👍 Absolutely highly rmend this hotel should never be a 2 star. Perfect location to slopes rooms all fully refurbished and spotless we definitely return. Thank u for a wonderful stay The close locstion to the ski slopes Refurbished rooms, very large and beautiful. Friendly employees always helpful even if they are busy. Right on the slopes. Family atmosphere and delicious food! Hotel was lovely. Rooms were very good and bathroom was up to the mark. Check in and out was fine no hassle. Restaurant was spacious and food was excellent. Nice touch was after mealplimentary drinks were brought out. Lovely touch. Parking outside hotel was sparse but managed to get one right opposite was good but plenty of parking around if you can ride around a bit. Nice stay on the corner of Andorra. We were there in summer and enjoyed our staypletely. The house is nice, it features alift and the hosts are very hosting too. Warm wee although they would have liked to have known we were taking our dog. Food was excellent within the evening. Menu for 14€ suberbly cooked. Breakfast was typically French. Bread, croissants, ham, cheese and fruit. Superb location for ski slopes, hire centres and shopping. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value. Convenient ski storage by front door. Great value for money, the food and employees were excellent, it haspletely exceded my expectations, I will. Definetly return. I have felt at home, and I have tried most of the hotels in pas and around grandvalirra. The bed wasfy, the location was first rate, the food was fantastic. m, but best of all was the owner and his partner, who were really friendly and made our stay very special. The receptionist was lovely and really weing. The ski storage facilities by the door were very wee and the location for skiing was excellent. The morning meal living space was large and the self-service made it very easy. Basic but clean amodation. Location was good. Short walk to the slopes. Near all the restaurants and bars etc. The stuff were very kind and weing. The food within the hotel s restaurant was amazing, like eating with a individual chef each night. Little gem of a hotel fully refurbished very clean will defo return next year spot on location Location was excellent! Rooms were spotless and showers were great Location Veryfortable and central location. Great stay. Refurbished room. Quiet. La restauration excellente The location is excellent within the heart of the town. The same as 27th-28th July. Just good value for money Just a good living space in a fantastic place Location at bottom of slopes Location, - 50m to the ski lifts Staff. Chilled out bar area, The employees were amazing - really helpful. The location is great for skiing. The people were amazing. Also i really rend the food. Location fabulous Amazing location and lovely owners. Great location - just steps away from the lifts and slopes : The employees was incredibly nice! Very good value for money. The living space was very clean, very good shower. Everything was ok. The owners and employees made us feel incredibly wee l hotel en general Amazing location just around the corner from the Pas de la Casa lift. Very nice, fresh croissants for breakfast. A good variety of meats cheese bread fruits cereals. Staff were tri-lingual maybe more! a
👎thing Would have liked a kettle tea making equipment. Also didn’t cater morning meal for me - gluten free of cost and dairy free. I took my own but got charged for breakfast. The ski storage is a bit ufortable thing at hotel but parking was hit and miss. The onlyplaint would be a rather limited morning meal - I would rment pre-ordering omelette or something rather than choosing the standard breakfast. Currently being renovated. 1 floor of rooms out of action. Didn t bother us but no mention of it on . Street noise at night, would stay again but consider a rear room. The hotel is old and needs to be updated. The owners have only been within the place from may 2017, and im sure its on their agenda to improve and renovate the rooms. The living space as with all hotels we have stayed in in Pas de la Casa was far too hot. We left the window open all night in January!. The shower curtain was a bit mouldy, but otherwise the living space was clean andfortable. Room was very warm for some reason even though radiators off, had to sleep with window open in February, noise from street within the early morning woke us up. There is no ski room. thing thing Very very warm Place was bet rebuilt stank of cigarettes as builders were smoking The beds were not veryfortable. thing with hotel and restaurant. Parking hit and miss. thing really Small ski store area Unfortunately we had a couple of triple rooms that only had a single and a double bed 3 x lads sharing !!! If we had have had single beds and not doubles within the room. Shower terrible Very old fashioned rooms, clean but dated. The living space smelled like cigarettes. Room was a little small for three people, but we only stayed one night so we didn t care. Wifi only in bar area and not great. Decor abit tired but was very clean. We had a triple living space for 3 kids but there was a double bed, so 2 had to share... would have preferred 3 singles. Room very small, very basic and a bit old. Bed not veryfortable. Sometimes at night a bit noisy if there are people partying on the main street. Needs a ski locker Needs to improve Wi-Fi coverage to the roomst the closest hotel to the slopes Breakfast could be a little more varied but given the price of the stay noplaints electric toilet shredder in some rooms at bit noisy, power points. hand held shower no parking warning car park entrance hard to find no fault of hotel resort signage A lot of noise generated by the snow clearing equipment within the evenings, however they did a great job of it. A lot of tipsy noisy Spanish youngsters on the streets till about 2 3 each morning, but hey Could have done with a bigger towel and a hair dryer... but not an issue... just a materialisticfort fortable bar area. Very basic facilities Very ufortable beds where to sit post skiing. Bedroom very small and tired no wireless within the room

👍 I don t like that works with guest reviews! It is individual and personal! They should work with professionals in order to rate hotels! It is bad for the hotels and inappropiate! Every customer experience is different where you can t rely on Very friendly stuff, great breakfast, a good overall experiance. Nice hotel and staff. Clean and quiet, so good for families. Fantastic employees - always smiling with a genuine can-do attitude. Clean, present days and spacious guest living space with great shower. Buffet food was varied and high quality. Bar providedfy meeting place with a great mixologist - loved the mohitos! Breakfast got us out of bed and ready for the slopes. Clean, large living space with good options for clothing etc. We got a living space with balcony that had an amazing view. The morning meal was all you could ask for and the dinner buffet was delicous and changing each nigth during out 5 days stay, we really rend the halvpension option... and the restaurant had the best view as it was on one of the high floors. There were reding lamps and wallplugs close to both beds finally a hotel that understand that each guest will have a phone to charge and want that phone close to the bed while charging 👍👍👍 Own locker for skiis and the living space was fresh. The hotel did not have own parkingspaces but it was easy to find near by, and when arriving late we was offered to stay at the parking lot for luggage packning. Since the resturang was closed upon out arrival and we missed out on dinner, they had put two take away boxes and water in our living space without us asking for it🙌 The food was fantastic, a different menu each night, best buffet we have had in a 4 star hotel. And a good morning meal . Drinks reasonably priced with nice wine list. Spotlessly clean hotel and helpful attentive staff. Room was lovely and always warm with plenty of hot water. Location up hill not too far from ski slope lift and when you re tired after a day skiing it was a bit of a trek but the hotel made up for it in each other way. We used a ski locker near the lift rather than carry to from the hotel each day. Food was really good - both morning meal and dinner buffets had an excellent selection and something for everyone - noplaints at all. A great stay, thank you! The employees at this hotel were exceptional... if I could have brought them home with me I would. They went beyond all reasonable expectations to make me feel wee. They were warm, friendly, helpful and really took an interest in my stay at their hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean and fresh from a recent refurbishment. The rooms are warm, fortable and our living space had a fantastic view of the mountains from the balcony. The bathroom had an excellent high pressure shower with a bath, just what we needed after long days skiing in this amazing resort. The hotel features agreat restaurant and we had selected to go half-board. For morning meal there is a choice of continental style or a great cooked morning meal to get you ready for the day ahead, and within the evening the wide choice of delicious food at the buffet was mouth watering. I cannotpliment this hotel enough. The employees there made our holiday special - the hotel manager, receptionists, restaurant staff, barman Mouro, housekeeping ladies and handyman were all extremely friendly, taking time to chat with us. It was nice to stay in a hotel where the employees were all happy to be there - and it showed. On the day that we l

Every customer experience is different where you can t rely on It is a bit of a climb from the city center, it features apositive side to it too, as it is more quite. Room 408 in floor -4 was right next to the elevator s engine living space and was very very noisy, actually you can hear the engines on the etire floor i switched rooms after one night, but in living space 408 it was just too much. It s at the high of a steep hill, which can be a chore if you ve been skiing hard all day or carrying luggage. thing! Much closer to slopes than expexted. And the walk up the hill was totally ok, and worth it... Extra pillows would be the only thing I would ask for . And a bit of a walk from bars and restaurants. thing! ... having to leave! The food lets the hotel down. Room smelt of smoke. Including the pillows. A bit noisy in mornings. Room and bathroom small. Felt rushed if taking morning meal after 9.30. Room below the kitchen was very noisy

👍 The employees who managed the property were extremely helpful. The location of the property is great and about a 2 minute walk to the ski lift. Close to ski-lifts and shops. Separate bedroom withfortable bed. Lots of hot water. Good quality kitchen equipment and utensils. Lift to the apartment.
👎 The only downside was thefort of some of the beds.

👍 The location of this hotel was just amazing, 5 minutes and you are on the hill. There are locers within the garage where to put your skies snowboard free. Breakfast was good, the choice didnt change throughout the week but for this time it was enough. Friendly personal, didnt really speek english but it was fine for us. Wifi within the living space second floor was OK. Clean room. The rooms very clean and present days with great facilities. The employees were fantastic and included us in their New Year celebrations and made is feel very wee employees very friendly helpful, family run, very clean, employees took care of our cars . This was the third stay at this hotel. The employees are very friendly and will aodate any request. Location is great, rooms are spacious, warm and cleaned daily. The food served is varied and plentiful. Good location. Close for Ski lifts and all city places. Staff is friendly. Room is very clean Great breakfast, access to piste, good Wi-Fi, smart rooms andfortable beds, plenty hot water. Great staff, very friendly and helpful, will stay again Location is great. Hotel is basic but clean and friendly staff
👎 Our living space was VERY cold, impossible to walk without shoes warm socks. Even thought we chose 1 big bed, still got two separete ones, which were on tiny wheels and slided like crazy.. Almost no noise isolation, noisy neighbours were a big trouble within the night. perhaps the morning meal could have been a little better . There was certainly enough but perhaps a little more choice and of course things dry out when left in heated trays . But it was not a big issue for us . Only thing I would change is an earlier time for dinner. Breakfast and dinner are below my expectation. The first dinner was really bad. For me there is no point to book living space with HB option. Take just morning meal and go out for dinner. Restoraunt looks like canteen. There is no noise isolation within the room. Floor is cold ceramic. Beds are very light and slips over ceramic floor with each your move. Looks like they tried to save each penny Evening meal was average, view from rooms poor, car parking inadequate and very expensive. Dinner started at 8pm, which is a little late when you are with kids. Linen was old and worn tatty

👍 Location is fantastic. Owner really helpful. It was ideal self catering apartment for family of four near the slopes. We had a great holiday. Second year running we have chosen els Avets. We woulde back. Very good value for money. Good location near the skilift and surrounded with shops and restaurants. Great location. Plenty of space inside appartments. Great cooking facilities too. Very close to the supermarket and only a few minutes away from the restaurant, bars and ski slopes. Beds were reallyfy. Had everything we needed. Microwave, 2 ring hob, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, fridge freezer, hairdryer. Lots of glasses, crockery and cutlery. Nice big living area. Central location. Very central, yet two minutes walking distance to the slopes. Warm and clean. Good value for money. This was the best price in Pas de la Casa. The rooms were old and basic. However, our family wasfortable after a long day of skiing. The helpfulness of the employees and cleanliness of the apartment. We arrived almost at 7pm and the lady still helped us get our keys. The employees is wonderful and I cannot stress how amodating and helpful. clean, everything works, location is good and the value for cash is good Staff stayed for us to collect keys on a late arrival Good host. Big apartment and good location V close to the slopes! Location Close to the ski lifts and centrally located within the town. Perfect place. Very close to the ski lifts. location The apartment was very spacious and clean and great for the slopes. Everything as expected. Central location.t too far from the ski lifts. Location is just about great 3 minutes walk to the ski lifts. Shops just out side. Parking really close Location was great for the restaurants, the slopes and the night life. Was very clean and we had no issues Location Skilift 2 Minutes Access to the local shops bars and slopes was good. Perfect location for the slopes.
👎 The beds and sofa are old and notfortable. If the owners would invest in new mattresses and a new sofabed it would make such a positive impact. In that case I d definitely rmend this to others. Cleaning isn’t included within the price so we spent the last morning cleaning the apartment. Collecting back the deposit I paid in cash could have been easier. I wanted to leave at 9am but needed to wait till 10.30am to collect my deposit. my advise is pay deposit on your card, that way you don’t need to wait around. As they refund it automatically once they’ve checked your living space Had to make up the beds when we got there but we knew that before we booked. Also had to take out bins and clean apartment. Hard terrible beds broken cups, tales falling off the walls, bath curtain falling on your head, very dry air, maybe its the case with Andorra, but putting on the heating at night made your throut dry and woke me up each hour. Never modernized,Shame!!! Very limited contact with host. Very inflexible with times to check in and out. Only one set of keys between 4 people. Had to make our own beds. Door knobs should t be within the midle,it is hard to open. We had to make our own beds upon arrival. The wireless needs to be better. The place is old and used. The beds need improvment. The kitechens and bathrooms need refurbishment. the bed were ok, not more than that. the apartment is cold A bit of toing and froing to arrange key pick up bedroom door. Shower was broken WiFi wasnt very good at peak times, assuming when everyone got back from the slopes. thing Spacious rooms, good facilities and the location. lighting..... Being an apartment there was one night when we were disturbed by noisy neighbours on the floor above but this did not really detract from our experience that was most satisfactory overall. Could have better facilities within the rooms if you was wanting to cook food within the apartments. The departure check-put procedure could be a little clearer. There was no one in reception and no where to leave our keys. All worked out, but we were quite unclear if we would be charged an extra night when we left and couldn t contact reception. - The employees didn t understood English and was hard to reach. - Had to wait one hour for someone to appear so that I could check out - Some of the beds were a bit ufortable - Some of the other guests were really loud and where always smoking pot, which left a funky smell within the whole building Dirty, loud, bad Service The apartments were very noisy, and would have been inappropriate for families with children. Bedroom too hot.

👍 The location is excellent. Nice view and a big tv. We ski d right back to the door of the appartment block.
👎 It wasn t clean and it was ufortable. Clean bedding was given, but there were big square pillows for long rectangular pillows, this made for a sore neck after a couple of nights sleep. Dirty plates and cutlery. Previous travellers hairs were everywhere. There was no hot water for the first 24 hours. Although this was fixed quickly when pointed out. Soundproofing - there isn t any, we could hear each word the neighbours said.

👍 Pros: The best location in town. Ski Lifts literally across the road...50m from the hotel doors.... Supermarket just outside, along with many restaurants and equipment rentalpanies located in and around the hotel building. Room cheap and cheerful, basic furniture but spacious for the price and well furnished from pots and cups to mop and hoover. Ideal apartment for 4 people. The living space was warm and had a balcony. The ski equipment living space within the cellar was provided.
👎 The bad: Listing on bookings. contained the pictures of the fitness center and the swimming pool. Please do not be fooled. Those pics are taken at some sport centre... not even sure if in Pas de la Casa. Very cunning and something that should be addressed by bookings. immediately. The shower did not have a shower head mount so you will have to hold it in your hand while using it. Impractical to say the least. On the few occasions there was no hot water within the apartment... which can easily turn into a nightmare when you wanna have a shower after the whole day spent on the slopes. The lifts within the building were out of service half of the time. At some point four of us got stuck in one. We were trapped there for good 15min before the rescue. The ugly: I have stayed in this hotel twice within the past and I thought I knew what to expect. Sadly the hotel has now positioned itself these days to provide cheap amodation for massive groups of wildlings from way beyond the wall! We were unlucky to deal with two such groups. The first one was exceptionally annoying. The writings were there on the wall with the legions of wildlings pilgriming to the supermarket each evening and returning with dozens of cardboard boxes full of alcohol.w I m far from being an altar boy and I may have found myself drinking whiskey from the cereal bowl on a few occasions and running the streets naked within the heat of the moment but the wildlings have taken the drunken game to another level. They insisted on getting themselves off their faces each and each evening starting their tribal proceeding as early as 8pm and hardly ever finishing before 5am. The ritual included banging on all the hotel doors within the middle of the night, smashing glass, throwing stools around, shouting and vomiting as well as recreating animal mating noises throughout the night. This would conclude with the nature walks from 3am onwards for some of the more adventurous creatures.

👍 Convenient to slopes. Convenient and free of cost ski storage. The kitchen had been updated. Friendly employees. Reading the reviews here, myself and a group of well travelled 30 Year olds on a Ski short trip were worried about the apartment. For what you pay it is perfect, very well located 30 seconds to the bar and 2 minutes to shops and Piste. Th Location was great for the slopes and the price was very good extreamly if sharing. Staff were helpful when asked any questions but only reception only available at certain times. very close to the slopes and all the rental shops and restaurants proximity to ski slopes is it. 3 minute walk to ski pas 83 where we left rented skis Location was good - short walk from the slopes and the bars. Decent location thing. The skiing is excellent and the restaurants great. location was convenient, near slopes and restaurants. Kitchen had all the necessary stuff. location was good Good quality for the price and the location is good Very very basic beds very uftable Proximity to ski slopes Good location Perfect spot, really good location for the slopes and easy access to restaurants, bars and shopping in town. Receptionist was super friendly and always helpful and the place itself is great for the price. All you need and nothing more with a nice open, spacious room. Highly rmend Standard ski aodation at a good price. Boot rooms opposite to apartment and very convenient. Very close to the Red Lion Bar. Amodation is basic butfortable and good value. A reasonable size studio apartment with bunks within the entrance hallway and drop down bed in living area.t too far from the ski lifts and you can avoid an uphill walk back if youe off the slopes at Olympiades apartments and cut through. All basic facilities in working order and free of cost Wi-Fi is available though a bit hit and miss within the rooms. The apartment employees were very friendly. The living space wasfortable with a well furnished kitchen and hot shower. There s also a secure locker to store skis snow board. The ski slope is only 5 minutes walk away. The Apt was very dirty Very well located Receptionist very professional, friendly and smile at any time .
👎 Would have liked WiFi. The listing says no WiFi available. We were prepared to be without WiFi. The hotel does in fact have WiFi, but did not work well. Communication before arrival Probably wasn’t ready to make my own bed and empty the rubbish at the end of the stay but I guess thates with the price. we stayed for 5 days for a full ski short trip on the 3rd day we were hoping to be able to change our towels but we were not allowed to.. pretty much everything. beds very ufortable - double bed was like a whirlpool sucking us in bunk bed seemed to be missing lats. no security so each night other guests stumbling in loudly at 1 o clock bar our last night when somebody tried to kick the door in of the neighbouring apartment at 3 am. Eventually the police arrived............ etc etc Host was very rude. Wasn t at the desk upon arrival. Suspected bed bugs. Host ignorant when we told him of said issues.. Host was useless. We were without power for hours everyday and the only thing the host said to us is that he was not an electrician and it was probably our fault, and this was when we got hold of him. First occasion it was impossible to contact anyone, including the emergency contact. This also happened to an elderly lady staying within the building with small children. Must have been even worse for her! Appalling service! It was hands down the worst place I have stayed in my life and that is saying something as I travelled the world as an 18 on a tight budget. The man on reception was the rudest person I have each met and he threatened me when I asked for the wireless code and pushed me out the room.ne of the cooking facilities worked. The toilet flusher didnt work, so you had to put your hand within the high water to flush it. the shower head had fallen off the wall and you could only shower for 1 min each 3 people if you wanted hot water. The beds are seriously ufortable and only proper duvet provided is old rugs kept in a cupboard. When we made the amodation aware of all these issues on the first day, nothing was done. Finally, dont plan on getting any sleep in Calagy as the walls are paper thin so all you will here is late night groups getting back, then the bang of ski boots first thing within the morning. DONT STAY HERE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK! From the bookings. description we had the impression that this was a ski in ski out resort, but its not you have to walk. The living space is very basic and was extremely cold when we arrived, it took 2 days to warm up. The first night was extreamly cold and we didn t have enough blankets, we requested more but they never arrived. The toiletries provided are not enough for 4 people, we were basically given enough for 2 people for 1 shower. The kitchen is extremely basic and no cleaning clothes and liquids were provided. -NO WIFI in rooms. How can you now offer a place without wireless ? -Bed very ufortable, could feel all the steel springs -Parking was far away in a garage, where if you have a car larger than a fiat 500, you have to be a really good driver.t sure who designed that garage, but he must go to work on his bike. -The manager appeared very rough on the phone, in person he turned out to be much nicer. -I guess you are renting an apartment and not a hotel room, but I was surprised that we had to make our own beds. getting to reception and getting keys was hard work as the reception closed for Two-4 so if you turn up during this time

👍 Great location, close to the lifts. The apartment location was great The view from our particular living space was amazing. High enough to not hear the club below. In the middle of the club area great for us. Very close to to the ski slopes! Was a great place to sleep and store your luggage. Made friends with a lot of the local reps as they live within the building. Very close to the mountain Bathroom was new and very clean NONE Location was perfect, within a 1 minute walk to the ski lifts and bars. Good location, balcony proximity to pistes, ski lockers downstairs, brand new bathroom, arranged check in outside office hours Todo en general
👎 It wasn’t the property described on the booking. web site. I booked an apartment with 3 double beds and 3 fold out beds. This had 1 double bed and 1 fold out bed Hard to find the building where the key is collected. We were given the wrong code for the building so had to ask someoneing out what the code was! Very small apartment, sofa beds extremely ufortable and right next to each other. Wouldn t rmend staying more than a few nights. We lost the key to the apartment so the gave us a second one but it did not work so we had to pay 100 euros for a new lock and key. Surely this is the responsibility of the letting agency!!!! The beds didn’t fold out properly and sprung back up if you layed on them in a certain way. Host made us treck our dirty bedding through the snow to the office on the other side of the resort and although we tidyied our apartment as best as we could with a non working hoover and a small dust pan and brush, we were still charged €30 for cleaning. Poor Effort. I did not like the smell of the apartment, I was expecting a bed and I found a sofa bed not veryfortable for 6 nights. The apartment was located on a 4th floor and the elevator was damaged 5 days. In the end, after washing and cleaning the apartment, we have to go to the offices to leave the sheets, not being able to stay the person with whom the final check is made. The kitchen utensils were not correct with the listing within the apartment and most were dirty. The day we went to get the keys, they said not to call the inventory, however, within the inventory says that we have 48 hours to check what does not fit. Although there were surveillance cameras within the corridors of the building, there was a lot of noise during the almost whole day, screams within the access to other apartments, all night long. Room is very small, but good for price. Beds take up entire living space when folded out. €200 security deposit.t actually ski to door. Beds not overlyfy,my bed would collapse at night when I moved around. Very small but suitable for 2 sharing having to deliver your own laundry by hand to the office on departure. the beds wern;t made. living space had to be cleaned by ourselves. terrible hosts I had to clean this property on arrival before I would unpack. Very ufortable sleeping arrangements quite noisy within the early hours of mornings Dificultad para aparcar
