👍 I needed handicap accessible amodations using a walker and they fulfilled my needs. I first time I stayed here I was escorted to my living space which was right next door to the handicap bathroom. There is A refrigerator in each room, most YMCAs do not offer that. The propose was great and the fitness center features awater fountain with filtered water, so you can fill your bottles instead of buying water. The employees is very amodating and professional. I had a great experience. The subway is at the corner, along with 2 bus lines. We had a topfloor living space with a nice skyline view within the distance. Very nice neighbourhood to stay in Staff I have stayed at YMCA, Eastside and Westside, but Harlem s Y exceeded my expectations! I am handicapped, using a walker. I always request handicapp accessible amodations, but the Westside Y was challenging. I would have to request a key to the handicapp bathroom. At the Harlem Y I was escorted to my living space which was located right next to the handicapped bathroom. The elevator was close by. I did not receive that kind of support at the other YMCA s. A lounge area with table, chairs, sink and microwave was available on my floor with free of cost WiFi. The cleanliness. It was close to the subway into New York . I only liked the fitness center living space and the swimming pool. Friendly employees quickly solved all issues. The living space we got was close to the restroom. All restrooms were almost always free. We could leave our luggage at reception after check-out for free. The living space was immaculate, as far as, cleanliness. Value. Bunkbeds, shared bathrooms, but clean; pretty much what I expected. The idea, on this occasion, was to save money. I got a good night’s sleep, on two consecutive nights. Other than sleeping, I spent virtually no time in my room. Room temperature regulation required a little work but eventually was satisfactory. I have stayed here many times and the check in employees always remembers me. Everyone is so nice. Rooms do get a bit warm but the AC helps cool it down. But a great place to call home away from home I liked the pool for exercise. L’Hotel eodo vicino alla metro 135, si raggiunge velocemente Central Park, Time Square e Downtown. Vista sullo Skyline. Tv in camera mini frigo. Buona Reception. The Check-in recepcionist was very nice and helpfull. Location is great, between blue and red lines.t too much to do around but you can find pubs and cafes easily. Great location, 1 minute walk from subway. Quite clean bathrooms. They charge the same price for all the rooms. I got a very small room, no closet space. Requested to switch. The manager is unwilling to do refunds or partial. They advertised free of cost internet when in fact the higher floors cannot receive or pick up the signal. The living space and facilities were very clean andfortable. The sheets, bedding and living space extremely clean. The shared bath facilities are very clean. The facilities are clean, bright, fortable. I liked that the subway was only a 2 minute walk from the YMCA and was easy to catch. Was a fast ride into times square also to the brooklyn bridge and central park. Popeyes just across the road along with shops. Room was nice and cosy also warm which was very nice during this cold time of the year! Friendly and helpful employees who helped me booked a shuttle back to the airport or airdrome as uber is very expensive in New York! Friendly staff. Great value for NYC. <b
👎 A cafe within the building would be convient. check in could be a bit faster, for the rest great stay Misinformation about the facilities. It says Parking when you book it, but it means street parking so you have to spend hours looking for a spot. And if you’re not from NY that can be tough, you’re never sure about what the street signs mean. I missed not having WiFi in my room. The heating system needs serious rewiring there was heat for my first night. The following 3nights it was quite COLD! I couldn t use my wireless on the guest floor. For the entire stay. Only on the lower levels. Quite an inconvenience. The water went off one night and the shared bathrooms were full off poop - and couldn t use shower sinks for showering etc. Room was definitely too small. Shared bathroom were always dirty. People made noises at night and it was hard to get some sleep. The location was noisy as well. The living space we got at first was busy: we suddenly forced that person to wake up. After a 10 minutes search the employees found a free of cost living space for us. There were 3 restrooms near us, 2 of them were cold due to opened window. Late check out is not available. The YMCA should be listed as a hostel NOT A hotel. Staff rude and are bullies -- when not condescendingasking what shelter I came from...and then requiring ID be held overnight until paid for... Even though a platinum card was in file!!!!............... The living space was the size of a prison cell. Even though booked as a double. A as far as cleanliness. The first night I was placed in a cold room. The weather had turned cold that day. The heating was not effective. There were windows all around and there was a draft getting in. I slept with my clothes on to keep warm. I was moved to another living space and it was fine. One of the lifts elevators was not working on two occasions . The second time it was off all weekend. I was on one of the high floors and had to wait a long time for connections . The internet went off on Thursday evening and was still not repaired by Sunday when I left. Initially it went off at midnight when I was contacting a relative- as I had a dying relative. I went downstairs and they said it would be back on 9njn 2 hours as they were doing some repairs- I also could not contact my friends in New York to make arrangements to meet. however it never came back on . Someone suggested to go to Macdonalds and I did that. I reported this several times at reception and I was told nothing more could be one - as the manager was off site until Monday morning. I wrote to the manager explaining the situation and the high cost I had paid to stay twice- once by his email given by employees and the other time by site. I have still to receive a reply. I m surprised at this . The YMCA is Christin organisation based on sound ethics and principles . It feels very hurtful to be ignored now several weeks. Wifi disponibile solo nella hall dell’hotel,e citata nella descrizione. The living space was oppressively overheated, they don t provide washcloths and I had to go out and buy toilet tissue. There was no way tp let fresh air into the room. There is no. mat on the bathroom floor, it was a big puddle of water on the floor, which I slipped on surely a hazard. The cashiers were polite, professional and I was greeted with the best smiles. It was more expensive than advertised. The roon was a little cold during the day. The

👍 Great location to explore the city Location only Great location - easy walk to main areas such as Empire State Building and Times Square. Comfortable bedroom with ample space. Excellentfy bed with clean linen and towels and large TV. Included buffet morning meal was the same everyday but plenty of it and tasty. Lots of pros. We had one of the biggest hotel rooms I vee across in Manhattan. The employees was extra friendly and helpful to us, the shower never got cold, the bed wasfortable and the morning meal was good. We feltpletely safe and were surrounded by things to do. Really for the price and location, it was unbeatable! You get what you pay for. It wasfortable stay with an ok breakfast. Really central to everything. Great location. Clean. Updated bathroom. Great value!Nice morning meal area. With self-service, handmade waffles Location Breakfast was more than I expected. Nice pick me up to start your day and not have to spend cash within the big city. Good location, few steps from the MTA station, flatiron building and fifth ave. Great American breakfast,fy bed Excellent location near the Empire State Building, clean rooms and good value for money. Location location location! Staff so nice and helpful! Beds veryfortable and rooms clean. The employees was friendly and the living space was always clean.Breakfast was good and typically American with bagle and waffles. the location is perfect, right next to the subway and Flatiron building, free of cost coffee and tea during the whole day, you can keep the bags there after you check out Location was great and all the employees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was OK. The employees were always there to help. The manager woulde out and great everyone at breakfast. I also left my credit card within the hotel living space after check out and I got a message via booking. from the employees of the hotel. Nice location it was close to a lot of stuff in walking distance. The location is excellent, you re right within the centre of the Flatiron district and everything you need is close by. The hotel is super close to both 23rd Street and Penn stations and other subway lines aren t much further. The employees were lovely and always went above and beyond no matter the interaction with them. The living space was perfect, loved the King bed veryfortable and the bathroom was great for us a couple. Staff were helpful, refund cancellation policy was unquestioned and prompt I spent four nights at Heritage Hotel. The location of the hotel is very good and it s very easy to get Empire state building, central park and museums by walking. The space was big enough to amodate five of us for the night. Good location within the flatiron district The location of the hotel is absolut great and even though it is located within the middle of Manhattan, our living space was quiet and we could get some sleep. The rooms were clean. The waffles were great, the individual o the dinning area only one person was friendly the other two always serious and not happy to great The free of cost morning meal was a nice inclusion for the nightly rate. The food selection and presentation was an added bonus. Amazing location The living space was perfect, but from you asked about the bathroom, which was exceptionally clean, it was a bit cold and could use a heater. Otherwise, it was a great experience bringing my son to
👎 The Tv remote in our living space didn’t work. The beds moved. The view wasn’t great but as we were in a central living space it was understandable to some extentThere were hairs within the bathroom so the cleaner hadn’t done a proper job. They were on the walls of the shower and around the sink Paper thin walls, rude neighbors banging on walls, doors slamming, weird lay out of the rooms, ice living space wasn’t on each floor, one of the sheets had a hole. Would note here again! Would have preferred proper plates and cutlery at morning meal as opposed to paper plates and disposable cutlery, however this didn’t matter to us much. The only problem we faced wasn t really anyone s fault, but I would like to warn others about it. The entry and living space doors on the 4th floor slam loudly when opened and our shared walls were paper thin. This was an issue when 2 rooms of teenage boys checked in to the rooms on either side of us and kepting and going all night long. We weren t able to get any sleep and had planned on asking for a new living space before we found out they had checked out. I would stay here again probably not on the fourth floor, but it was just a really loud night. First hotel I have ever been to where employees during morning meal expect you to clean up your own table. That was a first. Typical small NYC room. Odd fire door to get thru to get to the room. Eggs for morning meal had an odd texture. This is a joke for a 3 star hotel. The lobby has an odd overwhelming smell, like of a floor cleaner overused to mask for other smells. The rooms, lobby, bathrooms are outdated and just about functional. We had booked this last minute for its location and that’s precisely what I’d ultimately say it’s got going for it. We booked the triple living space - I literally can’t imagine someone being able to use the toilet if you’re bigger than a teenager. I know it’s New York but this hotel is just awful. I suppose it’s an alternative to a hostel? I was mostly surprised because I was expecting better given the reviews. The living space had a window heater that was not turned on when we entered and it being February, we had to wait a bit before it became warm enough to take our coats off. The service was a-ok. I certainly don’t plan toe back, even for the location. We had a connecting door in our room, so it made the people within the next living space sound super loud. Room was really small, but from we only stayed a couple days and we only had carry on items it was fine for us. Stairs and corridors should be a bit updated as well as the heating sistem, which should be manually regulated and is pretty noisyLuggage storage is cheap but not free My onlyplaint is the amount of waste at breakfast. Everything is disposable. All plates, bowls, knifes, forks etc are thrown away. This is not good for the environment. Perfect for our stay. Room very small but knew that when booked. We would have to pay 1 $ per piece of luggage because we want to put it within the hotel on our last day because our flight was only at five pm and we already had to check out at 11 am. The wardrobe was too small for two people. the morning meal was fine but after couple days just same, needs more variaty Very basic, the living space heater is loud, duvet is thin. When I open the living space door it hits the bed. Filthy windows. White lightbulbs don’t help. Small bath bathroom. Needs some renovation! Room didn’t look like picture on website. My refrigerator didn

👍 Very cozy living space with everything close at hand. Location strategic for strolls either uptown or downtown! Also it is a fun hotel with gigs occurring that did not disturb the hotel in its function to amodate sleep guests, but offered a safe, easy entertainment option footsteps from your bed after 15 hour touring on foot around NY !!! I really like the style of the hotel and it’s quite clean. Great location! The employees is really pretty exceptional. They go out of their way to make you feelfortable and relaxed. Sarah is the morning meal lunch gal and she is always in a great mood and genuinely takes interest in her guests. George is the quintessential NYC bartender, always prepared with a story and a great drink. The receptionist employees is always amodating and go out of their way to make sure the living space is up to my expectations. The cleaning employees is thorough andpetent. Great bed and overall a nice room. We didn’t eat within the hotel, but had a relaxing drink within the front bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely and clean, and is in a great location! The bar downstairs was brilliant. The bed was superfy great pillows and the employees was so friendly 😊 Location was great; the bed and pillows were veryfortable; bathrooms are good size The hotel is really nice and fancy! It was absolutely clean and al the employees has been helpful and kind, extreamly Danielle at the reception. The location is great, basically at the same distance to uptown and downtown and really close to the subway station. We will definitelye back there the next time we will be within the city! Friendly Front Desk, gorgeous room, clean and quiet! We liked the the electronic facilities. Nice hotel with very friendly employees in a great location, one of the better hotels at which I have stayed in NYC! The living space is clean and nice. The location is convenient to Ktown. Clean rooms, superfy bed, phone chargers and speaker available. The employees is friendly and helpful. The living space was quiet. Location, quietness, cleanliness, friendly employees extreamly Danielle from the front desk Toilet didn’t work when we got in was fixed quickly. Shower was leaking as well but wasn’t a huge issue. Besides those two issues it was a nice stay, hotel was very clean and location was great. quiet, veryfy bed and pillowscool retro vibevery clean and fresh The HGU is trendy andfortable, with a great location surrounded by excellent restaurants and lots of transportation options. The bed was extremelyfortable and my 10th floor living space could not have been quieter or more peaceful. Just as appeared in photos. Can’t fault the property. Hosts met at Checkin late in evening and was very helpful and friendly. Nice and friendly staff. A good location and a great find. Comfortable, Clean, Elegant. Danielle checked us is and she was wonderful...very amodating, caring and professional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ok location. Clean room. Rooms are pretty large and well-furnished considering what we can get for less than $150 per night in NYC, employees is helpful 33rd stop is half a block from the hotelI haven’t tried the restaurant Super efficient andfy. So nice to have a bathtub. Room has everything you need. Love the charging station. The hotel is nice. Great location, bedfy, bath in room Incredible value hotel. Comfy
👎 The bathroom sink fixture handles were improperly installed-hot was really cold and vice versa. Also, problem with the toilet. I booked the hotel also for the option to use their collaboration with Solace fitness studio literally next door. Turned out it was hard for me to actually exercise as you need to participate in a class no free of cost weighs, machines and cardio available for free of cost use therefore one needs to plan and the last session finished early ... within the end for my schedule I would have preferred a simple fitness center where I could go in at my pace and work out ! The heater within the bathroom didn’t work properly. When I checked out, the reception wasn’t friendly at all. ☹️ Anyway, I still like this hotel. Very minor point but there should be more places to hang towels within the bathroom. The size of the living space was exceptionally small, which is usual of NYC but if you’re there for longer than 3 nights it’s tricky. Wardrobe hardly fit any clothes. Access to tea and coffee finished very early, which might have suitable for business people but not for people on holiday who enjoyed a sleep in after late and fun nights in NYC. Love this quaint Hotel!!t a thing I didn t like... everything was perfect! it would be good to gave a small coffee maker or kettle within the room There were a few things missing from my room: hair dryer, do not disturb sign and a living space service menu which they have 24 hours a day per advertised. We didn t like the fact that there was too many noises from different sources that we couldn t find where it wasing. There were also no slippers and the floors was cold to walk on without shoes. King Deluxe living space was very dark and facing an air shaft, while Standard King features amuch nicer view overlooking the street more noise though We arrived around 2am on Friday after mid-night Feb 15th, so when we checked within the front work area didnt tell us that the hotel has valet parking. His name is Ryan I believe. He just gave us the public parking address that the hotel partners with, and told us to park by ourselves. The hotel will give discount later when we pick up the car. I reserved a King deluxe room, but he gave me a queen standard. I checked the living space and realized it is too small. I asked him again but he gave me the King standard, not deluxe. It wasnt what I reserved, but it was too late. I just wanted to go to bed, so I took it. The living space is really nice and clean. I got the room, and tried to sleep till 9.30am. I wasnt sure the noise came from upstair or outside, but it was really loud. I called the Front Desk and they moved me to another room. The new living space was quite. I didntplain about the noise because its out of control. But the attitude of front work area staffs was horrible and not friendly at all. The engineer and the bellman are even better than the Front Desk. The living space was very small for two people for 7 nights stay, but I guess that’s amon issue in NY hotels. kettle within the room. The bathroom was very coldpared to the room. Extremely dry air. Slight technical issues however taken care of by employees immidately after reporting. living space was smaller than expectedalso bar restaurant lobby area looks much larger on websitethat was a disappointment The shower was a little quirky-- some instances of low pressure or lukewarm water. I think this is because this is an older building, and despite its recent renovation, older pl

👍 Excellent location, clean room, friendly staff The cleanness, living space space and location Location, Location, Location Private club for morning meal and drinks. The situation of the hotel.
👎 They checked me in a dirty room. Dirty. Then they moved me to a smaller living space from it’s the only available clean living space at that time. They don’t clean or refill the coffee and water each day which is sad. The pull out bed was a bit hard but not terrible Only 3 elevators take to my floor and usually it takes several minutes to get downstairs Elevators Room of my friends which was not updated- not clean and worn out. 20th floor The room, very overpriced.
