Mid Town East 28th Street Apartments Next to Times Square

104 Lexington Avenue

👍 Comfortable sleeping place and very clean! Located in a good area, and everything that you need is next to the apartment. The host is friendly and reliable. Thank you very much for all the rmendations for places to visit. I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment and will rmend to all my friends.= The location of the Apartment was just great for my business short trip - being located in Manhattan meant getting around the city was really easy at most a 5 10 minute walk from any subway line, there are restaurants and bars all around the local area within walking distance, tourist attractions are even really close too Empire State Building and Madison Square Garden were all walking distance, just to name two!. As it is within the middle of Manhattan it can be noisy but that s to be expected, just like living within the middle of any large city, I never had a problem sleeping Definitely would look to stay again if business ever takes me to Manhattan within the future! The apartment was lovely and warm even on the coldest days. The main beds werefortable and it served it s purpose although in terms of value for cash it didn t measure up. The location isn t that bad, great bagel place round the corner and a 7 eleven, Starbucks, dunkin donuts and great pizza shop 1 block east. thing. It was a rubbish piece of property. Good location, owner very friendly and helpful when we arrived.. shame could not reach him about internet tv. Both double beds were reallyfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Maurice was an amazing host. Everything about this apartment was great. Location, cleanliness and service. The apartment is fully furnished and had everything i needed while i was staying. In addition the area is great, Full of restaurants bars stores and transportation. Highly rmended. Really good location within the city center. Well equiped kitchen. The location is superb and if you are looking for a base this is the place to stay, very central and able to visit many tourist attractions on foot. Apartment was clean and had the necessities along with extras such as straighteners, hair dryer and iron. Maurice was very friendly and gave us a lovely wee. Other reviews stated it was too noisey. Having been to NY before I expected nothing less. Every place you stay there will have noise, that’s what the city is like, but Maurice was kind enough to provide ear plugs that we didn’t need due to being tired out from travelling and sightseeing. The size of the apartment was good and me and my 2 friends had plenty of room. The beds were veryfortable and the little luxuries of appliances, plenty of clean towels and numerous refreshments were great for 3 ladies exploring the city. Location, excellent. Comfy bed. Excellent access to transport but also easy walking distance to nearby locations. The neighbours within the building were lovely. Loved the quirkyness of the building. The WiFi was also good. The AREA It was very clean. Had lots of sleeping areas and extra sheets, blankets and pillows. Very nice host good location checked in very quickly the bed was veryfortable, clean living space and kitchen fully aquipped GREAT ,NICE HOST,VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. Good location. Great location with all you need walk-distance!,fortable, homely and clean apartment with all the necessary for feel at home!!! Very helpful owner always available for answer quest

👎All was great ! The pictures of the property are quite misleading, the property is a little run down and much smaller than it looks. The host didn t really reply to any messages within a reasonable time so within the end I just paid for a luggage drop somewhere instead as he said we might be able to leave our bags there till the pickup, after that we never heard from him. Wi-Fi didn t work plus took pictures of my bank card including cvv with no explanation which I didn t like. It was totally different from what was portrayed on website. It said near Times Square which is total lie from you expect tourists to believe it is near and within reasonable walking distance and this was far. Also, apartment was very bad qualitypared to photos on booking. and we felt the owner knew he was lying and hence he was over eager to collect the credit card details before we enter into apartment. Internet tv only worked for the first day, tried calling owner and sent message but got no reply. Sofa bed very ufortable.t all sockets worked and some that did were not attached to wall very well. Leaking dirty windows and therefore cold and noise from a street. Ufortable bed, only mattresses above each other. Insufficient storage space within the rooms for 4 persons. Heating is only in one room. it was perhaps a bit basic. Confusion with the additional fees was worrying. Just make sure when booking you read everything carefully so that you aren’t surprised. Found the street noise very loud, but it’s to be expected in NY. Got used to it after a couple of nights. Late check In fee could be clearer, it’s within the small print but I missed it, and no mention of it in ourmunication. TV was not working well, Bathroom tub and sink stopper not working well. coffee pot in kitchen. very low heat in apartment.isy people in other apartment on 3rd floor. storm windows. very drafty. elevator. had to climb 3 flights of stairs not good for seniors}. No washcloths All was good Needed earplugs to sleep as it was to noise. Liked all ! Nothing. Great place.

CAMBRiA Hotel and Suites, New York – Times Square

30 West 46th Street, New York, NY 10036, USA

👍 Very clean, looks brand new, great location only a five minute walk from time square and some of the iconic sights. Veryfy bed. It was a good location, close to Times Square. The fitness center was nice and clean. The living space was fine and eclectic. I haven’t seen a shower like that. The hotel propose a car service from the hotel to the airport or airdrome but it’s a separate cost althoughparable to Uber or a taxi. The location was excellent. I did not eat there. The living space was a bit small with not much closet space, but it was quiet and the bed was veryfortable. Easy to reach by transportation, clean, empty gym. The employees at the reception waspetent, friendly and easy going. Highly rmend this hotel. Value Friendly staff, great location short walk to times square, close to grand central for subway, empire state, Rockefeller and central park all a short walk away, excellent value for money From the moment we walked in Ambree Made us feel super special. We were there celebrating a friend’s 50th birthday and that did not go unnoticed. A special delivery was made to her living space just to let her know how important she is. Also I was guest of the day and received a Sweet wee gift as well. From always greeting us with a smile to replacing a living space key when we displaced hours truly this was the best stay I have had in New York. That location is amazing the employees is great the rooms are perfect... Don’t wait book your vacation today ! Perfect location: 5 min walking from Times Square. Good ramen restaurant and more just next to the hotel entrance. Very friendly staff. Very clean and silent during night. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Ask for a living space facing the street: you’ll have a great view of the Rockefeller Center. 100 rmended!! The rooms do not have carpeting and that’s a bonus for people with allergies. The bedding was clean and white. The bathroom is big. There is plenty of storage and free of cost WiFi. The location was great. Very clean andfortable beds. The employees was wonderful!!! The front desk- Lorraine was exceptionally friendly! We asked to leave our bags until check in time, but she checked with housekeeping and let us check in early. Housekeeping is friendly. The living space was quiet andfortable and had a microwave, safe, coffee maker and hair dryer. Will definitely stay again. Where do i start, once we arrived we were met by the kindest employees our rooms were so spacious and location was brilliant i have to say it was the best hotel i have stayed in and the service and cleanliness was second to none i will def being back thank you to all the employees for making our holiday so memorable. I loved the present days look of the hotel. The bathroom was beautiful. The employees was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. The location was fabulous. I would highly rmend this hotel to anyone staying within the city. Wonderful location, little noisy street and close to everything. the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent and the receptionists were very friendly with us. The living space amodated well 3 people, they offer coffee in a machine and mini conveniences. I would go back to it for sure Staff was extremely professional and friendly. Location was great. We were close enough, yet far enough away from the business of Time Square. Room was very clean andfortable. Great value in a nice hotel. It was clean, employees was very friendly and helpf

👎thing.... everything was great! There was only one towel hook within the bathroom, seems sparse for a living space capable of sleeping 4. The water that came out of the water ice machine had a weird cloudiness to it but eventually settled. Although the hotel propose a car service to the airport, they didn’t say that it was a separate cost in cash we were under the impression that it would be charged to the room. More closet space. I liked this place, period.thing toplain about. I wille again next year. nothing, everything was spot on. I felt cheated and misled. They sold the living space as a double living space double bed for 4 people but it was a single living space with two small beds appropriate for 2 people. I had to buy a second room. Very unhappy. The windows don’t open. thing The light and the bathroom could have been a little bit brighter and the sink stuffed up a little bit so the water didn t drain easily. nothing Room was a bit small, but it was fine. The ice machine on our floor wasn t working. So, we had to go down 2 floors to get ice.t earthshattering but just a little inconvenient. The front work area said they would address the issue as soon as they could. There was nothing that we were dissatisfied with! There wasn t anything I didn t like. The website was very accurate. What was seen on the site is what was delivered. Very refreshing. The parking. Never told the garage was one door down so when asked to pay for valet parking I just did. Could have driven my car and saved 49$. What a waist. Didn t get cups and washcloths replaced within the living space a few of the nights but we made do. Our living space did not have the greatest view but we were only there to sleep. The rooms heater was noisy and rattly woke us up at night sometimes. Wifi kept disconnecting and required continuous logging in. the coffee machine was really dirty like they don t clean the water tank AT ALL. I ve witnessed disgusting stuff in there and it got me yucky... The closet is very small, everything is kindapact, trying to fit all into a small room. Also the living space looks clean but i woke up with a bug crawling on my pillow smh. I wish they had breakfast. The elevators were very packed af peak times and could be a wait. The hotel website says u can access the rooftop that needs to be updated because the rooftop is closed. For a couple, the living space is perfect. For 3 or 4 persons, small... Weak lighs in room. The view could of been better but this was a minor fault. The only problem would have been the elevators. There was always a wait and took forever to get to our floor. The refrigerator froze everything I put in it, I could find no way to run the coffee maker except to move it onto the floor near an actual plug, the fanned heating system was a bit noisy and the bedside lamps required that one get out of bed to turn them off. Small concerns, but if these could be fixed, the hotel would- in my estimation - be perfect. There was a problem while checking in due to international credit card use. The machine didn t recognise the card and even if there was limit in it it declined. Could offer food delivery; don`t work with taxipanies. Liked everything else. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The employees was unfriendly, overwhelmed, and seemed unhappy with their job. The rooms were extremely small... it can barely fit 3

Room Mate Grace Boutique Hotel

👍 Veryfortable beds. Rooms were a good size considering it is in New York. Perfect location for a tourist. Only a two minute walk from the middle of Times Square! The location is superb and the employees are extremely helpful. The location could not be better! Staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful. The living space was extremely large for any location within the world. The bed was the mostfortable i have ever had anywhere! The morning meal was small, but had everything you would want. The bathroom was huge with a fantastic shower. Location, cleanliness and design of the rooms. Location is brilliant. The location is fantastic - minutes away from Times Square. The rooms, considering you’re in NYC, are a good size. Location - awesome! Stayed in living space mate grace for the second time. Fabulous location steps from times square but the living space was quiet and bed was veryfortable. Excellent shower and lovely shower gels etc provided. Staff are brilliant. We didn t use the pool this time as it was a short stay but we used it last time and it s a great treat after walking manhattan. Location We were greeted beautifully when we came in and our living space was upgraded as it was my birthday. We were delighted by the generous size of the living space given previous experience in Manhattan and could get everywhere we wanted to be within minutes. Amazing location,fy as beds, good size rooms for a couple they aren’t huge but it doesn’t need to be nice bar and pool area, easy check in Friendly staff, reasonably clean, good bathroom. Good location. Room was large and veryfortable. Helpful staff. Fast and reliable WiFi. Very very veryfortable And located in a great place closed to Time Square The bed was sofortable Location was excellent and very quiet with no street noise. Images were exactly what we got. It was very clean and beds were reallyfortable Closer to everything. Bunk beds were cool andfortable. Outlets near each bed for phones. Robes and slippers for all. Tons of bathroom toiletry items. Left a cupcake and birthday wishes for my daughter s birthday. Room cleaned everyday. Staff very good. Great location. Fab location just off Times Square but quiet street. Walking distance to several subway stations and lots of attractions like Top of the Rock, Bryant Square and Empire State Building. Very good location, pool was very cool, and bed wasfortable The hotel couldn t be located in a better area: just a few meters from Times Square, within the very heart of NY. You have 2 3 subway stop very close to the hotel and many shops, restaurants, cafes and attractions on a walking distance. It s a very nice boutique hotel, the rooms are not huge but they are very nice decorated and with veryfortable bed and shower. We asked to be on a high floor and we were given a living space on the 14th floor which was amazing!! Breakfast was included for us and it was very good, plus it was served until 12 : The employees was great, always nice and available for us. I will definitely rmend this hotel! Location is amazing. Stuff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent near Time Square. Metrostation is a 5 minutewalk. We had great transportation to the airport. Staff was helpful. Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The employees were wonderful . The living space was laid out perfectly and sofortabl

👎 The safe within the living space didn t work and the tea and coffee facilities were poor. The pool is right by the entrance, so the main floor smells strong of chlorine. On one morning the water within the shower was cold. This didn t recur but was very unpleasant. The fitness center is very small and has the bare basics for arms and legs. The location of the fitness center and pool was a bit too public for my liking. The rooms have thin walls, thus you hear most, if not all sounds. We went to the pool and there were no more towels. There was a couple within the pool that was making out, he was grabbing her and she had her legs around him.. like they were having sex. Quite indecent and inappropriate. Took my girls to have fun, but had to leave when we saw the crowd. There was a draft Coming from the window, this would have been fine if it wasn t -8 degrees outside. This also could have just been this particular room. The shower never ran hot; just a slightly, kind of warm temperature. There wasn’t a bath which is always wee after travelling! Staff not very flexible and friendly. Asked for late check out, was denied, asked to book one extra living space and was gjven a higher rate then I could find on booking website... Also rooms are very poorly isolated and you literally hear everything what happens in a living space next door... very annoying when you are exhausted after a long flight day and just want to rest ... Room could do with more lights, no overhead light in bedroom just side lights behind bed. There was a big pillar right within the middle of our living space 1004 which made it a bit awkward as like most manhattan hotels the living space ispact but this isn t in each room. We arrived at the Room Mate Grace Hotel at 9:00am. We dropped off our bags as the check in time wasn t until 3:00pm. The receptionist knew we wereing back after 3:00pm and the looked at my passport already. We came back at 3:30pm to get our living space but our living space wasn t ready to go. They gave us a small inadequate living space on the 7th floor with a concrete column within the middle of the room. We called toplain to get another living space and they showed us some other rooms to choose from, three of which had people in them already??? We finally go a living space on the 14th floor that was ok. This experience at this hotel was totally unacceptable, extreamly because we were there early and paid good cash for the room, A GOOD ROOM IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN READY TO GO WHEN WE GOT BACK. The pool is a nice feature but the smell of chlorine doesn t align well with the overall aesthetic and clientele Mould around windows close to bed, but obviously from the condensation due to weather so can’t always be helped, no living space service. The pool and propose situation is weird. changing rooms and large windows into the hotel bar and elevators. The smell at hall or front work area was not good limited coffee and tea within the living space but more was easily provided when asked for The pool was too tiny to actually swim-more like a big hot tub. The bathroom had no door so there was no privacy. The bed was mushy soft and I got back pain from it. View was uninspiring but we weren t looking to stare out a window. Room was tiny and badly designed. Lobby was small and poor. Decor a little tired. Rooms and corridors dark. Pool and bar booked out for two nights to an all male party. The employees weren’t all that friendly. One in particular, sadly can’t rmemwbr her

👍 Bed werefy, pictures are just like the room! Rooms are cleaned everyday! Decoration and location The property is well located and the rooms arefortable. Also the employees is very nice and always here if you have a question. I like the fact that they were at the office 24h. I loved how the entire employees took care of my special needs. The fact that I could have a free of cost morning meal within the hotel was an added plus. The morning meal is no frills but sufficient and the coffee was very good. This hotel seems to attract very interesting people and I enjoyed having morning meal with them. There is a plethora of restaurants to choose from. Just walk out the hotel s door and you find them. Italian culinary art, Indian many Indian restaurants shops in this location, very interesting, and also good pizza. I would rmend Vezzo Pizzeria. For good Indian culinary art ask the staff. They know. I loved the rooms within the hotel. I had the chance to sample another living space because the employees kindly moved me to a higher floor because some small repair was being done on my floor, next to my room, and they did not want to disturb me. I appreciated this very much from I was convalescing from surgery. Both rooms were super clean and the decor is understated chic. Love the decor. Bathrooms showers are very clean and employees always gave me a good amount of towels plus anything else I needed, i. e. toiletries Staff were very friendly, living space was sizable and veryfortable bed. Location was good to explore the city. Bathroom was spotless and housekeeping cleaned the living space each day for us which was nice with fresh towels. Good value for money. The hotel was really great, clean andfortable. The heating system within the living space worked very well and it would warm up the living space fully in few minutes given I visited in Feb with minus degrees outside this was pretty good to have. The location was great within easy walking distance to many main attractions. I had a lovely view of the empire state from my room. Although you can walk almost to everywhere in Manhattan and enjoy more on foot; the subway came in handy within a short walk extreamly in freezing weather and with access to line 6 that connects you to many more areas and attractions including a one ride to Brooklyn. WiFi access was super good, fast and FREE. There is an amazing Italian restaurant few minutes a cross the street form the hotel, VEZZO serves one of the best pizzas i ve ever had. Overall I had a very good stay and would def book it again. The hotel has great location. close to a subway station. The living space was rather small but spotlessly clean. The employees was very friendly. The morning meal was the traditional mix of bagels, cheese, eggs and muffins. Would return again. The hotel was great, very clean and great location for getting to the city centre. The employees were very friendly extreamly Julie she really helped us out. The only thing that needs a slight improvement to my eyes is the morning meal however they lady was so lovely and friendly. Hotel clean, employees were polite and helpful, good location as pretty central to everything, had everything around it bars and places to eat. We made Brother Jimmys BBQ our local who was also friendly and weing. Great hotel at a great price. Veryfortable living space and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Location is great for mid-town and for getting to other parts of Manhattan. I loved the hotel, the living space was beauti

👎 Rooms are small, typically only one person on check in so you’ll probably have to wait. Unclear procedure payment and I still didn’t get my full refund even though I paid by cash fully but got deducted by card as well In their website they promise you other rooms pictures than you could have. Even if the price is good. Breakfast was well attended but range of food very poor, we ended up eating out morning meal despite it being included in our rate. Lift lobby areas smelt a bit funny. Scaffolding was erected around the full hotel distracting from an otherwise great view. The morning meal was disappointing.t up to standard in similarly rated hotels. But my overall experience with everything else in this hotel was excellent and made up for this. Breakfast Really happy that this place included morning meal but for the first 3 or 4 mornings there was no cream cheese for the bagels and no knifes... had to spread butter with a spoon. very expensive for what it is. WIFI didnt work most of the time. water the day of the check in. Fridge doesnt get cold. Rooms very very small. Housekeeping employees very unfriendly and inefficient. Total misrepresentation show one living space and give another. transparency as the hotel doesnt give out prices for the rooms and when pressed state an exorbitant price. . very expensive didnt match price. Ghastly hotel wouldnt go there again. t a lot could be better at the price. Perhaps a bar would be good. Breakfast was OK but a few more options would be nice but again at the price its fine. The bathroom is not conducive for how it is set up. The towels werent anywhere near the bathroom.. and this half glass look can only work for larger spaces ; the water just went everywhere. The hotel was very noisy. First, the air con unit sounded as if it was going off and did that on cycles throughout the night. Second people were going in and out of the rooms slamming doors and using the ice machine. It would have been good to have some slippers within the room. Im not a fan of memory foam matresses but that is just individual preference. You will hear the traffic outside and if someone bangs a door on your floor you will also hear it morning meal very poor choicepare to english breakfast, quality of coffee not much to choose from, cold boiling egg no mayo, male reception desk no polite no smile no attitudes thing. It’s so smallpared to what they show on the internet, they booked us a cab that never turned up for the airport. It was very basicpared to the pictures Rooms are small. Breakfast was basically free of cost donuts... plaints The only thing I can think of is my friend was originally placed in a non-renovated living space but he was relocated to a new living space as soon as he requested it. Shower pressure not good so I took a bath. biggie. We had two rooms booked . One of the rooms did not have a bedside table or a wardrobe space to hang the clothes . The bedsheets were not changed for 4 days with dirty marks on them . The bathroom is extremely cold and had no heater in it . The rude receptionist took around 6 different payments for the hotel and that got my card blocked for 4 days as half of the payments got lost and bank considered it as fraud . The air con - so so loud ! Worst morning meal I’ve ever seen . DO NOT STAY HERE I wish there was a little bit bett

Incentra Village House

32 8th Avenue, Greenwich Village, New York, NY 10014, USA

👍 The host was the sweetest guy will definitely being back. It’s a home it felt so warm n weing. Nice location, excelent rooms, awesome staff! It was a pleasure to stay in incentra hotel. Vincent is so lovely and helpfull. And the girls too. Next time in ny, i’ll stay in incentra again for sure. The Incentra is a gem within the heart of the West Village. If you are looking for luxury this is NOT the place for you. BUT if you are looking for an old school quirky NYC hotel this definitely is the place for you. It is old and features aheating system that is too good- meaning we had to open the windows to regulate the temp but it was fine. We had the Bishop suite which is 2 stories with the bed upstairs. It features aworking fireplace for Sterno logs. Furnishing are old but very clean. Kitchenette is great with sink, fridge, and microwave. The location is right near the subway and lots of bars and restaurants. The best part of the hotel is the staff. Vincent and the other manager I can t remember her name were fabulous and made us feel so wee and were always there to help. SO in summary this is a VERY economical old school hotel with a great employees and location. Something that is almost impossible to find within the city We will stay here each time wee back to NYC Arrived late and wonderful Vincent lugged by suitcase up 5 flights of stairs. moved me to a lower floor for morefort two days later. Rmend 2nd floor Washington suite. Quiet, lovely Spacious room. Kitchen facilities. Helpful staff I had a minor problem not related to facility and employees were extremely helpful directing me to resources - they also checked back with me a couple times to make sure all was fine. The weekend manager Vincent was an amazingly friendly and attentive person. He made our stay wonderful. The Incentra is in a great location! The Washington Suite is absolutely charming. Stayed there MANY times, and love the location, and would definitely stay there again as it s home from home ... Incentra is so great - we just spent a week there and cannot speak highly of this place. Netty and all the employees are so very friendly and helpful and give the place a nice laid. back feel. It has just a few rooms, 12 I think, each individually named and organised as a studio within in two townhouses. They all have kitchenette facilities. bar or restaurant -but the diner next door does a great morning meal and there are 5 or 6 bars in sight of the front door! The location is great for walking the West Village and exploring the numerous literally countless jazz clubs, galleries, restaurants and bars with a short distance. To go further afield the subway is also very close by. Very friendly employees when we arrived; Great location in Greenwhich East village, really close to restaurants, bars and transport links to get arouns However I did like that they were friendly and attentive. The space was nice and had all things you could need available. The location was excellent. You can t get much better than the heart of West village, and the employees went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The worst hotel that I ever been in my life. Cute, studio style room, well-appointed,fy bed, amazing location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pleasantly surprised!! the location was excellent, right where we wanted. The place is run down. You couldn’t contr

👎 Space was a little small but nice for a night or two with your significant other. thing. Everything perfect! The heating system was too good. Couch was not the mostfortable TV reception very spotty. Entry from street not very clean. Room very warm; hard to regulate temp Bedding wrinkled. Coffee maker but no coffee provided. Lights over beds didn t work. thing Wifi a bit weak ... And Tabor living space needs two small tables that can be moved to sides of beds. It felt like my family was waiting for me which made me feel pressured to be early or veryposed and not get to intoxicated even though I m an adult. one said anything but it s a more personable stay and my guilty conscious took over while in party mode that weekend. I liked everything about it., it s an older property and not as present days as some guests might expect but we loved it. It is nothing like the pictures, it is old and disgusting. We asked for our cash back and they 30 dollars The walls are a bit thin but that’s To be expected in a building like this. the living space we had was on the high floor with no elevator. We needed to carefully calculate going out in order to avoid climbing up too many times. but employees were helful and did carry all the luggage. icy. run down. Over priced. Unprofessional. The living space was very warm. There was no way to control the heat. We had to open a window to regulate the temperature. Our living space had many lamps, half of which had no bulbs; most without an available electric outlet; and all needed to be plugged in. We had a coffee pot but no filter or coffee. And the woman at the front work area when we entered could barely bring herself to acknowledge us. The living space was very hot, which we solved by just opening the window a little - but I don’t think that’s very environmentally friendly, but it’s an old building so I realise it would be a major job to change the heating system. bedside tables. Very squeaky bed. shower soap holder or rack. Heaters were set at about 110deg and despiteplaints from other guests employees weren’t too fussed about sorting it out. Says shared lounge on website but employees never mentioned it It was super hot because of the 19th century heating system meaning all on or all off! But it was freezing outside. Unfortunatelly we had a very bad time at this property, mostly because of the poor cleanness. As soon as our first night we found two RATS within the room. After requesting a new room, we were sent to another room, but never got the refund for the nights we spent in such bad conditions. We had to leave a night before the end of our stay as we couldn t stand another night in such a dirty place we were refunded for that night though. Issue with heat not working but in all fairness weather turned cold suddenly - Vincent and employees moved us to another living space and gave us an extra heater and blankets - In all fairness we did not view the other rooms--We booked the studio room- basement dungeon- no light- you could hear street talking like they were within the living space with you. Bathroom- YUCK- and low ceilinging out you hit your head. Garden suite- no real garden- dirty furniture out there. For the cash could have gotten something nicer. The rooms were dirty . There were several locks for the living space and two did not work. We felt unsafe. The reception employees were smoking in a small living space while we registered.

The Wall Street Inn

9 South William Street, Wall Street - Financial District, New York, NY 10004, USA

👍 Everything. We absolutely adore this place and refuse to stay anywhere else. The employees is fantastic. The rooms are gorgeous. It’s just an absolutely breath taking. We took our kids with us this time and they said it felt like they were in a fairy tale. We love The Wall Street Inn. We will never ever stay anywhere else. Perfect--don t change---that old saying if it ain t broke don t fix it-- It reminds me of a Vermont Inn, very peaceful Most amodating people at front desk. Appreciated letting me keep luggage past check out for a few hours while I shopped. Breakfast was all I needed and appreciated. The waffle machine was cute! I loved the cleanliness, the wonderful attention of your staff. It was so peaceful, and it will be my HOME away from HOME whenever needed. The service at the reception by Tatiana and the the care of Irene made our stay as one of the best we could expect. Value for cash is the key and this case was the best ratio I could find. Really rmended! The employees were really helpful and nice. The morning meal was really good and plentiful. kids have a variation of cornflakes, waffles fresh to make different types of cake, pastries and fresh fruit. Location right within the financial district and a few blocks from WTC. The classic style enhancement blends perfectly with its surroundings. This is a very nice boutique hotel in a quiet location near fun places to eat and drink. It’s also very convenient for getting to Brooklyn Gorgeous traditional decor, excellent location, extreamly if you want to visit Brooklyn. It is walking distance to metro, to the famous NYSE bull, and next to restaurants and bars. Kindest personel, fantastic breakfast. Also coffee tea at the lobby all day. I am going back to Wall Street Inn on my next short trip to NYC. Location, quaintness of the Inn, and the staff. There was not much to like. It is clear that this was once, long long ago, a grand hotel within the financial district. There is however not much that remained of that to make it an ideal destination. The location is OK, albeit in a little side street that no UBER can find, and there are many restaurant take-away food options close by. The location was great and the employees very friendly. The living space itself was cosy and made us feel at home immediately. Location Having had some really bad hotel experiences in New York, the Wall Street Inn definitely exceeded my expectations. It s a very lovely boutique hotel in a great area and the nicest employees I ve ever met in New York City. When the Uber drivers couldn t find me because of the small one-way-streets within the Financial District, the receptionist took my suitcase without hesitation, walked with me to a big crossroad around the corner and made sure I would get a cab. The location was great. Loved the neighborhood. The historic charm of the hotel. Good buffet continental morning meal with waffle maker! Good location near the Stock exchange and the South Ferry Port if you want to visit the attractions in this area. easy access to the Metro for Mid city too. Very lovely old fashioned plaice. Like stepping out of time. It’s a nice change from present days business hotel if that’s what you want, this isn’t it. You could almost be in London or Nantucket and it could be 1965. Unusually large living space for a New York boutique hotel. Nice morning meal living space that stays open for a snack at various times. My kind of place.

👎thing. I don’t have a single negativement about this place. nothing An electrical panel fell off the wall within the hallway outside my room. It was fixed promptly upon reporting same. There is nothing I did not like The living space is specious but everything smells old. the AC could not be put off and extremely noisy. The extra bed for the child was horrible very old and the springs were really harmful. It was surrounded by scaffolds that blocked the windows. And yet, what building in New York City isn’t? brewed decaf. The living space was strangely humid and the thermostat couldn t be controlled. I ve stayed here before though, and that wasn t a problem. It wasn t something that warranted aplaint. The beds were super ufortable. They were probably last replaced within the 1980 s. The duvet inner was so disintegrated that it appears lumpy. The aircon is noisy and cannot be controlled in any way - leaving the living space ufortably hot. The living space is extremely small. coffee tea maker within the living space although there was a small refrigerator. Breakfast was just a few pastries and a wafflemaker. The morning meal area is very small with an adjacent living space that caters for the overflow.t a hotel that I would rmend. The morning meal was just not what we expected. The menu options were greatly limited and that was disappointing. Charged with a security deposit of $100 which turned out to be $120. response even after bringing it to the managements notice. Security deposit Claimed to be released on the check out date hasn’t been credited to the account till date. Upon emailing the property the Management showed no interest or courtesy to resolve the issue. The living space was very small and stuffy. The lightbulbs within the lamps weren’t working and the TV remote control was out of batteries. There was an awful smell and the living space waspletely old and outdated. The reception and employees were not friendly or weing. I truly felt like a nuisance. Our first living space had lightbulbs that needed changing and the air was not working properly. We asked to be moved and luckily our second living space didn’t have the same problem. The support person was great. thing negative to report. t sure yet! If you like slick present days and a giant screen, maybe not for you. But if you like soft sheets, an old fashioned heater within the bathroom, this place is perfect! coffee maker within the living space but we read about it in other reviewers’ments so we brought our own. The morning meal could be better... but it s not a real problem in NYC. The gentleman that was at the front work area late night wasn t very friendly. Although I like the slightly more boutique Bed and morning meal offering, the living space felt a little tired. The morning meal was horrible, almost nothing to eat, just egs smells all day within the loby, unfresh bagels, croissants and few fruits. A bit noise, we can hear from another rooms, plus a lot of noise from outside. This is NY, never sleep. The stuff was ok. It was some misunderstanding between hotel management and booking., but finally not hard feelings. Same morning meal provided everyday. You either drink cornflakes, raisin bran or other cereals or bread, Bagels and waffles. scramble eggs, no omelets. Smaller beds. We couldn t sleep well for the three nights we stayed. Ac wos working poorly . they said the living space os good for 2 adult and 2 kids there were un necessary furn

👍 The cleanliness was good for a hostel Staff would help me out quickly when I had a problem and were very friendly The place was clean and beds were soft. The location was very close to Central Park. The location is good as it is right close to the Times square. The bathroom is big and clean. Perfect location. Clean hostel! The location was awesome The location and the Staff is really amazing. The hostel is new and well conserved, the bedrooms are clear andfy. The price was really good, making the cost vs. benefit being perfect. STAFF IS GOOD, ALL ROOMS WITH ATTACHED BATH IS GOOD Great location once you get your bearings. tons of food outlets around wendys next door mattresses good, small lockers you need a lock loved how each living space has it s own bathroom shower. felt safe and clean. towel provided, blankets if you ask. I would stay again Jazz on Columbus Circle is extremely close to said Circle, a short skip away from Times Square, several subway stations, restaurants, bars, shopping, nightlife, and Central Park. The hostel is relatively new, and everything is clean and sparkly. The bathrooms within the rooms are glorious. The beds within the living space arefortable. The temperature is good. Everything is relatively quiet for NYC, and I had no problem falling asleep within the evening. Definitely a value for the price, within the Big Apple, no less. Housekeeping is also really nice. They asked me if I needed anything. Very pleased with this place. the area is within the center, near the metro stop and restaurants. they offer a morning meal but it s only bred, jam and tee or coffee Very good location, friendly staff, clean place and good space. Each living space features abathroom. It is a good hostel. Location is Perfect Decoration is nice Bottle Fill up Own bathroom within the living space of 6 Great location, very close to Central Park. I only stayed there for one night so I couldn t really have a good feeling of the place but for my short stay I notice that the employees was very friendly and helpful giving directions and suggestions for tours to other guests. I stayed in a 4 Female Room and it was spacious, the bathroom was clean and inside the bedroom and the bed wasfortable. Also, I will mention that is was January and we had a good working A C and Heat unit within the bedroom and lockers. There was free of cost morning meal within the morning with bagels and coffee! Location was very convenient. The overall experience here was really good and the bathroom was very clean. The location is also great. Times Square is in walking distance. However, morning meal was served too early and in a very short period of time. The location is wonderful. You can do almost everything on foot. location is the best attached bathroom in each room. Staff is nice. Great Locationclose to many subway stations clean living space great value nice staffs easy to walk around. Great location! I could walk to central park, Time Square, the Metropolitan museum of Art, and bus station. There are some good restaurants. Really good price from it s practically next door to Central Park and in walking distance to Times Square. Hard to found, between the McDonald s abd Wendy s small door. Time Square 12 minutes walk, central park 4 corner. Restaurant everywhere. Subway all way. Kitchen small morning meal not to big, but free. Bathroom clean. Room is warm andfortable. If you need a plug som

👎 It was freezing cold in my living space when I got there, There is no blow dryer The receptionist was on a individual phone call while talking to me The employees treated guests as though guests were criminals. They lacked emotions. The employees was not friendly and always kept the cold face during my stay. The kitchen is super tiny and the morning meal is bad. The heater was making loud noises and not effective. The location is great, but if it is important for someone to have morefort and cleanliness, then book another hostel. The employees was rude, they do not care at all. Breakfast was included, but never enough for all the guests. The reception man was unfriendly. Well, it s new york, so it s kinda expected! Breakfast wasn t good. just bread and jelly - The check in took forever and the employees would often leave the front work area so I had to wait on them twice - The showers had no soap hostels around the world have soap dispensers - The living space was cold at night The morning meal could be better or not as a benefit, because one of the points that we checked to choise the hostel was this, but it was only a bread and a cup of coffee, so we had to eat something just after . BREAKFAST = SAME EXPIRED DRY BUN EVERYDAY COFFEE. NOT EVEN BUTTER TO EAT THAT BULLET BUN . BREAKFAST RUNS OUT EVERY DAY SO MOST OF TIME NOTHING TO EAT. ok the windows aren t very good and don t open. the noise from the street can be horrendous with car horns and police sirens moving cars on from pulling up but you can get used to it. the morning meal very basic . small bread roll and jam. coffee with creamer no milk . that s it ! but it can hold you off till you get up and out. It is just a door way from the street no frontage so can be hard to find . Only two things: The one guy at the front work area is all right, but he didn t explain anything about the hostel, like where the kitchen is, when morning meal is, or anything else. When I asked, he said the hostel didn t have the kitchen open, because it was being used as storage -- which made me confused. Next, the shower head just let out a dribble of water. Would also like some shampoo and body wash dispensers. the stuff speak first only spanish and everytime when i answer english, they change the attitude and they be less friendly but i see when they speak spanish with other guests, they are much more friendly. In the reception they don t give any informations about the city to help. even when i speak to them, they still watch TV without looking at me, like if i disturb them. The living space and specially the bathroom was dirty, specially the floor. the rooms are very small and too warm. also noisy because of the street. It was possible to hear some noise from the street. Breakfast is not satisfying Blanket is too light for the temperature cleaning service exept the replacement of the garbage Only 1 hair dryer Breakfast was a joke, just some bread and jam, not even butter. My friend s bed was also given to another person so when we came back to the hostel within the evening, there was somebody else sleeping there. At the time of check in I was assigned a bed number but when I went to the living space someone else was in that bed so I had to take what it was available with clean linens and towel. I notified the employees of this situation. Breakfast was served too early and in a very short period of time. of the 4 days I spent there 3 without coffee, only tea

👍 Overall was lovely, location and employees were helpful Staff was nice enough, close to subway. thing, expect from the area. The area was okay, but close to Harlem. Most of the employees was very friendly, location and price are great. Mattress was good andfortable. Very inexpensive! Great location, Central Park West close to transit. A quick walk through the park and you re on the museum mile. I had a 2 bunk female room. They provided extension cords for both bunks. There was a table with a lamp within the room. Each bunk was assigned a locker. While there is another international hostel nearby with better amenities, this place is half the price, safe and clean. The location was good, but just by half. The pros are that it was very near to Central Park. I spent the whole morning exploring Central Park all the way up to the Upper East Side. The cons are that the neighborhood the Hostel was in is kind of shady at night. Specially near the location of the stores and restaurants. There were many weird and scary people for my taste. The water was hot and bed wasfortable. Your night employees are way nicer than your daytime staff! Easy to find and good location. Location is perfect. Close to subway, bus stops. - very nice and helpful employees and homey atmosphere in general - the kitchen is well furnished with a huge fridge, microwave and toaster - themon living living space isfortable - excellent location of the hostel, just by Central Park and 3 minutes walk from the closest subway stop - seemingly the best price for an amodation in Manhattan Location was good for the price-paid; bed and living space had little toplain but more to wish for. It s a reasonable hostel, but could do much better with improved management. I mean this even more having stayed in other hostels, similarly priced, and few blocks closer. Subway was close by. The atmosphere is very relaxing; people feelfortable opening up, smiling or sharing a box of pizza and a six pack of beer. It’s a small hotel, not anything fancy, but it’s good value for a lower price than many other hotels. The employees is incredible. They are very helpful, super friendly and not too busy to have a slice of pizza within the lounge with you. Everything was great. Location, staff, cantine etc. The bathroom was unusually clean for a hostel. thing. I have nice sleeps, they havemon living space with fridge and microwave Close to Central Park, great for a morning run walk Close to subway station, took about 10 minutes on subway to get to downtown. The employees was helpful. Beds are veryfy, living space temperature very good and the sheets living space was overall clean. Great for the price and the broke tourist I don’t know whether location belongs to property or not but its location was good. This hostel is located in around central park. So, I could walk near upper Manhattan walking central park. Location is great - near the subway and Central Park. Cosy dining working area where we could work for half a day even after the checkout. Location is good The location is pretty much the only good thing about the place. It’s near the metro stop 5 minutes walking and Central Park is crossing the street. The employees was nice and the girl at the reception was awesome. Me and my friend booked at different times and weren’t at the same living space but she arranged to put us together on an even

👎 The first few days of the stay it was okay, but than I started notice that the bathroom was not being clean properly, the cleanning people does not change sheets between guests, I saw twice they just organize the bed with the same sheets between guests. People smoking cigarettes and pod inside bedrooms and hall ways and nobody did anything even afterplains. The fact that you can t use irons or hair dryers, but I understand its got something to do with the law Money was stolen from my wallet, waited for the manager to show up for a week, never did. Bathroom was not in living space as advertised but outside so paid extra for nothing. The workers were really unfriendly and unmotivated! help for nothing . It was not clean at all and the washrooms were disgusting. I am used to places like that, but for the price it was not fair at all. I was really disappointed about the place and I will not go back there again. Kitchen is more or less non existent not even cutlery, cups etc, vending machines are empty or eat up your coins without giving out items, wireless doesn t work upstairs 5th floor, the whole place is outdated, depressing and FILTHY, showers don t give ANY privacy, only 2 plugs for 8 people within the dorm room. The women s showers on the first floor weren t very hot and the drains would back up leaving you standing in a puddle. I was booked for the Two-Bed Mixed Room. The first living space I was given was TERRIBLE. Apparently, there was already someone else there. But the living space was SUPER DIRTY. The guy s underwear was everywhere. The beds were NOT made, even the bed on high the one that was supposed to be MY bed. The rooms were NOT as spacious as featured within the pictures online. The ladder to the upper bed was to small and narrow for a large guy like me, which led to me requesting to be transferred to a living space with a bed on the bottom bunk. Luckily, they amodated my request and had me transferred. The NEW living space was way better. And I got lucky enough to be able to stay there by myself throughout my entire stay. It was very loud and the heating was on full so I felt like I could barely breathe within the room. The employees did turn the heating down off when requested but then it was back on again the following day. It is very expensive- but that is NYC. isy, terrible mattress on bunk bed, only one toilet cabin for dozen of people in total 2, but the other never worked, terrible temperature regulation cold and stuffy from time to time, poor reaction to problems from the stuff card reader didn t open the door, had to stay in corridor 1 hour after morning shower :D, then was offered other living space for short stay not to get frozen. Almost ruined my Christmas holidays staying at this hostel : Wouldn t return to this place. - dirtiness in general: within the the bedroom floor and the shared shower area - temperature of the water within the shower was hard to set - I needed a restorative night but my sleep was really disturbed by people playing and shouting until Two-3 am. I expected a better isolation of the bedrooms. - if you are a non-smoker person, you should try to avoid the Two-bed bedroom, from the size of the bedroom does not enable a good circulation of the air.roommate did not smoke inside of course, but still the smell of the smoke pervaded the room. Bathrooms weren t clean soiled rather - always a red flag for anybody Lacks a good relaxed lounge where most people could get-together an

👍 I felt safe inside the hotel but would not rmend a female solo traveler to book in this area. Staff was friendly and quite honestly that s about it.thing else I can say was pleasant. Location to the BAR exam is the only positive thing I can add.t worth the cash nor and despite the pictures fooling you into thinking the rooms are present days and upscale, you ll be surprised at how the units fail to have the basics, like sound proof walls. Location was an easy walk to United Palace theater, even in heels. Room furnishings appeared brand new and impeccably clean. Room was surprisingly quiet. Good sized room. Very clean. Valet parking great. Many good restaurants nearby. Staff went out of their way to assist us. bed wasfortable To sleep it was great- very quiet due to being on a high floor. Shower was ok- pressure was good. Loved the heating system within the bathroom. We are visiting a friend within the nearby hospital each month and find the location perfect. The rooms are small but very well thought out, cozy andfortable. The rooms are very clean and fresh! location is nice, great view from the 11th floor. There is a fitness center on 0 floor. close to subway. coffee machine at room. water bottle. nice TV. It was very clean, new facilities, and the employees was awesome they really help!!! Great facility, friendly employees and close to subway Twoplaints: the shower leaks badly onto the bathroom floor and there are not enough extra floor mat towels topensate. By 9:15am, on a Sunday when I went downstairs for myplimentary morning meal each bit of food and coffee was gone. Seems like someone misjudged the weekend capacity. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoy the facility. Oh, wait. the left hand door to the bathroom tends to slam shut very noisily. Might just need an adjustment. Room 804. Thanks and see you soon! The location is what brings us to your hotel. It is near our children who live in NYC The decor, the clean living space and bathroom, great view on 10th floor The A C is good. Snacks at the reception area. Modern hotel located close to Columbia University Medical School. A short subway ride to Yankee Stadium and mid-town Manhattan. The rooms had thick windows that blocked out most of the noise from outside. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental morning meal served from 7a-9a each day. Location and staff. Room was clean for the most part and easily accessible. The proximity of the subway stop with direct access to the number one line that took us into the city. Ease of arriving and car being taken away and parked for us and brought back three days later immediately we needed it. Front line customer service Emanuel was fabulous couldn’t have asked for a more professional and personable service Thank you Lucky hotel as my husband caught the ball at a winning a Yankees baseball game! The hotel looks nice and modern. Clean rooms, nice bathroom, bed and pillows veryfortable. People working at reception are very nice and helpfully. I loved the present days decor. The living space was gorgeous and very clean. Anthony was very weing. He made our stay very enjoyable. He went above and beyond to try and help us during our stay. Less than two blocks from metro. Very crisp, clean. Friendly, helpful staff, extreamly Michael. Breakfast croissants were yummy. The additional bed we found the dirty sheet, with hair. The sheets p

We choose this hotel because of the close proximity of Presbytherian hospital where my husband is in treatment.Unfortunately the area is not the nicest and lack good restaurants .... no fault of this hotel of course Location is bad away from all attractions and next to a non-safe area. Rooms are toooo small. Bathrooms are toooo small. The drainage within the bathroom was very weak; water accumulates within the sink. Breakfast is really really bad. The shower flooded the bathroom each time. Room service on day two did not replenish towels, water and bathroom amenities. We never get up early enough to enjoy the breakfast. Room ispact, but functional. Probablymon for NYC, much smaller than what we re accustomed to. cleaning the room It s a bit small for the price, but I guess that s NY! Breakfast was the same each day, ok if you re there for One-2 days, but when you book for almost a week, it s boring. Also, the Seven-9am window is a bit early for holiday people!! We had a problem with the fire alarm for about 4 hours on the first night which was not great but the manager was very helpful the following day. The employees member on the night not so much. It could have been across the street from the Metropolitan Museum of Art and been at the same price. Could have had museum-quality art in each living space and t

👍 Very clean, present days andfortable. Staff were so helpful and very friendly. Location was great close to little Italy and quiet. So many restaurants and bars nearby. Great rooftop to relax. Friendly staff. Good price. Location was favorable, walking distance to the train station. Room is quite small but it fit what I was looking for. The upstairs rooftop is amazing, spent time there doing work and admiring the view. the employees was friendly. Price point and cleanliness. Location was pretty good too. Whoever rmended the Black Seed, thank you. I love Montreal style bagels. The employees is very friendly. The location is great. Great location and great amodations! They have also everything you ll need during your stay at NYC. And Uke, the front work area guy, is so nice and friendly! Overall it was sufficient if you re on a budget. The toilet wasn t too busy and it was clean. Staff was friendly. Location and staff The location is great, the employees were super friendly, and the lobby area is very stylish. The bedding was also extremely soft andfortable, which I loved! The employees were really lovely and helpful the location helped Location and privacy. It was a new experience altogether. It was the first time I stayed in a place like this. Had I was mentally prepared, I would have enjoyed the stay more. The employees were super friendly and weing. The living space was lovely and just the right size for a couple of nights travelling on my own. Location and the bathroom was clean The employees is easygoing, nice and helpful. The location is quite adequate if you, like us, aim to stay in Manhattan, mostly do walking and occassionally use the subway –– this is as good as you may get for that kind of money. The location is a main advantage, because you don t want to stay in a living space any more time, than neccessary, as it s a tiny cabin good just for sleeping. There s a Whole Foods 5 minutes out for quick&easy morning meal dinner supplies. The RNQW subway line is 10 minutes walk away for easy access to the Midtown Times Square Central Park Financial District and Ferries. The premises and facilities are clean, although men and women showers and restrooms are on different floors, so it s a matter of chance, whether you have the right one on your level. The open air terrace on the roof is a nice place to hang out and relax. The hotel waspetitively priced. Theplementary WiFi was indeed fast and useful for researching, however ites with one caveat - more of which later. The fixtures within the bathroom added to the chic appeal if not to the function. The look of the whole building the location and the public areas or places are beautiful Location Good location I LOVED the location and the surrounding areas of this place! Rooms were small but should be no surprise but cozy. Staff was helpful. Really good location close to a subway station, easy to find and helpful staff. The street it s on seems a little bare but if you just turn the corner there s cool bars and shops within the neighbourhood. Even though it s kind of loud within the cabin it gives some sense of privacy, that you re lacking in a hostel. They also have a very nice rooftop there. thing The employees was always nice and helpful and the bathrooms and othermon areas were always kept clean. Plus it features apretty good placement within the city overall, and the garden area on the roof can be an excellent place to unwind. Nice facilities- the rooftop was cool. Nicemon areas. Great location. Great reception staff. The shared-spaces were pretty nice. Nice seating, lighting and fast wireless . The building is nice, and everything seems normal above the surface. The employees were friendly and did the best they could. Location was fine. Themunal areas and rooftop are attractive andfortable. Wifi is free of cost and has good spee

👎 The only thing I could note is that my single bed was very small. I had to sleep curled as I’m 1.88m tall my head and feet would touch the walls. Lots of stairs as well so if you are traveling with big bags be mindful. Alot of people are not following the house rules and as there is no real walls between each cabin it makes it very hard to sleep - people are blasting the TV, not turning off their alarms, watching movies without a headset. One- Hostel closed at 11:00pm and you can not stay out late night. Two- There was bed bugs and all night they play with you. Three- In the cabin you can enjoy other snoring and farting. For- you cannot talk on phone within the cabin because the cabin roof is open and other people will disturb. If you are thinking abouting to this place, note that the ceiling of the cabins is open. That means that you can hear people snoring throughout the night and there s a lot of noise once people start to wake up starting 6am. The doors of the cabins make a lot of noise when you close them, even if you try to be cautious. This was a big dissapointment. I think the description should point out this clearly. Sometimes there were other guests that wouldplain at night making more noise then they wereplaining about. At first I didn’t like the stairs, but by the end of the week I was running up them like Rocky. Awful audibility. You are not allowed to talk in your so-called room. The bed is exremely ufortable. They sell tea bags but don t have any mugs to drink it. You have to pay 10 dollars for luggage left to pick up it later within the same date. I thnk the hostel is overpriced a little bit less than 90 dollars for a night with all taxes, take into consideration that the price on the site is without taxes. The living space original cabin was incredibly small which made it quite a task to move around with luggage within the room. If you travel with a backpack it s fine, but with a large suitcase it was a struggle. Rooms are tiny and you can hear everything from the other cabins. They don’t help at all with the bags even if there are 3 staircases to the front desk The nature of the sleeping cabin area was not clear to me at the time of booking. There are no rooms, but rather the sleeping cabins are in a large shared space, separated by thin screens. These walls do not reach all the way up to the ceiling, limiting privacy and making the space feel very open like public toilets, or changing rooms. I was not expecting this and it was not clear from the hotel info, and have to say I was disappointed. Also, although the window in our twin cabin had blinds, there was another window directly above the cabin window which did not have blinds. As such there was no way to block out the light within the morning. We were also unlucky with inconsiderate other guests, and were awake from 6am due to other people waking up, speaking loudly despite requests to stop, and very noisily rustling plastic bags, zipping suitcases, moving things etc. On a positive side the cabins have lockable doors, and earplugs are provided in anticipation of noise. Also, I suspect the cabins closer to the bathroom toilet would have been very noisy throughout the night, I am glad our cabin was located a bit further away. Although the bathrooms are clean and well equipped, they should have more gender mixed toilettes on each floor. I was assigned a living space on the floor where the men bathrooms is and was notfortable going in them or going downstairs within the middle of the night. You can t tell from the photos but the rooms are not actually rooms - they are cabins that have been placed in rows in a larger hall and all have open grate roofs. With wooden floors, high ceilings, loud doors and no sound proofing you hear absolutely everything - it ispletely impossible to sleep of anyone is moving around, even with earplugs - if you do get to sleep you will be woken as soon as anyone uses

Featuring a rooftop garden with Italian furniture, this trendy SoHo hostel with shared bathrooms is a Two-minute walk from the Bowery subway station. Free Wi-Fi and a individual living living space are also provided.
