👍 Beds werefortable and living space was very clean. Centrally located and rather quiet for NYC. Staff was attentive. We had a minor issue which was cleared up with expediency. Staff were all cordial and eager to please. Rooms are clean, there is water and juice to drink, an espresso machine- just lovely. I liked the hotel Vibe, the restaurant was nice although it would be nice to have more options The location is hood, the hotel features amodern vibe, the living space is small but well planned, the service is fine I loved the room, front work area was polite and helpful.. Property was clean, housekeepers were great and looked after you I am a regular of this hotel. I like the location the atmosphere the living space size It’s present days bright and lively the location is perfect, a short walk to the main shopping area and to many restaurants and cofee shops and to times square of course. the decor was beautiful. great restaurant with outside seating in good weather. Comfortable, well decorated open-air seating areas. Nice room. The free of cost minibar and the Nespresso coffee maker within the room. The helpful employees and flexible problem solving we changed our living space because of noise from service stop or elevator. Location was good for my specific needs Hotel is beautiful! Cool vibe! We had a good stay at the hotel. The employees were very nice, and the location is terrific. The living space was a good size and the shower was nice. Location was great, employees were friendly, and the living space wasfortable. Great hotel, decor within the lobby is gorgeous as is the restaurant. The DJ within the lobby on the weekends during the day was fantastic. Gave off such a great vibe. Definitely more of a girls weekend or romantic weekend verses a family place. Clean but very small rooms. Comfy bed. It was in Chelsea, which is a neighborhood which was familiar to home in Chicago. I feltfortable and safe. Restaurant was great, service was above average. Rooms were pleasant, clean, and did not make us feel cluster phobic which a normal occurrence in Manhattan Hotels. Great coffee, excellent location, very clean. Had an ok outlook. Lots of construction around. I liked that the aircon worked really well within the height of summer. My friend became very ill and employees was very amodating helping us with what we needed. To enjoy NYC this is the great location. Room extremelyfortable. Loved my view from the living space and the continue style well decorated room. Simplistic Location, decor, restaurant It was quiet Rooms were well designed and a good size for NYC. Plenty of elevators and minimal wait. Good location for downtown sights especially. I stayed 1 night and i really liked it. The elevator is beautiful. The living space is spacious. The shower itself is sheer almost, I really like that design. The hotel was very clean, and the bathroom though tiny had nice amenities which smelled great. The floor to ceiling windows were great for added light, making the living space feel bigger. Our king living space also offered a really helpful open storage unit that made excellent use of limited space. The central location of the property is fantastic and provided easy subway access to everything. The employees at the front work area was helpful, professional and courteous, and the small reception area wasfortable and nicely decorated. The decor was fun and present days and restaur

👎The $35 hidden fee upon check in.thing was mentioned about this beforehand. The first living space I got was noisy, I could hear everything going on in other rooms and also from the street. When Iplained thay immediately transferred me but within the procedure I lost a portable phone battery, and no one seems to have seen it or thought about conpensating me. Plus as it stands now i was charged twice for the room, wrote to hem through booking and also direct and didn t get a reply. The living space was made very late. Everyday we had to call reception toplete cofee, tea sugar, water etc. The restaurant does not have enough variety fo vegetarians. Restuarant and bar weren t that great. Bartender looked bothered when I asked for a cocktail menu. Then the food waspiled mostly of seafood. And anyone off the street can enter the restaurant and bar, which is fine if its not roudy people, like i saw. Room service didn’t have a great variety to choose from For such a long stay it would have been nice to receive aplimentary bottle of wine The WiFi is a mess: unreliable slow and at times simply non existent. If you need it for work, forget about it. Unacceptable in Manhattan. The price quality ratio is bing unrelated to the services offered. They charge you $40 for what is within the refrigerator whether or not you use anything. There was nothing worth having all sugary soda and had to pay for it anyway! This was my first time staying at your hotel, I travel for business and the location is right by my office. There was construction right across from my living space which kept me up all night during my stay. I was extremely dissapointed your employees didn t at least warn me during my check in or offer anything for the trouble it would cause. There was also no water within the living space the first night I stayed so I had to look elsewhere. I did notice it appeared in my living space the second night. Even though we arrived at 2:30 hoping to check in a little early, we were not allowed to check in until 3:30. A half hour after the official check in time. This caused us timing issues with getting showered before our meeting. We did expect a living space to be ready for us at the check in time. The morning meal was poor, very narrow selection of food, no vegetables at all. The living space was not clean, the showertube was fusty. Be careful of what they charge! Somehow I was charged an extra $100 for what I’m not sure, I will be calling to find out, as it showed up on my credit card charges. The restaurant at the property, the Wilson offered a very nice buffet brunch.. enjoyed it for 3 days had a Dominican waitress that was amazing but then the last day the male waiter picked up a fight with my mother and senior father because brunch ended at 10:45 am and it was 10:30am and we claimed we had enough time to get what we wanted plus we where paying $35 a person very rude no one came to apologize for the waiter extremely disturbing in a hotel like this It took more than 1 hour to arrive and I was late because of this : for a granola and bakery!! I have asked for redumption when checking out and the reception told me it was a differentpany .. this should be transparent to me : i should pay only for the right value whatever your set up i am stiill waiting to be refund thank you for your action Although we generally had a good stay, towards the end of our stay we noticed that the shower had small flies that wereing out of the drain. When we told this

👍 The location was great and liked that my living space had a safe that I could use for free. Size of the living space was great. Location was great as always. Staff was friendly and the shower water was hot. I also like that they stored my bags while I went out for the day, free of cost of charge. The morning meal was amazing, with fresh options, beautiful presentation, served by a very nice waitress. The front employees is second to none, they were very knowledgeable, yet friendly and knew exactly what to advice. Their options of restaurants, spas, directions, phone cards and etc were precious and it made all the difference. The living space wasfortable, clean and offered water, coffee and internet. The location is daunting at first but it is within the heart of the city, close to the Cathedral, the turtle lake, the beer street, restaurants, spas and etc. All walking distance! Location is good Excellent location within the heart of Chelsea district in Manhattan with convenient access to many attractions, shops, restraunts. Excellent location. Professional, friendly, personable staff. They were always available for questions, concerns and excellent rmendations on local restaurants. A special thanks to Cosimo and Reilly. Comfy bed, nice bathroom and friendly staff Location was great. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Bed was very low, butfortable. Room was smaller than we had expected and a bit hard for two people to sharefortably. Had we been there for more than one night it would probably have been too small. Still, given the price, the size of the living space was a reasonablepromise. When wee to NYC again for an overnight we would certainly consider staying there again. Kind staff, good location steps from a subway, clean, quiet, and a great value. Slightly smaller than a pod hotel nearby, but more than enough space for a two day short trip business traveler. Beautiful lobby, helpful staff, amazing location! The living space we had was definitely tiny, but hey, it s New York! It was stillfortable and had everything we needed. Close to good restaurants and Chelsea market. Quiet and upscale boutique feel. The employees was very friendly and helpful - hotel was clean, present days and a great value for the location! Lobby bar and rooftop patio with scenery of the Empire State Building were a nice bonus. The living space was small but perfectly clean and well appointed. We ll definitely stay again! Good location if you want to stay around Chelsea. Good service at the desk. We arrive early and they let us space to save our luggage. The blower within the bathroom was really good, not a cheap one. They have a fitness center within the basement and it’s fully equipped. The employees are very nice and helpful. I also love Chelsea this area after regentrification. Staff were friendly and efficient, location was very easy to reach, just above the metro Location was the only perk. Great location, 20 min walk from Times Square. Subway close by, Chelsea is a gorgeous area. Staff were kind and told us where to eat. Rooms kept clean daily. The employees was excellent! I would love to stay here next visit. The employees member who checked us out was the only pleasant part of the 2 day stay. He was nice and helpful. That was it. everything, location is the best, the stuff was very very friendly, the living space was very cosy andfortable, small but extremely clean, it wasn’t my first time in NYC so I was real

👎 The bed pushed against the wall with the curtains right on that side of the bed. The curtains were a bit dirty so I slept on the other side of the bed to ensure I would note close to the curtains. Also, I think there were some guests that may have been smoking pot as I could smell it in my living space and right outside my hallway. The next day the pot smell was within the hallway by the elevator. For starters, the TV didn’t work. I was told the tech was gone for the night. The employees was friendly and asked if I wanted a living space change, it’s was already close to midnight and I didn’t want to change rooms that late, so I declined. I did find long dirt blond hair within the washcloth, which was surprising as I’ve stayed there many times within the past and never experienced that, oh and I’m bald. It also appeared that building may be under new management because at 8am or maybe earlier you can hear the conversations within the hallway. I looked out the peep hole and saw a manger giving a tour to a guy taking pics. Way to early for me to have been up. The rooms could have a facelift, however, the employees and the service made all the difference. I would def stay there again and would rmend. The living space was really tiny, dark and noisy. water or fridge within the room. The internet code changes daily and almost never worked and when it did the speed was non existent. I checked out 1 day eRly because there was no internet and they would not refund me. Double living space was quite small even for one person, let alone a couple n a Awful fitness living space and the bedroom was a lot smaller than it looked on the photos. Even though I had my Dot Disturb sign on the door, the cleaners were shouting to each down the corridor. Otherwise all good Size of the living space made it seemed cluttered even with the small amount of stuff that we brought. Might be a bit cramped for an extended stay. Everything was great, just one weird issue! The cold water in our sink would remain very warm for about Two-3 minutes after turning it on, until it finally ran cold. A little annoying when trying to get a drink, but not the end of the world! Small rooms but well done, boutique feel. Lovely employees with upscale lobby and bar area. Happy hour was nice for half price wine and coffee.thing bad at all. Checkout its at 11am. We had a person knocking out our door at 11:10am. We Were supposed to have late check out, but that didn’t happened. The lobby it’s well designed but the furniture it’s not on the best condition. I find the price kind of high for what you are paying. The living space was clean and really really small. I know, it’s the city, but I’ve been on even smaller bedrooms and 10fortable. The employee-lady- knocking at our door for the checkout was really awful with us. The living space is a little bit small, btw, soundproof is also not good. I stay at New Year, so the price is sky high! The living space was tooooo small, we cannot even fit our luggages on the floor. Very noisy living space too because of the windows Room was so small we couldn’t even open our suitcase. Website ispletely misleading.thing about The Gem is upscale. Bed was horrible. Room was run down and unclean.ise from other guests kept us awake ALL night.t worth the $. There’s no restaurant within the hotel however there’s lots in walking distance which was great, rooms are very small but for the amount of time you’re there it doesn’t matter. I lik

👍 I usually stay at the Paul in nyc - it’s well priced, good location, super easy and fast check-in and has beautiful rooms overlooking the Empire State Building. The location is amazing, the living space was so clean, our view was of the empire state building which was out of this world to wake up to each day. If you go within the summer, the is a rooftop bar with incredible scenery too, it was -11c when we went so we missed it but we could still go up and look at the view. The area is super good for sightseeing and strolling around. The bathroom was clean! To the nice guy who helped us with our luggage: You were awesome and throughout super helpful ! :- Good morning meal for the cash paid. Very few other guests ate morning meal so nice to be lonely and eat. There is nothing to not like about this hotel. I had a very warm reception on arrival, I was given aplimentary bottle of wine for my birthday. My living space wasfortable and with scenery of the empire state building. The hotel is super clean as well. They also provide luggage storage service if you have some time to kill after check out. The location is great and made my short trip so stress free. I will choose this hotel over and over. Brilliant location in mid town, close to Empire State and Penn Station and also an easy walk to Chelsea and the East village. Rooms were veryfortable and a very good size, with a coffee maker which was great. The hotel employees also sent me up a bottle of wine on my birthday which was a lovely touch! Our living space also had a view of the Empire State Building! Good location, and clean and tidy.thing fantastic but very reasonably priced Location. The way the living space was set out bunk room. Mattress on the bed was just right. Range of soaps was good. The location of the tv. The bed was super king and memory foam mattress veryfortable, friendly employees and good priced buffet breakfast. If you just want a clean living space in a good location it’s great. Location The location was good. That is all. Great value considering the location. The living space was tidy, clean and present days with afortable bed and a decent shower within the bathroom. The location is very good - midtown and very easy to get around. The living space had a view of the Empire State building which was excellent. hotel rooms are small but beds arefortable and quiet, we were amodated at 19 Floor, I rmend the hotel for the very central location and the price. We did not hear any noise outside or inside hotel as read on previousments . Hotel employees kind and amodated our requests. we were 3 of us in double queen room. If you are looking for hotel with central location and do not expect a big living space i rmend this hotel. The hotel is in a great spot for activities close to Madison Square Garden. It’s close enough to shopping within the area and for walking to Soho, and Penn Station ... which was helpful for catching express trains to Brooklyn. The location was great and there was free of cost cable and foxtel TV The property was in a great location, located right near everything you could want as a tourist. The staffs are very attentive and friendly, esp Danje. The beds in twin bed living space are spacious. Walking distance to almost everywhere, near to mrt station Great location, living space with scenery and friendly staff Location Nice hotel in a great location close to Empire State Building, 5th Avenue with great tr

👎 But this time I was placed in a living space facing the opposite direction. Much smaller, worse bathrooms and right by the ice machine which started crunching ice each half an hour starting at 2 AM. Zero view. Very little to dislike but the shower could be temperamental, it was cooler within the evening than the morning and would turn itself off, but it would only last a few seconds thene back on, so its only a small niggle The living space was not locked when we came back to our living space within the evening, but it was cleaned, so the cleaner probably did not lock the door. We changed our living space from King to Queen bedroom and did not receive a refund even though the Queen bedroom is cheaper and smaller than the King bedroom. The employees lied at us telling us that we will receive the refund but the next day after we moved apparently nobody remembered. They then said they will just extra charge when switching from Queen to King bedroom but wont refund the other way around as it is a downgrade. One reception girl was rediciously rude and unqualified. The morning meal is a joke. Does not even deserve the name breakfast. Plastic cups being served and a living space full of trash and junk within the corner. variety or fresh cheese and sausage. Price $18 if I remember correctly. This hotel needs a real manager. The location is awesome but the amateur-staff screwed itpletely. I would definitely not rmend this place at all. Super sad because there is potential. Maybe when there is major changes being made but as there is a million amazing places to stay in New York, I would rmend to stay somewhere else straight away and avoid being displeased! The windows were not clean and sometimes a bit cold within the room. thing, it was excellent! t a very warm wee but maybe just caught front seat at a bad time. thing. All good. Shame roof high bar was not open due to being out of season. The heating was not great and no heating within the bathrooms. The bar downstairs is one to be missed Check in is strictly 4pm with no flexibility Room was small and noisy Heater was noisy Shower had no pressure Staff were robotic in their responses This hotel is filthy Our first living space had dirty sheets so we moved immediately. Our second living space s floor wasn t clean, there was a disgusting stain on the lampshade and some form of oil lube covered the hairdryer. The Paul charged us up front on check-in so we couldn t afford to move. place to hang up anything. A hook on the back of the bathroom door would be very convenient. The hanging space within the closet is virtually useless if you’re trying to hang up a suit bag or anything else long. The rooms are small. This isn t unusual in NYC but I ve certainly had bigger rooms than this for the same price. It was hard to get around the bed if I m honest. The employees were pleasant but it felt a little like customer service by numbers at times.thing overly bad, however. nothing It’s a little noisy within the area ... but if you’re tired - you’ll sleep! There was no hot water when we arrived late from our flight 1am. We had to call down to ask them to turn the hot water on so that we could shower The employees were unhelpful and rude and lost an item in which they had previously said they placed within the lobby for my collection. There were additional charges made before the stay and added that were not previously mentioned when booking the amodation. One

Bryant Park Hotel

40 West 40th Street, New York, NY 10018, USA

👍 The employees were very helpful, especially when I needed to arrange a hospital ER visit. Many thanks. Rooms were spacious and very clean by NYC standards. Excellent location just within the middle of the Island. Great Sushi Restaurant inhouse. We never tried the morning meal but Im sure thats good as well. What i liked the most, was thefortable size of the living space an - having a living space towards the backyards that living space was very quiet! The proximity to all the main attractions in NYC, it’s close to everything-shows, great shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, the subway everything you’d ever want in a hotel. Plus they have this great Sushi restaurant as well! The employees made my short trip excellent. I had to travel in for work on a Sunday and was exhausted when u check in - the Porter at the door helped me as I came in and greeted me with a great smile. The manager checked me in and upgraded me - I always stayed here within the past and they have renovated from - I will continue to stay here. We ate at the Bryant Park Grill after Palm Sunday Mass at St. Patrick s Cathedral. Wonderful atmosphere, good food, and ample portions for a modest price. IS CONVENIENT. FRONT DESK STAFF IS GRACIOUS AND HELPFUL. Staff always hosting and rooms impressively clean. View of Bryant Park in spring gorgeous. Fabulous location. Terrific employees who are friendly and knowledgeable with a can-do attitude. Nicemon spaces, fortable and large by NYC standards rooms. The living space was large, and very clean. stripped wood floors, with a well appointed bathroom. Thisbination is all too rare in NYC, and whenbined with excellent service and a great location means I will be back. Having stayed at the hotel three times for Three-4 nights in less than 30 days I expected to get a better rate the additional days I stayed within the hotel suite after spending over 3 thousand dollars during the time I stayed there... also felt very rushed by front work area who kept calling my living space to see if I was checking out. Staff was exceptional-friendly, informative, and fun! They upgraded us to a suite and it was sweet-overlooking Bryant Park! They provided spot on rmendations. We loved the downstairs bar - Celon, which was a jewel. The employees was world class, I have stayed all over the USA and many other countries and this employees was easily 4 stars. The hotel is very nice: living space is clean, well designed and decorated. The staffs are super helpful: had some issue with my living space key, Matthew made sure that it was solved. Convenient location: a few minutes walk from Time Square, coffee shop downstairs plus a park. There is a tub! Overall very good value for money. We spent christmas night at the hotel and it was superfy. The view of Bryant Park from our living space was magical and the tub within the living space was very nice. We were also surpised by champagne and a very sweet note from we were celebrating our anniversary. The hotel is nice, but the rooms are minimal and in need of a round of modernization. Expected more from a property of this caliber. The service employees was very weing, thanking them for helping me, but the living space was very general, the hotel location was very convenient, and the living space was clean. there is major overnight construction in this hotel. i can’t sleep, it is extremely noisy. It seems unpleasant and impolite to the guests of the hotel. it is rare case that construction is allowed at

👎plaints. The only thing that bother me, it’s the lack of coffee machine at the room. They have free of cost coffee and muffins at the lobby between Six-8 am, but if you’re not an early bird and on vacation that’s really less convenient. t a thing The night club was packed, but rather then looking like a New York Club it resembled a prom night with teenagers wearing tacky, extremely short skirts that reminded my wife and I of how Times Square was once populated. It was easy to just pass the pack by, but for a classy place otherwise it did not match. rooms and furniture are beat up. Room was cold as the heat pumps were off after a couple of warm days. Housekeeping might spend 5 minutes within the living space and it shows. Windows take two people to open. Room was very hot despite lowest settings . Valet was unusually slow this time due to a special event but employees were very nice In the elevators the lighting is dim. Do not like to be rushed out of the living space during check out time. Table and chairs within the suite were not suitable for the space - looked like office furniture. First a throw pillow on the bed had a disgusting stain that appeared to be dried body fluid. The mattress was horrible and ufortable. The only think I could think of the shades: they do not block lightspletely, if you are sensitive to lights when sleeping, bring a mask. living space service after 11, you can t even get a drink. there is major overnight construction in this hotel. i can’t sleep, it is extremely noisy. It seems unpleasant and impolite to the guests of the hotel. it is rare case that construction is allowed at night. You can book any other good hotel next to if you want to sleep well. We booked a suite over Christmas. We had a good view of the park but the suite was quite basic in it s furnishings and amenities. While there was a minibar there wasn t any tea making facilities. There was also no drawers to unpack to. There wasn’t anything that we did not like ... The decor is hideous, and the lighting within the elevators is ridiculous. The hotel is located in a beautiful, historic building, but the interior design is not in keeping with the style of the structure and seems to have been chosen to be intentionally ugly. The dark, red-lighted elevators are strange and silly - and frustrating. I ran the water for a bath and it was a yellowish brown color. I didn’t end up taking a bath... ☹️ Loved the location .. loved the resturant being close. elevatorfort .. clean rooms I enjoy walking to almost all our locations Would stay again hot water at all times and the noise from the park was absolutely horrendous! Also the last day we wanted to shower but there was no hot water available! We washed with freezing water which is not a good way to leave the hotel. An electric teakettle would have been nice touch. The rooms are very loud, when I arrived they told me they upgraded me to a junior suite! I only through my luggage in and run to the next meeting ! When I came in before dinner I saw that the noise was from the aircondition in front of the window ! They moved me than to the 18th floor but it was still loud ! They have in each living space noise devices for sleeping within the bathrooms ! So they know the problem ! Also because of the big old windows it’s very cold and I asked for an additional heating device. They offered me by checking out 100.-

👍 Staff was very nice. Great location in China town. Food alittle expensivepare to the rest of China city restaurant, but has great ramen! Location, decor and cleanliness. Comfortable bed but going without hot water was unacceptable. it was lukewarm entire time and we attempted to find hot water at various times of day but it was always the same. The shower leaks all over the bathroom floor. Needs a full shower door not the parcial that is there. Friendly staff. Nice view. Good location. Parking available but pricey. If you’d like a location within the heart of China city next to Little Italy then this is the place for you. Comfortable, convenient, and safe. The employees was always friendly and helpful. There was also a local award wining Ramen noodle restaurant as well as a sports bar at the property. I liked the location. It is within the Chinatown and near the little Italy. The living space is quite spacious. The staffs are kind. Only stayed one night before going over to Brooklyn but it was decent. Good location for Manhattan and Brooklyn bridges but other than that quite a trek to walk other places but that was fine for us. Housekeeping was very responsive The location of the hotel was just great for all of the leisure activities we came to do. Being centrally located to quick access to most of the five boroughs of New York was fantastic as well as Chinatown was fantastic as well. Cleanliness of the living space and nice open-air restaurant The view from the Executive Suites on the 16th was awe-inspiring and exactly as expected. You have a superb view towards north-east and have the Empire State Building and the Chrysler building in view. There is one living space on this floor that features aview towards the Financial District and the World Trade Center. The bed is superfy and you just can t enough of the skyline. The living space is spacious for NYC and has nice amenities like a hairdryer, a safe, a good TV and a minibar. Housekeeping does an excellent job the living space was always meticulously cleaned so I left a very good tip. The concierge at the reception was super friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar of the hotel is neat but you want decent weather up there and no blizzard conditions. Metro access is very good; Canal Street 4,5,6,R,N,Q,J,Z, Spring Street 4,5,6 and Bowery J,Z are all within 5 minutes walking distance. 9 11 memorial or the Brooklyn Bridge are 15 min walking distance. You also have probably the best bagel shop Black Seed 5 min away on Elizabeth Street. The hotel is in lively Chinatown so expect it to be a bit noisy at times. You are rewarded with fantastic foods options that don t kill your budget. Amazing location! Minutes from excellent food in little Italy, swanky shops in Soho, and the famous canal st market. Bed was ok. Breakfast was ok. Staff were fine. This hotel is perfectly adequate for the business travel. While being within the heart of Chinatown, the rooms are surprisingly quiet. Overall, the hotel, rooms, and bathrooms are on the smaller side, but sufficient for one person for a few night stay--longer than that and it would feel too cramped. Fantastic view of midtown. Nice view and friendly staff. Much easier to check in than previous. Overall it was good. Very good value for money, much cheaper then most hotels in New York. Room was cleaned and towels were changed each day. Very close to a few different Subway stations but if you are up

👎 Shower was odd, both side of shower couldn’t be cover, so was easy to leak water on floor. hot water the entire stay. Also asked for an adjustment I m bill given that the advertised rate on their website during the time we were there was $125 and we were paying $200. Have not heard back from the property manager. place to hang wet towels! Didn t like large frosted glass window and door in bathroom. Heat difficult to adjust. Duvet on bed too hot - needed separate sheet! The hotel is on the busy street but the living space is quiet. Honestly, I did not like the memo that the housekeeper left on the desk... She was okay but the the memo was not. Views outside our living space was a building site.t great at all. Bathroom danger. Floors slippery with Open shower: created total flood. way to adjust to prevent water all over floor; Used our towels to mop up- housekeeping employees very kind resupply with fresh towels. Wasn’t the first time, they knew. Only one elevator for 18 floors? We were on the 12th. Only one lift is working, each day they say they reing to fix. On our floor the down button does not work. We requested the change of living space to another floor and did not meet our request, 4 days up and down elevator Our only issue with the hotel really, was the fact that they only have down feather pillows and the alternates. We asked for foam pillows each single day and were told that we would receive them and we never did Just one employees at the lobby and poorly coordinated valet service even when there is a mess around the hotel Breakfast is overpriced for what you get and there are better options within the neighborhood so I rmend to skip it. Fitness living space is alright but better run within the open like in Battery Park or some other place along the Hudson. The water was not as hot as i am accustomed to, and the showers are a bad design. Minor really for the price in NYC for a clean, modern, centrally located room. Bedroom was cold. Traffic noise intruded somewhat. Only a small area within the lobby to relax. I thought the price of food and non alcoholic drinks too expensive. The hotel is in Chinatown and this meant the area was very busy and bustling. The desk is flush against the head of the bed, which no matter how small a living space is, is notfortable. Price a bit high for the facilities e. g. morning meal not included.rmal day would be much better cuz we stayed during end of the year. Found hair near desk. Heater didn t work well no matter what temperature I set. We were on the third flood and it was relatively loud, we would definitely book a living space on a upper floor next time. Very small room, very little storage, standards of cleanliness could be improved, paid extra for b&b however on arrival we were informed this is a $15 allowance per person. The cheapest option on a very limited menu was $14 not including drinks and the morning meal was awful. All in all an over priced hotel. would not stay here again and sadly would not rmend. I stay within the hotel for 6 days. The internet was very poor within the last two days of my stay. I was very poor that I couldn’t even watch any YouTube video. we were told we would be upgraded to a king size bed when we checked in with our dog but our living space had 2 twins. the living space was stuffy and the beds too small left first thing within the morning Several reviews mention the frosted glass on the shower-it is definit

👍 Location, friendly staff, resort fee value, facilities, bed was veryfortable, housekeeping was very kind and helpful. Location was not too far from the crowded areas and still not too close. Ideal location for a peaceful stay. All other facilities were average and pretty neat and clean. The view to the city was amazing! I was able to see the Empire State Building! Lots of nice little touches. One night I woke sick, and the front work area directed me to the 24 hr pharmacy only next door. Came back, had some chamomile tea with my medicine and went to sleep. After meetings next day, I came back to the living space and there were extra chamomile tea bags waiting for me. Nice and thoughtful. Pillows We were on the 38th floor and had the most beautiful view of the Empire State Building. They also cleaned our living space everyday, even when we left after lunch time. It’s was also my wedding day while we were staying there and MOST of the employees were lovely and gave us a lot of congratulations. Location was great and the front work area guy, Gus, was just the highlight of my stay He went above and beyond Overall it was a pleasant stay and met all my expectations. Room was very clean andfortable. Front desk employees when checking out was superb! She went above and beyond my expectations. We only had drinks. Waitress wasn’t friendly and didn’t get our drinks in a timely manner. Very kind staff. Beds were superfortable. Courtesy late check out. THE VIEW IS AMAZING!!!!!! We could see the Chrysler Building from our living space and it was spectacular. The bed was huge andfy and a really amazing living space to stay in. Beautiful clean and pleasant hotel. Sandra the concierge was absolutely the best. Great directions. Sent balloons and cake to our living space for granddaughters birthday. We stayed on 36th floor. Room was quiet except for emergency vehicles but could not ask for a better experience. Thank you Room veryfortable and liked decor. Convenient location, huge roomspared to other hotels In the city, I arrived early and was thrilled to be able to check in early. Located on 42nd Street this is a fantastic location to explore New York and all of the tourist attractions. Used the fitness center facilities and new bar area to relax in after a days shopping Excellent location, very clean andfortable. Staff at front work area very nice and helpful. Great base from which to see Manhattan. Lots of restaurants nearby. Checking out and leaving for another hotel Good location. The hotel is nice, hotel employees is nice, clean. Lovely room. Comfortable bed location is great and the large rooms are nice. Room wasfortable. Good location. The living space was clean. I enjoyed thefort of the location close to Grand Central Station. The hotel was very nice and the employees were all very helpful, friendly, and respectful. I look forward to staying at this hotel again if and when I revisit New York! Achieving expected standards. Location was great - pretty close to a subway station Overall our stay wasfortable. Location was good, walking distance to a lot of my favourite sites. What I liked best was the price, I literally paid half of what each other hotel wanted for that weekend. For the amount of time you spend in a hotel in NYC I thought it was excellent! Comfortable bed We loved everything else. The roo

👎t much. The bath tub was patched, otherwise facilities were in good shape. Very stubborn about the check out time even though I checked in around midnight. It would’ve been nice to have a shuttle bus pick us up from the airport. Feels like they skimp on accoutrements. shoe horn in living space for example. A few more higher end touches would have been nice. We we re forced to pay for food and dry cleaning service that we didn t want, at the tune of 55$. I asked if I could decline this and was told no.t only that, but by making the reservation on line, I could not cancel or make changes to the reservation. They essentially trpped us, and stole fifty five dollars. Can you imagine going to a restaurant and being told that you must pay for an expensive dessert, whether you want it or not- just because you sat down to eat? And also, if you wanted to leave before ordering you would still be charged!! How is this practice legal!! OUTRAGEOUS. We will never go to a Westin again even though it was a nice room. Disgusting. They make things soplicated, you get a certain fee everyday to eat in their hotel but even if you don’t eat there you still pay. You also have to pay for dry cleaning everyday. We didn’t mind this at all but they need to make it more clear, we heard several people asking about it because they were just as confused as us. The bathroom within the living space can use a remodeling, tub looked dirty The food within the hotel needs to be improved and the elevators are always loaded with travelers. Bartender within the hotel restaurant didn t know how to make basic cocktails without looking them up. The elevators were broken so it took forever to get out of the building. The parking is expensive for the amount you pay for your living space and fees. Dumpsters were emptied at 1:30am. Elevators were painfully slow at times. Needed to take the stairs. Window cleaning at the time so we couldn t have the shades open but no big deal! Overall the facility is ok, but clearly starting to show signs of age. There was a fire scare while we were there that was kept under wraps. Pretty scarey to stay in a hotel that had a fire that was never reported, yet we could tell there was one when we went into the stairwell to ascend floors, then were quickly escorted out of the stairwell due to the electrical Smokey smell. Slow elevators but this was temporary due to a small issue with one of the ovens on 4th floor. Absolutely no food anywhere after 11. living space service. Shop is closed. nothing in bar. Poor service within the bar. Check on wait was a tad bit long. There was a 55 dollar charge when I checked in that I have no idea the reason for. I had prepaid for the room. The front work area was rude. We asked to have a nice living space with a view, they gave us a horrible view of the tunnel. We asked for early check in and instead had an incredibly late check in. Just awful all around. There is a $25 per day goal fee. Be sure to use it as credit within the restaurant living space service or else you loose it if not used on the day. Extremely Rude man at Receptionpletely put me off from staying there so I cancelled my stay after 1 night and switched hotels! Service less than prompt. Besides, they kept charging my card for no rhyme or reason! This is my second stay and they keep doing this until I have to call them. Rude restaurant bar hostess not the bar

👍 Is was very different then a lot of other hotels. Very personable . The employees made u feel like you know them forever and you were great friends . I would def go back great vibe Greeted by Alex at the entrance, superb wee experience!!!! Atmosphere I loved it. Food at the cafe I loved it. Room size great wish the bathroom was bigger and had a tub. Veryfortable bed and sheets. Decoration and books inside the living space very nice; with live plants for O2 👍👍. Kitchen great size. Fridge hidden with enhancement 👍👍. Trash with division for recycling 👍👍. Dishwasher soap etc. Just missing paper towel. Walk in closet with plenty of space for a brief stay 👍👍👍. Many events and projects going on within the hotel very apropo. Libation idea fascinating. Kudos to creativity, design and presentation!!!! 🙏🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 Excellent and helpful staff, clean living space with kitchen and all amenities Beautiful room, very spacious. The employees and guests were very friendly. The living space was huge and spotless It’s great having a kitchen to make coffee and snacks! The location is amazing right next to Fulton street stop also you can walk pretty much anywhere such as soho TriBeCa! The employees are lovely very hosting Great value for cash I would stay here again! Exceeded my expectations! : I loved the friendliness of everyone within the hotel, from employees to patrons it truly felt like amunity. The food was delicious and I wish the plant cafe were open to the public because i would return just to eat there. The hotel gives new visitors with a drink voucher at their elixir bar.rmal price for their drinks is $12 and you can get your first free! The drinks are all tailored to different moods and hours throughout the day I provided a picture. The rooms are very spacious and furnished with a kitchenette, meditation pillow, coffee press coffee not provided, tea kettle tea provided at plant cafe not in room, and Brita water jug. If you are staying during the week this place is great as it has many activities events scheduled programming. that the subway is very close by so you can choose to venture off. Super location! You have Fulton Station next to the place. Hotel is veryfy with great kitchen and bar on 2nd and 3rd floors. Definitely worth spending few days and traveling around whole Manhattan, Brooklyn and other areas. I loved the gong within the lobby. Also I had a few customers swing by to meet with me and the front work area was super aodating to assist me facilitate that. Close to subway, living space felt spacious and all was very present days and new. Bed super big andfy. Staff was friendly and it was nice to have that extra shared space on second and third floor. Amazing place to stay for work - full co-working space on one floor, and the best food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Highly rmend staying here. Rooms are more like apartments, and are fully equipped. The living space Premium King Studio was great, really big and very nicely decorated. Great bathroom too. The employees was friendly and there is a nice relax atmosphere within the hotel. Excellent location side-by-side with Fulton Station with access to multiple major subway lines to all boroughs, amazing decor andfortable living space and bed. Staff nice and helpful. All the employees were charming, v friendly, helpful and polite. The room, a deluxe king, had a separate large bedroom, a living room, good work desk, and well furnished kitchenette, and a

👎 4 observations: first biking through booking. showed the living space had a bathtub. The guy at the desk confirmed no living space had one 🙁. Second the noise of the construction next door understand you can’t control that. Made it difficult to rest, plicating also the drop and off pick up. Wish your bathrooms were bigger. Third, no water bottles? 🤔 Also, no list of numbers to call desk, living space service, etc? Can’t memorize nor have to all the extensions to call. -Bonus boo boo: turning off the bed rest back Light was a challenge 😬😬😬 and no paper towel The living space could have the dinning table and chairs from there is kitchen within the room, the bar does not offer alcoholic drinks I didn’t realize until after we got there that the hotel focuses on relaxation, which is great. However, the smell from the grass-covered ceiling and walls within the entrance was a little too much, as well as the lobby and room. The lobby and living space were beautiful, but the smell was too strong. thing it was amazing! Although the location is close to mass transit, it is hard to find. Unfortunately on the weekends there are no events inside of the hotel and pretty much a ghost city indoors and within the surrounding area of the hotel. The description of amenities included an iPod iPhone dock but my living space did not have one. You are also provided a smartTv with no apps no Netflix lol which is odd. I totally lost track of time for check out and was hoping to get a slight extension for food so I could grab lunch within the lounge but unfortunately was told I could only be extended a short time frame. So I didn t stay for lunch in order to check out on time and then headed to Shake Shack : I was expecting the little kitchen to have a stove. But had a good microwave, big fridge. Lack of information at check-in on morning meal times, available food options and proposed activities - there seemed to be conferences, music, yoga etc but no information was given about it when I arrived. thing in particular. thing that I didn’t like! Hotel withholds deposit insurance on our credit card up to 3 weeks We paid the living space upon arrival, but the same value was reserved on our credit card This was the 4th hotel we staid in on this trip, and no other hotel did this Access keys to rooms kept resetting towels in living space after living space had been cleaned within the morning Status on changed to Show so we were at risk of a claim from . as well The hipster wanna be Hotel Very nice living space Nice mixed receptionists Weak morning meal The living space included a very nice well furnished kitchen but no condiments not even a tea bag, no coffeee either. So bring your own or buy some. Receptionists were nice but I had to go back 3 times to get into my living space after check in as they always messed up something. That was one too many and no apologies were offered. Breakfast selection is very minimal. Granola and some fruits for 20 bucks. Haven t tried the joga sessions but they were at like 9am!? - coffee tea in living space -t clear what facilities are within the building and what hotel guests have access to eg we thought some snacks were included in a daily surcharge we paid but they very much were not -where in bathroom to hang towels and bathroom generally very minimalist though large in size - scenery not great lots of brick walls and construction for your scenery though plenty of windows within the room, which was nice - not the best location
