The GEM Hotel - Chelsea

300 West 22nd Street, Chelsea, New York, NY 10011, USA

👍 The location was great and liked that my living space had a safe that I could use for free. Size of the living space was great. Location was great as always. Staff was friendly and the shower water was hot. I also like that they stored my bags while I went out for the day, free of cost of charge. The morning meal was amazing, with fresh options, beautiful presentation, served by a very nice waitress. The front employees is second to none, they were very knowledgeable, yet friendly and knew exactly what to advice. Their options of restaurants, spas, directions, phone cards and etc were precious and it made all the difference. The living space wasfortable, clean and offered water, coffee and internet. The location is daunting at first but it is within the heart of the city, close to the Cathedral, the turtle lake, the beer street, restaurants, spas and etc. All walking distance! Location is good Excellent location within the heart of Chelsea district in Manhattan with convenient access to many attractions, shops, restraunts. Excellent location. Professional, friendly, personable staff. They were always available for questions, concerns and excellent rmendations on local restaurants. A special thanks to Cosimo and Reilly. Comfy bed, nice bathroom and friendly staff Location was great. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Bed was very low, butfortable. Room was smaller than we had expected and a bit hard for two people to sharefortably. Had we been there for more than one night it would probably have been too small. Still, given the price, the size of the living space was a reasonablepromise. When wee to NYC again for an overnight we would certainly consider staying there again. Kind staff, good location steps from a subway, clean, quiet, and a great value. Slightly smaller than a pod hotel nearby, but more than enough space for a two day short trip business traveler. Beautiful lobby, helpful staff, amazing location! The living space we had was definitely tiny, but hey, it s New York! It was stillfortable and had everything we needed. Close to good restaurants and Chelsea market. Quiet and upscale boutique feel. The employees was very friendly and helpful - hotel was clean, present days and a great value for the location! Lobby bar and rooftop patio with scenery of the Empire State Building were a nice bonus. The living space was small but perfectly clean and well appointed. We ll definitely stay again! Good location if you want to stay around Chelsea. Good service at the desk. We arrive early and they let us space to save our luggage. The blower within the bathroom was really good, not a cheap one. They have a fitness center within the basement and it’s fully equipped. The employees are very nice and helpful. I also love Chelsea this area after regentrification. Staff were friendly and efficient, location was very easy to reach, just above the metro Location was the only perk. Great location, 20 min walk from Times Square. Subway close by, Chelsea is a gorgeous area. Staff were kind and told us where to eat. Rooms kept clean daily. The employees was excellent! I would love to stay here next visit. The employees member who checked us out was the only pleasant part of the 2 day stay. He was nice and helpful. That was it. everything, location is the best, the stuff was very very friendly, the living space was very cosy andfortable, small but extremely clean, it wasn’t my first time in NYC so I was real

👎 The bed pushed against the wall with the curtains right on that side of the bed. The curtains were a bit dirty so I slept on the other side of the bed to ensure I would note close to the curtains. Also, I think there were some guests that may have been smoking pot as I could smell it in my living space and right outside my hallway. The next day the pot smell was within the hallway by the elevator. For starters, the TV didn’t work. I was told the tech was gone for the night. The employees was friendly and asked if I wanted a living space change, it’s was already close to midnight and I didn’t want to change rooms that late, so I declined. I did find long dirt blond hair within the washcloth, which was surprising as I’ve stayed there many times within the past and never experienced that, oh and I’m bald. It also appeared that building may be under new management because at 8am or maybe earlier you can hear the conversations within the hallway. I looked out the peep hole and saw a manger giving a tour to a guy taking pics. Way to early for me to have been up. The rooms could have a facelift, however, the employees and the service made all the difference. I would def stay there again and would rmend. The living space was really tiny, dark and noisy. water or fridge within the room. The internet code changes daily and almost never worked and when it did the speed was non existent. I checked out 1 day eRly because there was no internet and they would not refund me. Double living space was quite small even for one person, let alone a couple n a Awful fitness living space and the bedroom was a lot smaller than it looked on the photos. Even though I had my Dot Disturb sign on the door, the cleaners were shouting to each down the corridor. Otherwise all good Size of the living space made it seemed cluttered even with the small amount of stuff that we brought. Might be a bit cramped for an extended stay. Everything was great, just one weird issue! The cold water in our sink would remain very warm for about Two-3 minutes after turning it on, until it finally ran cold. A little annoying when trying to get a drink, but not the end of the world! Small rooms but well done, boutique feel. Lovely employees with upscale lobby and bar area. Happy hour was nice for half price wine and coffee.thing bad at all. Checkout its at 11am. We had a person knocking out our door at 11:10am. We Were supposed to have late check out, but that didn’t happened. The lobby it’s well designed but the furniture it’s not on the best condition. I find the price kind of high for what you are paying. The living space was clean and really really small. I know, it’s the city, but I’ve been on even smaller bedrooms and 10fortable. The employee-lady- knocking at our door for the checkout was really awful with us. The living space is a little bit small, btw, soundproof is also not good. I stay at New Year, so the price is sky high! The living space was tooooo small, we cannot even fit our luggages on the floor. Very noisy living space too because of the windows Room was so small we couldn’t even open our suitcase. Website ispletely misleading.thing about The Gem is upscale. Bed was horrible. Room was run down and unclean.ise from other guests kept us awake ALL night.t worth the $. There’s no restaurant within the hotel however there’s lots in walking distance which was great, rooms are very small but for the amount of time you’re there it doesn’t matter. I lik

👍 Love the atmosphere in this hotel! The bedroom are contemporary and the beds are superfortable. All the employees go out of their way to make you happy. It s within the great location. My favourite hotel in New York! Great location, friendly service, extremely well kept rooms and excellent housekeeping. We were able to extend our stay at the same rate. The prizes they ask do not reflect the quality the hotel should be. It s way to expensive. It s old and tired, very nineties and the rooms look like post- operation recovery rooms in a hospital. The location was perfect, great food, the employees very helpful and the rooms are very quite because of quadruple glazing! The amodations are clean, serene, fortable and quietly luxurious. The location is within the midst of one of the most interesting and vibrant neighborhoods within the city. Very nice location. Restaurant is amazing. Location. Staff is excellent. Was pleasantly surprised to find the employees so hosting on such a late arrival on a dreary night. Our living space was lovely and cozy. Staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. Take it or leave it. They cater to celebrities. The reservation manager Ben had horridmunication skills and didn’t care less that the hotel and booking. had booked me with a certain living space type... tried to downgrade me and made no efforts to ensure I was slightly happy. As soon as I pulled up there was someone already to help. I asked about a bigger living space and poof!! It was done. High ceilings, gorgeous doors going out to our own courtyard. Met my expectations and more, which is hard to do. I’m picky and have worked within the hospitality business for 28 years. It’s new and fresh atmosphere was just what we were looking for. It was amazing!! I can’t wait toe back! We liked the hotel, its architecture and decoration The size of the room, the sheets, Linen, the Christmas tree very Scandi, the staff, so friendly helpful. I aming back each year same time with more people. This short trip we had 3 rooms. The employees in general was very professional . Especially the concierge service , people were very helpful and nice . you can easily feel home food is good Extremely friendly and amodating staff Amodations, front work area employees concierge exceeded expectations. Room bed sofortable. Cool, Soho vibe. Very Private. Loved the lobby design. Felt like home in Soho Good food Room was clean and minimalist in decor. There was plenty of closet space but little drawer space. Room faced Prince Street but was quiet and the windows had light blocking shades which could be lowered automatically. Staff very helpful, friendly, and amodating. I will stay there again. Decor is minimalist but each element is luxurious and well-designed from the sheets to the towels to the soap to the stationery. The employees is incredibly friendly and service-oriented. Friendly service, taking care of the guests in all circumstances. I met a man called Juan, from Colombia, that has worked there for quite some time. The gentleness in is nature was a plus to us. Every night they deliver water to your room. everything It was fantastic! Can’t wait to go back Our suite was stunning! Excellent service and very cozy quiet Wonderful staff, great location Great location! Location, location, location. Great staff, great location. Ha

👎thing A little bit expensive. The rooms could do with an update. This was my second stay at The Mercer. The first stay last year was perfect. This year, the service was uneven to say the least. The front work area and housekeeping employees were great but I had a living space service experience that was weird, hostile and ufortable, enough so that I question the judgment of the hotel s hiring policies and unacceptable enough that I will never book a living space here again and would not rmend to anyone else. Additionally, the doormen seem more interested in checking out the lively scene around the hotel than within thefort of the guests. Very expensive for what it is offered. Hotel does not support credit cards just with chip, but just magnetic stripe. Price and . did not have a good price on this hotel. Lighting within the hotel and the living space was very poor. You can’t see the floor numbers to push within the elevator and a woman might have trouble putting on her makeup with the living space lighting. t a thing! thing The hot water within the living space didn t work at times. The ice cold draft spreading inside from either entrance door - lobby or restaurant - when being opened is not acceptable for a hotel of that level. Maybe and only Maybe, because I am used to Irish hotels, you can get a drink 24 7 within the lobby. Minor inconvenience. Hotel was so hot and there AC within the room. So to let cooler air within the living space you had to open the window. Then it was ridiculously noisy. Staff was loud within the corridors at all hours starting at 5am and lack of carpet meant sound was amplified. Disgusting stain on theforter Was charged $108 for breakfast2 veggie omelettes no cheese. Side of turkey bacon. And two almonds milk lattes. Almost fell on the floor. Small room The service is not up to the standard of the of the employees took any time to explain the food, and absolutely a zero on the wine service -- the lady barely knew how to pour a glass of wine. Management should seriously consider properly training their service team to do the food justice. Although the restaurant at the hotel was highly touted, our experience was not up to expectations; service was slow at the beginning and our appetizers were sent to the wrong table. I would have refused the plate if it had been set down in front of a person at another table. Wait employees and desk employees seemed indifferent. Fish dishes were dry and items overpriced. A few small mix-ups within the bar restaurant and from the service desk, a bit unworthy of a five-star hotel, although everything was corrected swiftly and properly. Unfortunately, the renovation of the building but understand that it is necessary. This hotel is promoted as a high-end really good hotel, starting with how much they charge per night. In reality we payed $600 per night for a very small room, with a small bed and poor lightning, it is definitely not worth what they are asking for. housekeeping could have been cleaner option for a coffee in room thing really I can think of Room too small Bad management Bad service And unfriendly staff Small room, ufortable bed, ugly furniture. Unpleasant experience. kettle, tea cups within the room. Mercer kitchen was expensive and food was good not great I booked a Courtyard living space but got one over the street. I m british so didn t get it swapped !

👍 I felt safe inside the hotel but would not rmend a female solo traveler to book in this area. Staff was friendly and quite honestly that s about it.thing else I can say was pleasant. Location to the BAR exam is the only positive thing I can add.t worth the cash nor and despite the pictures fooling you into thinking the rooms are present days and upscale, you ll be surprised at how the units fail to have the basics, like sound proof walls. Location was an easy walk to United Palace theater, even in heels. Room furnishings appeared brand new and impeccably clean. Room was surprisingly quiet. Good sized room. Very clean. Valet parking great. Many good restaurants nearby. Staff went out of their way to assist us. bed wasfortable To sleep it was great- very quiet due to being on a high floor. Shower was ok- pressure was good. Loved the heating system within the bathroom. We are visiting a friend within the nearby hospital each month and find the location perfect. The rooms are small but very well thought out, cozy andfortable. The rooms are very clean and fresh! location is nice, great view from the 11th floor. There is a fitness center on 0 floor. close to subway. coffee machine at room. water bottle. nice TV. It was very clean, new facilities, and the employees was awesome they really help!!! Great facility, friendly employees and close to subway Twoplaints: the shower leaks badly onto the bathroom floor and there are not enough extra floor mat towels topensate. By 9:15am, on a Sunday when I went downstairs for myplimentary morning meal each bit of food and coffee was gone. Seems like someone misjudged the weekend capacity. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoy the facility. Oh, wait. the left hand door to the bathroom tends to slam shut very noisily. Might just need an adjustment. Room 804. Thanks and see you soon! The location is what brings us to your hotel. It is near our children who live in NYC The decor, the clean living space and bathroom, great view on 10th floor The A C is good. Snacks at the reception area. Modern hotel located close to Columbia University Medical School. A short subway ride to Yankee Stadium and mid-town Manhattan. The rooms had thick windows that blocked out most of the noise from outside. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental morning meal served from 7a-9a each day. Location and staff. Room was clean for the most part and easily accessible. The proximity of the subway stop with direct access to the number one line that took us into the city. Ease of arriving and car being taken away and parked for us and brought back three days later immediately we needed it. Front line customer service Emanuel was fabulous couldn’t have asked for a more professional and personable service Thank you Lucky hotel as my husband caught the ball at a winning a Yankees baseball game! The hotel looks nice and modern. Clean rooms, nice bathroom, bed and pillows veryfortable. People working at reception are very nice and helpfully. I loved the present days decor. The living space was gorgeous and very clean. Anthony was very weing. He made our stay very enjoyable. He went above and beyond to try and help us during our stay. Less than two blocks from metro. Very crisp, clean. Friendly, helpful staff, extreamly Michael. Breakfast croissants were yummy. The additional bed we found the dirty sheet, with hair. The sheets p

👎 The view from my living space was good, but unfortunately no one could get the bathtub to fill up and I actually booked this living space because it features atub... Absolutely poor foundational within the hotel units. The walls are hollow and you can hear everything that s happening within the adjacent rooms and even further. Evenings are brutally difficulty to have a restful sleep because the heater radiators clang all night long. The windows are far from sound proof. mini fridges within the units either. Bathroom fans don t turn off ever, so basically you need headphones in order to go to sleep. Rooms are small. street parking and no garage nearby. Valet expensive although prompt. Pillows were awful. fridge. Room was tiny. Area around the hotel at night could be shady. whats not to like? morning meal is really bad, there was almost nothing but boiled eggs and coffee. Very tiny kitchen and so many people.t enough space at all. Same for room, it s sooo tiny. microwave, no fridge by default but you can ask for it. Everything is so small and tiny... I didn t like it. It’s a little far from the middle of Manhattan, so we spent more time than was expecting on subways, and the living space is small. idea how you work the heat ac controller to set living space temp and wish parking was a more reasonably priced. Driving here was our only option sorry. See above. It’s way over priced. It had extremely small rooms. We could not control the temperature of the room. It was freezing. We choose this hotel because of the close proximity of Presbytherian hospital where my husband is in treatment.Unfortunately the area is not the nicest and lack good restaurants .... no fault of this hotel of course Location is bad away from all attractions and next to a non-safe area. Rooms are toooo small. Bathrooms are toooo small. The drainage within the bathroom was very weak; water accumulates within the sink. Breakfast is really really bad. The shower flooded the bathroom each time. Room service on day two did not replenish towels, water and bathroom amenities. Remote for air conditioner was not available and living space was hot stuffy thing. It was great. Maybe tea within the living space would have been nice. There was a coffee machine. thing to not like It was smaller but very central and stunningly clean and well appointed I don’t know how a usual american morning meal is but in Europe a hotel wouldn’t call that breakfast. From answers to previous reviews the morning meal has eggs in fact is just cold hard boiled eggs, fruits just apples, juices orange juice, pastries all gone by 8.15 etc . big deal but don’t mislead guests. We never get up early enough to enjoy the breakfast. Room ispact, but functional. Probablymon for NYC, much smaller than what we re accustomed to. cleaning the room It s a bit small for the price, but I guess that s NY! Breakfast was the same each day, ok if you re there for One-2 days, but when you book for almost a week, it s boring. Also, the Seven-9am window is a bit early for holiday people!! We had a problem with the fire alarm for about 4 hours on the first night which was not great but the manager was very helpful the following day. The employees member on the night not so much. It could have been across the street from the Metropolitan Museum of Art and been at the same price. Could have had museum-quality art in each living space and t

👍 Staff great and location excellent Wee was fantastic, living space service great, living space upgrade pretty sweet. Bar and barman good although didn t know how to do Hendricks. Very good location and wonderful staff Location, homely feel of hotel Everything. Top hotel in ny All the employees were extremely friendly and we loved the location on a beautiful tree lined street. The Christmas decorations and food are superb. The entire experience could not have been better! The employees were faultless. Needs were anticipated beautifully. Well sound proofed for a quiet New York sleep. Totalfort. Everything! amazing employees ! great service. Lovely well appointed rooms. The employees was all very friendly and helpful. They met our request for an early check in. There was a free of cost turn down service during which they provided chilled bottled water and fresh fruit. The hotel smelled wonderful. The employees on the front desk, the concierge, within the restaurant and servicing the rooms were all extremely friendly and willing to help. The hotel is in a good location: a short walk to the metro, so easy to get downtown, and Central Park is also close by. Cleanliness throughout was first class. The employees was great - Very eager to please and the living space was clean. The hotel was quiet as well. The incredible employees that have been there for a long time, except the several daytime reception girls see what I did not like. If you get the right living space its wonderful and the privacy. I loved the friendly and amodative staff. They treated me quite well and I had a lovely stay. The Lowell is a special little gem the Upper East side has to offer. The highlight of the stay was the location. Upper East Side but close enough to midtown in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The service at the hotel was excellent with down to earth employees who genuinely enjoyed helping you. The waiter at the restaurant who has worked for about 30 years at hotel remembered our preferences at breakfast. However, the kitchen is a bit slow during breakfast. Best boutique in NYC The people. Design of the Lowell Room, terrific staff We love the Lowell, and have beening here for many years. It is always wonderful. The employees went above and beyond to assist me when booking. had made a mess of my trip. Quiet, convenient location with a very friendly and attentive staff. The staff, amazing Lovely quiet room We liked the small hotel ambience, our living space was lovely although it did not have a view. more like a back alley. Staff excellent. they do it all well Even before I arrived they were concerned about my stay and it only got better. Old fashioned scenery with a present days twist. Will definitely return. European charm with American efficiency. Felt like home as soon as we checked in. Sense of small selective home from home feel-less like a hotel more like being a guest at someone s fab Manhattan house.

👎 Tiny bathroom keep hitting the wall. Window overlooking offices should have better dressing to make living space feel private Just got a bit sloppy, doorman often not paying attention, reception not as friendly. Charge for everything so fireplace would have cost $60 really? Afternoon pretty poor, service patchy, tea stewed, Scottish lemon curd ?? with scones which were too sweet. Low point of stay was another guest allowing their daughter to practise violin at midnight. My husband asks them to stop and gets threatened by another guest. Security turn up and basically just say go to bed but allows guest to threaten my husband. Totally unacceptable. Hotel just apologised. Absolutely pathetic response. thing thing Absolutely nothing. plaints The hotel was expensive, but I felt that the price wasparable to other hotels within the area, but that the service and amenities were better. One opportunity for improvement.. the Gym is a little crowded with equipment - with not much space to do mat work. The description indicated a kitchenette but this was not the case. The refrigerator had no freezer section. The employees worked with me on this so it wasn t a big problem. The day reception girls are not to the Lowell Standard, unhelpful, snobby and badly mannered. This was very disappointing and I now will hesitate ining back to The Lowell, instead of a great stay it turned into a stress stay.t all the rooms are nice, can be the same category, but different in standard. Wished they had a lounge bar area. Can t wait for lobby and restaurant renovations. Everything was excellent! Niothing The hotel was flawless value for cash price a bit high Better sound-proofed windows and the place would be perfect... thing

👍 Really liked the bathroom decor and the soaps the hotel uses. It’s location is superb. It meant we walked to pretty much each touristy place we wanted!! We ordered 40th birthday ‘extras’ which were there on arrival and our balcony just added to the NYC experience. It’s noisy in NYC but that’s to be expected for the central location. The employees offered us a free of cost glass of Prosecco each evening on our way out which is a nice touch. Very centrally located. Nice, clean living space with present days decor. Prosecco was served upon my arrival 5 -7 pm and the employees was first class. I would stay again! Superb property with lots of pluses. I give extra points for closet space this one features areal closet with living space to hang a long coat, for coffee Nespresso machine in room, with good service on resupplying the pods, and for bathroom shelf counter space for cosmetics plenty here. Room was always clean and quiet, bed veryfortable. Quick elevator service. Front desk employees were amodating. Location is very good, extreamly considering the proximity to subways the 6, plus many others at Grand Central Station, which is only 5 short blocks away. I ve stayed here twice and will again - rates during the cold months are crazy low for a hotel of this level. Receptionists were so friendly and helpful. The hotel location is the best thing that I would rmend to the tourist. The view from our living space was beautiful. However, everything was good. The employees, specifically Sharon, at The Bernic were fantastic. Friendly and always available. I don t think Sharon ever goes home. She was there virtually each time I went to the lobby and was always helpful. Theplimentary Proseco, available each night within the lobby, was an added plus. I am on a quest to stay at hotels in NYC that have espresso machines within the room. An espresso or 2 in my living space at The Bernic gave me a good start each day. The desk allowed me to work infort. The balcony is great although it was sub zero temps so was not able to enjoy. On arrival, I received a individual call to ask if I needed anything. It was located within easy walking of our primary goal, the theatre. Also many good Indian restaurants close . The employees helped us find some. Dry cleaning was unbelievably expensive and there are no nearby laundry facilities or on-site washing drying machines. Lobby was super small. Balcony is a not so much a balcony as it is a full size window with railing.... The hotel features agreat location - close to some of main sights, supermarket, cafes etc. Grand Central is a walking distance away. The living space is small but sofortable. The employees was hosting and even provided wee balloons from it was my partners first time in NYC. Very amodating employees and veryfortable! The living space was superfy, loved the spacious bathroom ! The Nespresso machine was such a plus too ! Also the prosecco o clock was a nice surprise. Helpful staff. Nice room. Great location. Loved the shower and the Nespresso machine in our room. Would definitely rmend to anyone looking for a cheap butfy hotel ! It’s new inside and very clean andfortable. Very clean hotel in Manhattan very close tomon tourist attractions Bed was veryfortable but had to ask for additional blanket which they gladly delivered. Very clean. We had to ask for several corrections and employees was excellent and immediate to fix concern

👎 Staff was very rude. And It was very dusty. I have an asthma so I didn’t sleep good because living space was drowning in dust. But the biggest disappointment was a receptionist. I wanted to make a surprise for my boyfriend and book a living space at Bernic for his birthday. We’ve stayed there 3 times before and it was a special place for us. I wanted it to be great and instead of booking through booking. I went there to ask all the questions. It was on Feb.15 around 6.30 pm. Receptionist couldn’t be less careless I swear to god. I had a feeling she just wanted me to leave. She didn’t want to explain anything and giving me vague answers. I was a little confused and decided just to book it through booking.. I booked king bed 27m2 with a balcony for Feb28th. When we got in I saw tiny balcony where you can’t event get in. It was so small. I mean I booked what I booked. But it could not have happened if a receptionist could just speak with me in armal manner and maybe rmend me some rooms on Feb 15th. They have my history there. She could check it at least. She did nothing. When we checked in on Feb 28 around 10.30 pm there was a same receptionist. Even my boyfriend said she was arrogant. When I saw the living space I just wanted to leave. They couldn’t give us another living space and said If we leave they are not gonna give us refund because it was booked through booking. Rooms were a bit cramped. Only one water bottle per room. Also, didn t like that I was such on a low floor. Those New York streets can keep you up if you re too close. It’s certainly not a ‘looker’ from the outside and the frontage is a little neglected but inside it’s just lovely really. It was great for our little romantic getaway without the children! Check in at 4pm is a bit late. Other than that noplaints! magnifying makeup mirror, and no food snacks, like free of cost continental breakfast, etc. something that s not expected, but some other hotels provide something, and that would be an extra incentive for me. I often use a hotel s rmended car service to go to the airport, but in this case it wasn t the most economical, so I booked a different service. Too noisy when there were road constructions outside during the midnight. In the living space that I stayed in on the 20th floor, there is a constant noise hum. Can t think of any negatives. Honestly. What more can you ask than employees that are happy and help you. Price was really steep for tiny living space and hotel with few amenities tiny lobby Terrible catering restaurant - not restaurant level food at all... If you want nice morning meal food in general go elsewhere, otherwise you’ll spend quite a lot of cash for the type of food you could get at a supermarket. The employees at the sister restaurant where not very weing. thing ! Evrything was great ! The A C is too noisy. Very small, as in 6 rooms per floor, which isn’t necessarily a drawback unless it’s full. Experienced a fire alarm due to a burst water pipe coldest Thanksgiving ever and the employees seemed a little overwhelmed but Hilton handled it with follow up calls to patrons and did a good job. Had to sleep with the window open because thermostat was at a preset temperature Room service inedible. Hamburger tasted like it was microwaved. condiments with only 2 packets of ketchup for 2 people. water. Food thrown on plate and was very poor quality. The front work area clerk encou

👍 Excellent location, clean room, friendly staff The cleanness, living space space and location Location, Location, Location Private club for morning meal and drinks. The situation of the hotel.

👎 They checked me in a dirty room. Dirty. Then they moved me to a smaller living space from it’s the only available clean living space at that time. They don’t clean or refill the coffee and water each day which is sad. The pull out bed was a bit hard but not terrible Only 3 elevators take to my floor and usually it takes several minutes to get downstairs Elevators Room of my friends which was not updated- not clean and worn out. 20th floor The room, very overpriced.
