INNSIDE New York NoMad - Main photo

132 West 27th Street

👍 Beds werefortable and living space was very clean. Centrally located and rather quiet for NYC. Staff was attentive. We had a minor issue which was cleared up with expediency. Staff were all cordial and eager to please. Rooms are clean, there is water and juice to drink, an espresso machine- just lovely. I liked the hotel Vibe, the restaurant was nice although it would be nice to have more options The location is hood, the hotel features amodern vibe, the living space is small but well planned, the service is fine I loved the room, front work area was polite and helpful.. Property was clean, housekeepers were great and looked after you I am a regular of this hotel. I like the location the atmosphere the living space size It’s present days bright and lively the location is perfect, a short walk to the main shopping area and to many restaurants and cofee shops and to times square of course. the decor was beautiful. great restaurant with outside seating in good weather. Comfortable, well decorated open-air seating areas. Nice room. The free of cost minibar and the Nespresso coffee maker within the room. The helpful employees and flexible problem solving we changed our living space because of noise from service stop or elevator. Location was good for my specific needs Hotel is beautiful! Cool vibe! We had a good stay at the hotel. The employees were very nice, and the location is terrific. The living space was a good size and the shower was nice. Location was great, employees were friendly, and the living space wasfortable. Great hotel, decor within the lobby is gorgeous as is the restaurant. The DJ within the lobby on the weekends during the day was fantastic. Gave off such a great vibe. Definitely more of a girls weekend or romantic weekend verses a family place. Clean but very small rooms. Comfy bed. It was in Chelsea, which is a neighborhood which was familiar to home in Chicago. I feltfortable and safe. Restaurant was great, service was above average. Rooms were pleasant, clean, and did not make us feel cluster phobic which a normal occurrence in Manhattan Hotels. Great coffee, excellent location, very clean. Had an ok outlook. Lots of construction around. I liked that the aircon worked really well within the height of summer. My friend became very ill and employees was very amodating helping us with what we needed. To enjoy NYC this is the great location. Room extremelyfortable. Loved my view from the living space and the continue style well decorated room. Simplistic Location, decor, restaurant It was quiet Rooms were well designed and a good size for NYC. Plenty of elevators and minimal wait. Good location for downtown sights especially. I stayed 1 night and i really liked it. The elevator is beautiful. The living space is spacious. The shower itself is sheer almost, I really like that design. The hotel was very clean, and the bathroom though tiny had nice amenities which smelled great. The floor to ceiling windows were great for added light, making the living space feel bigger. Our king living space also offered a really helpful open storage unit that made excellent use of limited space. The central location of the property is fantastic and provided easy subway access to everything. The employees at the front work area was helpful, professional and courteous, and the small reception area wasfortable and nicely decorated. The decor was fun and present days and restaur

👎The $35 hidden fee upon check in.thing was mentioned about this beforehand. The first living space I got was noisy, I could hear everything going on in other rooms and also from the street. When Iplained thay immediately transferred me but within the procedure I lost a portable phone battery, and no one seems to have seen it or thought about conpensating me. Plus as it stands now i was charged twice for the room, wrote to hem through booking and also direct and didn t get a reply. The living space was made very late. Everyday we had to call reception toplete cofee, tea sugar, water etc. The restaurant does not have enough variety fo vegetarians. Restuarant and bar weren t that great. Bartender looked bothered when I asked for a cocktail menu. Then the food waspiled mostly of seafood. And anyone off the street can enter the restaurant and bar, which is fine if its not roudy people, like i saw. Room service didn’t have a great variety to choose from For such a long stay it would have been nice to receive aplimentary bottle of wine The WiFi is a mess: unreliable slow and at times simply non existent. If you need it for work, forget about it. Unacceptable in Manhattan. The price quality ratio is bing unrelated to the services offered. They charge you $40 for what is within the refrigerator whether or not you use anything. There was nothing worth having all sugary soda and had to pay for it anyway! This was my first time staying at your hotel, I travel for business and the location is right by my office. There was construction right across from my living space which kept me up all night during my stay. I was extremely dissapointed your employees didn t at least warn me during my check in or offer anything for the trouble it would cause. There was also no water within the living space the first night I stayed so I had to look elsewhere. I did notice it appeared in my living space the second night. Even though we arrived at 2:30 hoping to check in a little early, we were not allowed to check in until 3:30. A half hour after the official check in time. This caused us timing issues with getting showered before our meeting. We did expect a living space to be ready for us at the check in time. The morning meal was poor, very narrow selection of food, no vegetables at all. The living space was not clean, the showertube was fusty. Be careful of what they charge! Somehow I was charged an extra $100 for what I’m not sure, I will be calling to find out, as it showed up on my credit card charges. The restaurant at the property, the Wilson offered a very nice buffet brunch.. enjoyed it for 3 days had a Dominican waitress that was amazing but then the last day the male waiter picked up a fight with my mother and senior father because brunch ended at 10:45 am and it was 10:30am and we claimed we had enough time to get what we wanted plus we where paying $35 a person very rude no one came to apologize for the waiter extremely disturbing in a hotel like this It took more than 1 hour to arrive and I was late because of this : for a granola and bakery!! I have asked for redumption when checking out and the reception told me it was a differentpany .. this should be transparent to me : i should pay only for the right value whatever your set up i am stiill waiting to be refund thank you for your action Although we generally had a good stay, towards the end of our stay we noticed that the shower had small flies that wereing out of the drain. When we told this

CAMBRiA Hotel and Suites, New York – Times Square

30 West 46th Street, New York, NY 10036, USA

👍 Very clean, looks brand new, great location only a five minute walk from time square and some of the iconic sights. Veryfy bed. It was a good location, close to Times Square. The fitness center was nice and clean. The living space was fine and eclectic. I haven’t seen a shower like that. The hotel propose a car service from the hotel to the airport or airdrome but it’s a separate cost althoughparable to Uber or a taxi. The location was excellent. I did not eat there. The living space was a bit small with not much closet space, but it was quiet and the bed was veryfortable. Easy to reach by transportation, clean, empty gym. The employees at the reception waspetent, friendly and easy going. Highly rmend this hotel. Value Friendly staff, great location short walk to times square, close to grand central for subway, empire state, Rockefeller and central park all a short walk away, excellent value for money From the moment we walked in Ambree Made us feel super special. We were there celebrating a friend’s 50th birthday and that did not go unnoticed. A special delivery was made to her living space just to let her know how important she is. Also I was guest of the day and received a Sweet wee gift as well. From always greeting us with a smile to replacing a living space key when we displaced hours truly this was the best stay I have had in New York. That location is amazing the employees is great the rooms are perfect... Don’t wait book your vacation today ! Perfect location: 5 min walking from Times Square. Good ramen restaurant and more just next to the hotel entrance. Very friendly staff. Very clean and silent during night. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Ask for a living space facing the street: you’ll have a great view of the Rockefeller Center. 100 rmended!! The rooms do not have carpeting and that’s a bonus for people with allergies. The bedding was clean and white. The bathroom is big. There is plenty of storage and free of cost WiFi. The location was great. Very clean andfortable beds. The employees was wonderful!!! The front desk- Lorraine was exceptionally friendly! We asked to leave our bags until check in time, but she checked with housekeeping and let us check in early. Housekeeping is friendly. The living space was quiet andfortable and had a microwave, safe, coffee maker and hair dryer. Will definitely stay again. Where do i start, once we arrived we were met by the kindest employees our rooms were so spacious and location was brilliant i have to say it was the best hotel i have stayed in and the service and cleanliness was second to none i will def being back thank you to all the employees for making our holiday so memorable. I loved the present days look of the hotel. The bathroom was beautiful. The employees was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. The location was fabulous. I would highly rmend this hotel to anyone staying within the city. Wonderful location, little noisy street and close to everything. the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent and the receptionists were very friendly with us. The living space amodated well 3 people, they offer coffee in a machine and mini conveniences. I would go back to it for sure Staff was extremely professional and friendly. Location was great. We were close enough, yet far enough away from the business of Time Square. Room was very clean andfortable. Great value in a nice hotel. It was clean, employees was very friendly and helpf

👎thing.... everything was great! There was only one towel hook within the bathroom, seems sparse for a living space capable of sleeping 4. The water that came out of the water ice machine had a weird cloudiness to it but eventually settled. Although the hotel propose a car service to the airport, they didn’t say that it was a separate cost in cash we were under the impression that it would be charged to the room. More closet space. I liked this place, period.thing toplain about. I wille again next year. nothing, everything was spot on. I felt cheated and misled. They sold the living space as a double living space double bed for 4 people but it was a single living space with two small beds appropriate for 2 people. I had to buy a second room. Very unhappy. The windows don’t open. thing The light and the bathroom could have been a little bit brighter and the sink stuffed up a little bit so the water didn t drain easily. nothing Room was a bit small, but it was fine. The ice machine on our floor wasn t working. So, we had to go down 2 floors to get ice.t earthshattering but just a little inconvenient. The front work area said they would address the issue as soon as they could. There was nothing that we were dissatisfied with! There wasn t anything I didn t like. The website was very accurate. What was seen on the site is what was delivered. Very refreshing. The parking. Never told the garage was one door down so when asked to pay for valet parking I just did. Could have driven my car and saved 49$. What a waist. Didn t get cups and washcloths replaced within the living space a few of the nights but we made do. Our living space did not have the greatest view but we were only there to sleep. The rooms heater was noisy and rattly woke us up at night sometimes. Wifi kept disconnecting and required continuous logging in. the coffee machine was really dirty like they don t clean the water tank AT ALL. I ve witnessed disgusting stuff in there and it got me yucky... The closet is very small, everything is kindapact, trying to fit all into a small room. Also the living space looks clean but i woke up with a bug crawling on my pillow smh. I wish they had breakfast. The elevators were very packed af peak times and could be a wait. The hotel website says u can access the rooftop that needs to be updated because the rooftop is closed. For a couple, the living space is perfect. For 3 or 4 persons, small... Weak lighs in room. The view could of been better but this was a minor fault. The only problem would have been the elevators. There was always a wait and took forever to get to our floor. The refrigerator froze everything I put in it, I could find no way to run the coffee maker except to move it onto the floor near an actual plug, the fanned heating system was a bit noisy and the bedside lamps required that one get out of bed to turn them off. Small concerns, but if these could be fixed, the hotel would- in my estimation - be perfect. There was a problem while checking in due to international credit card use. The machine didn t recognise the card and even if there was limit in it it declined. Could offer food delivery; don`t work with taxipanies. Liked everything else. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The employees was unfriendly, overwhelmed, and seemed unhappy with their job. The rooms were extremely small... it can barely fit 3

👍 Veryfortable beds. Rooms were a good size considering it is in New York. Perfect location for a tourist. Only a two minute walk from the middle of Times Square! The location is superb and the employees are extremely helpful. The location could not be better! Staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful. The living space was extremely large for any location within the world. The bed was the mostfortable i have ever had anywhere! The morning meal was small, but had everything you would want. The bathroom was huge with a fantastic shower. Location, cleanliness and design of the rooms. Location is brilliant. The location is fantastic - minutes away from Times Square. The rooms, considering you’re in NYC, are a good size. Location - awesome! Stayed in living space mate grace for the second time. Fabulous location steps from times square but the living space was quiet and bed was veryfortable. Excellent shower and lovely shower gels etc provided. Staff are brilliant. We didn t use the pool this time as it was a short stay but we used it last time and it s a great treat after walking manhattan. Location We were greeted beautifully when we came in and our living space was upgraded as it was my birthday. We were delighted by the generous size of the living space given previous experience in Manhattan and could get everywhere we wanted to be within minutes. Amazing location,fy as beds, good size rooms for a couple they aren’t huge but it doesn’t need to be nice bar and pool area, easy check in Friendly staff, reasonably clean, good bathroom. Good location. Room was large and veryfortable. Helpful staff. Fast and reliable WiFi. Very very veryfortable And located in a great place closed to Time Square The bed was sofortable Location was excellent and very quiet with no street noise. Images were exactly what we got. It was very clean and beds were reallyfortable Closer to everything. Bunk beds were cool andfortable. Outlets near each bed for phones. Robes and slippers for all. Tons of bathroom toiletry items. Left a cupcake and birthday wishes for my daughter s birthday. Room cleaned everyday. Staff very good. Great location. Fab location just off Times Square but quiet street. Walking distance to several subway stations and lots of attractions like Top of the Rock, Bryant Square and Empire State Building. Very good location, pool was very cool, and bed wasfortable The hotel couldn t be located in a better area: just a few meters from Times Square, within the very heart of NY. You have 2 3 subway stop very close to the hotel and many shops, restaurants, cafes and attractions on a walking distance. It s a very nice boutique hotel, the rooms are not huge but they are very nice decorated and with veryfortable bed and shower. We asked to be on a high floor and we were given a living space on the 14th floor which was amazing!! Breakfast was included for us and it was very good, plus it was served until 12 : The employees was great, always nice and available for us. I will definitely rmend this hotel! Location is amazing. Stuff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent near Time Square. Metrostation is a 5 minutewalk. We had great transportation to the airport. Staff was helpful. Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The employees were wonderful . The living space was laid out perfectly and sofortabl

👎 The safe within the living space didn t work and the tea and coffee facilities were poor. The pool is right by the entrance, so the main floor smells strong of chlorine. On one morning the water within the shower was cold. This didn t recur but was very unpleasant. The fitness center is very small and has the bare basics for arms and legs. The location of the fitness center and pool was a bit too public for my liking. The rooms have thin walls, thus you hear most, if not all sounds. We went to the pool and there were no more towels. There was a couple within the pool that was making out, he was grabbing her and she had her legs around him.. like they were having sex. Quite indecent and inappropriate. Took my girls to have fun, but had to leave when we saw the crowd. There was a draft Coming from the window, this would have been fine if it wasn t -8 degrees outside. This also could have just been this particular room. The shower never ran hot; just a slightly, kind of warm temperature. There wasn’t a bath which is always wee after travelling! Staff not very flexible and friendly. Asked for late check out, was denied, asked to book one extra living space and was gjven a higher rate then I could find on booking website... Also rooms are very poorly isolated and you literally hear everything what happens in a living space next door... very annoying when you are exhausted after a long flight day and just want to rest ... Room could do with more lights, no overhead light in bedroom just side lights behind bed. There was a big pillar right within the middle of our living space 1004 which made it a bit awkward as like most manhattan hotels the living space ispact but this isn t in each room. We arrived at the Room Mate Grace Hotel at 9:00am. We dropped off our bags as the check in time wasn t until 3:00pm. The receptionist knew we wereing back after 3:00pm and the looked at my passport already. We came back at 3:30pm to get our living space but our living space wasn t ready to go. They gave us a small inadequate living space on the 7th floor with a concrete column within the middle of the room. We called toplain to get another living space and they showed us some other rooms to choose from, three of which had people in them already??? We finally go a living space on the 14th floor that was ok. This experience at this hotel was totally unacceptable, extreamly because we were there early and paid good cash for the room, A GOOD ROOM IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN READY TO GO WHEN WE GOT BACK. The pool is a nice feature but the smell of chlorine doesn t align well with the overall aesthetic and clientele Mould around windows close to bed, but obviously from the condensation due to weather so can’t always be helped, no living space service. The pool and propose situation is weird. changing rooms and large windows into the hotel bar and elevators. The smell at hall or front work area was not good limited coffee and tea within the living space but more was easily provided when asked for The pool was too tiny to actually swim-more like a big hot tub. The bathroom had no door so there was no privacy. The bed was mushy soft and I got back pain from it. View was uninspiring but we weren t looking to stare out a window. Room was tiny and badly designed. Lobby was small and poor. Decor a little tired. Rooms and corridors dark. Pool and bar booked out for two nights to an all male party. The employees weren’t all that friendly. One in particular, sadly can’t rmemwbr her

Ramada New York Eastside

👍 Bed werefy, pictures are just like the room! Rooms are cleaned everyday! Decoration and location The property is well located and the rooms arefortable. Also the employees is very nice and always here if you have a question. I like the fact that they were at the office 24h. I loved how the entire employees took care of my special needs. The fact that I could have a free of cost morning meal within the hotel was an added plus. The morning meal is no frills but sufficient and the coffee was very good. This hotel seems to attract very interesting people and I enjoyed having morning meal with them. There is a plethora of restaurants to choose from. Just walk out the hotel s door and you find them. Italian culinary art, Indian many Indian restaurants shops in this location, very interesting, and also good pizza. I would rmend Vezzo Pizzeria. For good Indian culinary art ask the staff. They know. I loved the rooms within the hotel. I had the chance to sample another living space because the employees kindly moved me to a higher floor because some small repair was being done on my floor, next to my room, and they did not want to disturb me. I appreciated this very much from I was convalescing from surgery. Both rooms were super clean and the decor is understated chic. Love the decor. Bathrooms showers are very clean and employees always gave me a good amount of towels plus anything else I needed, i. e. toiletries Staff were very friendly, living space was sizable and veryfortable bed. Location was good to explore the city. Bathroom was spotless and housekeeping cleaned the living space each day for us which was nice with fresh towels. Good value for money. The hotel was really great, clean andfortable. The heating system within the living space worked very well and it would warm up the living space fully in few minutes given I visited in Feb with minus degrees outside this was pretty good to have. The location was great within easy walking distance to many main attractions. I had a lovely view of the empire state from my room. Although you can walk almost to everywhere in Manhattan and enjoy more on foot; the subway came in handy within a short walk extreamly in freezing weather and with access to line 6 that connects you to many more areas and attractions including a one ride to Brooklyn. WiFi access was super good, fast and FREE. There is an amazing Italian restaurant few minutes a cross the street form the hotel, VEZZO serves one of the best pizzas i ve ever had. Overall I had a very good stay and would def book it again. The hotel has great location. close to a subway station. The living space was rather small but spotlessly clean. The employees was very friendly. The morning meal was the traditional mix of bagels, cheese, eggs and muffins. Would return again. The hotel was great, very clean and great location for getting to the city centre. The employees were very friendly extreamly Julie she really helped us out. The only thing that needs a slight improvement to my eyes is the morning meal however they lady was so lovely and friendly. Hotel clean, employees were polite and helpful, good location as pretty central to everything, had everything around it bars and places to eat. We made Brother Jimmys BBQ our local who was also friendly and weing. Great hotel at a great price. Veryfortable living space and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Location is great for mid-town and for getting to other parts of Manhattan. I loved the hotel, the living space was beauti

👎 Rooms are small, typically only one person on check in so you’ll probably have to wait. Unclear procedure payment and I still didn’t get my full refund even though I paid by cash fully but got deducted by card as well In their website they promise you other rooms pictures than you could have. Even if the price is good. Breakfast was well attended but range of food very poor, we ended up eating out morning meal despite it being included in our rate. Lift lobby areas smelt a bit funny. Scaffolding was erected around the full hotel distracting from an otherwise great view. The morning meal was disappointing.t up to standard in similarly rated hotels. But my overall experience with everything else in this hotel was excellent and made up for this. Breakfast Really happy that this place included morning meal but for the first 3 or 4 mornings there was no cream cheese for the bagels and no knifes... had to spread butter with a spoon. very expensive for what it is. WIFI didnt work most of the time. water the day of the check in. Fridge doesnt get cold. Rooms very very small. Housekeeping employees very unfriendly and inefficient. Total misrepresentation show one living space and give another. transparency as the hotel doesnt give out prices for the rooms and when pressed state an exorbitant price. . very expensive didnt match price. Ghastly hotel wouldnt go there again. t a lot could be better at the price. Perhaps a bar would be good. Breakfast was OK but a few more options would be nice but again at the price its fine. The bathroom is not conducive for how it is set up. The towels werent anywhere near the bathroom.. and this half glass look can only work for larger spaces ; the water just went everywhere. The hotel was very noisy. First, the air con unit sounded as if it was going off and did that on cycles throughout the night. Second people were going in and out of the rooms slamming doors and using the ice machine. It would have been good to have some slippers within the room. Im not a fan of memory foam matresses but that is just individual preference. You will hear the traffic outside and if someone bangs a door on your floor you will also hear it morning meal very poor choicepare to english breakfast, quality of coffee not much to choose from, cold boiling egg no mayo, male reception desk no polite no smile no attitudes thing. It’s so smallpared to what they show on the internet, they booked us a cab that never turned up for the airport. It was very basicpared to the pictures Rooms are small. Breakfast was basically free of cost donuts... plaints The only thing I can think of is my friend was originally placed in a non-renovated living space but he was relocated to a new living space as soon as he requested it. Shower pressure not good so I took a bath. biggie. We had two rooms booked . One of the rooms did not have a bedside table or a wardrobe space to hang the clothes . The bedsheets were not changed for 4 days with dirty marks on them . The bathroom is extremely cold and had no heater in it . The rude receptionist took around 6 different payments for the hotel and that got my card blocked for 4 days as half of the payments got lost and bank considered it as fraud . The air con - so so loud ! Worst morning meal I’ve ever seen . DO NOT STAY HERE I wish there was a little bit bett

The James New York

27 Grand Street, SoHo, New York, NY 10013, USA

👍 Great location and great views. Most of the employees were very helpful and kind. I thoroughly enjoyed the gentlemrn at the front door, very nice, saying hi or bye everytime we popped in or out! The view of the freedom tower was excellent. The James rooftop bar was great extreamly from there was a 50 foot walk back to my living space including elevator ride. The short walk to all of the restaurants and shopping district was fantastic as well. The 6pm wine wee hour was a great touch as well!! I love the location of the property. It’s in Soho, not too crowded but also not too polluted location. The employees were really nice and helpful. The bathroom was absolutely beautiful. Wood floors within the winter made the living space feel a bit cooler, perhaps a rug would go a long way. But the living space overall was absolutely beautiful, modern, and clean. fy bed. superb location. great scenery from the higher floors. The new restaurant is good if somewhat pricey! Beds werefy. Wine and cheese each evening was a great way to end a day exploring the city. Comfy bed, and quiet. Was able to get good sleep yay! Housekeeping did not clean our living space but refilled the snack tray ? Mmm is it because you charge for that ? I had to call to get water and fresh clean towels The service was excellent. I was addressed by my name and my requests were met with a smile each time. The living space was lovely with floor to ceiling windows and very little outside noise. Veryfortable bed, great shower and beautiful view 14th floor. Super close to the subway and walking distance to many attractions, bars, restaurants etc. highly rmend! The employees was really great! They did their best to provide me the best experience. The hotel is boutique hotel, so its style and design is what I prefer. I liked the outlook of the bathroom a lot. thing about this hotel was remotely likeable. The location is really perfect, which is about 2 mins walk to SOHO. Apart one thing it s a great hotel, but... Hotel employees were generally friendly. Location was excellent. Right next to nice coffee shops, restaurants and shops. Loved the large windows and natural light. Also liked the distilled water. Very hard to get ahold of employees and felt as though is was pulling teeth to get anything. Just very unorganized in my opinion. Staff was very friendly, helpful, weing. Operates as a smaller personable hotel. Loved the ambience of the open-air spaces as well: the garden area is a wee respite from busy city. Room was exceptionally clean and well organized; quiet. Received an upgrade. Location was great for us visiting family nearby. Beautiful location within the heart of soho with amazing view on the Town. The employees is really hosting and professional, always ready for your needs. The rooftop is really enchanting and the restaurant is very good! Thanks to Brian for his cordiality and for the upgrade in an awesome room. Location, trendyness and staff The living space was clean andfortable The location was excellent. Close to the subway. Lots of restaurants and shopping in close proximity Loved the heating on the bathroom floor. There were snacks throughout the day within the lobby Concierge was very helpful. Great view from the rooftop The artwork around the hotel is really nice. It was quiet once in your room. Heated floors on bathroom! Very large windows overlooking an open area in Soho

👎 Front desk person would not let me get my key as I used my partners name a the primary when booking though i paid for everything.. was mess after a long travel and she was not helpful-- basically saiying i had to wait til she got there to get my room. had to call her and ask 20 questions before i was able to proceed. no apologies.. could of been handled much better in my opinion. I have stayed at several hotels in this area for around the price. The James rooms and hotel were present days but worn. Paint chips, worn floor, stains on curtains.. Light was out on the bed stand and asked if they could fix it but never got done.t what was on the photos nor what i was expecting. The bed was notfortable, my fiance and I both are at home with sore backs. The floors were very thin I know because the woman within the floor above with high heels at 2am was very noticable. Moving the nightstand revealed what looks like a total disinterest in finishing renovations, looks like something you d hire a craigslist contractor to work on the poor moulding job and floor work All in all, we prefer the Domenick, which was booked, we will go back to them. So much for giving change a try. They need to exchange wash their curtains and blinds because in they have some stains on it. The bathrobes are over washed, they don’t look new and fresh anymore. It s super nitpicky, but the wood floors made the living space feel much colder, extreamly within the winter. They provide a fantastic look, but a rug of some sort might go a long way. It was extremely noisy, both from the corridors into the rooms and as i was located on floor 17 directly under the bar it was horribly noisy within the evenings. The bar employees were more than a little off hand. It was a bit expensive to not have morning meal included in he price. Housekeeping filled up our snack tray, but did not clean our room. I had to call to request fresh cleans towels and water For a superior king living space it was really small. I have been in many hotels and this living space looked more like the cheapest one within the hotel. In addition, I was also expecting that the bathroom would be better furnished in terms of products as well as a bath tub. In addition, I paid for a city view however all rooms except the status of liberty ones have a city view. So I was expecting a beautiful city view and got nothing special. I was less than impressed with this hotel. I had specifically booked to be able to make use of the rooftop which was closed for a individual event - this was not advertised anywhere prior. The employees were extremely unamodating, rude and robotic. I will not be staying here again nor will I rmend it. The employees have also taken payment twice and I am having to deal with ipetent assistance in which to retrieve my money. My living space has not been cleared during the first day of my stay. I called to require house-keeping, but no one showed up. I ended up with asking for some new towels and 2 dollars tips. The price was extortionate for 1 night $700 for plus taxes. 3nights $1150 plus taxes. Booked the further 3 nights and $200 discount given eventually after majorplaint. could not be undone and amended. RIP OFF for size of living space given, even after upgrade ☹️ Be very careful because they probably will charge you more than you should pay - first day we came they said that we should pay more than 180$ from booking price that incudes already each taxes and fac

👍 I usually stay at the Paul in nyc - it’s well priced, good location, super easy and fast check-in and has beautiful rooms overlooking the Empire State Building. The location is amazing, the living space was so clean, our view was of the empire state building which was out of this world to wake up to each day. If you go within the summer, the is a rooftop bar with incredible scenery too, it was -11c when we went so we missed it but we could still go up and look at the view. The area is super good for sightseeing and strolling around. The bathroom was clean! To the nice guy who helped us with our luggage: You were awesome and throughout super helpful ! :- Good morning meal for the cash paid. Very few other guests ate morning meal so nice to be lonely and eat. There is nothing to not like about this hotel. I had a very warm reception on arrival, I was given aplimentary bottle of wine for my birthday. My living space wasfortable and with scenery of the empire state building. The hotel is super clean as well. They also provide luggage storage service if you have some time to kill after check out. The location is great and made my short trip so stress free. I will choose this hotel over and over. Brilliant location in mid town, close to Empire State and Penn Station and also an easy walk to Chelsea and the East village. Rooms were veryfortable and a very good size, with a coffee maker which was great. The hotel employees also sent me up a bottle of wine on my birthday which was a lovely touch! Our living space also had a view of the Empire State Building! Good location, and clean and tidy.thing fantastic but very reasonably priced Location. The way the living space was set out bunk room. Mattress on the bed was just right. Range of soaps was good. The location of the tv. The bed was super king and memory foam mattress veryfortable, friendly employees and good priced buffet breakfast. If you just want a clean living space in a good location it’s great. Location The location was good. That is all. Great value considering the location. The living space was tidy, clean and present days with afortable bed and a decent shower within the bathroom. The location is very good - midtown and very easy to get around. The living space had a view of the Empire State building which was excellent. hotel rooms are small but beds arefortable and quiet, we were amodated at 19 Floor, I rmend the hotel for the very central location and the price. We did not hear any noise outside or inside hotel as read on previousments . Hotel employees kind and amodated our requests. we were 3 of us in double queen room. If you are looking for hotel with central location and do not expect a big living space i rmend this hotel. The hotel is in a great spot for activities close to Madison Square Garden. It’s close enough to shopping within the area and for walking to Soho, and Penn Station ... which was helpful for catching express trains to Brooklyn. The location was great and there was free of cost cable and foxtel TV The property was in a great location, located right near everything you could want as a tourist. The staffs are very attentive and friendly, esp Danje. The beds in twin bed living space are spacious. Walking distance to almost everywhere, near to mrt station Great location, living space with scenery and friendly staff Location Nice hotel in a great location close to Empire State Building, 5th Avenue with great tr

👎 But this time I was placed in a living space facing the opposite direction. Much smaller, worse bathrooms and right by the ice machine which started crunching ice each half an hour starting at 2 AM. Zero view. Very little to dislike but the shower could be temperamental, it was cooler within the evening than the morning and would turn itself off, but it would only last a few seconds thene back on, so its only a small niggle The living space was not locked when we came back to our living space within the evening, but it was cleaned, so the cleaner probably did not lock the door. We changed our living space from King to Queen bedroom and did not receive a refund even though the Queen bedroom is cheaper and smaller than the King bedroom. The employees lied at us telling us that we will receive the refund but the next day after we moved apparently nobody remembered. They then said they will just extra charge when switching from Queen to King bedroom but wont refund the other way around as it is a downgrade. One reception girl was rediciously rude and unqualified. The morning meal is a joke. Does not even deserve the name breakfast. Plastic cups being served and a living space full of trash and junk within the corner. variety or fresh cheese and sausage. Price $18 if I remember correctly. This hotel needs a real manager. The location is awesome but the amateur-staff screwed itpletely. I would definitely not rmend this place at all. Super sad because there is potential. Maybe when there is major changes being made but as there is a million amazing places to stay in New York, I would rmend to stay somewhere else straight away and avoid being displeased! The windows were not clean and sometimes a bit cold within the room. thing, it was excellent! t a very warm wee but maybe just caught front seat at a bad time. thing. All good. Shame roof high bar was not open due to being out of season. The heating was not great and no heating within the bathrooms. The bar downstairs is one to be missed Check in is strictly 4pm with no flexibility Room was small and noisy Heater was noisy Shower had no pressure Staff were robotic in their responses This hotel is filthy Our first living space had dirty sheets so we moved immediately. Our second living space s floor wasn t clean, there was a disgusting stain on the lampshade and some form of oil lube covered the hairdryer. The Paul charged us up front on check-in so we couldn t afford to move. place to hang up anything. A hook on the back of the bathroom door would be very convenient. The hanging space within the closet is virtually useless if you’re trying to hang up a suit bag or anything else long. The rooms are small. This isn t unusual in NYC but I ve certainly had bigger rooms than this for the same price. It was hard to get around the bed if I m honest. The employees were pleasant but it felt a little like customer service by numbers at times.thing overly bad, however. nothing It’s a little noisy within the area ... but if you’re tired - you’ll sleep! There was no hot water when we arrived late from our flight 1am. We had to call down to ask them to turn the hot water on so that we could shower The employees were unhelpful and rude and lost an item in which they had previously said they placed within the lobby for my collection. There were additional charges made before the stay and added that were not previously mentioned when booking the amodation. One

👍 The living space was beautiful and spacious. Our windows had a great outlook view. In a great location near the train and bus shuttles to airports. The beds were extremelyfortable, the employees very helpful. It is a great location, just across from Grand Central. We changed rooms from a Suite to a Gallery King. Best rooms are deluxe Queen, 2 beds, which our sons had. The building and the rooms were beautiful as well as very nice staff. Room was clean and modern, with good bathroom facilities. Bedfy too. We had the King One Bedrrom Suite - veryfortable bed with a huge tub within the bathroom. The dressing gowns were superfy The living space was decently sized with hip butfortable decor and the retro styled bathroom had a clean, deep bathtub! Heaven. And speaking of heaven, that bed was one of the mostfortable I ve ever slept in. I hated the fact I had to leave it within the morning. Location was amazing, employees friendly, living space was large We loved this hotel! We had a warm wee the night we arrived. We had a little problem with our living space but the personnel amodated us right away. We had reserved for a living space with a view and were not disappointed. We could se the Empire State Building right from our window! The bed is superfy and we loved the bathroom. The hotel is very well located, you can easily walk to Time Squate or the Rockefeller Center. There’s a lot of good eating and coffee spots around. We would definitely rmend! A special thanks to Garry at the front desk. Marie-Laure and Alex Hotel is in a great location a couple of minutes walk from grand central stop but the street is quiet for New York and we got great sleep even on New Years Eve! The bed was extremelyfortable and it was great to have a bath showerbo. Location! Location was excellent. Only a few minutes walk from subway stop and Grand Central station. The living space was modern, clean and with a bath tub. I could enjoy hot bath which was great for a cold winter day. Had a deep bathtub! I wanted a good size living space with great water pressure and a lovely aesthetic. They definitely have all these things for very reasonable NYC prices. There are a few dive bars around and even during the holidays, there were places to drink that were open! Oh and Scotty s Diner around the corner is a great greasy breakfast The employees went above and beyond to amodate our needs. The location was great. Right around the corner from Grand Central and walking distance to Fifth Ave. The living space area is acceptable for my living space type, the in living space design other than the bathroom is good. The hotel employees is nice, but this hotel gives local style service, there is no feeling of Hilton . I guess they just joined the hotel chain as an individual runner. The environment outside the hotel is not fancy but safe. Rmend this one when ur budget is not too high for amodation. BTW, the heater is good. Overall it’s good value for your money. Staff were very friendly and amodating Decor was contemporary and met our expectations The bed and linen were reallyfortable Room veryfortable, employees friendly and helpful. Nally lovely and the gentmeman who brought me a kettle and cup to room, he couldnt do enough for me. Can not fault this hotel. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are spotless and the location couldn’t be better. When we return to New York we will book The Renwick agai

👎t very stroller friendly. They do not have automatic sliding doors, and a doorman is not always available. The side lift to assist getting down a few steps to foyer is very slow and difficult to use. The elevators are very small and hard to navigate with a stroller. Don t bother booking a suite, the bathrooms are not as shown on the picture, very tiny indeed, the size of an aeroplane toilet! The manager was very helpful in moving us to a King Bedroom, but our son s room, Deluxe Queen 2 beds was enormous, both the bathroom and living space itself. I would thoroughly rmend this hotel in one of the Deluxe rooms, but not the suite. The suite was also freezing coldpared to normal rooms,t good when its -23c outside and you ve paid a premium for a suite. The water was shut off for support and we were not told not were wepensated in any way. The water was off for hours and we were unable to shower, wash our hands, or use the bathroom. It was a huge red mark on an others side great stay. Could have been plug holes near the large mirror, and a smaller mirror on the desk for make up. Could also do with a few more coat hangers within the wardrobe. Excessive noise from the door of the cleaning employees s living space banging shut each few minutes within the morning! doormen to assist with luggage Reception said toe back at 1.30pm but my living space wasn t ready until 3pm, only one towel each was provided, bathroom a little small Service, we tried to retrieve a lost item from the living space but was met with low effort in finding it. We were told that usually these things get thrown out, it was new boots. The bed linens was surprisingly thin and I almost get a cold. It was like summer linens. They should prepare an extra blanket or a bed cover. I wish the living space had a coffee maker. The bathrobes here are awful. The living space was actually quite dusty and I m glad I had my antihistamine nasal spray or else I would not have survived. There s no coffee within the rooms themselves butplimentary coffee downstairs within the restaurant.t a huge deal to go downstairs for coffee but I m just not used to putting on pants before coffee... The pillows were flat. We could have used some that had some substance. But, other than that it was a great stay. The bath living space is not clean and the bath living space facility is poor quality. Old style building and a bit noisy if u live on a lower floor as me.t too much food choice in hotel or nearby. Inconsistent with leaving out ourplimentary water bottles - some days we did not have any Coffee machine kettle in living space Bath tub in bathroom Maybe location closer to Times Square, but there again was good to do extra walking Cleaning had not been done properly including unchanged bed sheets made to look as if they had been changed and lack of hoovering on arrivaltrip advisor reviews of other NYC hotels had warned about this but this was rectified with an apology when Iplained to the reception. The whole suite was then promptly and thoroughly cleaned and sheets replaced. Overall the employees and hotel were very good and I’d consider staying again as I believe this was hopefully a lapse by an individual employees member. The bed was quite soft for my liking. I had a hard time gettingfortable. Stuff for very courteous. It took three phone calls to the front desk, however, to get the document that I needed printed for work. A first call to ask, then two r

👍 The enhancement was interesting... it’s like a ship inside. They also have a club downstairs. The 1907 vintage was fantastic, it feels like a walk back in time as if all was left as is from the 1900s. The single living space cabins are small but well planned and storage is good. Safe area 5 minutes walk from the subway and several dining options within walking distance. The hotel is amazing, tones of interesting and unusual interiors and features. There are a lots of cool Jane hotel paraphernalia within the room. The shower is amazing! The location is incredible, so easy tomute to and from. I like that it was easy access to the City Loved our Captains Cabin room, great decor andfortable bed, excellent bathtub. Friendly and helpful staff, GREAT location. I loved the feel of the whole place, I felt like I had been transported in time. From the employees to the decorations, to the living space itself, it was fantastic. I will say the living space single was small, but that didn t really bother me because the excellent price, location, cleanliness and friendliness of the employees more than made up for it and from it was winter it was really quite cozy! I also really appreciated the bathrobe, towels and water! I absolutely love staying at the Jane! This is my second stay and I m already looking forward to my next. For the money, you can t beat the value! The employees is extremely friendly and attentive and the shared spaces are always clean. Excellent staff, excellent chef; friendly helpful staff; unique historic property. Good location for accessing transportation, museums, The High Line, restaurants, Greenwich Village. I opted to economize; the shared bathrooms were well designed and kept clean. Fantastic old-style authentic hotel. Amazing view over Hudson River to Jersey-city. Great neighborhood - calm and charming. Great bed and pillows. Renewed restroom facilities. 20-25 mins to most of tourists attraction by metro. Very clean indeed. However, the rooms are really small, and there was just one shower on my floor for roughly 40 rooms. It was surprising to find the shower available at two out of three mornings, though it may be related to the season. For the price the place is great. Easy walk to the subway on 14th street and 2 stops to MSG. Second time staying here and I enjoyed it. Nice little restaurant and bar and the place is really clean and employees is super helpful. Overall excellent stay and I will definitely be staying here again. The best thing about The Jane is defo its unique style. The rooms are quite small but still good enough for a short stay. Frindly staff, very nice bar and restaurant, and great location. The employees was okay, some were more friendly than others. The bathroom was clean, the showers were nice and hot. The location is good, close to the Whitney Museum, Chelsea Market, within the Meatpacking District, with a subway closeby that gives access to the other parts of the city quite easily. The Jane is our favorite goal in New York City. First, the location within the West Village--with a view of the Hudson River--is superb. It s a great, walkable neighborhood that we love, and we don t mind having to hike a little to get to the subway. The proximity to the Hudson River Greenway is a huge bonus, and we re steps away from Chelsea and central Greenwich Village. The hotel itself has the best employees I ve ever encountered. They are personable, pr

👎 The living space was extra small and too hot due to they have a centralized system, so you cannot change the temperature. I asked about it and they suggested me to open the window... in January... I think it doesn’t worth the cash I paid for it. I believe that the shared bathrooms should be gender specific. I felt a little strange trying to go shower and a guy was there washing his hands or teeth or going to the restroom. thing The living space was a bit cold but we received extra blankets and bundled the heavy curtains into the window alcove and it heated up. The sharply toned security employees of the nightclub are unable to identify who are guests trying to enter the hotel to proceed to their living space and who are nightclub goers. You will be greeted by a long line of people blocking the entrance as they wait to enter the nightclub. We had orders of where to stand barked at us by security when trying to go to our room. The employees will not treat you well two guys aside who were awesome! But truly felt like they didn t care about me or the fact my living space was litrally so hot I couldn t sleep, there respone was so belittling I just gave up. Can’t think of a real criticism. It would be good if the lights were slightly brighter within the living space and if you could control the heater. It was winter but at some stages, it did get really warm. Once I opened my window and used the fan it was okay but it was a bit ufortable at some stages. The rooms are very small, but that s no surprise! It s actually quite cozy and very well laid out! The sheets felt like a mixed fabric rather than all cotton. TOO NOISY DURING THE NIGHT !!!! I phoned them at 1 am and they gave no response. I couldn’t fall asleep until 3am. Nest day morning they told me it was the bar that played the music . My living space was overlooking Hudson River which is amazing. But there’s also a big road busy 24h day. So it was rather noisy to sleep. Hope they’ll make the sound isolation one day Although it was not a big problem but metro stop is ~Seven-10 minutes walk away. Sometimes it was tiring to go back and forth. Service could have been a little better within the bar restaurant but I m notplaining. The carpets that were all over the hotel looked worn and unhygienic. There was a permanent bad smell within the corridors: something like cigarette smoke, I think. I stayed in a standard single room. It was not possible to control the radiator it was controlled centrally, so the first night the living space was really hot. Even with the window open, it remained too hot. I turned on the airconditioning, but that made so much noise that even with earplugs, it disturbed me all night. The next day, the employees offered me a different room, which I accepted thankfully. I stayed in another room, in which the heater seemed not to be on. It was therefore rather chilly. The beds were okay, even though I could feel the springs of the mattress. The walls of the living space were paper thin I could hear the neighbours and everything that was said within the corridors. I had booked the Jane Hotel not only because of the price and the location, but also because of the history behind it. I was looking forward to seeing the ballroom, but unfortunately I was not allowed in. The ballroom was closed for the duration of my stay and not even a short peek was allowed even though I asked several times. That was a pity, as it was one of the reasons for booking a living space in this hotel. Over

👍 The employees were very helpful, especially when I needed to arrange a hospital ER visit. Many thanks. Rooms were spacious and very clean by NYC standards. Excellent location just within the middle of the Island. Great Sushi Restaurant inhouse. We never tried the morning meal but Im sure thats good as well. What i liked the most, was thefortable size of the living space an - having a living space towards the backyards that living space was very quiet! The proximity to all the main attractions in NYC, it’s close to everything-shows, great shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, the subway everything you’d ever want in a hotel. Plus they have this great Sushi restaurant as well! The employees made my short trip excellent. I had to travel in for work on a Sunday and was exhausted when u check in - the Porter at the door helped me as I came in and greeted me with a great smile. The manager checked me in and upgraded me - I always stayed here within the past and they have renovated from - I will continue to stay here. We ate at the Bryant Park Grill after Palm Sunday Mass at St. Patrick s Cathedral. Wonderful atmosphere, good food, and ample portions for a modest price. IS CONVENIENT. FRONT DESK STAFF IS GRACIOUS AND HELPFUL. Staff always hosting and rooms impressively clean. View of Bryant Park in spring gorgeous. Fabulous location. Terrific employees who are friendly and knowledgeable with a can-do attitude. Nicemon spaces, fortable and large by NYC standards rooms. The living space was large, and very clean. stripped wood floors, with a well appointed bathroom. Thisbination is all too rare in NYC, and whenbined with excellent service and a great location means I will be back. Having stayed at the hotel three times for Three-4 nights in less than 30 days I expected to get a better rate the additional days I stayed within the hotel suite after spending over 3 thousand dollars during the time I stayed there... also felt very rushed by front work area who kept calling my living space to see if I was checking out. Staff was exceptional-friendly, informative, and fun! They upgraded us to a suite and it was sweet-overlooking Bryant Park! They provided spot on rmendations. We loved the downstairs bar - Celon, which was a jewel. The employees was world class, I have stayed all over the USA and many other countries and this employees was easily 4 stars. The hotel is very nice: living space is clean, well designed and decorated. The staffs are super helpful: had some issue with my living space key, Matthew made sure that it was solved. Convenient location: a few minutes walk from Time Square, coffee shop downstairs plus a park. There is a tub! Overall very good value for money. We spent christmas night at the hotel and it was superfy. The view of Bryant Park from our living space was magical and the tub within the living space was very nice. We were also surpised by champagne and a very sweet note from we were celebrating our anniversary. The hotel is nice, but the rooms are minimal and in need of a round of modernization. Expected more from a property of this caliber. The service employees was very weing, thanking them for helping me, but the living space was very general, the hotel location was very convenient, and the living space was clean. there is major overnight construction in this hotel. i can’t sleep, it is extremely noisy. It seems unpleasant and impolite to the guests of the hotel. it is rare case that construction is allowed at

👎plaints. The only thing that bother me, it’s the lack of coffee machine at the room. They have free of cost coffee and muffins at the lobby between Six-8 am, but if you’re not an early bird and on vacation that’s really less convenient. t a thing The night club was packed, but rather then looking like a New York Club it resembled a prom night with teenagers wearing tacky, extremely short skirts that reminded my wife and I of how Times Square was once populated. It was easy to just pass the pack by, but for a classy place otherwise it did not match. rooms and furniture are beat up. Room was cold as the heat pumps were off after a couple of warm days. Housekeeping might spend 5 minutes within the living space and it shows. Windows take two people to open. Room was very hot despite lowest settings . Valet was unusually slow this time due to a special event but employees were very nice In the elevators the lighting is dim. Do not like to be rushed out of the living space during check out time. Table and chairs within the suite were not suitable for the space - looked like office furniture. First a throw pillow on the bed had a disgusting stain that appeared to be dried body fluid. The mattress was horrible and ufortable. The only think I could think of the shades: they do not block lightspletely, if you are sensitive to lights when sleeping, bring a mask. living space service after 11, you can t even get a drink. there is major overnight construction in this hotel. i can’t sleep, it is extremely noisy. It seems unpleasant and impolite to the guests of the hotel. it is rare case that construction is allowed at night. You can book any other good hotel next to if you want to sleep well. We booked a suite over Christmas. We had a good view of the park but the suite was quite basic in it s furnishings and amenities. While there was a minibar there wasn t any tea making facilities. There was also no drawers to unpack to. There wasn’t anything that we did not like ... The decor is hideous, and the lighting within the elevators is ridiculous. The hotel is located in a beautiful, historic building, but the interior design is not in keeping with the style of the structure and seems to have been chosen to be intentionally ugly. The dark, red-lighted elevators are strange and silly - and frustrating. I ran the water for a bath and it was a yellowish brown color. I didn’t end up taking a bath... ☹️ Loved the location .. loved the resturant being close. elevatorfort .. clean rooms I enjoy walking to almost all our locations Would stay again hot water at all times and the noise from the park was absolutely horrendous! Also the last day we wanted to shower but there was no hot water available! We washed with freezing water which is not a good way to leave the hotel. An electric teakettle would have been nice touch. The rooms are very loud, when I arrived they told me they upgraded me to a junior suite! I only through my luggage in and run to the next meeting ! When I came in before dinner I saw that the noise was from the aircondition in front of the window ! They moved me than to the 18th floor but it was still loud ! They have in each living space noise devices for sleeping within the bathrooms ! So they know the problem ! Also because of the big old windows it’s very cold and I asked for an additional heating device. They offered me by checking out 100.-
