👍 Tyler and Steven at the reception were so sweet! Made our stay much more enjoyable! The location is perfect. Great design andfortable beds. The bathroom was small but clean and the fixtures were nice. The employees was pleasant and helpful. The bed was surprisingly large and soft. I slept wonderfully at night, and the toilet waspletely my aesthetic. The bathroom products smelled great and were very good for my skin. I loved the interior design. The bed wasfortable, and the location is great. Convenient Location and the concept of the conscious hospitality and supporting world poverty project. Location of the hotel was very convenient. Close to subway stations and in easy reach of Little Italy which is excellent and China Townt as great as we hoped. The subway is excellent and a very convenient way to get around the city and everything is easily accessible so you can explore all the different interesting regions of NY. The SOHO area features avast availability of cafes and restaurants within a short walk. The other thing we liked about the hotel was the casual nature of the environment rather than a formal large chain hotel. thing really to like with this hotel Everyone at this hotel is extremely helpful and polite. Beds are superfy and the location is perfect. The employees were always willing to assist no matter what time of day and would always be approachable. The experience I had at 11 Howard will be hard to match based on the service I received. The location is great. Nice employees andfy beds. Recently, we stayed, in this hotel. The living space with 2 double beds was tiny. It was hard to store anything within the closet! Unfortunately, although we asked, there was no possibility to get a bigger room. We understood - it was holiday period time. Since we were outside most of the time, we didn tplain about the living space not being cleaned properly. Luckily, the beds werefortable. The location is good and most of the employees are nice. Mind you: There is a $30 a day facility charge which covers the internet, phone calls, $10 minibar credit for items we travel a lot and we’ve never had that in any hotel we’ve stayed in. So, the WI-Fi is not Complimentary, as suggested on the website. Complimentary services or products are those given to an audience a customer without charge. The location was great, you could walk to the subway stop in just a few minutes, and their employees at the front work area were friendly. Nice concept, personel was absolutelly wonderful and helpful. The area is great if you want to be around soho. Location and employees were great. It wasn t a warm hotel. Rooms were tiny and sparsely furnished, which made it a little cold. I liked the bathroom design but not the size Bedfortable. Rooms economical yet well designed and serviceable. Aesthetically satisfying and not austere. Nice and trendy rooms. Great location and amazing areas nearby! Beds were veryfortable. We had some problems with our stay but management made each effort to resolve these problems to our satisfaction. Solely based on managements response I will being back to the 11 Howard. Very cool andfortable design. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. A great hotel for young travellers. I loved thefortable bed, beautiful vanity within the bathroom and a nice view from the room. Very trendy fashi
👎 We got food poisoning from the food. Wasn t that great that there wasn t a nice restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There was a facilities tax ontop of like 5 other taxes daily - when the hotel had no facilities. Very expensive for tiny rooms! Having to request everything from bathrobes to shower caps shouldn t happen in a luxury hotel. Very loud repair crew shouting within the hallway. The two queen beds nearly filled the entire living space which was small. There was a strong, overwhelming, perfume smell which filled the hallways. The double bedroom was smaller than I expected, so it was difficult to fit all of our suitcases and move around. The lighting was a little too dark within the bathroom so I had trouble putting on my makeup. The employees are rude. The lobby is freezing. warm wee. The poor receptionist had on gloves and ear muffs checking me in it was that cold. The 3 guys standing around ‘concierge’ were so rude and not helping her out at all. Then she brought up my bags to my living space not them! My living space was fine for NY standards. Clean. The bed was great. But the vibe of the place was so bad. I will never stay here again. The hotel is being marketed as luxury and 5 star by some websites. It is not luxury or 5 star. You can notpare the level of this hotel to its sister Gramercy Park Hotel or Sixty Thompson in terms of luxury, service and amodations, or even the public spaces. Oh and the bar that turns into a night club actually features apretty bad smell inside, but the space itself looks nice and cozy. There was a small issue with the bathroom exhaust fan which became very noisy after the first few days. we reported it 3 times and it wasn t acted upon. Did not ruin the short trip - we just needed to keep the door shut at night to lessen the sound while we slept. When you first step to the hotel there is no reception to wee you2 ipads on a small table thats it so you need to look for the employees to get service. Rooms are small not enough space for the luggage Furnitures are minimal looks like Ikea style Mattress worn and sunk from use Very un wee environment There were toiletries only for 1 person within the bathroom. When I requested for 3, a man brought for only 1 additional person, we booked for 3. The bathroom was tattered looking and was not clean. Elevators outside the living space were quite noisy until after 1am. Luke warm water and bad water pressure in our tiny room. Don’t love the minimal lobby. Seems coldand unweing. At the end, there was an unpleasant situation and I can t stress this enough: It s not the money, it s the principle. We have never used the minibar maybe we should have opened it and checked it. Just before our flight departure to Europe, I received a second invoice. The first, I checked quickly together with a concierge in should I call it, the conceptual lobby, both hunching down to the level of a small Ipad screen.t the ideal way to do it. The second invoice had additional charges for the ‘use’ of the minibar the last morning before we checked out 6 soft drinks. I’ll repeat, we did not use the minibar neither that morning nor during our stay. If we had used the minibar before, I presume it would be listed on our invoice as a daily expense, as it is listed for the second floor s library coffee place expenses.w, I am even wondering if those expenses are correct. Mistakes can happen even in Five-star hotels 11 Howard ha

👍 The location. The friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness. The lovely cafe and staff. Location is just perfect. Also this hotel is so clean and quiet. Towels are another great thing. The kitchen is well equipped. Super location, less than 3 min walk to Central Park. Close to 24hours Deli, yet away from heavy crowds. Room is spacious and well appointed, we have a One bedroom suite, so ites with good kitchen amenities. We were able to cook our new year eve dinner within the apartment! Very good facilities for an apartment hotel: Free use of laundry room, good machines and dryers, is a great blessing for long stay. Private cinema hall is a luxury extreamly on cold nights when you just only want to stay in. On our suggestion, the hotel staffs organised a live screening of the Ball Drop on NY eve, and even brought in free of cost champaign. Gym is very good, clean, new equipment well spaced. Staff is friendly and helpful, and offered to assist us with booking of Network Broadway when we have problem booking online. Even if eventually could not do it for us, its nice that the employees remembered and checked with us subsequently. We have a great stay overall, and decided to stay on at the same hotel when we extended our stay in NYC The location is superb. I also like the fitness facilities. Fabulous location and easy walk to subways All employees were extremely friendly and helpful for the entire duration of our stay. We felt aodate from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Loved that you held our bags until we left for the airport. Room size was adequate just lacked some sufficient lighting. Overall an amazing stay with great employees and a great location. The employees helped you to settle in quickly. They always greeted us warmly and had great suggestions. They went beyond and above. The bed was veryfortable. The living space was good size, nice and clean but no sitting area. Room was not presented as within the promotional material ... I think we were placed in a living space requiring renovations? The website indicated newly refurbished amodation. Fantastic location, really friendly staff. Our suite was huge, with kitchen. Bottle of prosecco and card for our honeymoon was a lovely touch. Staff did their best to move us to another living space less noisy and offer free of cost late check-out Clean very spacious suite. Helpful, if somewhat utilitarian, service staff. You can’t beat the location. Steps away from Central Park, Fifth Ave, Columbus Circle... it’s a great location from which to venture out. Subway stations are close by though the one on 57th st is closed for renovation. For 3 of us, we took a suite - one of the newly re-done ones. We had also stayed in a similar one last year. They are spacious, fitted with all the kitchen requirements, clean andfortable. The bed was one of the best I’ve slept in. The employees and service is very good too. The location is wonderful. It s close to Central Park while also within walking distance to Times Square and Bryant Park Grand Central. There are a lot of great restaurants and sightseeing spots nearby, not to mention subway stations. For travelers whoe to New York for the first time, this is a great choice! The employees were excellent and reacted to any request quickly Great location right across from the Plaza Hotel and 3 min walk from Central Park. The apartment was spotless clean, veryfortable and with a nice view
👎 . sold me a king suite that was unrenovated using photos of a renovated suite, and it was not clear that the suite I purchased was of a sub standard to the photos. I then chose to upgrade at significant extra cost. The renovated upgraded suite had no hot water for 2 days. I had to move again. The new suite was lovely. Unfortunately it also had a problem with hot water. It took a long time to get hot. Sometimes as long as 30 mins. I was offered free of cost morning meal and 2 nights free. The employees were very responsive. The mattress is just too soft. 1. We stayed from 31 Dec right through to 16th Jan over 3 different bookings, living space housecleaning service is only on check in and once during a 6 nights stay, but it could have been better arranged, instead of arranging housekeeping only on Day 4, rather than mid of week stay. 2. The hotel subsequently close the cinema earlier by 9pm means the last use is at 7pm for a normal movie duration. This does not make sense given that most of day time would be spent out visiting instead of staying in so the cinema is under-utilised. They could have put a limit on sound level instead of closing it earlier initially from 11pm to 10 and now to 9pm. Or look into proper sound proofing if the sound level do affect the 2nd floor rooms. 3. Room card often do not work, something to look into. Unfortunately we had construction next door during our stay which ruined it not anybody’s fault. Would have preferred to be moved to another AKA location to avoid the noise. Unfortunately there was major demo going on next door which is nothing to do with AKA but wish they could have let us know at check in! Staff were amazing extreamly Miguel! Very helpful! He even got my washing out of the dryer as I was out all day! The water in New York upset our stomach but this was each where. As long as we only drank bottled water everywhere we were fine. There are noplaints about AKA we were so happy to be so close to Central Park, Times Square and the subway. They front work area told me that they would email me my bill and I had to call 6 times over 10 days to get my bill. Go somewhere else for better service and better amodations. The lobby wasn t very weing, The cafe employees was very nice but the cafe environment was basic. living space service. The darkness of the living space ... no natural light The decor throughout is beyond minimalistic - very cold, uninviting, lighting is terrible. The suites are missing a few touches that could make all the difference - some nice cushions on the couches, etc. Providing a couple of coffee pods etc would be a nice touch too. The rooms are so dark, we had no view so better lighting essential. We had a drink within the bar that has the same uninviting decor, terrible music, and again felt so cold. Could be so different, as has amazing potential. Extremly noisy, Reconstruction in progress at the property facade and new construction next door start at 7.30am. sign about ongoing reconstruction both on property as well as booking websites Building demolition work going on. Suite was dark and noisy. Make sure you know which suite you are going to be given prior to arriving or you may end up in a dark noisy one like I did. Very disappointing given the price. Their cafe is not a very inviting place but never found any need for it! There are plenty of options all around. 1. had to ask for rooms to be cleaned as

👍 Big, spacious and present days apartment great for our family. Quiet and private, didn’t feel like we were steps away from the bustle of Times Square. Staff were very helpful and amodating. Location is perfect. Personnel is professional and helpful. Apartments are big and nice. Pleasant and helpful staff, morning coffee, large units, location Awesome internet Connectivity and speed. Just made this my high choice for NY trips. Room was quiet and veryfortable. We had just gone through an airport or airdrome ordeal with flight cancellations, freezing outside 2 hrs waiting for taxis that never came, when we finally arrived at the hotel at 2 AM we were greeted with smiles, warmth and patience. The 2 bedroom apartment was beautiful and everything needed was there. The penthouse morning meal area mon lounge is a wonderful place to relax and have a coffee or hot chocolate! Thank you to the employees on night shift! Bonus was location! Room booking error was addressed professionally and satisfactorily. General courtesy of employees is above average. Staff, Doorman are nice and pleasant and very helpful. Concierge employees are able to get us reservation to restaurant which is very difficult to get in a short period in advance. The place as well as linen and towels are clean and new. All facilities are good had been well maintained and useful. The location is convenient and safe even at night. And you can easily get food around the area almost all the time. It is a great location. An efficient but not very hospitable place. Personnel is very nice. Services are mediocre. Rooms are not properly insulated. When kitchens were used, the floor smelled of food. The location was fantastic right in Times Square but was obstructed from the bright lights a problem many othersplained of. amazinglyfortable bed. A few steps from the centre of the action on Times Square. Staff extremely courteous. I mentioned when booking that we were staying in New York as part of my wife s special birthday treat. On arrival there was a nice birthday card for her and a bottle of champagne. Lovely gesture. Great location. Quiet rooms. Comfortable beds. Good washer and dryer. Only negative was tiny bathroom where living space got very wet with each shower use. Bathroom Door was difficult to open and close. Needs maintenance. Very helpful staff. Perfect location and the one bedroom apartment was very spacious. Exceptionally clean and literally a 2 minutes walk away from Times Square. Our apartment within the AKA Times Sq was spotless. It had all the facilities required - washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, all cooking utensils. It was very spacious. If staying in NYC again I would definitely stay within the AKA. There is a lovely lounge area on the high floor where there is access to a PC and printer. Best nights sleep for ages. Great shower. TV in lounge a bit hit and miss but we only put it on first thing within the morning for the news and weather. First class kitchen Equipment and Washer Dryer. Staff exceptional, thanks. Location was fantastic, minutes from Times Square. The employees were great, organised groceries to be in our living space before we arrived, with minimal cost. The living space we had was very good, spacious andfortable, more than I expected for central NYC. The spaciousness of our roomThe kitchen was amazing. It had everything you could think of. The lovely fragrance around the entire p
👎t much! They have cleaned only once while we were there, and spent 8 days. This is not enough. Kitchen apparels are bing old, and you need 45mn to get boiled water. Some units were very dark because windows faced adjacent buildings. Additional lighting should have been available. It would be helpful if housekeepers had a checklist so that customers did not have to ask for dish soap, paper towels, and tissues. Outlets or power strips near the headboards would be helpful. Very little bad to say. Could probably use a second treadmill in fitness center but was not a problem while I was there. Would have been nice to have coffee available in living space or lobby even for at least 1 day. There was confusion regarding the living space booked which was not the same as advertised. The mattress is very firm, as are the pillows, not my preference. 1 The reservation and payment. I had been charged on full amount for reservation prior to our stay but upon checking out, my friend was asked to make payment again despite my notification to AKA upon checking in!!!Now I had written to both . and AKA for a clarification and refund and expect respond ASAP!!!Below are what I d wrote to them. To Whom it may concern,I am very disappointed with both . and AKA this time. Because I had been charged on Jun-2One-18 for total amount of US$ 1,860.30 to my credit card. However, upon checking out, AKA asked my friend to pay again on the same amount!!!I don t know whether this mess is caused by misunderstanding which is hard to believe or you have a very lousy system!?! or it s the intention of either . or AKA to do this!?!I need clarification as well as full refund amount ASAP!!!ps. Since you usually request confirmation number for any corespondent, I suggest you should put either confirmation number or pin code number when you charge with credit card as well for same understanding so that both you and your client could easily check the transaction and payment whether it s correct or not.2 With two bedroom reservation, there should be two bathroom or at least additional toilet not just one!!! The air con within the apartment was noisy, and the air con of the surrounding buildings was worse Only tea or coffee and the odd banana, apple or pear available in lounge within the morning. We love our cups of tea and would ve preferred a kettle tea coffee making facility within the room. Bathroom. Check in time is 3 pm which is way too late aspare to other hotels. There was nothing to dislike. Excellent Staff, Excellent Apartment and Excellent Location add up to a fantastic break. Need to have bedside table on both sides of the bed.t just one. Minor support problems: bathroom door did not lock, den door did not close well. Shower gel and shampoo no longer the luxury brand they used to have. Seemed to me that the hotel was at times under-staffed, and they took time to respond to my requests. The hotel was fixing the elevators - which means the elevators were signalling some terrible noise which annoyed me. The penthouse suite was a studio with tiny windows and questionable ceiling. To two bed living space apartment, there is only one small bath living space is inappropriate. We stay there for 5 nights. There are two elevates in this building, one is broken for ever, the other was broken at one night,we have to use the stairs. There are no free of cost water within the ro

👍 Impeccably clean and spacious, our superior studio was a wee retreat after a long days out and about. The furniture, linens and bathroom facilities were all quality and the bed and shower were excellent. We only had one visit from housekeeping during our 5 night stay but this was perfectly adequate and we preferred the lack of interruption. There’s lots of storage within the studio so it stayed tidy and clean and the front work area are happy to replenish soaps towels etc as needed. So happy we booked here instead of a small hotel living space midtown, it really made our short trip having such a great base. Downtown is safe and clean and a short walk to many of the places we wanted to go - WTC, Staten Island ferry, Brooklyn Bridge and a quick subway ride mid uptown. Lots of good places to eat - we liked The Hole within the Wall, Cliff St and Open Kitchen for morning meal and Fraunces Tavern for dinner. Great new little gin bar called Lovelace down at South Ferry with live Jazz. Staff at AKA were very hosting and helpful and it was fantastic to haveplimentary and high speed laundry services onsite which meant we could travel light. I would have no hesitation at all rmending AKA Wall St to friends and family or colleagues traveling to NYC on business. Thanks for everything!!! Aka Wall Street is a very convenient hotel within the heart of the financial district in NY. Check-in was quick and efficient with a great wee smile. The living space is spacious and trendy. I didn t use the kitchen but it s a functional and present days one. The bed is veryfortable with easy outlets for you to charge your devices. I really liked the experience and wille back when I have a chance. If you are looking to stay at the financial district, be able to work in your hotel living space and have a decent living space size, this is a great choice! The hotel is your little apartment in NY and great for short or longer stays. Functional, internet works great, bed isfortable, TV propose the Netflix option, propose a strong shower and bedrooms are quiet. Everything was great. From the moment you walk in to the hotel, you feel the hospital. It smells amazing. matter how many times you walk passed the concierge desk, the greet you as if it’s the first time they’ve seen you. Having everything you need to cook and serve dinner was also a plus. The location: near trains, easy to find taxis, close to a proper grocery store. Also, the bathrooms are very large, unlike other hotel residences. The amenities are also very nice. Modern, clean, large room! Wonderful shower, great employees and very good location. I would not hesitate to stay at AKA Wall Street again the next time I am within the city. Cannot ask for more. - Spacious studio- Super friendly, lovely staff- High quality furniture- Superfy bed- Very well located; very close to a Metro stop to get around Great location close to shopping and the memorial. Staff very friendly and helpful. Looked after our bags and offered for us to use the fitness center and showers until we left for our night. Rooftop facility was good with free of cost tea and coffee, fruit and snacks until 3pm each day. Rooms were large and very clean. The unique lights are tricky to turn off but there are instructions on the desk and front employees to call and help. This is fabulous for anyone to stay, for any reason. The bed is heaven, fitness center functional andmunal lounge relaxing. Everything you need and amazing staff. Whether you want to eat out or
👎t a major gripe but theplimentary coffee on the rooftop was each bit as poor as I’d read. It’s great they offer it but even mediocre would be better than poor. My bedroom was facing an atrium, which means there was very limited natural lightBathroom doors are a glass door which canpromise your privacy if you have someone within the living space with you The kitchenette had a mini fridge with a tiny freezer and though there were two burners for cooking there was no oven. If you don t need those things, it is a great place to stay. basic tea or coffee facilities. There has been loud noise from works outside the building.... but only during waking hours... thing, very happy with the amodation. The coffee offered on the high floor was ok, but the lady managing the area was not really in her best mood. When we arrived four people there was only one small piece of cake left and the lady did not bring more. My one and onlyplaint is that these sort of residence suites do not have a daily turn down service or towel bed change. But again that is not a huge quip when ites to how awesome this hotel was. t everyday clean, but it fine. any living space service, but a lot of small residents around the neighborhood. The suite had a good kitchen with a coffee maker but no coffee pods to use it with. Since there isplimentary coffee being served within the rooftop lounge, it would make sense to offer coffee within the living space also. Bad elevator. Only one was working. Wait time during check out was 15 minutes! power outlets next to the bed. If this could be improved, it s a small thing but makes a difference During the whole week only one elevator of two was working in a building with more than 18 floors. Also used by staff. That‘s a long time to get an elevator serviced.... The aircon was so loud it was unbearable and it wasn t possible to turn it off because of the living space we were in apparently we were on 18th floor. This didn t make sense to me! There was aslo an aircon vent directly over the bed so a constant really cold draft stream of air -- so I ended up very ill with a terrible head cold and chesty cough after little to no sleep for the entire 5 nights I stayed there. Other rooms could be fine, check before you arrive. The staff, however, were super lovely, the suite was spacious and the location great -- so just check about the aircon and the living space number before you book arrive. So much space in bathroom but a ridiculously small bath, would of liked a bigger bath ! The bathroom door did not fully close unless if it was adjusted. Corridors could be nicer and the lifts were terrible. Only one working when we were there which was irritating. It took a long time to get a lift. One of the lifts was out of order the whole time and the 2nd lift was out of use for a few hours which meant we had to walk up 12 flights of stair to our room!t ideal for 2 Asthmatics? unfortunately, one of the two elevators remained broken for the entire stay. The other one, got spoiled and we were forced to get on and off like all the guests from the 14th floor, on foot This hotel had only a single, slow elevator which broke down during my stay. Although it was repaired within a couple of hours, walking up and down 8 flights in dress boots was not optimal. Some guests were just checking in when the elevator broke down and were faced with carryi

👍t what I expected frowm my pervious stays at ALOFT. Wrong living space I asked for a double got a King! Room was extremely SMALL. COULD BARELY MOVE AROUND The rooms were veryfortable and great for one person for a few nights. The employees was SUPER. They were always willing to assist and held my bags for me after checkout until I was able to leave for the airport. Staff was great! - Clean .- friendly stuff . I like the fact that curtains really block all the sunlight. I liked that it was within the heart of Harlem. Just a beautiful location. The location was good. The beds werefortable. I liked that the elevator required a living space key in order to leave the lobby, although anyone could have gotten on with someone who had a key. The rooms were extremely small, but it didn’t matter from there was only 2 of us. the living space was large and spacious Friendliness of the clerk greets you as we entered the hotel. Very clean rooms, will definitely stay again when I travel back to NYC. Plenty of food choices within the area for health conscious ppl or if you prefer somefort food. The lobby area was attractive at all times. The employees was capable and friendly. the living space wasfortable. The location to most of the stores was convenient. The price was right. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Good yogurt and healthy to-go snacks The employees at the desk was very helpful. I had a small issue with the air con and it was fixed immediately. Also the cordiality is excellent and made me feel at home andfortable asking them anything. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and cozy room, great location if you are visiting Columbia, fantastic price, worth each penny! It was modern, the employees was nice and courteous. Clean rooms The employees was very friendly and took care of everything right away. I like the fact that I get to leave and don’t have toe back. I liked the ability to get a hot morning meal at Refuel that was gluten free. The front lobby desk personnel were extremely helpful and friendly i. e. assisted with calling taxi s and giving me morning wake up calls by phone. I liked that I put the do not disturb sign on my door and people didn t bother me. If I m only staying 4 days I don t need people fussing with my sheets. I like my privacy. I like the set up the key locks to go up and down the building I like my living space I enjoyed they didn’t give me a problem when I was trieding off of work the check in was great Friendly staff, quick to address needs We stayed within the hotel during a week. The hotel facilities are quitefortable. Spacious lobby where you can buy some food for morning meal and work for some time. Rooms are furnished with the refrigerator and a coffee tee. Good gym. Friendly staff. Trendy design. I like boutique hotels, you are not overwhelmed by human traffic. The employees is very knowledgable about places of interest and how to get there. They take time to know their guests and greet you when you return within the evening. The hospitality is wonderful. The living space was great andfortable. I wished I could open slightly the window for fresh air. And i didn’t know about breakfast! body told me if I could take a banana or water. If it was included or not :Please make that clear! We are not all business travelers with experience Thanks The beds werefortable and the rooFriendliness of the clerk greets you as we entered the hotel. The man within the reception helped us a lot. Great bed, good space for a hotel in NYC. Convienet to subway and good restaurants in Harlem. Would stay again! I always choose Aloft Harlem because of thefort, cleanliness, location and extreamly the dedicated employees that ensures that your stay is perfect! Try Jacobs for a great value soul food buffet pay by weight
👎 Staff was not very helpfulRoom was wrong amd and small The last night was awful. Around midnight an alarm went off and it went off a couple more times. Then, there was an announcement that they were doing a test of the emergency alarms WHY AT MIDNIGHT?! and to not pay attention to any further alarms. This continued for about an hour and I couldn t fall asleep for a while after that from the alarms were so piercing. Carpet in living space wet around air conditioner. Bathroom tile grout had rust colored stains, didn’t look clean. Area around hotel not inviting, growing area in time but hotel descriptions of area are off, long walk to Central Park too. - while we arrived, people dancing in reception with loud music, so i can t speech with reception to chick in .- I booked single bed from booking. but the hotel didn t have it when I check in. - the morning meal is simple. - no parking close the hotel. I like Aloft hotels, i ve been to Texas, Boston, Tampa and Hawaii locations but Harlem did not met expectations. front work area door were too hard to open, have to use key to open front work area door to access the building. One tall building security employee watch me struggle trying to get my card for 5 minutes to get in and he just came to the door and stood there waiting for me to get the card and push the hard door myself. if you are staying overnight at the front desk. Why are you going to lock the door for?this is a hotel and people always go in and out of premises. The pricing was more than I was willing to pay for. Basically EVERYTHING costs. I misunderstood about the morning meal where only the tea and coffee were free, but the pastries were not free. Everything just cost so much from the price of the living space down to the continental breakfast. Firstly, this hotel is not very kid friendly or parent friendly. The bathrooms are sliding doors with no locks, which is not good for privacy extreamly when sharing a living space with kids or anyone that you wouldn’t want barging into the bathroom on you. The parties going on within the lobby were loud. It seemed that most of the patrons weren’t even staying at the hotel. It was loud. I barely slept. The employees was rude. After driving 12 hours to get there, our living space wasn’t ready. We’d requested early check-in but the lady said that’s just a request so we sat within the lobby and waited for our room, 3 hours. The hotel states it has offsite parking, it would be helpful to know that the offsite parking can in no way amodate a Tahoe SUV. We had to park a few blocks away and walk to the hotel. The hotel employees within the lobby were not ideal for the first impression of a Marriott Hotel. You had to pay 12$ for breakfast, but there was no actual breakfast, there were fruit bowls, peanuts, and pictures of food on the elevator door, but they had nothing like the pictures. It was an expensive stay for a lot of nothing. the quality of morning meal available was not up to the mark for a starwood mariott property. the surrounding area did not have any place we could walk to that was open before 8am. We purchased some cereal and milk but there was no table available within the lobby to sit and eat at. Quality of coffee needs improvement. Bar doesn’t open until 5pm. one came to clean my room--I had the do not disturb sign out only for a brief while within the morning, so maybe that meant no one woulde at all? Coffee choices.. and . Coffee machine could use an upgrade.

👍 The employees was over and beyond excellent. We were there for our daughter starting college, we went out for the day 1st day and returned to a banner saying best wishes, and balloons above the beds !!!!!!Every time we went in or out or down for coffee, we were always greeted. Great staff.... the hotel also was awesome, clean, clean, clean. Everything was clean andfortable. The beds are super soft andfortable, Marcus the night desk service guy beyomd helpful and friendly. He amodated me above and beyond considering I caused the problems of being watly early for check in and my funds delayed a few hours. Marcus needs a raise. incredibly friendly staff. I arrived on the Red Eye from the West Coast and your team did all they could to get me into my living space early so I could rest and be refreshed for the weekend. Quiet hotel very close to ground zero and many good restaurants. Good size present days rooms for NY. Friendly staff. Nice hotel, easy pre and post stay bag check. Easy access to subway, food and shops. Veryfy beds. Room size great for nyc there is only vegetarian selection for the meal - the other ones look delicious, but are pre-made with meat. would be great to have a different selection other than plain greek yogurt with berries would be wonderful. butler. is a fantastic strategic partnership - great choice by the hotel to offer this service to guests. front work area employees Michalina was attentive, polite and very helpful gave me directions, called a cab, was such a sweetheart I liked the fact that it was a five minute walk from job at the World Trade Ctr Location The living space was clean, the bathroom and thinga were quite nice. Had a mini fridge but not cold enough. The view was great from your surrounded by all tall buildings so enjoy looking unto the offices around you. The service was good, employees was kind. The location is also good. I liked the hotel s location - just a few minutes away from several subway stations - and the courtesy of the staff Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to reach subway connections. Room equiped with simple but enough coffee machine and iron. Cleaned everyday. Really enjoyed my stay here. Within walking distance of so many sights and with the added bonus of having many different subways lines around the hotel. It s a quiet enough area for New York but I like that because you could escape from the bustle of the city. I was pleasantly surprised by the living space size considering how small rooms can be in hotels in NYC. I would definitely stay here again as it was really good value for when I was there, Easter weekend. Great shower, soft towels, drapes open automatically with one touch, plimentary coffee tea bar propose real cups as well as paper cups. Nice touch! The living space waspact but very cleverly planned and had everything I needed, including a coffee tea maker which in NY is a real bonus. Great location, 2 mins walk from Fulton Street Station and Oculus WTC Path. Good-sized living space I was alone in a living space with a queen bed. Had a nice view on city hall. Room was clean but very basicBed wasfortable The front work area made everything perfect. Remembered me from a previous visit The place was clean and the beds were veryfy. I LOVE Aloft - my favorite chain but I wanted it to be more lofty more present days and edgy. From the time we walked in my g
👎thing.... we liked it all. More local tv channels. More of a variety of channels also. Hotel should consider including aplimentary breakfast. WXYZ lounge. Messy, bar was sticky, not sure what sort of crowd it draws in but it does not feel very open to the masses. Parking. I understand it is NYC, but some form of even short-term parking or valet or something would be nice. the wine I ordered at the bar was old. From a bottle that was left open too long. morning meal available. They have a pantry, but it is better to go to a diner or grocery store to get food and drinks. Also the bar is cold and not attractive. Everything was reasonably good. Breakfast was available but was there a charge? there were prices next to everything. Small bathroom needed hooks for wet towels and to hold toiletry bags. Could also use narrow shelf on back wall for toiletries, and hand towel holders near sink. Lots of empty wall space in bathroom that could maximize dtorage. Mirror in bedroom area would also be helpful $500 for a tiny, tiny living space is crazy - but, suppose this is the NYC markethad a scary cab ride from penn train stop to the hotel. would be helpful if the hotel would post FAQs about average cost for cab transportation frommon places in NYC. The only thing I didn’t like was that the living space was verypact. It would have been better if there was a lounge chair within the living space and a fridge. I was very disappointed with the staff. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in upon checking in I was told my total for the night after taxes fees and incidentals would be $150 for my 1 night stay. When I check my bank account I notice the $128 transaction for the night that I had already anticipated. However there was an additional charge of $150 for incidentals. This was not specified to me when I checked in and it cut into the funds I had available to enjoy my night. All I couldSo was grab a quick bite to eat and return. This inconvenienced my stay and I was highly irritated about it. I called front work area to let them know what had happened and all I got was a nonchalant sorry for the inconvenience. Then when I went to check out today, the girl at the front work area was on the phone and I waited about 5mnts for her to get off.t once did she say hello or I’ll be right with you. The location is amazing, the hotel is lovely but my experience with the employees and the extremely high incidental charge and lack of propermunication of it really did effect my stay. I was not able to enjoy the city as I planned. The stay overall was good but the only part I didn t like was the fact that they had a hidden accidental fee of $150. It was not written anywhere when I booked. I nornally paid in cash but luckily I had enough in my card that day. Takes 5 to 7 business days for your cash to return. I was unsure why on booking. the property is rated four stars, however it is actually a 3 star. The living space was SUPER small, the smallest NYC hotel living space I’ve ever been in. There is not enough living space for two luggage’s tofortable be placed on a luggage stand. I had to use the luggage stand and the chair to support my luggage. Sheets were not changed daily, however the living space was clean. The living space was not very clean, the location of the mini fridge was not ideal - right below the sink - and the bathroom door didn t close properly. Surprisingly, we also noticed that there was no toilet brush within the bathr

👍 Room design and the furniture was looking good. The location was great walking distance from parking garage and time square the living space was small but had everything we needed Location is fantastic. 30metres from the1 subway, 5minute walk to Time Square. We really liked our bed, it was huge and veryfy! Everything was clean and tidy. Fantastic location for getting around the city and sightseeing. I came to NYC to see a Broadway show and this hotel was right within the heart of everything I wanted to see and do. As close as you are to Times Square, the rooms are very quiet at night and the bed was reallyfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I return to the Big Apple. Hotel is a most fantastic location.. elegant rooms.. missed my tea and coffee facilities in a living space Sumntha and others within the hotel were very helpful and friendly.. The living space was cleaned properly each day. And there was free of cost coffee within the lobby. The location of the hotel is off the main drag but close enough to go enjoy all the festive events in times Square Good location Location was buys, but good because it’s between two metro stations. The employees were so helpful and nice and the location was perfect! The living space was nicely decorated loved the black chandelier and large mirror and the bed was extremelyfortable. Theplimentary Fiji water, as well as shampoo&conditioner etc were nice touches too. Room 306 ...... great shower and bed wasfortable.... excellent location.... there’s a saying you get what you pay for.... Staff was kinda helpful. But some don t even know what they are doing at the front desk. The atmosphere and ambiance was so nice. The employees was very friendly and helpful. GREAT location. Within walking distance and very close to time square. The location. Good location. Bedrooms had fresh decor with afy bed with nice linen. Staff was great! Our Airline lost our luggage and the employees at the frontdesk did everything to track our luggage after it was lost in transport. Room was fine. Beds arefy. Overall clean living space and bathroom. We had a great stay. Cleanliness of the living space including the bathroom;fy beds and location of the hotel. Front desk Marlena and I forgot her name were EXCELLENT. Smiles and warm greetings and living space was ready when I arrived. Fantastic location. Easy access to transport links. Direct line to the airport. Lots of restaurants within the neighbourhood. Breakfast was not that great. The property was ideally located- close to Times Square and Central Park. Also the employees were amazing- so helpful and pleasant to meet. All of the employees was incredible! They were so friendly and helpful our entire stay. We didn te across any negative attitudes and they were very attentive. We would definitely stay here again! Location was great, overnight employees was great and the employees at arrival was fabulous overall a great stay for the price. The location of the hotel in proximity of the theater Location was good, friendly staff. Plenty of towels and living space made up each day also shower was very good. The shower pressure was amazing. The location to the Gershwin theater was unbelievable. It s a great location for a good price. Bed was veryfortable. the hotel is located very good for sightseeing. easy to get to time square and other touristic places5th Eve.,
👎 Wi-fi didn t work for the last two days, bathroom tap was dropping for all the time, there was no hot water on the tap where you wash your hands, windows were poorly insulated, all the sound and cold weather wasing inside. We told the front work area that we will be checking out at 1pm the housekeeping employees unlocked our doors and almost came in while we were sleeping at 11:30am It s New York the city that never sleeps. So if you re a light sleeper neither will you! The AC is very loud, but if you turn it off and open a window the street is even louder! I was there within the very cold. but living space was so hot had to do something to cool room. Our living space was so small that we did not have a wardrobe or any place for our clothes apart from a few hangers so we basically had to dress from the luggage. It is ok for 1 or 2 nights but it gets annoying after a while. The living space was also very dark and the window was very old and poor quality insulation. The lady working at the morning meal buffet was really sweet but the buffet itself was very limited only sweet things. Some days was very cold in a living space due to AC unit and problem with a window closing.. The heater was not working properly within the room, so it was a bit cold. Also, the living space was a bit loud - you could hear the pipes and the elevator noises. The hotel itself was way too warm. Our living space was way too hot to even sleep Did not know previous to going that it was going to cost 200 dollars more than expected as there was a ‘room rate’. WiFi was also very poor considering we had to pay for it. amenities. The bed was very ufortable. Paper thin walls. Mediocre coffee, albeit free. Was charged a mysterious fee. Certainly not worth the price. The living space was a bit small we were glad we hadn’t brought anything other than carry on suitcases as there would be no space for a large one and the morning meal which we didn’t have looked expensive for what it had to offer Room 306 bathroom door didnt close, no privacy.. base of toilet hasn’t been cleaned in awhile.... who ever did the finishing touches didn’t do a very good job.... paint on tiles and bathroom window.... wouldn’t take much to clean that up and would make a huge difference in presentation. .... attendant didn’te to clean the living space until 5:30 one day... we just asked for clean towels.. a couple of weeks after we booked our living space we received an email telling us that there was a $19.95 residence fee per night..... we opted out of it and yet we were charged the fee at checkout.... got that refunded. The Hotel charges a resort fee which wasn t shown on booking.. . only reached out to me a week before my short trip and all the priced for hotels within the area has gone up. If I d known the final price I wouldn t be booking this hotel. Dirty and old facility. Such a small bathroom. The window looks like it hasn t been cleaned for ages. Broken phone and window shade when first checked in. Overall very bad experience. Will not stay here again. Can t evenpare to other hotels within the area with the same price range. Disappointed! The hidden resort fees that are applied. This fees are not listed during the time of booking. Room wasn t ready. Sheets stink like Clorox. Tiny elevator living space bathroom closet. Emergency exit was unusable, this is probably illegal. The place is old a creaky and you hear people walking past your living space and certainly your neighbours. unless you are

👍 Love the details, very modern, veryfortable bed! I will be back for sure. I always like the living space of Andaz hotels, spacious, modern, stylist, a reference from Asia. The Wall Street andaz wont disappoint you. The location is good, extreamly for biz travelers., the best part is value for cash indeed! Free sodas within the fridge. Staff is terrific. Stylish rooms.. although perhaps due for a makeover. Location is the only benefit of this place Came to relax with my honey. The living space was cool. The bathroom is even cooler. The tub is very relaxing. The rooms were great- size, ambiance, etc. My entire stay at Andaz was wonderful. I was warmly greeted when I arrived and was given aplimentary upgrade, even though I do not have rewards status with Hyatt. My living space was very large and way exceeded my expectations. It had a great shower and bath tub and had very nice lighting and automatic blackout curtains.n-alcoholic drinks and snacks within the living space were allplimentary. And, this hotel had one of the cheapest rates in Manhattan for the weekend I stayed here. I would highly suggest this property! thing I like that I got a cheaper rate on booking. The employees were very friendly and the location was good. The bed was amazing! Those feather pillows will feature in my dreams for years toe. The location of the hotel gets 11 10!! 2 short blocks from the subway, 4 short blocks from Battery Park and 4 short blocks from Fulton Market. Delicious home made cookies available in reception all day you can evene down in your pjs to fetch. Nespresso machine with pods was available within the living space on request. Bath hair products provided were high notch. Daily soft drinks, water, juice provided free. Really sweet and helpful employees in reception. matter what time of night or day they always had a smile and time for a quick chat. Best bagels and cream cheese within the deli just below the hotel and a fully stocked Duane Reade pharmacy across the road. I will most definitely be staying here again. :- Location was great, centrally located within the Financial District, close to subways and also the waterfront. Rooms were generously spacious. Largefortable roomFriendly helpful staffExcellent breakfast First time in my live in NYC! Everything is super satisfying: the size of the room, the bed, the bathroom, and staffs are warm and nice. The price is a little high but it s average level in lower Manhattan, which imo is a most convenient location. You even get some perks and promos for your short trip so it s totally worth it. Good price for the weekend close to Christmas that my wife and I visited Manhattan. Massive rooms with huge beds and full view windows. Free 24 hour coffee within the reception and friendly employees make for a very homely feel. Family thought I d outdone myself when we arrived at this classly hotel, haha. Location is great if you want to explore the revamped south street sea port area Location Location Location., Wall St is a bit down, but access to express subways within 2 min walk have you uptown in minutes. Staff is exceptional. Friendly and informed. The maid was the best ever, bed superfy, linens optimal, shower living space exaggeratedly large. Very good eats within the restaurant and loved the hot coffee and fresh cookies within the lobby throughout the day. Love the living space design, so ample for NYC where extra space seems im
👎 Breakfast was overpriced. We ordered sunny side eggs and salmon eggs Benedict, 2 coffees 2 og’s =$85 after tax before tip . Probably the most expensive eggs we had in nyc for morning meal lol, not living space service. Maybe the hotel needs to prepare slippers and dental kit etc. Used to be chips and snacks within the rooms.w two sad-looking health bars. Used to be bath robes.. gone. Room lighting is dim. Too dark to do makeup, I m told. Seriously need to rethink the lighting. Light switches by bed are a little grimy although it s hard to see because dim. Resort fee. Just charge what you want. Don t use bogus addonsisappointedpared to prior experiences here. Dirty, disgustingly dirty. All the rooms are dirty. It is hard to touch anything in bathrooms. Sheets with holes. Spots on the carpet, Floor is sticky. The hotel is not renovated for ages. Breakfast is overpriced and not tasty at all. For $38 per person, you can easily find better morning meal around within the area. The smoke of cigarettes within the hotel. Hotel charged me for morning meal even though I booked with breakfast. It is not possible to get my cash back, nobody responds. I hated my stay in this place and don t rmend anybody stay there. . is lying about the high review, probably the hotel creates fake accounts to rate itself highly because I don t see another reason of the high ranking. Look at photos I took. DOes it look like 8.7 Fabulous place? The carpets through out the hotel are discusting. Seriously clean them or replace them. That really suprised me. The check in out process. There was only one person checking in on a Friday night, so there was no help getting bags out of the car. We drove in and were running a little behind, so there was no sense of urgency from the staff. Additionally, on the way out I had to request a luggage cart three times. I usually have at least a couple of suggestions for improvement, but my stay at this property was one of the rare ones where everything exceeded my expectations. There is nothing I did not like about the property. I was charged twice for my living space and it wasnt even my living space that i booked it was a downgrade. I was promised amenities i never got. Im currently still disputing with my bank to get my cash back from this hotel. First the front work area person gave me someone else’s credit card . Then I didn’t get the living space I booked . I asked for 1 queen size bed with view and got 2 beds no view. I was super disappointed, it was my gift to my fiance for Valentine’s Day weekend Our living space was in desperate need of refurbishment. The light fittings were broken, the bathroom was shabby and the pillows on the double beds were too long and were for a king size bed. We were very disappointed. . said there would be a coffee machine coffee maker gown within the room, but there were none of these. The nespresso machine was provided when one was requested. Some of the decor and hardware was dated and falling apart but was promptly fixed when reported to reception There was no coffee within the living space but not a big dealThe elevator stopped unnecessarily at some floors. Sometimes. Well if you re running on a tight budget you might wanna step out and try searching Brooklyn or Queens within the search bar instead of New York City, which booking. probably by default only gives you results in Manhattan. It s somehow cheaper but you ll need about 10~20 min via sub

👍 The property had quite a cool vibe. Staff were helpful. The bathroom was nice and the toiletries were a nice touch, much better than you usually find at a hotel. Comfortable bed. Turndown service also a nice touch and I liked that they had phone chargers within the living space available for guest use. Steaks for dinner at Charles Palmer were amazing! Pricilla our server was the best!Great egg sandwiches at the Bryant Market a block away! Very central, fortable rooms, great views, well equipped Great location. Nice rooms. Friendly and helpfull stuff. Staff was amazing, super friendly, amodating, helpful and fun. The bartenders at the downstairs bar are the best! Bellmen are very flexible, they helped us with our valet car by having it ready at the time we came back from a long work day so we could departure on time without delays. The location was good for mid-town attractions. The employees were exceptionally helpful. The chief concierge Antony was 1st class as he sorted a shipping issue for me which I’d say is above and beyond his call. The rest of the team there are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. A great hotel if you’re a couple. The bar had amazing view and the restaurant on the ground floor was very good for morning meal and lunch dinner, friendly and helpful staff, amazing location Great hotel, employees very friendly and amodating, clean rooms, great location. Roof high bar had a fantastic view. Only downside, rooms are extremely small even for New York standards. Good location Loved having a few Nespressos before leaving for the day. Loveding back in evening to small delicious treats. The hotel has an amazing people that helps you alot! Truthly the first time i arrived i felt it was not fair to pay such a big priceparing to the room, but for the people that they helped me with anything and they were lovely and really helpfull i think i gived a second chance! The location was prefect for discovering New York. The employees are very attentive and gave us a bottle of prosecco as we were celebrating our Honeymoon. Every night a treat was left within the room- chocolates, cookies etc. the employees lead by Scott were superb, very helpful and polite. the bar area was a great area to dine or just have a glass of winelocation was excellent for Time Square and Bryant park. Very clean rooms a little small for 4 people but you are only sleeping there so it’s fine. All employees were very friendly and helpful, great location and easy walking to a lot of activities. The staff, the cleanliness, location andfort. Quiet rooms. Proximity to shopping and uptown. The Nescafe pod coffee machine. The restroom ispact and yet very useful and clean. Location was great to get to all the main tourist attractions in NYC. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The best part was the view of the Empire State Building from the high floor bar. It’s location and the courteous staff The location was great and our living space was very clean. The employees was extremely professional and friendly. Lovelyfortable rooms slightly small but it’s New York so expected. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is
👎 The living space was very, very small. For two of us with two big suitcases, it became a little ufortable. Baring this in mind, the place is pricey for what you get - and this expands to the hotel morning meal and the bar upstairs my boyfriend paid $18USD for a rum and coke! You are paying for the cool vibe. Beautiful place but the living space was tiny! The checkout employees were not very helpful, on checking out the member of employees was dismissive and not willing to assist until pushed Very very very small rooms. Very thin walls, so you can hear well what is happening at the hallway on your floor. Every morning I woke up because of noise. The living space is as pokey as I remember it last time I stayed. I’m a solo traveller but could not function if I was sharing the room. Room really tiny but, from we were not in it a lot the was not really a big problem. The living space was absolutely tiny! Really ridiculously small, it was far too small for two people and two suitcases. We felt really crammed in. It was very expensive, even by NY standards. We felt we had paid far too much for such a tiny space. It was a relief to check into our next hotel a standard Hilton living space in London as it felt enormous after the Archer! I think I should’ve not gone for a king size room. Ideally I’d have liked a bit more space to move around in our living space so should’ve checked before. Room lighting, no fitness center on site Room size. The rooms were ridiculously small. Even though when you are within the city you don’t spend a lot of time within the room...... the time we were in there it was so ufortable. There is no living space for your suitcases or to put away your clothes. Everything was a mess within the living space bc there is no living space to put anything I am fine with small rooms, however there was very little space for the chair when working at the desk. The place its way toooo smalllllllllll!!!! The rooms really are quite small-they are beautifully decorated and you have everything you could need but there is very little living space to manoeuvre. the bedroom could have just been a little bit larger given it had 2 double beds in it. The restaurant was too expensive The very OLD carpet. And the hotel is located on a non-busy road meaning no much restaurants right next to it. Room was brilliant, however slightly small for 2 people with 2 large suitcases. But there was space under bed to store them One incident where one of our party has been unable to find an item of jewellery that had been left in a bedroom. Our living space was extremely tiny. We had to put our luggage under the bed. I was a bit worried when we checked in and the lady behind the counter said our living space was an intimate room. I guess that’s another word for tiny? Although not a didn’t like but more of a heads up.. ideally the rooms are only suitable for 2 adults or 2 ad and 2 young kids.. I couldn’t imagine staying with 4 shopping adults.. rooms were small for the expense you paidhotel bar was expensive and had limited seats Kettle within the living space but we are English so maybe not typicalIt would be good if morning meal were to be included even if the rate were slightly higher With the great view the lounge should be better utilized and capitalized, again the employees was wonderful. Small living space but it was clean and veryfortable and we didn’t mind so much as we were out sightseeing most of the time. Light in

👍 Great location right within the heart of koreatown next to tons of restaurants and karaoke! Booked a bunk living space and it had floor-to-ceiling windows which was great. Each bed had its own TV which is such a unique feature. Also loved having access to the rooftop and being able to see the views. Complimentary wine and small bites within the lobby was an added bonus. Everything was just great! Rooms were nice and clean, everything is brand new, size of living space is really big and spacious for NY. Lounge at the lobby is terrific, and the one at the second floor is even better. We had a great time. Friendly hosting and check out at the reception, and friendly at the Bodega. Nice view from our queen suite room. Location was perfect. I havee to Manhattan about a dozen times and really love this central location. Comfortable beds, lovely shower andplimentary nibbles and wine within the evening was a really nice touch. Felt in love with the place! The employees was very friendly and helpful, the living space was nice and clean. The hotel is big but all the nice cute details made it feel like home which made our stay even more enjoyable! Plus the location was gorgeous! I like the interior design of the entire building. modern, chic and cozy. The view is definitely amazing. Beautiful lobby and outstanding lounge spaces. Hotel and guest living space were immaculately clean. Great location and great view from the sky room, the employees was meticulous to remember my request with higher floor room. This hotel features agreat atmosphere, great employees and in a great location for either work or leisure Being directly off 5th Ave. the rooms as a good sizepared to others within the city and always clean and tidy. The employees are also always willing to assist where needed. The employees member who checked me in was really good and took the time to answer my questions regarding a restaurant that I asked him about. I am not sure of his name but he was tall blonde hair blue eyes and really nice. The view was amazing from the King Sky room. Windows in room. Efficiency of room. Staff was excellent! The gorgeous rooftop scenery and the location. The main restaurant had terrific food and a great ambiance. The entire employees were friendly and attentive. They even had a happy hour with snacks. The rooms were unique and present days with floor to ceiling views. I really enjoyed my stay and plan to go back. I definitely rmend this hotel as you get a lot for the rate. So far my best hotel experience in NYC. The wine happy hour and morning meal were a great inclusion and made the stay enjoyable. Staff were really helpful and lovely. Rooms arepact but very well laid out. Easy to get everywhere either on foot or by subway new and present days hotel, small rooms but it s NY but well designed to maximize each inch; great value, this was my second stay here and I will be back, themad location works well for me The employees were excellent and gave us some very valuable tips for exploring New York. The bar and upstairs seating area were very well thought out and created a nice space for relaxing. Good coffee. Great location in NYC, very convenient. Veryfortable hotel which is rare in NYC, modern, the rooms are nicely designed and practical. The bed linen is veryfy. The employees at the front work area are very helpful. I will definitelye back. The property was beautiful! The rooms are small b
👎 The person working at the bar was unfriendly and anoid when we wanted to order drinks, you could clearly feel that she was not enjoying her job. A bit too small, but then again this is Manhattan. Woken early due to Building works directly opposite the hotel. Would have been nice to have been warned about it. Moved out of the lounge bar area on several occasions due to individual events such as speed dating! Rooms are really small we were given an upgrade so I dread to think how much smaller it would have been however it was ok for a base as we only slept within the room. there s not much sky view in my sky view. they put in on the 19th floor and the very inside corner of the building. i did not enjoy what i see from the curtain wall. We checked in on Feb 10. Our stay was great until 4:22 am within the morning on Feb 11 - our neighbors checked in. They were obviously excited about the view and how small the living space was. The gentleman kept shouting yeah, shouting: oh my god, oh my god, oh my god... I believe the entire floor woke up after they checked in. After the couple settled within the gentleman kept yelling oh my god for about 20 times. Thank goodness I fell back to sleep around 5:30 am, which was after they finished all their on my gods. The hotel is definitely great, but I m just amazed by how inconsiderate people can be... If I ever had to check in a hotel early, I would keep those on my gods to myself... Granted, it’s midtown NYC, but the living space was very small, so don’t expect to easily lay out your suitcase or have a lot of space to put things down! The shower was not well-designed and it got a bit wet after showers. Only a couple of small frustrations with the hotel is that the breakfast, whilst nice, is a little expensive with so many great coffee shops nearby. The cost for laundry is also crazy quoted 110USD and had it done by a localpany for 11USD like some mark up forfort but I think it’s a little high whenparing. The bed was very small and not even close to a king size. I would say more of a queen size butfy any way The king size living space was super super small. Hit my head in tv 3 times as I tried to maneuver my suitcase under the bed. The motorized shade in my living space did not work. The road the hotel is on, is currently under construction and so there are a few obstructions outside for taxis etc. As with many hotels, morning meal is twice the price that you you would pay for similar standard that can be found within a few minutes walk. Also the selection of food at the Bodega Cafe was quite limited. the morning meal is nice but could offer more choice of food and could vary from one day to another. I specifically asked for a city view living space and made a request for a birthday celebration prior to booking. Both of my requests were not fulfilled. I was placed in a very small living space with absolutely no view, with noplimentary upgrade as they stated they would provide or any birthday amodations. After checkout I read my bill and it was charged for a city areas view which was not what I initially paid for. I called several days ahead of check in to ensure that I was going to be placed in a city view living space and was told that they have that available for my date of check in. Overall i expected better service and a better living space as I was told before I booked. For a start i found the living space booking procedure misleading, please be awar

👍 For a NYC hotel living space - was VERY spacious. Room had a closet to hang shirts on a hanger. Plus a safe. There were two clothes drawers at base of bed. Also space under bed to place your empty luggage. Room was newly remodeled with new wallpaper lighting sheets etc. Bathroom was clean as a whistle - water was good pressure and hot! AC heating worked perfectly. Room 209 was very quiet. street noise at all. Just one helicopter flying overhead. Toiletries were nice. Bed was superfortable - I slept great!I would deffo stay here again. Great location on UWS. UWS is so quiet and peaceful - and a great launching pad to see the entire city - the 1 TRAIN is right there at 86th - one block walk. For our purposes - our kids live north and south of the hotel - the location was excellent. There aren t a lot of Upper West Side hotels, actually. We d go for a bigger living space option next time from the one we were in whilefortable enough, just fit the bed. But we weren t planning on hanging out within the living space anyway, so the hotel worked well for us. The property was in a good location, very near to subway and Central Park. The living space was very clean and the bed was veryfortable. The living space was tidied daily and clean towels were provided. The employees were friendly, and were very helpful when asked. Location is good and they offer bag storage after checkout, but nothing more. Terrific locazioni!! The 86th St Metro was 1 1 2 blocks away. Many great ethnic restaurants on Broadway, Amsterdam, and Columbus Avenues. Could walk to Central Park. I loved the overall appeal of the hotel! Very beautiful and very clean! The living space was gorgeous as well. Most of the time hotel beds are notfortable but I slept so good on theirs! I had morning meal in various local places as well as dinner. The hotel s location has many good restaurants to choose from and in very close proximity. The cleanliness of this hotel is incredible. The Queen Room I booked was small but great for a single person but is also very adequate for a couple. The living space had a switch to turn on and off the heat which I liked very much. Nice to control your own heat requirements. Loved the Italian toiletries. Cleaning employees always brought any extras I needed. On the 6th floor where I stayed there is a very cute little lounge where you can have coffee or tea. There was a medium fridge that I think some of the other guests were using to store something ask staff. This is a newly refurbished hotel so everything is brand new in this charming little boutique hotel. Free coffee, nice and clean room, lot’s of towels Comfortable bed, big TV, small kitchen with coffee and tea machine in each floor. The hotel stays in nice area, close to the city centre. Awesome option for cheap price : very good location, 2 minutes to the subway station. considering the price, it is really a very nice place in new york. the living space is small, but very well organized, the staffs are very friendly and ready to help. As a native UWS person who remembers what it was I am very pleased to say it was excellent. The living space was small but efficient andfortable and the employees pleasant and helpful Very clean and tidy; I liked the style of the living space and lobby - professional and crisp andfortable. Staff were very responsive and helpful. Even though there was a point of confusion, we were able to satisfactorily resolve it. The living space was small, of course,
👎 I wish that upon checkin - that the employees had informed me of the free of cost coffee within the kitchen. The living space included free of cost WiFi but this was very slow and spotty - you also had to have a new code for each day of stay which seemed unnecessary. The living space was very small, and there was very little storage space - living space under bed for suitcase and 2 draws - However we knew this entering the property from previous reviews. Don’t let this stop you from staying here! Poor cleanliness overall, bedclothes and bath towels with other guests hair and stains, ventilation really bad causing mold smell, no space to move in a queen bedroom. The only draw back was the size of the room- big enough for a double bed, that s it. Luckily we don t spend that much time in our room, but some people may not be happy with the size. The bathroom was a postage stamp, so if you are a larger person, you could barely turn around. Room size was a little small, no microwave access to enjoy leftovers from restaurants, and kinda noisy but manageable not 100 sure if it was open-air noise or indoor noise however living space would constantly vibrate and shake at all hrs of the night. I was perfectly happy at this hotel. Very slow wireless , people who worked here was a bit too loud next to the rooms within the early mornings were talking, fixing something with a ladder small room, but can tplain considering this price and location. ty They could have had coffee pods 24 7, but nothing really major The double living space I stayed in this time could have been a little bigger to include a small desk like within the bunk bed living space I had the last time. Rooms are very small so be aware of that before booking. Good for single person or couple without much luggage. The living space was super small, basically just the bed and 2 nightstands, I struggled to move around the living space having one backpack and one luggage - there were only 2 small drawers and 2 hangers, no wardrobe. The A C didn t work, didn t matter the temperature I set, it was freezing and only a very light duvet was provided - even if it was February! The living space is also super noisy, you can hear everything that is happening around - not the best if you would to sleep a bit more within the morning. Door and or walls are a bit thin towards the hallway so one would hear the elevator. noise from outside or other rooms though. The rooms were on the smaller side and a little tight with not enough space for storage. The internet at the property ranges from very slow to borderline unusable, which is frankly unacceptable for an NYC hotel in 2019. The wireless code also changes each day, which is cumbersome for longer stays. The living space was really small but I guess that s normal in hotels in NYC. Since there isn t any wardrobe, you will have to keep your clothes in your bags and there s not much space to open them, but the bed is tall enough that you can easily store the bag under it. Bear in mind that if you are carrying two luggages and two carry-ons it will get tighter. You can hear all the noise from the hallway: people walking, talking, carrying their bags, the noises from the elevator and there were two nights in a row in which there was a lady shouting within the hallways at 2am but the employees intervened at some point. The living space wasn t very clean when we arrived there was a lot of dust within the furniture and hairs on the bed and within the bathroom, but it got better during our stay

👍 Clean rooms which were kept that way everyday throughout my visit . The hotel is easily accessible close to shops restaurants and the city centre . The employees deserves a special thank-you . They were very helpful and efficient. It was also close to the hospital . in case it is relevant Clean upscale looking . Veryfortable, requested a view. Was given nice view. Easy check in. Room was ready when front work area said it would be. Great location to Sloan. The beds were the best part of our stay. Veryfy. I believe I was upgraded to a suite from my initial request, which was helpful as I had a very spacious room. Cool New York feeling. Wonderful view over the river and city. Forgot my credit card within the taxi and front work area found and called the driver who returned it, saving a tremendous bother. Wille again. John C Didn t eat there bed was good in living space coffee poor s at the living space price shouldn t have to pay for extra coffee 3 is too much for bad coffee Good value for cash except payment for wireless within the room. The view to the bridge was amazing! Beds are confartable, there is coffea and tea facilities within the room. Close to the hospitals we needed to visit. The living space wasfortable and I loved the view. We called for living space serviice a few times and they were very efficient. They also were helpful in securing a ride back to the arport. The location was best about this hotel. The view was greatCleanRoom size is ok The living space had a great view. Breakfast was great! Room was always made up everyday. The living space was neat and clean, location was excellent. The employees at the reception were very helpfull and cordial so were the two gentlemen at the luggage and security services. I firgot their name but i guess i remember their nationality. One was Algerian and the othet was Vietnamese. I would like to mention in particular Ms Neidaly Sveta at the reception who was provided us with a professional and super services and assistance and was there to assist all the time. Staffs are very friendly and professional. Room is clean and neat.t noisy like mentioned the otherments. First of all the small gift for our son at check-in added to our holiday themed short trip that was unexpected but very well received. Location was great. Plenty of great restaurants within an easy waking distance. The list provided us a great selection by category and delivery status right away. Everything... The employees is so very friendly and amodatingThe hotel is near the hospital that we were dealing with. The rooms are like new... everything is clean and up-to-date. Gorgeous view from the roomNice interior enhancement of bedrooms. You do get one of those low bathtubs.Being a girl alone in NYC, I did feel very safe in that neighborhood of NYC. The employees spontaneously offered to hold my luggage for me the day I checked out. There was no ice machine or anywhere to get ice. The mini refrigerator wasn’t cold, it was warm. Also, there needs to be a little cafe where you can purchase a snack. Location, fortable room. Some nice staff, Christina and Somaia, but hindered by silly hotel policies and management Bed was veryfortable. Location was near doctors and hospitals. Hotel was clean and had great river and bridge views. .Very good value for Upper East Side. The living space was excellent. Great view, nice a dfortable. Location Lovely mode
👎 It would be helpful to put kettles within the rooms with the facility to make tea or coffee along with the mini snack bar available there already. Heard lots of traffic . And Horns honking all night . Plus the heat barely worked in our living space . It was running all night as nd wouldnt get warmer than 67 degrees . Wish they had a restaurant for lunch and dinner. The heat had to be fixed as it wasn’t on when we arrived. It was freezing out and we couldn’t even relax we had to keep our coats on for an hour till it warmed up. Once it warmed up, it wouldn’t shut off so we didn’t sleep very well as it was roasting. The door to the bathroom had to be closed by slamming it and was equally difficult to open. There were water stains around multiple places through the entire room. The curtains were disgusting, and the furniture peeling apart. To high it off, it was advertised I could pay cash upon arrival and the employees up front actually laughed at me. one asked how our stay was on the way out. Appalling customer service. The living space was very cold without the heating on. Unfortunately, having the heating on meant having to listen a very loud heating unit, so I had to turn it off when I wanted to sleep, meaning I would wake up in a very cold room. coffee within the living space or within the lobby; a $10 charge for wireless ; a threat of a $25 charge for the use of the fridge labeled as restocking charge; no double glazing on the windows - the traffic noise and the cold permeate the room. Coffee bad and too much to pay for extra cup the toilet overflowed on the first night and the manager was very unhelpful with regards to a solution, I had to cancel my stay, pay for an extra night and with no apology from the duty manager. Payment for wireless within the room Extremely noisy location... constant sirens, trucks, honking and construction noises. Very disturbing... even on higher floors. the hotel stuff checked me in was rude, I told her I have reservation and she looks confused, could not understand what I said and asked you wanna check in? After I said yes, she laughed and said to other stuff I was.. hahah, what sheme just saying? I could not understand a word. This is rude and a hotel stuff insult me right in front of my face? What kind of hotel this is?? Why their stuff that unprofessional? I am not gonnae back and I suggest no one stay at this hotel as well. This is not what in general is expected from a four star hotel. It might have been within the past, and felt therefore ‘outdated’ a bit. Facilities are basic, payment was brought to the living space during the night.... folded and pushed under the door. This is not really consumer friendly.... Everything was for cash wireless , coffee, water Usually its inclusive within the booking but in Bently we had to pay The maids would barely knock and just walk in. Happened more than a couple times and one time they didn’t knock at all. When booking room, WiFi was listed as one of the amenities and when I got here apparently you had to pay for it? Most hotels have free of cost WiFi, and in a place like this I’m sure they could afford that, which was a little annoying . Other than that, the hotel was great! ne Bed was not soft andfortable. Location is not so convenient to walk to the subway during winter. Overall still a good value for the money. The hotel could use a bit of updating. The hotel is a present days themed hotel where some of the furnishi

👍 Check in was seamless, the employees were super nice, the beds werefy and I loved the bathrooms - a bit tight but the decor of mirrored walls make the bathroom a bit more luxe! The aodations were great and the service at the Blakely was really good. I do really rmend the family suite if you need a little more space . The concierge provided great tips and services that really helped us get the most out of our trip. In addition, the hotel employees was very helpful and pleasant and really went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The living space was ready when we arrived prior to the check in time and we were able to get a later check out time which allowed us to sqeeze in one more excursion prior to check out. Location was excellent and central to everythig we wanted to visit. Would highly rend. Staff was nice and location was great for St Paddy s day parade. I loved the location and The employees was great. Great location for visiting the city, good size room, clean and friendly staff We were greeted and checked in quickly. Our living space was large and furnished well. As a frequent business traveler I was impressed with thefort the living space provided. Location is great for getting around Manhattan easily. It’s the best spot located between several of the main subway lines to get you anywhere quickly. Got a King s living space at Queen s living space price. Was really spacious and had everything and more. Very polite and always helpful staff. Great location and close to my work. The morning meal service was very nice. The living space was veryfortable and I was upgraded when I arrived, which made my good price even more of a bargain. I have rmended the Blakely to friends and will definitely return. The Free Breakfast included is very good. The employees is always friendly, wants to assist you and professionnal. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast OK, but a little disturbing that cutlery, mugs, plates etc are plastic throw-away!Wonderful to have new bed-linen everyday, but is it really necessary? We chose this hotel mainly for its location to Central Park. It was very close. The morning meal was a basic continental morning meal with bagels, yogurt, cereals, and fruit. Home from home lovely suite with added benefit of kitchen. Suite option give four people plenty of living space and relaxation.Breakfast was lovely however plastic plates not good for the environment, would have liked eggs? loved the location. employees super friendly. had a family suite but the separate living space was not sound proofed at all - i could hear my daughter turn pages in her book even with the door closed. heating throughout the living space was terrible - this was the coldest bathroom any of us have ever had to use. the linens need an upgrade. all that being said though we would stay again as we loved the location and the price was reasonable. Location, bathroom. This s such a great hotel. Very centrally located. Few blocks from Central Park in one direction and to Times Square within the other. Rooms are spacious and clean. Affordable pricing for the area. Breakfast within the morning is continental but good. Our Concierge Edwin was great and so helpful. Front desk was amodating as we feared our flight home may be cancelled and spoke with them and they put our living space on hold. Black Tap restaurant is on the premises and as a guest of the hotel we did not have to wait within the long line for the great
👎 THE PILLOWS! OMG they were so ufortablefortable. I was up each 30 minutes trying to adjust them. Could never get themfortable. The dirty tub, when I finally finished scrubbing the tub and filled it with warm water... got it all ready for a nice jacuzzi... And the jets did not work.. It just made a lot of noise... But no jacuzzi.. I was very disappointed. Also the morning meal I was looking forward to turned out to be some fruit, yogurt and runny blan oatmeal. I feel like for the cash we payed the morning meal could have been a little better. Lastly because of a family emergency I just needed to move my stay date from one Saturday night to the following Saturday night. My 200 a night living space turned into 400 a night and MY King bed reduced to 2 full beds.. DISAPPOINTING.... Can easily hear noise from the street, the 4am delivery trucks from our living space could easily be heard. But I guesses with the territory N A We booked the living space family suite for four people, yet we were only furnished 3 bath towels each day. Quite frustrating to keep having to request the extra towel. - Breakfast options are very limited. They didn t even have gluten-free cereals. Only thing I could have was fruits. For the price and the place, this is unacceptable. A huge disappointment.- Wi-Fi was both slow and unstable. I couldn t have a video chat for 30 minutes, for example. one could hear me. Had to switch to voice chat. Even, that was not great.- The air conditioner cooler just outside the living space was quite noisy, especially late during the night when there s otherwise no noise. thing. Had asked for Late check and was caked at regular check out time. Also could t find my booking at first. Need bettermunication between booking. and hotel The Gym is really basic but has what it needs. The hotel restaurant is over packed and need reservations. The windows are paper thin sound wise. Window-insulation could be better, only one layer of glass. You hear a lot from outside! I thought I booked a king bed as the site had a picture of a king bed near the price. Upon arrival however, it was merely a double not an extra large double as the description further down the site states. King beds can easily fit 4 people but this one could only fit 2. My daughter had to sleep on the chair ottoman. The description on the site needs to be clarified as I would have booked the living space with the 2 doubles instead. Difficult using adapter in plugs as wasn’t many plug points in living space unless you move furniture. Heating is either too hot or too cold no in between. Could do with better noise insulation in windows but only a minor. Would have loved a barrestaurant was too busy to sit at the bar for a drink there could have been a little more variety around breakfast Room within the 10th floor was noisy during nights. Plastic plates and knives etc. within the morning meal room. Lobby area was small and noisy occasionally. Can’t find any. Breakfast is poor and doesn’t match the expectations; It’s placed in a cold, ufortable and mistreated area. The Black Tap employees are noisy and impolite. We had a slight problem with the living space which was resolved to my satisfaction. The restaurant s line is always blocking the front door. The Elevators are tiny! Would have liked bottled water within the living space each day. I don’t like drinking tap and sometimes at night and mornings I am a littl
