always around and shared some great tips with me. The place has everything I needed. The living space and the bed are veryfortable and everything is very clean. This is one of the best places in Chelsea and probably I wille back again within the future. I think the employees is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The same can be said for the other visitors. It s very quiet at night -- they have a policy of quiet after 9 p. m. and people honor it. I was able to sleep very well. The location is very good. Ir was central, very close to everything and they had premium ingredients for a vegetarian breakfast. I think all the ingredients there came from Whole Foods. My stay at Chelsea Cavins was amazing. It was cozy, very clean, and the employees were incredibly nice and helpful. They do warn you that the living space is small, but there s plenty of space for bags and the living space was cozy, not cramped. The outlet by the bed was within the great spot for me to charge my phone and the bed was long enough that I could lie flatfortably even with my backpack at the foot of the bed Your mileage may vary, I m 5 4. The bed itself was veryfortable, the sheets were clean and felt nice. The bathrooms were spotless. The bathroom stalls all had plenty of toilet paper, and the stall doors closed with no gaps so you didn t have to worry about people being able to see in unlike most public bathroom stalls. The showers were also nice, again very clean, they were set up in a way that made it as quiet as possible so you didn t have to worry about disturbing the other guests. The water pressure was good, water was warm, and there was a little space outside the shower to put your clothes and a couple of shelves within the shower for your soap shampoo. Breakfast was provided and looked amazing but I didn t have time to grab any from I had to check out early because of my travel plans. I had an amazing experience here, and it was a great cheap place to stay that was close to the subway. The location. Breakfest available. Great value for short term stay for solo traveller. Very nice employees and facility is perfectly clean. Staff is really friendly, living space and bathrooms very clean. The employees were so friendly and helpful. Steven even kindly offered to assist me with my bags. Everything was clean and the employees were great at making sure that noise was kept to the minimum. Great location and tasty breakfast. I also felt safe the
👎 The fact that they DO have a quiet policy by which ppl are supposed to respect their neighbors sleep and be quiet from 9pm-9am, but the person within the cabin next to me kept slamming the door at 4AM and dropping things, but no one told him anything. I couldn t sleep at all that night. Very small cabins bed notfortable open roof hear sounds small washrooms very very small shower space not easily to take shower nothing is there for cloths hanging in shower area The rooms have no ceiling and so you hear each noise made by the other guests... not the greatest design I can t think of anything I didn t like. There is no elevator. This can be a problem for the elderly. However, it wasn t a problem for me and I don t consider it a negative aspect, but something that should be mentioned. It is not as shown within the pictures. I believe they are not cabins but capsules, it was extremely small. Besides this, the materials they used to separate a big floor living space into multiple super-mini tiny rooms, are not good at all, I could listen everything on the hotel, so I could not sleep at all. There was a lot of sick people, moaning, making estrange noises and coughing. At one time I believed I was recruited in a quarantine hospital with sick people dying no exaggeration. There was liquid leaking in many places of the hotel, there was a strange smell they tried to cover with cheap air fresheners, so it makes the smell worst. The shared restrooms shower were aplete mess, very dirty and with a really strong smell of chlorine that would burn your eyes and your throat. I needed to take a shower very urgently before my next flight, but there was no hot warm water, and with the weather in NY during this time of the year, taking a cold shower would not be good. I believe it’s overpriced, as you could get a better place for 20 bucks more within the same location. I took it because I thought I would not see too much difference between a 75$ I paid to a 100$ I would have to pay in another place. If you are in a budget, better take a hostel or just spend a little more and have a better and much more confortable, clean, hygienic stay. plaints here, everything that could have been bad was mentioned within the description of the property or other reviews so I was prepared and had a great stay. Like other reviewers have said, the rooms are small and a bit loud. I could hear other people talking, coughing sneezing, walking around, etc. I m short and a heavy sleeper so I didn t mind, but someone else might. Also the stairs up to the rooms were steep so if you have a lot of bags you might have a little trouble. The bed is very small. The noise - Is possible to hear everything from other rooms andmom areas and from the street. Bad sleep nights due to it. Bathroom facilities were tight. Stalls are small and nowhere to hang clothes during shower. 4 floors to walk up to get to room. separate ventilation in each room. There is a grating over the living space to allow airflow. Bring earplugs, you can hear each sound on the floor. Too much noise at night. You can hear everything from your cabin and unfortunately people have no respect for others. I understand the employees has no fault in this, but at 2 am within the morning people were watching videos with no headphones on and after a long day its stressful not to be able to sleep. Maybe the employees could tell everyone to keep it down after 11 12pm when they check in.

👍 Clean and quite facility. My contact people for this lease were the best and kind and doing everything they can to make sure I have afortable stay. Bravo!!!
👎 The furniture specially the chairs and desk are old and it is just a matter of time to break and cause injury to guests. I am not a big person and they were very unstable. The tub was also very slippery.

👍 Sparkling clean, well appointed with cooking utensils, cable and WiFi... and reallyfortable beds. Everything you need for a fantastic short trip to NYC. There’s even a laundromat within the building. Veryfortable living space and we loved the fitness center facilities at the building - extreamly given it was so cold during our stay and we could not run outside. Great location - close to the subway but far enough away from the noise and bustle Good location, few blocks from subway. There are a good market just beside the building. The apartment itself is very confortable, with good furniture and kitchen suplies. Air conditioning works well. Good Location and facilities within the building and local area, e. g. Convenience store, subway, Central Park, all major tourist and theatre spots of Manhattan, great laundry, clean, well supplied and secure unit in a friendly building. Veryfy beds lovely area
👎 This is a very ufortable stay. All the beds, including the sofa bed, can hurt human backs not exaggerating here. Every single step you put your feet on the floor, the floor squeaks and makes noises. the flooring seems to be very cheap plastic materials. This is not really a two bed living space apartment. It is a one bedroom apartment, with living living space divided into one bedroom and one living area with no windows. The bathtub constantly leaks water, so it is wet within the bathroom all the time. Farther from a Subway Station then I’d like but certainly doable. Starting with . itself making it really difficult to understand total cost. It goes on with a lion clause for cancelling it. Continues with the place not been ready at 4pm, nor at 5pm, 7pm, 8pm two individuals were trying to finalize cleaning the apartment. Location is tricky as I did not feel safe between Lincoln Center and the place. Wi-fi was far from ideal and even the TV would not work. Due to the extreme cold during our stay, the heating system was put into overdrive and was very noisy at night. It kept us warm but was just very noisy. Mattress could be a little bit harder. The staf of the building is not very friendly tv signal at all, poorly draining sinks, noisy street outside, no second toilet. Very warm. poor service from the hostpany. we could not make any contact with the employees at the apartment building. View was not as advertised.

👍 Nice room, Comfy. Beds werefortable. Price was reasonable Staff was very nice. Great location for price. Short distance to so many sites. This is our third stay at the hotel. The employees is always friendly and helpful. Location is on the corner of several wonderful neighborhoods and there is easy access to transportation. Value for the cash can not be beat. Good location. The location was convenient and easy to walk to places or Uber. there was a nearby grocery store and bars lounges on the same street. The only thing nice was the employees and centered location . -Location: very good, grand street and prince street subway stations are nearby. Little Italy, Chinatown, and SoHo also nearby. Around Ten-15 min walk maybe? Perfect for people who are gonna tour and shop around New York. There is afort store Two-3 min walk just across. Then there’s a Whole Foods around 10 min walk. Along Broadway street or ave?, the bus stops for Chinatown for the tour buses such as Top View, CitySightseeing and the link can be found there. -Staff: VERY ACCOMMODATING AND FRIENDLY!!! They were the best : -Room: kinda old, cozy, bathroom can be better but it’s OK. Spacious than usual hotels. Sometimes they don’t make up the living space not sure if it’s bec sometimes we leave around 11am. Lots of sockets around the room. Has fridge, microwave, utensils. -Wi-Fi: kind of erratic but fine with me Five-10min walk from several subway stations. A lot of good food options within the area! The employees are amazing and always willing to assist make your stay a great one! The employees was so nice and helpful, the location was perfect, and the price was affordable. The property was secure and we felt safe there. Everything that was listed as a feature of the living space was present. The laundry facilities were onsite and well maintained. The onsite managers were helpful but not intrusive. Very spacious. Perfect location central to shopping, sites and bars restaurants. Felt more like a little apartment rather than a hotel suite. Staff was very friendly and amodating. Super friendly and amodating staff! In-room safe, windows that can be opened to fresh air, full kitchen. Proximity to several transportation subway and bus lines. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. Always with a smile and always willing to assist with any issue. The suite was fine. There was a mix-up with our reservation through . and even though I was very clear that we would be a family of 6, there were only 4 beds within the suite, with an option to add another single bed. The hotel at first quoted an extra fee for the bed, but afterwards they agreed to waive their extra fee. This was very nice of them, however we were still left with one person without a bed.... my kids paid the price of the difort, but this I think is because of . and not the hotel. The kitchen was aplete kitchen, which was very useful. There is a very good laundry living space within the basement, which we used. The location was fantastic. We also enjoyed the lobby, whening back tired from our day. I would return, but not with 6 people in a room... Checked- in was so easy and the employees esp Gabe made it very special by helping us in our luggages. Also, they gave us a two bed living space within the first floor which made it sooo convenient for us. The employees were always ready to extend a helping hand, even when we called for the wireless password, one staf
👎 Too hot within the room. Parking garage at Little Italy charged more than the $35 promised. closer to $50 per night. Research parking beforeing here if possible. Wished the bath towels were a little more substantial. Oven didn’t work and only one burner on the stove worked at a time. Very disappointing when it was advertised as a full kitchen. Also heating was problematic. It was controlled centrally and was far too hot. Fire escape window was next to the stove and was near impossible to open. The opening was so small there is no way I actually could have gotten out in a fire. Major construction work taking place next door which meant work starts at 7am each morning- right outside the bedroom window. parking or parking garage. Staff was rude and frequently made disrespectfulments to me and my friends each time we left and entered the property. At one point one of the employees memebersplained that we were leaving the hotel and going in and out of the front door too often. Also there are no thermostats within the rooms, you can’t control the air or heat in your room. On our second night it seemed as though they shut off the heat to our room, we had to cut on the gas oven and open the oven door just to warm up our room. Lastly, bring shower shoes if you plan to stay at this facility as the shower and shower mat are not clean and you can see the dirt grime on the mat itself. I honestly feel like this hotel features alot of potential to be better if they make some changes. Definitely won’t be staying here again when I make future trips to New York. Unfortunately it was awful at nights, seems party ppl next our doors was from Thursday to Saturday when we needed to rest from we were vacationing, Bathtub was dirty, Kitchen and such and such was outdated, repairs within the middle of you stay MUST NOT be done,Never do that to your guests ! There was construction ongoing directly in front of the hotel. It wasn’t noisy but it looked unpleasant and we always had to cross to get to and off our rides. biggie but jt’s a negative side to it. I would have liked some coffee within the morning. We didn t bring anything to make it so having it available within the lobby would have been nice. thing really, we were in New York and seeing and doing so much,it was great. Bedding could be better but wasn’t terrible. Daily housekeeping did not always replace all the towels. The windows in our suite were not noise-proof double paned? - so each single sound within the NYC streets near the hotel, were heard loud and clear in our bedroom. Every motorcycle racing, each dumptruck. All the street noises. For heavy sleepers it is not an issue, but for light sleepers it was harsh... The pictures show there will be one queen size bed and two single beds. That is not very accurate. We only get one queen size and one sofa bed. If traveling as a group of four, you’d better to plan in advance. Also it’s not easy to ignite the gas stoves. They maybe need to upgrade the accessories within the kitchen a little bit. There is only four of everything. Behind the hotel is a construction site, massive noise starts at 7 am, waking everyone within the backside of the hotel. Kitchen supplies were really poor, even though we were five and payed for an extra bed, for example we only had three plates and four glasses. We asked for more and got it, but when the cleaning maid broke a glass they didn’t rep

👍 Really cool decor. Owners are on site and available to assist with any questions about house or local area. Apartments are really nice. Great location Great price Awesome host It was nice and each thing easy with the owners. They where nice and helpful. The place, trendy and warm. Really liked the location. It was walking distance to 2 subways, shopping and laundry services. Our short trip was mainly for a college visit in New Jersey but we also wanted to be close in proximity to all the attractions within the city. The Gallery house was the great spot.t to mention that our hosts were wonderful and available to answer any questions. Very close to subway. Hip neighborhood restaurant The Edge and coffee shop Manhattanville coffee within short walking distance. Wonderful host and the experience of being in Harlem. We had a great stay family with 3 kids. Cleanliness, fort, decor, the hosting warmth of the hosts and the location. It was conveniently located to the bus and metro, and it s just down the road from the Schomburg Centre. Highly rmend you go there to learn more about the history of Harlem and African American culture and key figures. For food, I d rmend The Edge cafe on Edgbe, and 7 Grains for their vegan soup and organic fruit on Adam Powell. Hosts were very friendly, very helpful with any questions, and the apartment felt like a retreat - cosy, clean and beautifully decorated. Thank you, Mark and Dana. Loved it! 1. beautiful art enhancement 2. helpfull host A lot of space; Nice antique Asian art panels; Friendly host; Very clean much cleaner then in most of the hotels we have been in USA so far The host Mark was very aadating and responsive. I like him a lot. There weremunications issue within our group. I was the credit card holder that secured the reservation, but because I arrived 2 days after the other guest; I did not have the Master BR. The sleeper sofa was unacceptable, notfortable and in need of replacement or re-upholstery!. The very small second living space was challenging for a older lady . the bedforter had to be replaced due to a strong odor. The host immediately provided a brand newforter. The apartment was dusty which was very surprising disappointing. The location was safe and secure and located to shops that I was very pleased with. The decor was nice lot of dust on much of the furniture and decor was very surprising. My family members have allergies, not good. It was great to have a quiet, clean apartment toe back to at the end of each day. The location was great and close to subway. Mark was very friendly and gave helpful suggestions. Loved New York! Staying at Mark and Dana s Gallery House was a great experience. Much, much better, in our minds, than a hotel living space when you re with 3 kids. Mark was a very helpful host and his apartment is out of the ordinary. OK, Harlem is not Times Square, but it might in some ways be a better choice. Calm, with a subway stop with a direct line to downtown Manhattan, and supermarket a couple of blocks away, nice neighborhood.w, enough praise, I will just add that the beds are not really top-notch: our bed was pretty narrow, and a couch used by a kid was ufortable. This is not really a major issue, and if Mark improves that situation, his apartment will be absolutely fantastic! Lots of space for a family, good WiFi, nice decor, very helpful hos
👎 Liked everything. Thermostat is a bit finicky but they helped us with that. I waspletely satisfied but if you have a bad back the mattress I was on was basically a futon as well as my kid on the sofa pull out but I expected that with the photos and also great price. Beds could be more confortable and we had only one bathroom for 6 NA 1. photo of studio2 did not match the actual living space 2. prepayment procedure had notification for nay changes that took place -- needs improvement 3. the hallway of our individual suite had another person enter the oppossite studio which the host assured was empty and not in use 4. there is a squeaky floor right above the TV area 1 Bathroom was OUTSIDE of the room, and this was NOT mentioned within the living space description. So we had a hostel feeling for about 5 nights, having to dress up each time we wanted to use the toilet esp. no fun at night. We would not have booked it, so we felt scammed esp. paying a hotel price for a hostel situation. Host excuse that other guests did notplain was not helpful. 2 Location - It is far from the downtown, not a big deal during the day, but after 10p. m. it will took 1h or more to get back transport changes the routes. Harlem is full of strange people at night, it was not nice toe back and esp. not when we missed the right train and had to walk 30 min at night. We kept pfeffer spray ready. 3ise and light - it is a wooden house, so you hear each step and it is amplified by wood. On top, curtains are basically transparent as mentioned by other guests. We could not sleep longer then 7a. m. even when using sleeping masks and ear plugs. 4 Usual USA fixed shower-head you cannot adjust it was all calked, so water would spray all around but not on you. The host was very good, checked in on us several times. Admittedly themunications within our group could have been better. The host had no responsibility for that. The sleeper sofa, yes that fell to the property. I might try again if the living space was better suited with matching dishes and glass wear, not the odds and ends of left over stuff. Maybe I m a little picky. The daily rate in my opinion require upgrades in this area. Beds. The kitchen needed more utensils etc for cooking a proper meal. The master bedroom isn’t ideal as you have to climb over each other to get in and out. blinds on the front window. So if you sleep on the sofa bed within the living living space it’s not ideal. bars etc near by. The bed creeked terribly each time you moved and woke the other person up, it was so loud! The curtains were too small for the windows and let in a lot of light. A removable showerhead would have been nice. plaints loved everything Choosing to stay in Harlem I didn t quite realise how far we were from downtown. It is apromise to stay so far uptown but actually worth it. The couches werefier to sleep on than the beds. Absolutely nothing! My only criticism would be that the curtains did not really keep out the light within the morning which, inbination with jet lag, made for some very early awakenings! The refrigerator not big enough. The tv was too small. Love it, will definitely stay again! I feel cheated. kitchen. Plastic forks and paper plate were kitchen equipment. Air cleaner and heater work loudly : Far from downtown, the rooms are very small, no washing machine is available. T
