👍 A one bedroom apartment, with excellent facilities, but this was not a hotel, and had no living space service or maid service. We had a living space on the front corner so had an excellent view. Really great place. Comfortable. Nice to have the kitchen though did not use it much. Nice to have fitness center on premises which my son used. The security men in lobby were friendly and made us feel very secure. Safe area, safe building, fortable studio apt .. Great for two as my son slept on futon, I in bed. thing The bed and futon were veryfortable. Kitchen was well equipped! Store about a block away. Great place Comfortable bed.t too far from times square. About 10 min by foot.
👎 We were provided the wrong address, so check in was terrible. After over 24hours of travel we walked around the streets at 7pm, with all of our luggage looking for the apartment with an incorrectly provided address. After an hour or searching and trying to make contact with the building manager receptionist we finally got provided with the right address which was 2 blocks away. The shower within the apartment was also broken, someone came to fix it, said they would return in a couple of days and never did.pensation or apology was offered. The bed was quite hard! Air conditioner could have been colder but it was adequate. We didn t met any one of the apartment upon arrival even when i called them they didn t answer the phone and call back. the apartment is very noisy, we cant sleep at night at all. the kitchen is not fully equipped. We paid a 95 dollar for cleaning for 6 nights and wee to know that the fees are paid only to clean the apartment before we arrive. i will nevere back or rmend it to anyone. All was fine so no issues It was very noisy place near apart.a lot of siren and hornNo living space service.

👍 The cafe downstairs is convenient but you pay for it. The location is excellent. Really cool architecture, spacious rooms with the bunk beds. Extremely nice bathroom. Staff helpful and polite. Love the location. Will book again! The hostel is at a good location, near to Chinatown and Little Italy, walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge. I even walked to Battery Park for the Statue Cruises. The living space is really more than I expected. The bed is reallyfy, the bathroom inside the living space is very clean. They make up the bed and change towels each day. There are also a TV and a fridge. The heater and hot water work well. The coffee within the lobby is really good. I met very nice and friendly roommates. Location. The hotel is near Brooklyn and Williamsburg Brides and close to the subway station. The cafeteria is not open so you don t have that kind of service. Good location. Easy to find. Close to public transit. Lots of places to eat very close to the hotel. There was a great coffee shop called Blue Bottle close by. Lots of good food options. The neighborhood is a nice mix of new and old. The individual was very friendly and the location was great. Lots of genuine restaurants within the area. The location. And the fact the bath features ashampoo and liquid body soap dispenser. The location, bathroom and bedsheets cleaning service You could see it use to be a decent hotel so the location is quite nice and everything is clean. furthermore the living space was bigger than what you would expect. Precisely as advertised. Super price in a local area near transportation. Shared a living space with nice international travelers. I love the blue moon for its hotel and professionalism. Rooms are clean and serve their purpose. Hot water worked and the bathtub was nice. Great location also. Relatively quiet. Friendly employees and pretty clean. The location is great. Near the subway and to many coffees and restaurants. The cleaning personnel was very friendly and amodating to your needs. The hotel is okay for the price. It’s very clean the location is good.w the front employees is rude rude and have no people’s skills. These is not microwave for you to use. They don’t offer coffee either. Anyways is okay for the price. Near Chinatown, Little Italy, Soho, and 9 11 Memorial. Near Metro stations, so you can go wherever you want. The place is amazing! The rooms have names of famous people. The first time I have been there I was on the last floor and had even an amazing view. Over the weekend I stayed at a friend s place but I was happy to go back right after. I met amazing roommates and was never alone. The bathroom is within the living space so you don t have to share it with anyone but your roommates. I loved it. I love this location Good location andfort mattress. It s very close to different lines of mta, and there are many good dinning options near by. Also, walking distance to Soho, Chinatown, close enough to NOLITA, and East Village if you feel like walking.Bathrooms were clean, bed sheets too. The employees was very helpful. I liked the location and the fact that the bed wasfortable. The view from the living space was nice but overal i would never book here again. Excellent stay. This is my second time here. I strongly rmend. The rooms are clean and confortable. The employees is nice and always available. And the Hotel is well located. Also subway station
👎 The shower water is a bit small but hot enough. The heater is not enough at midnight but you can ask for extra blanket. Every other things are good enough. N a I wish I had a small lamp in my bed for reading and no need to bother other roommates. Pictures on do not reflect reality. If you do not like Bunk beds there will be a prob. chairs within the room. Pricey 4bed dorm cf to other hostel options. Lower bunk bed with limited space to even to sit up. Service quality inconsistent depends on which reception you get. Hope to see the $50 refund in full amount in claimed 7 working days. There were several issues that were concerning. When we arrived, there was broken glass on the floor near what used to be a coffee shop. It took 1Five-20 minutes for a maid toe and clean it up even though two hotel workers stood right there. One even pushed it to the side with his shoe. Secondly, it took about 15 minutes for them to get us checked in. Upon getting to the room, we realized that the pictures we saw did not quite match what we expected. It was a hostel setup with 3 bunk beds for myself, my wife, and our four kids. Part of that is on me that I did not read the booking closely. It said individual ensuite for 6. So, it was individual but did not have a queen for my wife and I. The door knob to the back section fell off. The shower only had one piece of the sliding glass door. So, half the shower was exposed. We also found small liquor bottles, old gummies, and a pair of workout pants within the room. It had not been cleaned well. The beds within the mixed dormitory are bunk beds and not singles as portrayed within the pictures. The only thing I can think of is the noise that the bathroom door did anytime you open it or close it. The mattress smelled, I had to ask TWICE to remove it from it was impossible to sleep in such conditions. In a 6 bed dorm there were 4 micro-lockers. bed lamps, no plugs for high beds. Luggage living space within the basement left open and unattended, cafe at ground floor closed, no interesting shared areas, no kitchen facilities. The owner was very rude and upassionate to a other guest she lost her bagage due a mix up with the cleaning individual furthermore I had to sleep with my clothes on because the window would close it was around 0 degrees Celsius There were heating controls within the living space but they were in a locked box so we couldn t turn it up. It made me think of a watered down version of that show hotel hell with Gordon Ramsey. Bedding provided left something to be desired. You can t always control your roommates in a hostel. Child sized bunk beds that you can’t even sit up on. Flat ass lumpy pillows. Lockers to lock up valuables.munal kitchen. The cafe downstairs is empty also. Most of the reception employees were unfriendly. The coffee house, that you can see within the photos, is closed giving a really sad atmosphere. The photo of the 4 beds´ living space has nothing to do with the one I took. I would love it if they served breakfast. Anyway, we knew it from we reserved so it was ok. The cleaning service took one of our towel by mistake and even we report it on front work area 3 days before we leave, they didn t return it neither the original nor one of theirs. Very small boxes to keep your stuff. I was cold at night - it could have used more blankets. Or was the window open a crack? I woke up a few times within the shared living space

👍 This place is good just for one night. if you pay 20 or 30$ more, you can book better hotel. dont destroy your short trip and book better hotel. Staff is very nice and is very well located, just need 10 minutes on the subway to be at Penn station. Staff was good..... Location was great Good location Everything was bad! likes! Good location. Ok staff Dirty, And not Safe, Only one Very SmallToilet that I would never sit on, and a Dirty Shower Stall I would never use even with Shoes On. Great location, great for a low budget escape I did not like anything about the property. On arrival the manager had an attitude and as well as being hard to understand he was rude and only interested in taking my money. Location thing about it! It wasn t to far from the gym, good restaurants, and places to have drinks. There were some nice museums and galleries located nearby. I can t really say I liked too much. There was nothing to like to be honest. I guess the employees was pretty ok and the location was close to midtown. Well located. Location location OK WIFI Inexpensive Good location Free, reliable wireless at a good speed24 hour access service deskGreat location and value for cash Friendly staffSafe neighbourhood thing. Staff was friendly. BIGGEST DESASTER HOTEL-..??? I STAY IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.!!!! GO AWAY...!! 🤬😱🤮💩☹😫 BOOKING CAN FEEL SHAME, OFFERT THIS GARBAGE FOR HIS CUSTOMERS.!! It s a cheap place to stay at cheap price. Ideal for people who want to just keep baggage safe in own living space and explore the city full day, and at night just sleep dead for few hrs, while phone battery charges up. The location is great and the reception is friendly . Good location and staff. It is not bad cuz I checked in so late like 12am and only stay a few hours. If you are not picky, you can chose it because of the price. Internet was good, employees were nice. The people who work there are friendly and themunication via email was convenient. That is the only good thing I can say. I wish we would have left the place immediately after arrival. And should have asked for our cash back. Bugs were my biggest concern and I didn t see any. I don t know if I got lucky but I think it may be due to furniture stores below the hotel rather than restaurants, which was a relief. If you’re looking for a NY experience and just staying for one night it is doable. It was what I expected for the price. Leaving The employees were friendly and helpful. The bed wasfortable. I Loved the employees they very very friendly,it’s true that their English isn’t the best but they know how to explain everything they are always willing to listen to give indications and that stuff, The living space is for what you pay but anyway there’s another place not too far that is present days the same as cheap but not like this one old and dirty I think yeah it’s old but if was cleaner I mean the bathrooms that are the HELL would be a nice place ... well for what you pay would be fine and yes it’s true the location at least for me was amazing trendy neighborhood super close like SoHolita and TriBeCa eh... what else ... the subway stop super close around the corner slot of markets here and bars nice location I stayed there 7 nights I spent like 3 there cause normally I was partying and after that went to my fiend
👎 Room was cold. blanket was old. this place is good just for sleep and just for 1 night. I suggest you to pay a little more and book another hotel. The economy living space is nice, but without a roof in each small room, still too noise to start to sleep... I hve not liked even a single thing worst place to live very very small room,no facility no breakfast, restrooms dirty even the living space was not clean towel within the living space was rough and dirty.... employees was good but no facility within the hotel, never rmend only prefer when u hve nothing to stay.... People smoking, they are not proper rooms, you could smell the smoke, hear EVERYTHING that was going on within the rooms. The mattress was old and dirty. Truly disgusting. Unclean including blood on the first blanket we were given, the stairs smelt like urine constantly and the bathrooms were always dirty. The morning the receptionist was also incredibly loud and didn t allow anyone close by to have a good night s sleep. Someone also apparently died in one of the rooms whilst we were there which was incredibly unsettling from the employees offered no explanation to the police presence within the hotel. There is just cabin not a room. I dont use that place. 4 ×6 feed，dirty and smell like a dump you feel like you are in a grave.. So bed. The pictures dont match with the the web site. It is not hotel. It is some cancerbination of hostel and Chinese house for chicken! It is the worst place I have been in my entire life. Rooms without wall, collective sleeping, no privacy, very rood receptionist, very bad atmosphere, i couldn t wait day to leave because they donnot refund money! Chinese owners and receptionist. Do not even think to stay there! Your hokiday in NYC will be ruined. Dirty, claustrophobic and disgusting. By far the worst hotels experience I ve ever had in my life, and I ve traveled a lot in south est Asia. In my floor 1st only one bathroom out of 4 had working lights. And it was always dirty. I m very surprised that NYC council allows this hostel to scam customers with its unbearable hygienic conditions. should not support this hotel imho See above, and each Room was Smaller then a Medicine Closet and the Bed was Smaller then a Army Cot ! To be honest... the place suited my needs for the one night I stayed place to rest my head and wash within the morning 🙂 The location is poor because you are in China Town where nobody speaks English, this put me at a disadvantage straight away. There was hardly any shops there apart from the Chinese ones which I was not interested in. The Amodation was the worst I have ever slept in including Hostels. The living space was too small, and no air. You could hear your neighbors as there was no ceiling, so you got snoring etc. The bathrooms were a mess and needed a proper clean. Due to the awful amodation I was more or less forced to go out ande back late. Staying at the Grand Bowery ruined my stay in New York. Avoid at all costs, pay the extra to stay in luxury and in a place where people actually understand you. I would not give this place 1 out of 5. Some people were inconsiderate, smoking in living space or the bathroom, loud talking on their phone in room, couldn’t turn off loud fan in bathroom at night, etc Do NOT stay here! If you can avoid it at all costs I would. You can literally hear everyone like they are within the same living space with you because the ceilings are open! We got charged extra fee when we a

👍 Location, security and clean apt. doormen Location - doormen There was a mix-up when I arrived and they went out of their way to correct the situation. Very reponsive. The location was superb and the value for cash was great considering the area and the facilities. On 23rd floor apartment the skyline view and corner location with glass windows. Nice kitchen equipment .very big bathroom with both shower and bathtub. Veryfortable stay ! On 1st apartment we were assigned only valid for two whereas we were 3 people! noise from outside and orrible view facing with back courtyard. not worth the cash we did pay at all ! Location was excellent. LocationView from high floorKitchenSecond toillet Location and space
👎 Company didn’t reply on my question and ignored me There were so many problems - including huge confusion at check in delaying check in by 4 hors and then having to move location. The apartment was dirty and bed linen was soiled - no toilet paper and no response for assistance. Internet did not work regularly. Electricity was off The internet did not work for 2 weeks and each day I was promised theproblem would be fixed - finally they discovered the router was old andoutdated and had to be replaced - I moved out before I could use the newrouter. The oven smoked when you turned it on and the dishwasher turnedon but didn t clean the dishes. The linens were soiled and I had togo to purchase linens towels and a blanket. The dishes were dirty andthe place could use a deep cleaning. It is truly unfortunate because theplace is potentially nice - . There was a day when the electricity wasoffpletely and the food within the frig got spoiled. The management dip part of my stay but their daily empty promises that the problemswould be fixed cost me tremendously. One person in management apparentlydoesn t know what the other is doing. They were all nice except forone aggressive woman in reservations - who apparently was annoyed thatpromises were made by management that she could not honor. The NBC studio noise people lining up outside the window can get loud but we were warned about that in previous reviews. Only an issue when you use the pull-out couch and only noisy within the morning. Very difficult to have assistance as only available by phone calls throught operators . They did assign us a small apartament for 2 instead of 3 people and only by calling and claiming 3,4 times we ended up to move to a nice 23rd floor apartament but onbly after 2 nights ! Alsopany did charge us two times the total amount by mistake and had to call again 2 times to claim for this issue. Location only good if you are smart traveller and lucky to have a good high floor apartament ! The first night, there was no power within the apartment, but they switched apartment for us. Everything else is great! The sheets and pillow cases were not clean. there were no blanket. We talked with the stuff but the problems were not solved. TV controls in living living space were clumsy. TV in bedroom did not work. Lack of second shower Checking in at 17H30 and living space cleaning still going on. Poor cleaning.

👍 Only the Upper West Side location. I liked all the employees they couldn t do more for you. The location was great close to subways and stores. I would definitely stay there again and rmend it to friends and family Friendly place with amazing staffs. Two people at the living space is perfect. I liked the staffs extreamly the ones I met, Soma and Jennifer and lastly, the guy who helped me by directing me to places I could visit. I will definitelye back again if I got the cash to stay there. The location Good location. Right next to CVS. t much to. lije. .... The employees was ok Close to Central Park. in general fine, good location andfy bed, for only one night of the stay was totally fine As for a hotel it was adequate, the shared areas were clean, tidy and fully stocked and Wi-fi was good. Location was easy to get to and features alift I stayed in a living space with just two beds for $30. I think that’s great value for money. The location is pretty good as well. Two showers on the floor so never had a problem with shower being occupied. It was veryfortable and the pric was fair enough. I would definitely make another reservation in this hostel. The cleaning lady did her best to keep the hostel clean; I didn t see any bugs. Nevertheless, the whole place made a shabby impression due to overdue maintenance. Granted it is a hostile but living space was worn, needed paint, and furnishings. Also the living space had only one electrical outlet. Lamp and alarm clock were plugged there but had to be disconnected in order for me to charge cell phone, etc. The rate and location were good. It wouldnt take much - fresh paint in updated colors, a new chair, lamp, etc to really make the experience 10 times better. The employees at each time of day was very helpful. I needed to print a few pages no problem. I did not have to find the local fed-ex copy store. I reported issues within the bathroom they looked into it very quickly. We wanted to move to another living space and they helped us make the move without any issues the next day as people were checking out. Location Only. the. location no. other it s neatness to central park. Good location, nice people, silent and clean place. They booked a shuttle for me from the hostel to the airport. The location is excellent, only 5 min from subway. Some of the receptionist are very helpful, not all of them Facilities are good, extreamly the small elevator, is very special. The employees was pleasant and friendly. Also the location was pretty good. I was traveling alone, so I was very fortunate to have two nights in a two-bed living space alone :The employees was pleasant, kindly agreed to keep safe myputer while a was away. The bathrooms were clean. It’s a quite place. Has a good heat system. Good staff This is the worst place ai have ever had to stay!!!! Because of this I will no longer use ., with whom I have been travveling for many years. This was terrible!!! The good location, they let you drop your baggage for a couple of hours if your flight is later. The price. One of the receptionist was super nice, the other not that much... In general it was fine, you could have a free of cost coffee for breakfast. - The Location- Staff when I went was nice and very informative- Near Central Park- Bed wasfortable- 24 hour reception The living space I first checked in had a lock issue, and the
👎 It s a disgusting flop house for transients unsafe for women. The exterior doors are not locked at night. The bathroom window has no covering and is wide open to the shared fire escape. It is inplete disrepair. I had booked a living space with one bed and individual bath but they had put men in them. Room so hot that noisy air conditioner required full time. Room window screwed shut so no fire escape! Cockroaches in room. Paper thin mattress. lockers. City of NY has CONDEMNED many rooms.t one of the hotel photos is accurate. I was expecting to have a name within the entrance, so I got lost looking for the name. For now nothing really The facilities were not very clean. I stayed 6 nights and they never changed bed linensHeating system was not working for 2 days and it was freezing within the room. They didn’t even provide proper blankets. The living space smelled like garbage. Didn’t bother changing from the other rooms smelled the same. Bed sheets aren’t changed. Terribly hot. Can’t turn off the heater. Waste bin wasn’t emptied on my arrival and all the other days. Terrible experience. Smoking within the living space and in bathrooms by some guy from Algeria. The hostel should have more strict policy.. He snored all night, I literally was awake from. midnoght toll morning. wife on 5th floor, and when I asked front desk, they said wireless is only offered in lobby. My first time in all my travels to have a hotel without wireless within the room. The beds were awful, very noisy, couch in our living space was stained and disgusting, bathroom was absolutely disgusting had mould everywhere and smelt. The heater could not be turned off and made a loud awful noise. The was also a sign on the front door saying ‘health inspection do not enter building’. it wasn’t actually clean, i found some hair in bed, a lot of dust within the room, within the bathroom was a lot of water on the floor, the bed was squeaking the mattresses need replaced, a good clean of the rooms. Lockers providdd within the rooms. Beds were very creaky, living space is either extremely hot with heating on or extremely cold when heating is off. This is somewhat leveled out by opening the window but then you let in noise. Shower living space lacks hooks to hang clothes and towels. Place to hang out downstairs is kind of dirty and inconvenient. They should indicate how to get the hot water within the shower. I had to guess but overall everything was excellent in this hostel. One of the lights didn t work, so the living space was rather dark. The matrass was very thin and stained. The individual bathroom was unlike the pictures on booking.. The toilet was up against the wall, making it impossible to sit straight. In general, the hostel and the bathroom in particular are in great need of refurbishment. see above Wifi was only available on the first floor so either you paid for 3 4G service in your living space or you went to the first floor to use Wifi. Some of the issues within the bathroom I reported was not fixed during my stay.... but they had other bathrooms available without issues. The living space temperature is hard to regulate. The heat is either ON or OFF for the entire building. I had to leave the window open to the cool weather outside or run the window unit to regulate the temperature within the room. Additionally the exterior of the building is under repair by the city which the hotel has NO control what so ever ever and as such within the morning you may hear people repairing the fire

👍 The employees was very friendly and the space is cozy. I loved the fact that they had morning meal included and how healthy and organic it was. Best location near to Subway and times Square not so far There was morning meal and fruit to take away at all times, the location is great. I had my own individual living space and the showers are spacious The location is ideal, and for the price it s an excellent deal. The living space is small, though the bed is superfy and warm. The employees are so sweet and made me feel instantly at home. I have stayed here twice, and would not hesitate to stay here again or rmend to any of my friends family. If you are looking for a full-service luxury hotel this is not your place. If you are on a budget and looking for afortable, safe living space that feels like home in Manhattan, this IS your place. Chelsea Cabins are very well located: there are coffee shops, subway stations, food shops and so on within walking distance. The employees is very friendly and helpful, specially Stephen who was always around and shared some great tips with me. The place has everything I needed. The living space and the bed are veryfortable and everything is very clean. This is one of the best places in Chelsea and probably I wille back again within the future. I think the employees is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The same can be said for the other visitors. It s very quiet at night -- they have a policy of quiet after 9 p. m. and people honor it. I was able to sleep very well. The location is very good. Ir was central, very close to everything and they had premium ingredients for a vegetarian breakfast. I think all the ingredients there came from Whole Foods. My stay at Chelsea Cavins was amazing. It was cozy, very clean, and the employees were incredibly nice and helpful. They do warn you that the living space is small, but there s plenty of space for bags and the living space was cozy, not cramped. The outlet by the bed was within the great spot for me to charge my phone and the bed was long enough that I could lie flatfortably even with my backpack at the foot of the bed Your mileage may vary, I m 5 4. The bed itself was veryfortable, the sheets were clean and felt nice. The bathrooms were spotless. The bathroom stalls all had plenty of toilet paper, and the stall doors closed with no gaps so you didn t have to worry about people being able to see in unlike most public bathroom stalls. The showers were also nice, again very clean, they were set up in a way that made it as quiet as possible so you didn t have to worry about disturbing the other guests. The water pressure was good, water was warm, and there was a little space outside the shower to put your clothes and a couple of shelves within the shower for your soap shampoo. Breakfast was provided and looked amazing but I didn t have time to grab any from I had to check out early because of my travel plans. I had an amazing experience here, and it was a great cheap place to stay that was close to the subway. The location. Breakfest available. Great value for short term stay for solo traveller. Very nice employees and facility is perfectly clean. Staff is really friendly, living space and bathrooms very clean. The employees were so friendly and helpful. Steven even kindly offered to assist me with my bags. Everything was clean and the employees were great at making sure that noise was kept to the minimum. Great location and tasty breakfast. I also felt safe the
👎 The fact that they DO have a quiet policy by which ppl are supposed to respect their neighbors sleep and be quiet from 9pm-9am, but the person within the cabin next to me kept slamming the door at 4AM and dropping things, but no one told him anything. I couldn t sleep at all that night. Very small cabins bed notfortable open roof hear sounds small washrooms very very small shower space not easily to take shower nothing is there for cloths hanging in shower area The rooms have no ceiling and so you hear each noise made by the other guests... not the greatest design I can t think of anything I didn t like. There is no elevator. This can be a problem for the elderly. However, it wasn t a problem for me and I don t consider it a negative aspect, but something that should be mentioned. It is not as shown within the pictures. I believe they are not cabins but capsules, it was extremely small. Besides this, the materials they used to separate a big floor living space into multiple super-mini tiny rooms, are not good at all, I could listen everything on the hotel, so I could not sleep at all. There was a lot of sick people, moaning, making estrange noises and coughing. At one time I believed I was recruited in a quarantine hospital with sick people dying no exaggeration. There was liquid leaking in many places of the hotel, there was a strange smell they tried to cover with cheap air fresheners, so it makes the smell worst. The shared restrooms shower were aplete mess, very dirty and with a really strong smell of chlorine that would burn your eyes and your throat. I needed to take a shower very urgently before my next flight, but there was no hot warm water, and with the weather in NY during this time of the year, taking a cold shower would not be good. I believe it’s overpriced, as you could get a better place for 20 bucks more within the same location. I took it because I thought I would not see too much difference between a 75$ I paid to a 100$ I would have to pay in another place. If you are in a budget, better take a hostel or just spend a little more and have a better and much more confortable, clean, hygienic stay. plaints here, everything that could have been bad was mentioned within the description of the property or other reviews so I was prepared and had a great stay. Like other reviewers have said, the rooms are small and a bit loud. I could hear other people talking, coughing sneezing, walking around, etc. I m short and a heavy sleeper so I didn t mind, but someone else might. Also the stairs up to the rooms were steep so if you have a lot of bags you might have a little trouble. The bed is very small. The noise - Is possible to hear everything from other rooms andmom areas and from the street. Bad sleep nights due to it. Bathroom facilities were tight. Stalls are small and nowhere to hang clothes during shower. 4 floors to walk up to get to room. separate ventilation in each room. There is a grating over the living space to allow airflow. Bring earplugs, you can hear each sound on the floor. Too much noise at night. You can hear everything from your cabin and unfortunately people have no respect for others. I understand the employees has no fault in this, but at 2 am within the morning people were watching videos with no headphones on and after a long day its stressful not to be able to sleep. Maybe the employees could tell everyone to keep it down after 11 12pm when they check in.

👍 The location was perfect, both in terms of connections and the neighborhood itself. The hotel was clean, fortable and fun, with themed rooms, and the backyard must be nice within the summer time. Staff was very helpful. morning meal is good, I like the apple. and Sunroom outside. The employees was all super nice and very helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy. There was a good selection of morning meal foods. The location is awesome, within walking distance of loads of restaurants and attractions. The employees was nice. The bed wasfy. Comfortable bed Location, cleanliness, decoration Location is excellent. Good breakfast. Fun old Hollywood movie theme. That the living space wasfortable. Also that the morning meal was good. Easy to get to with the Subway very close by. I liked that they had small chocolates within the lobby to eat. The snacks were very good. Overall, the employees was very good and feltfortable leaving my bag there while a living space became open and after check out until I came back to get it. Will stay here again if I can get a lower floor 1st or 2nd. Location, breakfast, goodfortable temperature. Clean, a few steps to the subway, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Location was great, a few paces from the subway. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was reasonably spacious and the bedfortable. Nice character within the decor. Free morning meal was nice. Employees were very helpful and nice. Good continental breakfast. Perfect location! Love the candy bowl. This small hotel is a hidden gem. Decorated with classic movie posters, spacious rooms, updated bathrooms, great morning meal buffet. It s a block from subway stop, and close to the High Line. just the location Veryfortable small hotel, morning meal was good, our living space was clean and tidy when we returned each evening, the employees was pleasant and friendly very central with good transport links to main parts of city. I loved the quirkiness of the decor. Each living space was themed with movie star posters - we were within the Lee Remmick living space - and there were beautiful old posters throughout the building. The employees was friendly and helpful and the morning meal bar was generous andprehensive. The location is super with most things being in walking distance and the 14th Street Metro Station a few metres away and a bus stop virtually outside the front door. The bed wasfortable and the living space was clean. The Golden Age of Hollywood movie posters and decor was delightful. The indoor open-air sitting area was quaint. I enjoyed the morning meal spread. Very convenient access to the subway. bed wasfortable and decor interesting movie posters and stars pictures. morning meal adequate. The location is absolutely great. Chelsea Market is around the corner and the whole area is interesting, including the Highline. Metrostation is closeby. Bathroom is small but nice and efficient. Fantastic location, steps from the subway and minutes to Chelsea Market, Meatpacking and Greenwich Village. Modest butfortable hotel with unique vintage movie star theme and lovely extra touches, like a bottomless chocolate bowl at reception. While this is a no-frills, not fancy hotel property, the beds arefortable, the shower is hot with plenty of water pressure, and the place is spotlessly clean. The employees are weing, and overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay there again when visiting
👎 The view from my living space was not great I thought it was supposed to be city view, but that may not be true for all rooms. Lack of elevator was not an issue for me, but may be for some. the hotel is located good place, near my daughter s school. the first day, the heater had a problem, second days they fix soon. This hotel is badly in need of a makeover, the whole place is a bit dingy and our living space was not especially clean. There was mold growing within the shower because the exhaust fan didn t work, carpet was dirty as were the sheets on the bed. The bed was old, lumpy and ufortable. The rooms are very small and in no way a Superior living space as was advertised. We told the employees that our shower door was broken when we arrived and they said they would send maintenance, but it remained broken and falling apart for our entire stay. Despite being reassured 3 different times on making the res by talking directly to the checking employees at Chelsea Pines, before finalizing the . res that the living space wld be on second floor, our rm was on the 5th and no elevator ! Clearly bec they make less profit on ., so they stuck us despite knowing we are in our 70’s. Disgusting. The living space and bathroom was cramped. The coffee was awful, not sure if we got a bad batch or if it s just brown water. We probably needed a slightly larger room. One that would have night stands on both sides. Otherwisea very good experience. Good breakfast. Staff was aloof, ran out of things, failure tomunicate information, inflexibility about check-in and morning meal times Super hot, which is better than cold in January but the old style radiator heating temp is basically controlled by opening the window. The yogurt was a little warm, should be cold which I pointed out and the worker did fill two buckets of ice to put the yogurts in. Climbing four flights of stairs isn’t fun. The furnace within the living space was very loud and made it difficult to get to sleep. Would maybe offer guests some ear plugs in future? The living space is small, but it shouldn t be a problem if you just go to sleep there. Caution: 5 floors and no elevators. Air conditioner was turn on automatically at 6am and make a disturbing whine. The 5 story walk up. Was hoping for a living space not on the high floor but was on the 5th. Carpet could use an update. There is no elevator, but the employees is prompt to assist with luggage. the AC within the living space was making too much noise like a old Chevy engine. although we were on the 5th floor you hear everything happening on the street because of poor old windows. the ac system is terrible ! you pay a fortune to sleep in a hostelfort ! better go to a hostel ! thing There wasn’t anything to dislike really. If pushed, I’d have to say that those stairs are a bit formidable if you have heavy luggage. The employees helped us with ours. The young man at reception was not very hosting and never cracked a smile, unfortunately. I wish there had been eggs, even hard boiled, for breakfast. The lighting within the living space was okay but the dimmers didn t dim like they should. The walk up the stairs is certainly not for anyone with health issues or the handicapped. no elevator, took a while to get to living space on 5th floor! employees helpful with suitcase. I wouldn t know how to get out in case of fire. Higher floors are definitely not rmendable for people above a certain age.<b
The Chelsea Pines Inn is a unique bed and morning meal hosting guests in Chelsea and the Meatpacking District. The five-story walk-up gives 2For-hour concierge services and is 5 minutes’ walk from the Highline Park.

👍 Hannah was so kind and helpful! I love how I was right within the middle of the city and will definitely stay again! The location is perfect. It is right within the middle of everything so you can walk everywhere, and there are two subway lines within walking distance, so you can move around Manhattan easily. The living space was big considering other places I searched for and the bed was veryfortable. The best was that it features alittle fridge so I could keep some snacks for the evenings while I was resting. The employees is friendly and they give good advice. They are always there if you had any questions. The showers and washrooms were very clean and they had everything that was necessary. It was a great place considering location and price. Location We arrived 2 hours early so we left 2 bags with reception. When we came back for check in they had already taken our luggage inside our rooms which was very helpful considering it was like 2 flights of stairs. The bed was huge and superfy. Having a sink within the living space was a huge plus! There were also 2 toilets and 2 showers on our floor so we never had to wait to use one. Overall it was a quiet, pleasant stay, we rested very well. Kind receptions and warm wee. Clean. Great location where is near subway and 15mis to Time Square. The facility was very clean and the employees was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. A few minutes walk to Penn Station, Madison Square Garden and the Empire State Building. The Seven-11 convwnient store downstairs was very convenient to have as well as all the places to eat within walking ditance. Although the rooms were small they served their purpose. I very much enjoyed my stay. It was all that we needed for our stay in NYC. The employees aside from the gentleman working overnight were all very friendly and helpful. Good coffee within the morning. Staff is good Cleanliness, fort, pretty silent for a hostel, location, friendliness of staff, value. I loved the beautiful hand painted murals and themed rooms! The location is so convenient and the employees were friendly. Bed wasfy, forter was nice, and sheets were very clean!!! Bathrooms and shower rooms were always very clean! Location is so close to everything! Bus stop, 711, and good deli right outside the door, and subways nearby! Good location, employees very helpful, 24h reception, possibility of early dropping for luggage. Bathroom clean, warm even the cold outside. I’ll go back without a doubt Staff very nice. Coffee and hot chocolate niceZ bed wasfortable. Fridge would have been good if I was there longer. Towels were clean. Comfortable, safe, and great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Communal toilets were always clean. Plenty of towels to dry hands. The location was perfect. A quick walk from the train stop and everything you could need was within the block. The pizza place on the corner was especially good. Neighborhood was safe and the employees was so kind. Great location, veryfortable bed and nice designed room.15 min walk from greyhound and 5 min walk from penn station.7 11 right next door.Very friendly and helpful stuff. Location very good as it was close to everything The employees was super friendly, offered to hold our bags during the day the day we checked out from our bus wasn’t til later. The bed was cozy and big. We were provided ear plugs which I used and were h
👎 The WiFi signal was spotty but that’s all. The wireless was a bit slow at times. Too much light within the room... no black out curtains. The heat was too high, like 85 degrees and if you try to turn it off the water starts to leak. extra sheets. elevators and our living space was on the 3rd floor. There are no full length mirrors anywhere. It would be great if they placed one of these mirrors to the living space door or any other place on the floor would be fine really. Need a signboard with bright color from the front door is not that obvious to find. The living space was very hot and no AC to turn on, only heat. Fortunately I was able to climb up to crank open the skylight but it was not enough. Also the bunk bed was very very noisy. I couldn t turn over on the high bunk without making a lot of noise and or waking my bunk mate on the bottom. The toilet rooms were also very small. My knees hit the door when I sat down. I couldn t imagine how a big tall person could do their businessfortably. Lastly, there is a tenant within the building that smokes in their living space so at times the whole place smelled of cigarettes. t all of the bathrooms have a sink to wash your hands - a lot of stairs if you’re on the high floor! There were a smell of smoke in living space and didn’t know where it came. Room is too small and don’t have place to seat. elevator and the restroom is shared. A bit of flexibility with the check in time would have been great. The living space and duvet were super warm and the pillows were a bit ufortable. Private bunk bed living space was so small two people couldn t walk around on the floor at the same time. Toilet living space was very small and I could barely fit without my knees touching the door and I m 5 2. 3 flights of stairs are a great workout but not so fun. Shower didnt have very good water pressure and took a long time to get hot. Just a bit noisy because of other people won’t don’t respect the silence policy but nothing about the place itself. An elevator to get to 3rd Floor would have been good. I and the lady on reception had to lift my bag was very very hard. Was a breeze in my window. We were in a non-smoking living space which was nice, however there was a smoking living space next door, and the stink of their smoke billowed out from their living space into the hallway, and each time we opened our door the smoke smell would occupy our room. We couldn t escape from it. We told the staff, and they were going to talk to the other room, but nothing much they could do about it. Additionally, as a 6 man i could not fit inside one of the toilets and one of the showers on the 2nd floor. There was not enough leg living space or space. The blankets were super cuddly but the pillows left me flat. The bed was very firm. Towels were stained and looked very old and used.Very noisy overall - both street noise and from people staying and talking loudly. Toilet on 2ns floor was right beside reception not ideal at all Little bit noisy, but it is actually expected as it is within the heart of NYC and actually hotel is caring about your sleep and providing earplugs : The fact that there was no elevator. Very hard to get up the stairs with all your luggage. Also no tv or microwave oven. Evensunial kitchen would have been great as it is very costly to eat out all the time. my sts We saw a little small roach on the wall within the first few minutes of arriving. We killed it and didn’t

👍 Wow. Perfect European charm in a super clean, super friendly, wonderfullyfortable setting. The terrace is an oasis retreat from the city, and the decor is cheerful, warm, and inviting. And though I didn t spend time in theirmon room, I could easily imagine sitting by the window, enjoying coffee, reading a good book. I feel like I found a super gem of a hotel and will be back! Location was convenient for our needs - out of the way of tourist areas and very walkable.Breakfast was great - coffee, tea, bagels and other breads, and plenty of fresh fruit. Happy hour was a bonus! Great location, living space was clean. Very close to subway at 23rd--line 1 red line. The morning meal was nice to have as most places charge extra for it. Even though we had a shared bathroom, we never had to wait long. We moved to a much better living space suite the second night of our stay and had a much better experience! Very spacious andfortable. Full kitchen and living living space and a king bed. Great location and friendly staff.Breakfast was good, nice idea having happy hour. Great value for cash for the location. Will definitely be back. Nice interior and exterior of the building, true bed and morning meal feel within the middle of ManhattanThe neighborhood is interesting. I did not like Chelsea in general, but after this stay I started to enjoy the areaHappy hour! Great location. Can walk to anywhere from here. The downstairs lounge is also quite cozy and the entire property is absolutely charming. Location is the key for this property, it is in a good part of Chelsea with nearby train service. Really friendly and helpful employees that I really liked. Nice breakfast. Very quiet with old plaster walls; it s very nice to find quiet in Manhattan. I had a Superior Queen living space so I had a individual bath and living space to open my suitcase. The living space was nice and clean. The hotel is located centrally to downtown Manhattan within the Chelsea area just outside. We could walk almost everywhere. Breakfast was offered and happy hour was free. Our living space was very clean, the morning meal had something for everybody bagels, eggs, pancakes and more! The employees were very helpful with all our questions! and the location was walking distance to everything! Can t wait toe back to stay here ! Thank you everybody at Colonial House Inn !!! <3 It was clean! It was safe! 24 desk service! Could leave your living space key at the desk and be buzzed in. NICE! Location! The housekeeping is impeccable -- clean crisp sheets, great towels, though I would like an option to use a card or other way to indicate I d like to reuse my towel, to be less wasteful. Breakfast is good, happy hour too! It’s a quaint cosy place, but with so much personality. Rooms are modern, essentials, but very clean! Tony at reception is absolutely lovely, as also the rest of the staff, but he is especially great! Shared bathroom was always spotless clean and usually available.Breakfast was fabulous, it doesn’t have infinite choices, but plenty of fruits, cereals, freshly baked bagels, muffins.. etc location is within the middle of Chelsea, I was there for work but if you are a foodie there are plenty of cute restaurants.. not as trendy as East Village, but pretty and safe.. Guests were well mannered and not much noise at night. I would definitely go back there, actually from now on, this is going to be my favourite amodation in NY. A quirky but delightful establishme
👎 I expected a small living space - this is New York City after all, but the living space was overheated with little or no circulation, so being small made the living space even stuffier. It would been nice to be able to control the heat and ventilation. Some of the employees could be a bit friendlier and more helpful. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner too. The first night of our stay we had a living space on the 3rd floor that was tiny and very cold. The bed was against the window and there was no insulation so it was like sleeping in a tent. Luckily the larger living space suite was available for our second night. Room is small, but it is usually expected in Manhattan, so not a big dealThe stairs is old and steep, it may be difficult to move your luggage upstairsOverall the interior looks old-fashioned, and some may not like it Shared bathrooms in general aren’t that attractive but they’re kept quite clean so it’s not too big of a deal. The smallest rooms are only good for one person or 2 people with no luggage. Otherwise suggest booking the larger rooms. elevator. It is an old brownstone, with the negatives that apany it. Small rooms, no elevator, no air conditioning, steam heat that I couldn t control, etc. I had to open the window extremely difficult to get any fresh air or air movement no fan. Also, the window shades did not run the full length of the window--they stopped a foot short, with no drapes. Lighting was dim. coffeemaker, though coffee was always available on main level. NO FREE PARKING available, which is wrongly stated on the site. The mini fridge was stuck in a closet causing it to overheat and it didn’t keep anything cold due to it. The window wasn’t locked when we got to our room. The heat cant be controlled from the living space itself. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything within the rooms near yours. The stairs are a killer. There was no heat control in my living space -- it s central heating -- so I was chilly one night because the window was drafty. There was a mixed up with my room, which I was not happy about extreamly because I was there for work. The rooms are already quite small in size to start with and I was asked to move to a different living space on the second day, and I ended up in a even smaller one where I could hardly move around as I have lots of equipment. I was quite ufortable, but lucky only for 2 nights. Tony was really nice and tried to sort it out as he could. I would have preferred a individual bathroom, but I have to say that the shared one is so clean that it worked out, the kind of guests here were respectful and everybody left the bathroom clean. The second tiny living space was also really cold, not sure if a draft within the window .. My room’s tv did not work-although who goes to NYC to sit in their living space watching television? Actually there wasn t anything that I couldn t find that I didn t like. And that s a really. Good thing. Shabby room The first living space was tiny, noisy and withou individual bathroom. Wife left to go sleep elsewhere!!! Asked for different living space for 2nd night with bathroom. Upgrade cost extra $150. Overall pricey and littlefort. Hotel does not have an elevator.body offered to carry bags uphill narrow brownstone staurcases.isy and old AC within the window. Doors and walls are old noisy. We were initially allocated a living space that was very small but described as a superior room. We were moved on request and

👍 There was initially a mistake&they d cancelled our reservation and then thought they had no rooms left for us. The owner called shortly later, had us cabbed to her hotel at her cost and decorated the living space with baloons and rose petals for my husband s birthday. A good value for cash for New York. Staff are quite friendly and professional. The free of cost morning meal was decent eggs, sausages, bread, yogurt. Suggest head to morning meal earlier Seven-8am to avoid the crowd, from the dining area quiet small. Service was friendly and the location and is great around Chinatown. Convenient. Near Brooklyn Bridge, but quiet inside the living space live within the 5 F. Great location - easy to train or walk to any manhattan tourist sites and also quick walk or train over to Brooklyn, best of both worlds. Reasonably priced - inparison to other options!Breakfast included - simple but nice, bagels, toast, muffins, yoghurt, tea, coffee and juice - were some hot options but I didn’t brave them The amodations were clean and the employees were very friendly. Theplimentary morning meal was a bonus, as well as cable TV with HBO. NOTHING!!!! Rooms are very clean along with the entire hotel. Everything is up to date. Great location for where we needed to be mix of Manhattan and Brooklyn. Fab restaurants just minutes away. The closest subway stop isn t the best for getting about but there is one just 10 minutes walk that is great. The employees were really helpful, we could leave our bags there before checking in and after checking out. Theplimentary morning meal was fab, whilst on a budget in an expensive city the morning meal helped us save a lot of money! The location is incredible the east broadway subway line is on the same street which made it super easy to get to the other parts of the City. 15 minute walk to the Brooklyn bridge walkway and the 9 11 memorial. Beautiful view of china city from our hotel window. You must go to the roof high for an amazing view of manhattan bridge. I have attached some pictures of the view. great hotel, good location and close to subway. Friendly staff, they put us in wrong living space when we got there was too small but next day moved us into large suite. Good buffet morning meal with waffle maker! I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, extreamly the bathroom. The subway is just two minutes walk away which was very convenient for me. To be charged a fee over what s in my trash is ridiculous if there s no smoke then nobody smoked within the facility I get doin your job I myself have worked in this field and I ve never assumed just what s in a person s trash to charge them because what s in their trash is wrapping paper of tobacco Hotel is handy to downtown Manhattan, Chinatown and the subway. See earlier for our disappointments. Hot morning meal was good and plenty was provided. It was nice that we could sit within the morning meal area at any time and that tea coffee was provided all day. Filtered water within the fitness centre was good to have. Walking distance to McDonald’s and Dunkin Donuts. Two subway stations with different lines are within walking distance to connect you to any part of the city. 15 min walk to pedestrian bridge if you want to walk the Brooklyn Bridge. Friendly staff, close to metro and lower Manhattan tourist spots! Breakfast was better than I expected! Room was clean but tiny. Lots of outlets by the bed. Perfect for an ov
👎 Breakfast was the same everyday and the living space was too small. - We prefer bed with harder mattress but it is a individual choice.- The safe is available only at the front work area and is too small to put anything in but your passport and your wallet. Open Closet. Small Room. Room design is a little bit strange. fridge within the roomBed and living space is small - nowhere to put suitcases had to lay on bed each time you needed something then close and stand in cornerCharged my card on file as well as the one presented at check in as their overnight audit showed we were a no showAvoid rooms on frost floor as some are right next to reception and I imagine they would be very noisy The size of the rooms were incredibly small, forcing us to shimmy past the bed to get to the bathroom. - changed our living space from suite to one bed living space due to water damage.-Manager lied about fitting in 2 cot beds for 6 people-bed bugs!! DISGUSTING!-room size like a closet!NIGHTMARE. DON T STAY HERE! Staff wasn’t friendly nor weing. I had someone knocking on my door at 9am the day of my departure asking us if she can start cleaning the living space from we were leaving today. Told her no toe back later she stood outside out for until we left the living space at 10:45 for 11am checkout. The space was small but functional, not a big problem. The noice from the train going over the bridge is kinda loud and at most times is each 60 seconds but after a full day of sight seeing it didn t bother us too much. pillows were too small and living space needed more lighting. Sometimes the hot water took a long time to flow through tap. Staff inaction with me as a guest leaves much to be desired. This left me feeling a bit ufortable. I ve stayed in many hotels over the years and this is the worst I ve experienced. Also, the living space was too small even for just one person. Assuming because of tobacco within the trash that there was smoking within the living space when wasn t so the thought and assuming is what got me charged not I smelled highly noted See earlierments. We would not stay there again due to lack offort for a family. The rooms are tiny! Beds were smaller than the standard double bed so was quite cramped with two people even if you are small built. Family living space is quite small for 4 people, but manageable for a few nights. Beds were pretty small, extreamly for two people. Tv was not working but employees tried very hard to fix and get working. Breakfast food tasted a little stale. I paid via booking full amount for my reservation. But after check-out my card was charged extra 200 USD for unknown reason. answer from hotel for my mails. Unfortunately, this situation destroy all positive about hotel. We booked a living space for 4 adults. The living space within the photographs looks ample for 4 people but in reality it was only suitable for 2 people. We couldn t take out our clothes from our cases as there was nowhere to store them. There was nowhere to store our cases so 4 large cases were left by the door. Thank goodness we only slept in our living space and was out for most of the time. However, our clothes were creased as we couldn t take them out of the cases. We asked to upgrade to a suite and pay the difference but there was none available. We also asked if we could have a separate living space for 2 adults and pay any difference but no rooms were available. Definitely not suitable for 4 adults. The noise from the

👍 Wonderful staff! Clean, modern, fortable beds, nice decor. The basic rooms are pretty small this is after all NYC; rmend getting at least an Executive level room. Quaint, trendy. We love the small and inviting lobby, it feels like you’re staying at a B and B almost. Larger King living space I think it was called the Executive was much better than the standard King - more space to walk around. We will likely stay here each time we are in TriBeCa. Friendly staff Property was beautiful and quaint within the heart of NYC. The employees was always available and very helpful. Gave great rest restaurant rmendations! : Appearance is good and location for our needs Duane Street hotel was a cute boutique hotel in a beautiful location. It was close to the 911 memorial and Soho. It was great for my partner and I as it was a lot quieter area which we loved! Great big bed. Room with high ceilings. Perfect location for the 123 and ACE lines and City Hall. There was a gluten free of cost cafe nearby to which was great for my wife who is a coeliac. The employees were absolutely flawless. The lobby and bar was very trendy and the employees courteous. The rooms had very high ceilings. The beds were good size and veryfortable. The neighbourhood was ok, but didn’t leave up to the hype. I was expecting more of Tribeca, though it was very convenient for lots of the lower Manhattan sights. Ground zero, City hall, SoHo were all within 10 min walk. Location is excellent. Safe and easy to use public transit with. Location, boutique feel, chic decor, selective feel, beautiful bathroom Lovely, intimate bar area, fantastic staff, fabulous happy hour. The employees was extremely nice and we felt very wee. They were also very helpful to book us a special cab service to aodate our baby s needs. The living space was also spacious and luminous which is rare in NY, even for high standing hotels. Exceptional hotel! Very European feel. Incredibly helpful staff. Small individual touch. Greeted me by name each time I walked in. Perfect location. Wille back over and over. Great location and ultrafortable bed. Completely isolated from the noiseing from the street. Friendly and helpful staff. location was great, nice staff. The little boutique hotel is lovely for a great get-away - it’s on a big and busy street yet it’s not too noisy, the lobby is great for relaxing, reading and or sipping a great gastronomic cocktail and or bite with live music during HH. The service is great, lovely staff, great location close to Wall St, 9 11 memorial, Calatrava’s Oculus, Battery Park, Pier 11 ferries and loved the Equinox fitness center pass for the day! The employees attention, the high ceilings within the bath, the shower the bed is superfortable and the location is in thr middle of Tribeca I was unable to sleep because there was a loud buzzing of some sorting from above my living space that was causing the entire living space to vibrate which amplified the noise. The window and the lamp and the coffee machine were shaking and rattling. I called downstairs because I hadn’t heard that noise during the day. My living space was on the sixth floor. Front desk said they could give me another living space but I was undressed in bed already. The noise did not stop until 9:00 am the next morning. This is noise unrelated to the loud ambient noise the airconditioninjg makes when it turns on and off. The front work area seemed to b
👎 They need better hooks within the bathroom the ones they have are pretty but not functional, and they need to remove the decorative items on the sink within the bathroom and put those on a shelf, and also provide a shelf near the sink for toiletry items. thing shower head and nozzle broken, could hear train on lower floors we were on 3rd, I d suggest higher floor... Thought we would get bigger living space with bathtub... we were fine with shower but it didn t work well Air conditioning not working small fan heater supplied Terrible insulation with each sound from corridor and nearby service area The rooms were extremely small, when we looked at the pictures on this site it seemed ok but when we got in there we couldn’t even put our bags on the ground. We had to rearrange the living space a bit to make itfortable. We were put in a small living space on the high floor with low ceilings which were willing to make the best of. My wife was awoken by a noisy neighbour. It is possible to hear loud talking from other rooms under doors. However, when we requested to be moved to another room, the employees could not have been more helpful. The living space wasn’t as big as being advertised We had a two queen beds and was a bit outdated. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned to the highest standards and doors were sticky to touch. The view was towards a busy street but it was so obscured because the windows had never been cleaned. The entrance door to the living space had a big gaps around when closed, so you could hear next door guests and see the light within the corridor. The internet wasn’t very fast. slippers as per . description. The living space was freezing. Went asked to look into, they explained it’s because the vents are at high of the living space and with ceilings so high the heat doesn’t travel down. They gave us an electric heater and even with the heater it wasn’t enough. Also the wireless at the hotel is not sufficient. Ended up using my data for the most. They also advertised within the living space that the TV had chromecast enabled to cast from my tablet but that was also not Available. There was a lot of promises that weren’t kept. Superior King living space was much smaller than anticipated. Though they made good use of the space, it was a little difficult to move around the room. THEY OVERCHARGED ME THEN PROMISED AND SAID THEY WOULD FIX IT THEN CONTINUED TO CHARGE ME MORE. ONCE TRUST IS LOST ALL CREDIBILITY GOES OUT THE WINDOW. IT IS COMPLETELY LOST HERE. I ALSO DO NOT WANT TO STAY AT ANOTHER ICC PROPERTY BASED ON THIS EXPERIENCE. Very noisy air con unit within the living space - wake you up noisy. Room is small - these have beenmented on in previous reviews; it wouldn t stop me staying at Duane St again. Maybe curtains cleaning could be better. Just details. i didnt like the rooms, they were dark and a bit depressing. the hotel had wooden floors and there weren t slippers within the room! You could fill the subway vibrate because it runs underground nearby not a lot just a bit, I did sleep and was on the 2nd floor I was unable to sleep because of a noiseing from some unit within the building. The shower had basically zero water pressure. Only managed to wash my body by wetting the wash cloth Room was small, but usual for NYC. it s only a small thing but the low armchairs within the reception area were especially ufortable and difficult to sit in and rise from.
