👍 We’ve stayed at The Chambers previously and I couldn’t wait to get back! They never disappoint. The amenities are fantastic. The morning meal from the Milk Bar is yummy. The employees treats you like you’ve lived there for years. Incredibly hosting and kind.
The decor and ambience was perfect. Nice and quiet, very clean. Great morning meal and fun happy hour. We will definitely return next time we’re in NYC.
Bed and pillows were great as was the location
Rooms were spacious. Room service was very efficient. Excellent location.
Location was superbRooms had good light, large windowVery clean with hardwood floors - very hygienic
My husband and I just love the Chambers. The location is excellent, within the midst of one of the busiest areas of Manhattan extreamly during Christmas week but the lobby and mezzanine always seem perfectly serene. This time we brought an adult child and her partner and they loved it too. Sometimes it was hard to leave our cozy part of the mezzanine!
The best part of the living space was the shower. Rainfall shower head with the best water pressure I ve ever experienced in a shower. Location was excellent for touring NYC. Quiet for a NYC hotel living space within the heart of midtown. Beds prettyfortable.
Very good location. Close to Central Park, Rockefeller main center
The staffs were very helpful and nice. The location is A, 5th ave just few steps away. They provide small morning meal and drinks. Water pressure was great ;
Superfortable bed and the living space was always made up beautifully for us. Nice touches of water and chocolates brought to us each evening. Good continental morning meal within the relaxing mezzanine.
We did not dine there because they are within the procedure of perfecting their restaurant. However, we did bring food in to entertain friends and they exceeded our expectations whey they provided and delivered all of the dishes, flatware, napkins, bottled water, and ice!
Great staff. Great location. Best rooms are on the street side, though there is more noise. Housekeeping was terrific. Best water pressure.
The Lobby and Mezzanine Level was really nice. And I loved the art on the walls, and the fact that the whole feeling of the fotel was not so corporate but more individual, including how all employees members addressed you. The furniture design within the living space was pretty nice as well, and the bedlinen just felt wonderful. Plus the minibar offered a very creative range of choices, and really invited to dive into which we otherwise never do!
The location was great and most of the employees were helpful and friendly.
The weekend update letter was very helpful and personal.
The living space has almost everything a woman wants from ambiance to great water pressure within the shower to huge space, very nice sofa and contemporary desk chair to a well lit make up mirror and bottles ofp water to artsy charm to a tiled soaking tub and lots of wall hooks. Beautiful lobby and a tiny continental morning meal and evening wine. I even loved how the steel waste can was connected to the high of the sink. So clever. I even got a wonderful street view.
Perfect location. Superb staff. Large rooms for NYCbetter on street side than back of building. Modest but great morning meal offering. Wine within the PM. It’s really a delightful place.
The employees were so amodating. The general manager takes pride in this hotel and
👎 Hallways were too dark, paint was peeling from the ceiling in our living space and theplimentary buffet in morning could have different items
The guy at check in and out lacked any customer service. The house employees were friendly and the remaining employees members professional.
Breakfast was provided - it was ok but v v basic - difficult to now when it was operating extreamly around public holidays.
Staff could be more helpful. Had received email allowing for early check in but upon arrival was told this was not a ensure and had to wait until after 2 to check in
The Momofuku restaurant had closed, which we didn t know but it didn t affect our plans. It s wonderfully convenient toe back to the hotel for a late after-theater dinner and I am confident the space will be filled by another quality restaurant. I tried my first Milk Bar ice cream had to see what the long lines were about and that was very memorable.
The best part of morning meal was taken early - so if eating morning meal there get it as soon as it is placed out. We asked for an additional roll away bed for each night. Was not there the first night and we called the front work area several times to ask for it. Each time we were told it wasing. Never showed up until the 2nd night.
Every morning It was difficult to find something to eat within theplimentary breakfast.
The bed was very very small 150 cm and there was a hole within the middle of the mattress. We have informed the font desk, but if we wanted to have a larger bed, we had to pay Usd 125,= per night extra, while the price per night for this standard living space was already Usd 294,= per night on an averageThe shower was ok, besides the fact that you needed earplugs, due to the loud noise the pipes were making. I would not rmend this hotel to other people, unless you are only interested in location.
Maybe because we stayed at lower level, you can hear the traffic and construction on the street all night long.
I cannot think of one thing that was a turn off. We will definitely stay there the next time we are within the City.
restaurant within the hotel though one can have anything delivered.
The morning meal was really poor - and although it was written up on the website that there is only a small cereal breakfast, when you go to the morning meal bar and see how loveless it is being maintained, that is really a disappointment. fruit at all when I got there Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, a couple of bananas and clementines yes, 2 pieces each on the entire morning meal buffet, displayed on a pink plastic tray! on Sunday. Paper cups and the worst coffee I have had in a long while did not add to the experience - at least the tea was good! As I said, the morning meal description on the web and within the living space is pretty much correct, but the way the little choice there was is displayed really does not live up to the standard the hotel wants to reach otherwise. In the room, we missed an extra option to put down our clothes - the wardrobe was small for two, and there were no hangers on the wall to hang our wet coats.
The hotel was dark.thing like pictured on booking.. The living space that I booked corner King appeared to have a lot of light and to be more spacious and cheery. On the contrary, the living space was small and somewhat resembled an upscale dorm room. Hallways were dark and what they considered made the hotel boutique. When I mentioned this to th

👍 Great location and very nice room
Location, and employees were very nice and polite!
If you are planning to visit Times Square then it’s a great location. The hotel is good but nothing special. You will find everything you need but it’s all not very special. Certainly not for a Kimpton hotel.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Kimpton Muse! It’s a clean, chic hotel right in main center of Times Square. You’re in great walking distance to all the hottest tourist spots and shopping, but tucked away just enough for a clam relaxing stay. Despite them being under construction during my stay the hotel restaurant not open, the facilities were clean and in full service. The rooms are good size and well decorated with present days utilities. My favorite part of my stay had to be the employees and customer service! I was constantly greeted by helpful and cheerful employees always eager to help. The lobby is chicly decorated with fruit infused water coffee and hot chocolate out for guests. They have plenty of extra toiletries that they’ll bring straight to your living space upon request as well. Even when we asked to keep our luggage at the front work area after checking out from we had a game to attend at MSG, they eagerly offered to keep our stuff secured for as long as we wanted so we could enjoy our last day in New York. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel, I can’t wait to return!
Location: 5 minute walk to major theaters
Comfortable and clean. Great view. Close to everything we we re doing. Great staff, very friendly and helpful.
The location was great being 1 2 a block from Times Square. The living space was veryfortable and larger than many hotels in New York. The Hotel provided aplimentary glass of wine within the afternoon which was very pleasant.
We liked the interesting decor of the property.
Concierge assisted me in identifying excellent restaurant for dinner plans and even made reservations. He was wonderfully helpful. I loved that there was even a yoga mat and amazing citrus mandarin eucalyptus body wash. Beds were cozy and all was so clean hosting and tidy. This all made for a great overnight stay!
Room was nicely appointed, very clean with a great location
Location, price was really good for this location in an updated room. Bathroom was very nice as well.
The cleanliness of the living space and friendly staff
Beds are superfortable, decor is tasteful, employees are friendly and efficient and the bar tender creates a fancy based cocktail for us ! Perfect location.
Clean. A long hall where u could stow the luggage so living space was spacier.Beds were totally OK. Bathroom was clean and spacious.
Veryfortable bed! I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.
I like the location of the hotel, and have stayed there numerous times.
A excellent small hotel that is walking distance from Times Square - a good selection of nearby restaurants and theatres. An ideal place for an anniversary getaway. The living space was delightful and the employees were outstanding. They were the most friendly and helpful people I have ever met on a big city hotel. Full marks VB all round. Will definitely stay again when in NYC andhave already rmended the hotel to my friends
Good location,fy bed, front work area and bell desk did great
The employees was very amodating. We loved the wine reception at night, it definitely added
👎 Automatically charged us 20% gratuity for morning meal when morning meal was COMPLETELY self serve and employees did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
The bar and restaurant was closed due to renovation which was ok but I would of liked some notifications about it!
I love Kimpton but this should not be a Kimpton hotel. It’s not bad but everything within the hotel is not bad, not great either. Staff is ok, most very friendly actually while we were there. Didn’t give us the upgrade that was agreed upfront till a few days later where they did give us the upgrade. And I can continue like this. Again the hotel is ok. Just not great. Was planning to host an event there for work but after all the difficulties we didn’t even further investigate.
We would have given the hotel a great 10 but for the jackhammering construction noise during the middle of the night. That made sleep miserable
Restaurant was closed. Hard to find with the scaffolding out side.
Street was closed due to parade and then for construction - hard to access with baggage and very cold weather. It would have been good to receive a text or email about the street issue. Restaurant seemed tired and we later found out they were closing for renovations the next day.
The Hotel did no have a functioning restaurant as this was being renovated. It just meant we had to eat out and found some very good restaurants.
We had to wait for valet to bring our car for over an hour. However the employees was very apologetic and tried to fix the situation as quickly as possible.
The price I was quoted by . $325.03 was not the price billed by the hotel $370.93. I did not expect to pay 14% more than the quoted price.
The bed was a little on the firm side. Room although present days and clean was small
The bed was very ufortable .. we could not sleep properly. Also, we were locked out and none of the provided keys worked . After several trips up and down, finally the security officer went up and let us in
The employees were excellent, but understaffed. We arrived on Boxing Day and the place was manic.t enough employees to cater to the influx of guests. I had to pick my own bags up from reception. Also the express elevator was so slow and stopped at each floor. Doesn’t help if your on the 17th floor
water kettle... hardly any toiletteries. Wasnt this a 4 star? The cleaner came very late within the evening and declared she would only pull a little at the bedsheets : There ought to be a make my roomoption on the phone within the room. The bill under the door on checkout morning was higher than that booked through booking.. Took 30 minutes to take away the double taxes, but the Swedish speaking gentleman that took at the reception over was so pleasant and caring that it ended well.
morning meal availble! The bed OK, but the duvet-solution terrible!! heating at the bathroom. Housekeeping-personal not doing a good job.
Room smell very bad the food from outside and windows are not good so all the cold ising inside. All the living space are the same we’ve insisted to change several time not easy And about the personal, i’ve never saw people taking care less about you than these people. Oh you have a free of cost glass of wine everyday at 5 ! But wait.. therefor bar is closed and service is within the lobby within the cold within the middle of checkin checkout and lugguages :
$7 for a small bottled water is ridiculous. Water is
This For-star hotel located in Manhattan’s theater district is only a Ten-minute walk to Rockefeller Center. The boutique hotel is eco-friendly. It features a state-of-the-art fitness main center and rooms with a 3Seven-inch flat-screen TV.
👍 The employees were very helpful, especially when I needed to arrange a hospital ER visit. Many thanks. Rooms were spacious and very clean by NYC standards.
Excellent location just within the middle of the Island. Great Sushi Restaurant inhouse. We never tried the morning meal but Im sure thats good as well. What i liked the most, was thefortable size of the living space an - having a living space towards the backyards that living space was very quiet!
The proximity to all the main attractions in NYC, it’s close to everything-shows, great shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, the subway everything you’d ever want in a hotel. Plus they have this great Sushi restaurant as well!
The employees made my short trip excellent. I had to travel in for work on a Sunday and was exhausted when u check in - the Porter at the door helped me as I came in and greeted me with a great smile. The manager checked me in and upgraded me - I always stayed here within the past and they have renovated from - I will continue to stay here.
We ate at the Bryant Park Grill after Palm Sunday Mass at St. Patrick s Cathedral. Wonderful atmosphere, good food, and ample portions for a modest price.
IS CONVENIENT. FRONT DESK STAFF IS GRACIOUS AND HELPFUL.
Staff always hosting and rooms impressively clean.View of Bryant Park in spring gorgeous.
Fabulous location. Terrific employees who are friendly and knowledgeable with a can-do attitude. Nicemon spaces, fortable and large by NYC standards rooms.
The living space was large, and very clean. stripped wood floors, with a well appointed bathroom. Thisbination is all too rare in NYC, and whenbined with excellent service and a great location means I will be back.
Having stayed at the hotel three times for Three-4 nights in less than 30 days I expected to get a better rate the additional days I stayed within the hotel suite after spending over 3 thousand dollars during the time I stayed there... also felt very rushed by front work area who kept calling my living space to see if I was checking out.
Staff was exceptional-friendly, informative, and fun! They upgraded us to a suite and it was sweet-overlooking Bryant Park! They provided spot on rmendations. We loved the downstairs bar - Celon, which was a jewel.
The employees was world class, I have stayed all over the USA and many other countries and this employees was easily 4 stars.
The hotel is very nice: living space is clean, well designed and decorated. The staffs are super helpful: had some issue with my living space key, Matthew made sure that it was solved. Convenient location: a few minutes walk from Time Square, coffee shop downstairs plus a park. There is a tub!Overall very good value for money.
We spent christmas night at the hotel and it was superfy. The view of Bryant Park from our living space was magical and the tub within the living space was very nice. We were also surpised by champagne and a very sweet note from we were celebrating our anniversary.
The hotel is nice, but the rooms are minimal and in need of a round of modernization. Expected more from a property of this caliber.
The service employees was very weing, thanking them for helping me, but the living space was very general, the hotel location was very convenient, and the living space was clean.
there is major overnight construction in this hotel. i can’t sleep, it is extremely noisy. It seems unpleasant and impolite to the guests of the hotel. it is rare case that construction is allowed at
The only thing that bother me, it’s the lack of coffee machine at the room. They have free of cost coffee and muffins at the lobby between Six-8 am, but if you’re not an early bird and on vacation that’s really less convenient.
t a thing
The night club was packed, but rather then looking like a New York Club it resembled a prom night with teenagers wearing tacky, extremely short skirts that reminded my wife and I of how Times Square was once populated. It was easy to just pass the pack by, but for a classy place otherwise it did not match.
rooms and furniture are beat up. Room was cold as the heat pumps were off after a couple of warm days. Housekeeping might spend 5 minutes within the living space and it shows. Windows take two people to open.
Room was very hot despite lowest settings .Valet was unusually slow this time due to a special event but employees were very nice
In the elevators the lighting is dim.
Do not like to be rushed out of the living space during check out time.
Table and chairs within the suite were not suitable for the space - looked like office furniture.
First a throw pillow on the bed had a disgusting stain that appeared to be dried body fluid. The mattress was horrible and ufortable.
The only think I could think of the shades: they do not block lightspletely, if you are sensitive to lights when sleeping, bring a mask.
living space service after 11, you can t even get a drink.
there is major overnight construction in this hotel. i can’t sleep, it is extremely noisy. It seems unpleasant and impolite to the guests of the hotel. it is rare case that construction is allowed at night. You can book any other good hotel next to if you want to sleep well.
We booked a suite over Christmas. We had a good view of the park but the suite was quite basic in it s furnishings and amenities. While there was a minibar there wasn t any tea making facilities. There was also no drawers to unpack to.
There wasn’t anything that we did not like ...
The decor is hideous, and the lighting within the elevators is ridiculous. The hotel is located in a beautiful, historic building, but the interior design is not in keeping with the style of the structure and seems to have been chosen to be intentionally ugly. The dark, red-lighted elevators are strange and silly - and frustrating.
I ran the water for a bath and it was a yellowish brown color. I didn’t end up taking a bath... ☹️
Loved the location .. loved the resturant being close. elevatorfort .. clean roomsI enjoy walking to almost all our locationsWould stay again
hot water at all times and the noise from the park was absolutely horrendous! Also the last day we wanted to shower but there was no hot water available! We washed with freezing water which is not a good way to leave the hotel.
An electric teakettle would have been nice touch.
The rooms are very loud, when I arrived they told me they upgraded me to a junior suite! I only through my luggage in and run to the next meeting ! When I came in before dinner I saw that the noise was from the aircondition in front of the window ! They moved me than to the 18th floor but it was still loud ! They have in each living space noise devices for sleeping within the bathrooms ! So they know the problem ! Also because of the big old windows it’s very cold and I asked for an additional heating device. They offered me by checking out 100.-

👍 Staff was very friendly. Location was ideal. Room was large for New York.
Great location. Very clean. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Also not very crowded.
The kindness and warm wee from the staff! The living space was great and fully met our expectations. And... in front of the hotel there is NY Luncheonette, our favorite restaurant within the city.
The San Carlos is a convenient and lovely hotel. The employees is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated, but still kept in good repair and very spacious and clean. I d stay here again in a heartbeat!
The employees was impressively warm, enthusiastic and hospitable. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The convienences of a little kitchen within the living space made our stay away from home so easy. I stayed in 2 different rooms, and both were great. But the Elite King Suite was the best! Thank you San Carlo Hotel for a great stay!
The hotel met expectations. I prefer smaller hotels like this one, usually service can be more personalized
Location was excellent, the Suite we had for the family exceeded by far what you can usually find in NYC. 2 extra large beds in one living space and within the living living space a super big sofa bed. Heating was excellent and kichenette was also a very weed added value. Hotel personnel was excellent and fulfilling all our expectations. Fully rmendable.
Spacious room. Excellent location . Very nice staff
A nice hotel with prime location. A large living space andfortable beds. We did not order morning meal as we enjoy going do different morning meal restaurants. Many nice morning meal places near by and a few blocks away.
New York Lunchette across street has great morning meal selection.
Spacious rooms withfortable beds. Would rmend one bed suite for groups of 4 5. Central location. Fantastic employees extreamly Andy who was really helpful and the kind gentleman on reception who let us have living space until 2pm on day.
Stayed for 7 nights for our holiday. The location on 50th E Street is excellent - close to everything. Walking distance for arwegian ;- to Times Square, Broadway, Rockefeller Center Top of the Rock, Empire State Building, The UN building, the Fifth Avenue, Central Park etc. The employees is very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again if we evere back to New York.
Room was clean and employees was very friendly.
Excellent size andfortable room.Very good location.Useful kitchenette facilities gave us extra flexibility.
We had the penthouse suite and it was fantastic. With a spacious terrace high above 50th Street.
Great location and hotel. Close enough to all main attractions but still really quiet. Everything our family of five needed. Would definitelye back again.
Everyone was kind, professional and courteous. The older gentleman at the front work area even gave me some change so I could get a protein bar from the vending machine, from I was running late for an important business meeting and didn t get a chance to eat breakfast.
The location was amazing. Just out of the hustle and bustle but not out of walking distance. Our living space was huge. So much space and sofortable. The housekeeping was second to none, and the reception door employees were exceptional. Always more than happy to assist out and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience in NY extreamly Nicholas, he was a gem. I would highly rmend this beautiful hotel to anyone considering.
Next to a great Restaurant . The Hotel Staff was very helpful. My wife is in a Wheel Chair an the Staff did a great Job helping her to get around Thanks to all. Doyle Raleigh NC
I love this property and location . The employees are all so friendly . I cannot find fault, I am booking it in 2019 and bringing my whole family . One of the employees stands out by the door Nicholas, he was beyond expectation in warmth and professionalism .
Reasonably priced hotel wit
👎 Decor was dated. Wallpaper peeling in bathroom. Stains on bedspread and carpet. Needs to be redecorated and updated at some time within the future.
My onlyplaint is I would have likedplimentary bottled water within the rooms each day.
The living space was really expensive.
The employees was not helpful - especially the valet doorman.t only do they not have valet parking but It was raining when I had to pick up my luggage and no one came out to assist me when I pulled my car up even though the doorman was outside picking up his takeout when I pulled up. It was very frustrating especially for the price.
I have NOplaints, I only have a little suggestion. It would be great to provide a small amount of dish detergent for cleaning the dishes.
I really wanted a 3:00 o clock late check out but was granted a 2;00 o clock, understandable but 3 would have been perfect.
One only aspect, not related with Hotel itself, but works were being done within the area so the ourside appearence was not great on the 50th W street. Another point of attention is the WIFI, it was excellent in strenght and coverage but it did not allow to establish VPN connections so no remote office work possible. For this I was greateful!!! but maybe business travellers will suffer from it.
The hotel didn’t have its own morning meal area but it is organized in an Indian restaurant next to it with almost no service at all. Room looks old, although it features agood size for NY.
Beware of junk fees, such as a facility charge, for services you may not use. San Carlos would demonstrate higher integrity if simply quoted fees within the basic living space charge.
Very minor but If I have to pick out something I didn’t like, they didn’t replace one of the coffee packs when they cleaned the room.
Onsite morning meal dining options a little limited.
The restaurant was inefficient. I had to give up getting at cup of coffee.
There s really nothing, except I ordered living space service and part of the order was a bottle of spring water that took me a while to open because it was so tightly closed, but I didn t want to call the front work area and bother them to send someone to my living space to open it.
The whole property was great
Lack of good morning meal . Although the area is surrounded !
The parking garage they partner with was aplete disaster, but I guess worth the discounted rate.
N a. Everything was great. Blowdryer didnt work but called housekeeping and they brought a replacement right up.
Our view wasn t great we could only see the air con units. However we weren t there for the view from our living space we went out for the scenery which were incredible.
There is no free of cost morning meal any more, but an excellent Diner just across the street which we enjoyed. You can pay to have bf on site but we liked the Diner
minibar was empty and we should have known this before going to the room. Water was not available.
Sirens at night!!
Minor niggles Despite booking for 3 adults had to ask for the third bathrobe. Also requested a kettle which never materialised but made do with filter coffee machine which was ok This wouldn’t stop us staying again but prefer lower East Side location
I stayed in this hotel in 2017 and aplimentary morning meal was provided. The morning meal is now extra $10 for continental and €12 for American and is outsourced to connected Spice Symphony restaurant. On my first morning I went there for breakfast. Some of the items listed within the menu were not available and I decided not to eat here due to the poor reception I received on entering restaurant as well as the lack of knowledge shown by the waiter. This restaurant will give the Hotel a bad reputation and they should return to supplying their own simple but good breakfast. For the duration of our stay we eat at the excellent New York Luncheonette across the street
We are alwa
Located on New York City s East Side, this hotel is just 5 minutes walk from St. Patrick s Cathedral. It propose spacious guest rooms, an on-site restaurant and a present days 2For-hour gym.

👍 We’re New Yorkers and live 30 mins away by car. The stay was a Friday night surprise for my family, which they really enjoyed. Personally, I’ve to the hotel before but is my first time staying here and I absolutely loved it?
The check in procedure was very easy and smooth. This place is beautiful and the employees is very friendly and amodating. The bar restaurant within the hotel was very good and drinks were tasty. Great size for a hotel in NYC!
From check in to location, everything was great. The living space was veryfortable. The bed large and veryfortable. The shower was huge. Everything was excellent
Conrad New York has outdid themselves again! Special thanks to Doris and Michael from Hospitality for making sure our home away from home is always perfect! My girlfriend and I recently hosted a few friends to celebrate the new year within the Executive Suite. We couldn’t have asked for better service, and such a clean, spacious room. We absolutely love the Conrad! Rather you’reing from far or near, let Conrad New York be your destination.
The rooms and the location are the best in newyork among all 5 star hotels Over the years I tried most of them. price quality is the best among all 5 star hotels.
- Room and hotel style design- Room Service But only the Russian speaking women, very careful
Exceptional service - the employees seem to be so proud of the hotel and genuinely eager to please
The living space was very spacious and made for a great telework option on Monday. I appreciated them allowing me to basically check out when I needed to and not bother me one time! That was a great incentive.
Service was exceptional. Every single staffer seemed to be enthusiastic about pleasing their guests, which is so unusual. In other New York hotels we have stayed at, there are always 1 or 2 who seem keen on their jobs, but at the Conrad, to be eager to please is the norm!
The fit and finish everywhere in this hotel is high flight. Beautiful living space with great view of the river. Spotless. A very generous living space suite size. Loved it!
fy beds, great toiletries, and super friendly staff. We had a service dog and upon arriving within the living space they had a dog bed, food bowls, and scarf out! What a special touch!
Staff very professional, friendly and helpfulGreat location - by Hudson river, fantastic view and closer to World Trade Centre and transportVeryfortable living space with great facilitiesWe would absolutely rmend the hotel to friends and families!!!
Rooms were super clean and veryfortable.
The location of the hotel, opposite a nice shpping mall and only 500 metres from the World trade Center. Thefort of the deluxe suite and the clean and well furnished fitness center available to the customers.
Room design and layout; incrediblyfortable beds, linens and pillows; the Hotel’s Atrio restauant great french toast, btw; three Danny Meyer restaurants within the first floor footprint of the hotel building; fabulous onsite amenities; proximity to the best downtown has to offer. I was a person that usually stayed uptown when visiting the city; no more.
The soft design and the coziness of the living space are what distinguishes this hotel from many others. Loved the stay here. Dine-in service was good and the food was delicious. I like how close this hotel is to the twin towers site. The surrounding area is clean and safe. The scenery from the living space were spectacular. If you love sta
👎thing not to like
employees management is not good enough. dont get me wrong.. everything is working but the difference with some 5 star hotels in newyork is quite big. Same for the food within the restaurants.thats why we always eat outside. can you imagine if the management would change that... then contad can serously be the best in newyork.. like a park hyatt in tokio.. all the facilities are there to do that.
- Booked this family living space for 3 persons, as proposed. The couch is to small for the third person and unfoldable. - Room was not prepared for 3 persons, I had to call the reception and wait for pillow and blanket for my son after a long flight not so nice. - Hotel employees not friendly, assembly line work - if you don´t like it, we don´t care we have enough tourists. questions like how was your stay? etc. - My husband had a birthday, and we booked this hotel to celebrate. I asked for a small gift for him, per mail, per chat nothing happened. During check-in mentioned it again nothing happened! Just: oh nice! Never seen this before, we celebrate his birthday always in hotels and get always something like small prosecco, birthday wishes etc. - no service like 5 hotel
Front desk employees were not friendly however the housekeeping were very polite, courteous helpful and weing... the front work area employees could learn from them. We used the restaurant on Christmas Day.... no atmosphere no pleasantries and no thanks for 20% gratuity. We ordered the Christmas special ... the beef was tender and delicious however the carrots and green bean were more than al dente !!!. Tge food and beverage in restaurant were expensive .
The atrio reception and waitstaff were not as enthusiastic when we went for brunch on Dec 24. Maybe they were tired after a busy morning meal crowd.
We had a few glitches trying to get into the living space and had to call security to change the battery and we again had to call security as the phone was beeping within the room. Appeared the phone needed a battery or something. Perhaps that living space just missed a support check as it was within the far corner of the hotel and could use some TLC by way of a detailed clean and the curtains were broken a bit and hanging off hooks. We werep d $100 for food and beverage and appreciated that. We paid $1300 for two nights so I really wasn t expecting any inconveniences and everything to be in pristine condition.
The Hudson river view could not be enjoyed because there is still an apartment across the street blocking a part of the window and resulting in having to put down our blinds all the time. But that just means we won t be paying the premium for this river view.
The window shades do not go up.
Fridge too full as we could hardly fit anything in it
The location is ok but transport is needed to go practically everywhere except for the World Trade Center.
Our deluxe suite did not have the view on the Hudson river we asked for that but we could not have it cause apparently the hotel was fully booked and morning meal was not included within the pricey fare we paid.
I cannot think of anything I don’t like about the Conrad New York. Pretty hard to believe.
I didnt feel like anything stuck out as far as lacking.
The fridge within the living space was quite noisy but it became white noise after one night.
I expected more out of a 5 star hotel. The hotel itself was pretty but my living space was not at all wh

👍 Great Location for the upper east side of Manhattan. Quiet area
The rooms were spacious and good amount of living space when booking the couch.
Location was great! hotel King Suite was rather smallparison to other like priced king suites In Upper Eastside
Beautiful boutique appearance, lovely old building
Vintage hotel close to everything on Museum Mile! Staff took care of details and were cheerful about everything. And Sarabeths propose living space service!!
Restaurant attached. Bedding nice.
The hotel is in a great location for walking to the museums. There were lots of great places right by the hotel to grab some food. The restaurants next door and the little shops were great. Lorraine was fantastic! She was extremely nice and when she found out my son was going to a prom one night, she quickly suggest the rooftop terrace for photos.
bedding and pillows were great. Everything I ate and drank at Sarabeth s for brunch was amazing.
This was our first time staying within the city and we loved the experience. Hotel Wales is an older hotel with a lot of charm and was veryfortable. Even during a polar vortex in January, the rooms were still warm andfortable. The noise from the road was minimalpared to how noisy I am told many hotels can be within the city.
The location was great - not far from the Metropolitan Museum. We loved morning meal at Sarabeth s and we didn t have to wait. We got there around 10am on Sunday morning.
I like the location of the hotel, it is convenient to restaurants, Met, and easy to find parking within the weekend.
I liked that there were two great options for food right under the facility. Also the employees were very courteous and helpful.
The atmosphere is very friendly Feels like home and do you feel as if you’re connected to the neighborhood .... It’s a wonderful feeling walking home from the museum a little market buying flowers and then walking in to the Wales Hotel at the end of the day❣️
It’s absolutely lovely. Old New York City charm! The employees is very friendly, the bathrooms are great small but clean and sleek and the beds are reallyfortable.
The employees was extremely friendly and helpfull. I must highlight the recepcionist Dorine, who was very kind to us, specially considering the long flight we had. She made the checkin easy and fast, and provided all the info we needed. They have more then 3 great restaurants around plus cafeterias and central park. There is a good fitness center four blocks away.
I can’t say enough praise about this hotel Lorraine at the front work area is an amazing individual. She made sure we werefortable in our living space before we checked in and asked if we wanted late check out. She’s a beautiful human.
Love the staff, the hotel is incredibly charming, fortable and location is perfect! Rooms are elegant and cozy, rooftop a favorite and the lounge business area nice to enjoy coffee tea, reading or meeting with family and friends. I love you can walk to Central Park and all the Museums. My absolute favorite hotel in New York.
This hotel is very close to my daughter s apartment so that is a bonus. I love the largemon area on the mezzanine floor. the bathroom products are very nice.
Lorene was very nice. Con was very nice and proactively helpful.
The hotel gives hot drinhs for free. Nice.
The employees was extremely friendly and
👎 We had issues from we arrived. We got the keys to our living space and when we entered somebody was in there. We scared the person inside as well as ourselves, got back to front work area and got assigned a new living space knocked the door this time!. We booked a queen bed and this was a full bed. Back to the Front desk, we were told that the difference between a queen and a full bed was the size of the living space and our was a queen bed one. Didn t believe and asked for the Manager, was told wasn t on the premises on a Saturday at 3 pm???. Asked then to be shown a full size living space topare to our queen one. Was offered a discount on my room!!!. I took it. We got back to the hotel and the living space was cold around 60 degrees. Called front work area and were told the boiler broke and they could bring us a space heater. It seems that eventually the boiler was fixed but the living space was cold without the space heater. The living space was above the kitchen and we had all the smells of morning meal entering through the window within the morning it features awindow AC not sealed and letting smells and cold air in. Very unlikely we ll stay here
The adjoining living space was used by smokers and first night all we could smell was cigarette smoke. Was able to place towels aroundmon door between rooms and open window to counteract odor..
hotel King Suite was rather smallparison to other like priced king suites In Upper Eastside. bigger suites.
Cold shower once, fitness area not great BUT to be fair, access to a large fitness centre is available if you have time.
Heating out of Control. Asked three times to have it adjusted but no response. Also asked for two bottles of water which I would have paid for . They said the water would be delivered to our living space but it never happened.
I was surprised we could open the windows but was very happy as there’s no way to adjust the living space temperature. It was helpful to get some cool air within the living space and to vent the bathroom.
Running water sounds all night, loud radiator, difficult to turn heat down,
The window within the bathroom was a little drafty but considering the zero degree weather outside, I m not sure how sturdy most windows would have been that day.
The living space was a little hot and we didn t see a temperature gauge to regulate the temperature.
Room was very small, radiator made clunky noise throughout the night and shower either burned or froze you with nothing in between very hot and cold water.
The heating is inadequate, the windows were leaky, and the living space was cold when we first arrived. We managed to keep the night warm using two space heaters provided by the hotel staff. Although the hotel was claimed renovated in 2011, the hotel living space is cheaply furnished. The carpets are thin and old, the sofas are dirty, the enhancement is non-existing. It appears to me the owner is planning on selling the property. The noise from the Madison Ave was always there throughout the night.
A more simple and affordable parking arrangement.
Heat and Air conditioning units ... could use some upgrading
The living space I had was so small I could barely turn around! It would be WAY too smallFor 2 people to move around in - the only chair within the living space was a desk chair. The bed was so close to the entry door the door would get stuck at the bed if you needed to open it wide. For the price -$188 with tax - even for an Upper East Side location, it was way, way, way too expen

👍 Well located in lower Manhattan on a quiet street.
Close to subways, great location. The employees is amazing.
The employees was helpful, the living space was spacious for 4 women, the employees cared, was nice and hospitable, it was clean, amodating, and a great price.
I loved the living space size. The fridge and microwave was a plus. Bathroom was a nice size.
Staff were friendly
Rooms are spacious.
Location was pretty central
The living space wasfortable and clean. It had a small kitchen like area that we appreciated. We checked in unexpectedly within the middle of the night and they employees was VERY amodating. We were very pleased with our stay.
We really enjoyed our stay and the location is great. Room wasfortable.
The continental morning meal was very enjoyable. The living space was spacious andfortable. Nice and friendly personal.
The living space was clean. The location is what we expected. They’ve partnership with a garage nearby so there is a discount still expensive of course but a lot better than the normal price.
Huge rooms with high ceilingsBeds veryfortable, new couches
It was quiet
The hotel was lovely but, the road cleaning very early within the mornings woke us up each morning. I will not use that hotel again despite wonderful employees andfort
1. Good location-safe and interesting neighborhood on the Wall Street, close to the metro station, which is express line and very convenient for reaching to most places, close to the Brooklyn bridge, close to Charging Bull, NY Stock Exchange, 9 11 museum and memorial, close to the supermarket, cafes, restaurants.2. Friendly and helpful staff, good service.3. Clean, and convenient rooms with normal size, furnished with coffee machine, freeze, microwave, normal WI-FI.4. Good breakfast-everything and more that you need for good start of the day.5. Everything is good and very rmended for all.
Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, great price-quality ratio, wonderful breakfast
The staff, the rooms, had a microwave, stove, pull out sofa
Great place and not too noisy. It was quite convenient for the venue I was attending my meetings. WiFi was ok.
Perfect location!Very good breakfast! The bathroom looks good and it is well-endowed. There is also a kitchen that could be of benefit for some people families whoe for a longer period hear.
This hotel was everything I expected and more! The location is great and the 2 front work area gentlemen were amazing. And it s walking distance to the pier! We will definitely be staying here again in January.
Large room, good design, nice bathroom. I liked the keurig coffee available within the lobby.
Everything was perfect. Especially, when we couldn’t find any uber to take us to JFK, the guy at the reception helped a lot and arranged us transportation for a very decent price. The rooms are big andfortable. Employees very friendly, positive and helpful all the time. Neighbourhood is very nice, quiet. I would definitely stay there again.
Good location, friendly staff, good sized room, quiet at night
The location is great. The employees was very cordial and helpful. The hotel is not a luxury hotel- but it’s nice nough andthe rooms were clean.- amodations were adequate for my family of six.
Comfortable roomLarge room, lots of spaceDesk, couch, two tvs, full kitchen, the worksStaff was incredible. So friendly and he
👎 This is an older property in need of renovation. While everything is very clean, the whole impression is that it is a bit shabby and not very functional.
The heat in my living space was inconsistent and so was cold outside temps were less than 0 Celsius.
We actually liked mostly everything, except the price of breakfast.
The living space had some bugs 🐜 on the bed. Wasn’t a bed bug but looked like it fell onto it from the light or something. I will not return there. Small hotel and the location was not good away from some things.
Hallway on 6th floor smelt of cigarettes. Workman clearly smoking whilst working. Walls were very thin kept getting woken up. Bathroom needed a refurb. Floor also tired.
1. Newly but cheaply furnished. 2. Fire alarm at 7am on my last day. It was becauseputers within the back office were on fire.3. Bed sheets were dirty.4. There was no bed quilt. Just a blanket covered by dirty bed sheet.
Was pretty bad, cups within the living space not clean. There is hair within the bathroom. Staff not very friendly, and morning meal on weekdays say starts at 7:00am, but actually was like more than half an hour late.
Our living space was missing a microwave. We were offered to change rooms but didn t want to bother.
It is quite expensive, but unfortunately that is the price you have to expect for a Manhattan hotel.
It seems like the property is on its way down. Floor has worn wood look vinyl flooring. Definitely needs updating. On line it says that gluten free of cost options for morning meal are available upon request. But in reality, no one seemed to understand the request.
Asked front work area for soap and extra blankets. They never brought them to the room. Several calls later had to go get them myself. At 4:30 which is 1.5 hours after check in our rooms still were not ready. Front desk employees very unfriendly .
The shower water wAs brown. I was absolutely disgusted. The rest I could have handled but the one shower I took was brown. The bathroom sink needs repair- the faucet is loose and the cabinet is warped. The sofa bed had a great mattress that we ended up placing on the floor because the pull out sofa was angled and very ufortable. Way too expensive for the price I paid.
It would be better to add one more chair and a big mirror at the room.
Bed sheets were strange, the living space was a bit dark though the building itself is surrounded by skyscrapers
The key wouldn’t open the door, it took a while to get it opened, and there was only a garbage can within the bathroom! garbage cans in any other room!
Quite expensive if we see what s available.t the cleanest or newest place I ve been. The facilities are rather old
The living space does not look like for a usual hotel classified with For-stars.
The man at check in was not very friendly and the living space was a little dirty and had stained bedding. Shown in photo
The basin is a bit blocked. I told the hotel about the problem twice, but the problem was not fixed. It is not really a good experience to wait the dirty water to flow down from the basin slowly.
Narrow hallways noise traveled
The facilities need an upgrade, bad. The whole place is covered in chipped paint on the walls, the ceilings, the doors, etc. Anything that s bolted into the wall has about three holes around it where it s just been moved. The shower is old and it s obvious. The decor is ripped. The place is really great and I wouldn

👍 The hotel is awesome and we found the employees to be very friendly. The rooms are perfectly sized for a couple staying for a week. The coffee and morning meal pastries went down a storm. The roof terrace is great and must be lovely in warmer weather. The hotel is in a great location with lots of choice for food and drink. We absolutely loved our stay! Can t wait toe back!
Amazing free of cost pastries within the morning. Really good coffee. Excellent location in Little Italy - plenty of places to eat. Perfect for downtown Manhattan. Walkable to Freedom Tower and Brooklyn Bridge.
Beautiful hotel, very cool!
Location, rooms new andfortable, plenty of space for the clothes or other, state of the art and spacious shower with direct access from the room, rooftop with a really nice view where you can enjoy the coffee and pastries offered each morning
Cozy but high quality, well-designed, efficient room. Great view out front of building. Interesting, walkable neighborhood, very near to Little Italy, Chinatown, Soho, Lower East Side.
The great thing about the property is that it was not within the middle of the tourist area. So you could go for a walk without the crowd. The subway is a couple of blocks away. Perfect place to really experience The true NYC.
The beds were superfy and the area is great! Right within the heart of Chinatown and Little Italy with a subway stop just around the corner. The living space was very clean and the view of the city from our balcony of was great!
Everything about the hotel was great.. the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great and the living space was veryfortable and well set out. We were extremely sad to leave and would not hesitate to stay there again within the future.
Great hotel right in Little Italy with tons of great restaurants nearby. I appreciated the efficient use of space within the rooms, as well as the free of cost coffee tea within the lobby at all times. You can walk to several subway stations in about 5 minutes, and I liked that the hotel is quite small and individual - the employees are very nice! And make sure to go check out the view from the rooftop too!
Spacious rooms, great shower and bed. Free tea coffee outside the living space is always a plus.Best thing however is the incredible location: right within the middle of Little Italy.
It was located perfectly for exploring the lower east side. The living space was clean, bedsfy and amenities great. It was hard to leave the shower ! Staff helpful and very positove
The rooms aren t huge but still pretty decent by NYC hotel standards but the use of space is very cleverly designed. It seemed like each square footage was thoughtfully created. Bed wasfortable and living space was very clean. The shower was surprisingly really pleasant with excellent water pressure -- the toilet and shower are separated. This is a no-frills kind of hotel for the most part but there were some nice touches, like providing make-up wipes. Check-in and check-out procedure were seamless and efficient. Location was pretty good, being right smack within the middle of Chinatown Little Italy.
Great neighborhood with a variety of restaurants and bars. We had a living space to the inner courtyard and it was absoluetly silent during night. Clean room, nice and friendly staff.
Confortble beds, nice shower and amenities. Staff friendly who give us great dine sugestions near by. Location perfect. In the hart of Little Italy a walking distance
👎thing as it was all good!
The girl within the front could have been slightly friendlier. The pastries within the morning should be fully stocked and not run out before 9 am.
If you have a late flight you can just leave the luggages, no chance or space to change your clothes or other, the hall has no toilet and you must use the nearby restaurant. Anyhow not a big issue.
Overall quite expensive - you can get hotels with better amenities or morning meal for that matter for this money. Still, great location and large rooms.
Hairdryer didn t work. I tried resetting it, tried multiple outlets, etc. I also wasn t a huge fan of the sink being within the middle of the room, esp. as there was some light being emitted from the mirror even when the light was turned off. I guess it is supposed to act like a nightlight of sorts?
View on some backyard although asked for nice view during booking
thing notable enough to mention!
can t think of anything that needs improving
Though understanding the hotel s availability, for us arriving rather early in rain having to wait until the standard check-in was durable but a bit challenging. Soundproof wall??
The living space is small but is expected in NYC
Early check in fee is ridiculous! If you have a living space ready just give it away without charging $25 plus taxes for early check in! At the end of the day you make the customer happy and $25 fee doesn t change the hotel earnings!Of course they disclose it to you, not saying they check you in and then you find the surprise, just saying, if you have a living space ready, just do a surprise to the customer arriving early!
The employees was absolutely amazing! The manager owner was so kind and hosting and the front work area employees were genuine and warm. The rooms were ultra modern, clean, and spacious. The bed wasfortable and location on point!
The bed is a little hard, but it has many good things that this detail does not take so much into account.
Just minor details : the tv remote that did not work well and the absence of a toilet brush. We had an unfortunate experience when leaving, learning that our taxi had not been booked, although requested one day before. Still, the employees did its best to find very quickly an alternative to bring us to the airport or airdrome and we managed to make it on time.
It is incredibly cold within the hotel and there is no cosy public living space where you can relax and have a coffee or a drink
They are a bit stringent about check out time, had to pay half a day in order to stay three more hours.
The living space is teeny tiny. Our living space is meant for 4 people, we were 3 with 2 suitcases and it felt quite cramped. Also, no division between the bathroom and bedroom... so you walk out of the shower and straight into the living space with everyone else... its a little ufortable.
Bathroom not separate. Toilet was closed-in but the sink and shower enclosure were open to the room.
Housekeeping didn t refill the small shampoo bottle or bring new one.
Reception very busy with lots of bags of people checked out and limited seats.
We didn t like that we had to leave.
The balcony was towards a very ugly backyard with lots of air con engine making a loud noise.t very nice to sit on but we didn’t have balcony weather. My rmendation is to not book the balcony within the superior room.
The cleaning was ve

👍 If you are asked to choose between the corner suite and deluxe living space with park views, do not hesitate to go for the suite!, the deluxe living space has superior park views, but the corner suites offer a great deal of space albeit small bathroom and definitely more of a NYC feel with grand building AND park views. The employees are really something else and illustrate everything you would expect in first-class American service. The location is really as good as it gets, close enough to everything like Times Square, Central Park yet not too noisy.
We had new sheets everyday my wife loved that! We had incredible scenery . The living space was first class. Auto shades, 2 Large TVs, sub zero fridge, beautiful furniture .
I travel each weeks and this hotel is one the best price quality within the world. Very professional people, very clean, free of cost water and coffee. Nice view. Just perfect. I did not try the spa. Next time for sure
Location, service Especially I want to mention about Mr. Gorkem’s helpand assistance he made during our stay at hotel. He provided freeupgrade, customized meeting and service. Thanks to him, my stay at Trumphotel was absolutely stunning.
We stay in NYC quite often and have never stayed at the Trump International Hotel. I was very impressed with the staff, everyone we encountered was cheerful, and attentive!Even the doormen within the freezing weather were so amodating and did it with a smile.100% professionalism! Our living space was wonderful, it was large and had manyforts! Theplimentary chocolates were well enjoyed! Our visit to the spa was extremely pleasurable as well! The locations is great! We will most certainly stay here in on future visits to NYC!
I often go to many places on business trips. matter where within the world I go, I usually prefer Hotel Four-season or other Five-star hotels. But extreamly in New York, Trump has nothing more to do with luxury than with any hotel, the view, the kindness of the staff, the gym, and the various facilities within the room. Everything within the living space was an automatic system, and my favorite was a disposable paper sheet laid in a closet drawer. Also, when I checked out, the desk employees reminded me to the end that there were no items left within the safe box. It was the only hotel within the world who asked for it. I have used almost all of the 5 star hotels in New York, but within the future my short trip to New York will always use the Trump Hotel.
Amazing employees who couldn’t be more helpful and kind. Amazing location which was in walking distance of most of New York’s major attractions. Room was spacious and veryfortable and the bed was the most amazing bed I have ever slept on.
Location and the Suite and it s facilities with excellent scenery of Central Park. Helpful and friendly Staff.
Location, amazing executive suit view, the professional concierge employees they were really helpful .. as well as the door men who were kind .
Staff was absolutely amazing. Never felt anyone was searching for a tip, they genuinely wanted to provide best possible experience.
The way the hotel was prepared with its furniture was so well thought out. All of the amenities were well arranged and convenient to use. As a first time traveller in NYC when I was first greeted the employees were so professional and positive, furthermore the living space service and in hotel dining services were amazing!
Excellent spacious room, clean, veryfortab
👎 I stayed at your hotel the last 2 nights. It was my daughters 19th birthday. We have saved a long time for this trip. The employees within the lobby literally looked at us like we were trash. Our living space 602, which was over $700 a night had cracks within the drywall everywhere. Chipping paint and stains on carpet. I have picture but no way to attach them here. I took my kids to the pool two times and both times the lifeguard stood there with a look on her face as if we were ruining her life. She made the pool time very ufortable and made us feel very unwanted. We really were looking for a good experience and didn’t get what we expected at all. I am very upset that I saved and spent over $1600 for this experience. I look forward to hearing back from you. I would like to mention that There was a door man named James, that was amazing. Only person that didn’t seem to look down on us.
The deluxe living space I was originally located in had fairly thin walls. I could hear the guests next door, mostly on the Friday night when there were some youngsters partying wasn t invited. When I asked to move to a junior suiteparably priced, I felt I had much more privacy, quiet, and space. It was definitely a wise move, and suited me as an individual traveler. The reception is fairlypact and if you re looking to fly under the radar and not be noticed by anyone I do this a lot, this may not be the place for you. The space entering the hotel is fairly small and the employees are very attentive.
Room wasn t clean, bed sheets and shower towels were very old and dirty. Sofa-bed is not proper for children above 5 years old, maximum
We were offeredplimentary drinks which never turned up. Iplained 3 times and the drinks didn’t turn up. We returned to our living space after going out to find our drinks had turned up after we had left and had gone cold which was a bit disappointing. The living space was amazing apart from three small things- There was a crack within the tv within the lounge which was disappointing. There was also a stain on the chair within the lounge which again was disappointing for such a amazing hotel. Lastly as we visited in December it was cold so we had to have the heating on within the living space at night. This was very loud and kept me up at night. These are all small things and I would most definitely still visit trump hotel again.
Small Reception area with little seating. lounge or Coffee Shop.
- The WiFi was awful ! Too slow - the front work area employees weren’t professional unfortunately and some of them are rude Jessica ! .- Slow housekeeping service, I ordered chilies with omelet they said we don’t have chili! Is this 5 stars hotel ? - Arabic channels on TV- Too small bathroom - lobby area to drink coffee!!- living space dining menu was poor
Only one restaurant and bar area with a dress code. Would have liked a more open bar environment.
thing it was all an amazing experience....
thing toplain during our one week stay - and we felt that even the price was adequate given the living space size, fort and location.
Breakfast,Not getting a table as a hotel guest in your morning meal restaurant. The host at time 10.15 am on november 3rd was inadequate and dreaming only afterplaining to manager and hotel concierge we got a table at the restaurant. Staff is rude, slow and inadequate Lack of hotel lobbybar and or lounge
For us it was great as we were travelling with our children

👍 Hannah was so kind and helpful! I love how I was right within the middle of the city and will definitely stay again!
The location is perfect. It is right within the middle of everything so you can walk everywhere, and there are two subway lines within walking distance, so you can move around Manhattan easily. The living space was big considering other places I searched for and the bed was veryfortable. The best was that it features alittle fridge so I could keep some snacks for the evenings while I was resting. The employees is friendly and they give good advice. They are always there if you had any questions. The showers and washrooms were very clean and they had everything that was necessary. It was a great place considering location and price.
We arrived 2 hours early so we left 2 bags with reception. When we came back for check in they had already taken our luggage inside our rooms which was very helpful considering it was like 2 flights of stairs. The bed was huge and superfy. Having a sink within the living space was a huge plus! There were also 2 toilets and 2 showers on our floor so we never had to wait to use one. Overall it was a quiet, pleasant stay, we rested very well.
Kind receptions and warm wee. Clean. Great location where is near subway and 15mis to Time Square.
The facility was very clean and the employees was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. A few minutes walk to Penn Station, Madison Square Garden and the Empire State Building. The Seven-11 convwnient store downstairs was very convenient to have as well as all the places to eat within walking ditance. Although the rooms were small they served their purpose. I very much enjoyed my stay.
It was all that we needed for our stay in NYC. The employees aside from the gentleman working overnight were all very friendly and helpful. Good coffee within the morning.
Staff is good
Cleanliness, fort, pretty silent for a hostel, location, friendliness of staff, value.
I loved the beautiful hand painted murals and themed rooms! The location is so convenient and the employees were friendly.
Bed wasfy, forter was nice, and sheets were very clean!!! Bathrooms and shower rooms were always very clean! Location is so close to everything! Bus stop, 711, and good deli right outside the door, and subways nearby!
Good location, employees very helpful, 24h reception, possibility of early dropping for luggage. Bathroom clean, warm even the cold outside. I’ll go back without a doubt
Staff very nice. Coffee and hot chocolate niceZ bed wasfortable. Fridge would have been good if I was there longer. Towels were clean.
Comfortable, safe, and great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Communal toilets were always clean. Plenty of towels to dry hands.
The location was perfect. A quick walk from the train stop and everything you could need was within the block. The pizza place on the corner was especially good. Neighborhood was safe and the employees was so kind.
Great location, veryfortable bed and nice designed room.15 min walk from greyhound and 5 min walk from penn station.7 11 right next door.Very friendly and helpful stuff.
Location very good as it was close to everything
The employees was super friendly, offered to hold our bags during the day the day we checked out from our bus wasn’t til later. The bed was cozy and big. We were provided ear plugs which I used and were h
👎 The WiFi signal was spotty but that’s all.
The wireless was a bit slow at times.
Too much light within the room... no black out curtains. The heat was too high, like 85 degrees and if you try to turn it off the water starts to leak. extra sheets. elevators and our living space was on the 3rd floor.
There are no full length mirrors anywhere. It would be great if they placed one of these mirrors to the living space door or any other place on the floor would be fine really.
Need a signboard with bright color from the front door is not that obvious to find.
The living space was very hot and no AC to turn on, only heat. Fortunately I was able to climb up to crank open the skylight but it was not enough. Also the bunk bed was very very noisy. I couldn t turn over on the high bunk without making a lot of noise and or waking my bunk mate on the bottom. The toilet rooms were also very small. My knees hit the door when I sat down. I couldn t imagine how a big tall person could do their businessfortably. Lastly, there is a tenant within the building that smokes in their living space so at times the whole place smelled of cigarettes.
t all of the bathrooms have a sink to wash your hands - a lot of stairs if you’re on the high floor!
There were a smell of smoke in living space and didn’t know where it came. Room is too small and don’t have place to seat. elevator and the restroom is shared.
A bit of flexibility with the check in time would have been great.
The living space and duvet were super warm and the pillows were a bit ufortable.
Private bunk bed living space was so small two people couldn t walk around on the floor at the same time. Toilet living space was very small and I could barely fit without my knees touching the door and I m 5 2. 3 flights of stairs are a great workout but not so fun. Shower didnt have very good water pressure and took a long time to get hot.
Just a bit noisy because of other people won’t don’t respect the silence policy but nothing about the place itself.
An elevator to get to 3rd Floor would have been good. I and the lady on reception had to lift my bag was very very hard. Was a breeze in my window.
We were in a non-smoking living space which was nice, however there was a smoking living space next door, and the stink of their smoke billowed out from their living space into the hallway, and each time we opened our door the smoke smell would occupy our room. We couldn t escape from it. We told the staff, and they were going to talk to the other room, but nothing much they could do about it. Additionally, as a 6 man i could not fit inside one of the toilets and one of the showers on the 2nd floor. There was not enough leg living space or space.
The blankets were super cuddly but the pillows left me flat. The bed was very firm.
Towels were stained and looked very old and used.Very noisy overall - both street noise and from people staying and talking loudly. Toilet on 2ns floor was right beside reception not ideal at all
Little bit noisy, but it is actually expected as it is within the heart of NYC and actually hotel is caring about your sleep and providing earplugs :
The fact that there was no elevator. Very hard to get up the stairs with all your luggage. Also no tv or microwave oven. Evensunial kitchen would have been great as it is very costly to eat out all the time. my sts
We saw a little small roach on the wall within the first few minutes of arriving. We killed it and didn’t
