👍 The living space was a little small due to being on the 4th floor so I had the pitch of the roof to deal with being 6’3 it’s not good, there was a useable strip of the living space of about a metre wide that you could from the bed to the bathroom. The place was clean you can’t fault them at that everything is spotless just a little dated. The morning meal was good, kept well stocked throughout service. Good access to skiing. Amodation cheap and the food basic but plentiful Great employees at front office, genuinely helping, efficient and polite Great staff, a bit expensive but nice and clean, overall a very good location, easy to find, apparantely it is a problem whit the parking places but is only about the time when you get there. Very beautifull surroundings Value and location Overall very good hotel, location, stuff, breakfast . 3 beds A simpatia excelente do Staff Value for money, great staff. very friendly helpfull staff. lovely living space very clean. would stay again Staff ever so friendly Great value for money Comfy enoughHelpful staffIn house bar and restaurant came handy on a freezing winter night! The hotel is centrally located, and has clean rooms and very good bathroom facilities. The employees are very friendly and happy to assist whenever they can. The price I paid was very good value for money, and the wi-fi was very good.Unless you are are skiing or shopping there is very little to do here, but if you want a good value living space to do very little in this is the one. Ideal potential location for a snow trip. More neighbouring supermarkets than you would ever need, in such a small township Room clean and adequate Staff are fantastic location excellent nice location, clean Friendly staff, quiet location, fortable room
👎 Rooms basic and dark with an overdue need of upgrading. Very bare and depressing looking rooms. Needs more bright soft furnishings. Building very ugly as are those surrounding it. Coffee is awfull, even the one charged at the bar at €2,40 Bred, yogurt, cheese, ham and all the food you have on the buffet is super industrial, a small effort, even if it would be charged a little more, would do the trick Very noisy at night, quite a young clientel, would not rmend for family with young children. Wake up Small room nothing thing thing, this hotel met all my needs Don t expect a high standing. The hotel looks like it hasn t been refurbished in quite a while. The restaurant has the feel and look of a canteen lucky we didn t have a large car for the individual parking. Good idea to advise beforehand what car you have, if you wish to avail the parking Very stuffy and could have been better with a fan. A little dated but clean and fresh Limited parking

Family atmosphere and delicious food! Hotel was lovely. Rooms were very good and bathroom was up to the mark. Check in and out was fine no hassle. Restaurant was spacious and food was excellent. Nice touch was after mealplimentary drinks were brought out. Lovely touch. Parking outside hotel was sparse but managed to get one right opposite was good but plenty of parking around if you can ride around a bit. Nice stay on the corner of Andorra. We were there in summer and enjoyed our staypletely. The house is nice, it features alift and the hosts are very hosting too. Warm wee although they would have liked to have known we were taking our dog. Food was excellent within the evening. Menu for 14€ suberbly cooked.Breakfast was typically French. Bread, croissants, ham, cheese and fruit. Superb location for ski slopes, hire centres and shopping. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value. Convenient ski storage by front door. Great value for money, the food and employees were excellent, it haspletely exceded my expectations, I will. Definetly return. I have felt at home, and I have tried most of the hotels in pas and around grandvalirra. The bed wasfy, the location was first rate, the food was fantastic. m, but best of all was the owner and his partner, who were really friendly and made our stay very special. The receptionist was lovely and really weing. The ski storage facilities by the door were very wee and the location for skiing was excellent. The morning meal living space was large and the self-service made it very easy. Basic but clean amodation. Location was good. Short walk to the slopes. Near all the restaurants and bars etc. The stuff were very kind and weing. The food within the hotel s restaurant was amazing, like eating with a individual chef each night. Little gem of a hotel fully refurbished very clean will defo return next year spot on location Location was excellent! Rooms were spotless and showers were great Location Veryfortable and central location. Great stay. Refurbished room. Quiet. La restauration excellente The location is excellent within the heart of the town. The same as 27th-28th July. Just good value for money Just a good living space in a fantastic place Location at bottom of slopes Location, - 50m to the ski lifts Staff. Chilled out bar area, The employees were amazing - really helpful. The location is great for skiing. The people were amazing. Also i really rend the food. Location fabulous Amazing location and lovely owners. Great location - just steps away from the lifts and slopes : The employees was incredibly nice! Very good value for money. The living space was very clean, very good shower. Everything was ok. The owners and employees made us feel incredibly wee l hotel en general Amazing location just around the corner from the Pas de la Casa lift. Very nice, fresh croissants for breakfast. A good variety of meats cheese bread fruits cereals. Staff were tri-lingual maybe more! a
👎thing Would have liked a kettle tea making equipment. Also didn’t cater morning meal for me - gluten free of cost and dairy free. I took my own but got charged for breakfast. The ski storage is a bit ufortable thing at hotel but parking was hit and miss. The onlyplaint would be a rather limited morning meal - I would rment pre-ordering omelette or something rather than choosing the standard breakfast. Currently being renovated. 1 floor of rooms out of action. Didn t bother us but no mention of it on . Street noise at night, would stay again but consider a rear room. The hotel is old and needs to be updated. The owners have only been within the place from may 2017, and im sure its on their agenda to improve and renovate the rooms. The living space as with all hotels we have stayed in in Pas de la Casa was far too hot. We left the window open all night in January!. The shower curtain was a bit mouldy, but otherwise the living space was clean andfortable. Room was very warm for some reason even though radiators off, had to sleep with window open in February, noise from street within the early morning woke us up. There is no ski room. thing thing Very very warm Place was bet rebuilt stank of cigarettes as builders were smoking The beds were not veryfortable. thing with hotel and restaurant. Parking hit and miss. thing really Small ski store area Unfortunately we had a couple of triple rooms that only had a single and a double bed 3 x lads sharing !!! If we had have had single beds and not doubles within the room. Shower terrible Very old fashioned rooms, clean but dated. The living space smelled like cigarettes. Room was a little small for three people, but we only stayed one night so we didn t care. Wifi only in bar area and not great. Decor abit tired but was very clean. We had a triple living space for 3 kids but there was a double bed, so 2 had to share... would have preferred 3 singles. Room very small, very basic and a bit old. Bed not veryfortable. Sometimes at night a bit noisy if there are people partying on the main street. Needs a ski lockerNeeds to improve Wi-Fi coverage to the roomsNot the closest hotel to the slopes Breakfast could be a little more varied but given the price of the stay noplaints electric toilet shredder in some rooms at bit noisy, power points. hand held shower no parking warning car park entrance hard to find no fault of hotel resort signage A lot of noise generated by the snow clearing equipment within the evenings, however they did a great job of it. A lot of tipsy noisy Spanish youngsters on the streets till about 2 3 each morning, but hey Could have done with a bigger towel and a hair dryer... but not an issue... just a materialisticfort fortable bar area. Very basic facilities Very ufortable beds where to sit post skiing. Bedroom very small and tired no wireless within the room

👍Good facilities very clean and close to the slopes The location was very good but on the down side very noisy with traffic from 6am very spacious rooms! both our rooms had separate bedroom areas. spacious bathroom and in our triple living space even had 2 bathrooms. Great variety at morning meal even had fresh orange juice straight from the orange. Breakfast was good. Loads of choice and a chef on hand to cook omelettes to order Everything was great!!! Staff really nice and friendly, the living space was spacious and spotless, food excellent and the biggest advantage was that the hotel is just a few steps away from the slopes 😀😀. We really enjoyed and definitely will be back next year!! Thanks guys!!! Our living space was spacious andfortable with good wireless and television reception. The bar area was hosting and the variety of drinks and food available met all our needs. Breakfast is included and is a buffet serve-yourself style of meal with plenty of hot and cold options. The dining living space was beautifully clean and the evening meal, if you chose to dine in was a delicious and varied buffet style offered at what we felt was a very reasonable price. The food was well presented and topped up regularly. The ski lockers provided were well located and allowed access to the slopes with only a short walk. The desk employees were helpful and provided maps etc. Very close to the slopes two min walk they have a amazing heated ski storage facility, really friendly staff, they hosted a great NYE, and had a magicien one night who was the best one I’d ever seen. Amazinf food options we went half board and was so worth it. The bar and pool table etc was fun for a relaxing evening after skiing all day. Closeness to the slopes and the employees were very helpful. Lovely staff, great location. Food was good and hotel bar was nice and good prices Great sized rooms food quality excellent. The bar was a great facility pity about the surly barman

👍 Clean property close to the slopes, decent morning meal and reasonable price. Comfortable bed and free of cost ski lockers. Helpful, kind employees on reception. The living space was warm, the beds were veryfortable and there was no noise from outside despite being close to some lively bars and clubs. Good ski lockers and only a 100yd walk to the main chair lift. The employees were friendly and helpful my living space was cleaned everyday. Excellent hotel. It is a good value hotel, not the Ritz! But that s fine. Rooms triples were fine size for two people to share, and the hotel convenient for city and ski lifts. Staff friendly, and buffet morning meal fine. Would definitely go back there. I love the employees they are just fantastic nothing is to much trouble, Good value for money. Friendly staff. Let us leave suitcases in individual area on last day after checkout. Very helpful staff. Good location and cheap skiing amodation. Location - it is 3 minutes from the slopes Breakfast was simple but good, beds werefortable and rooms were cleaned to a good standard each day. Young girl on reception was always smiling and weing. Clean warm and friendly. frills but was a great base for a busy weekend in Andorra. Wifi only worked in Reception.. Rooms needed updating.. Staff were very helpful and very good at english... good location... it was value for money.. we only stayed for two nights so was ok for short stay Friendly reception staff. Excellent location. A good location for access to the chair lift, just walk slightly up the hill, through a tunnel and you re there.Very helpful and friendly staff, the young girl behind reception was always smiling. The adjoining restaurant propose very nice food and hotel guests receive a discount. Great Location. Very Clean Room. Warm rooms. Best WiFi I’ve ever had in hotel The place was ideal for a group of 7 lads we got 2 rooms that were a little on the small side but fine for what we needed Coffee Extra fried eggs for breakfast. 200 meters from slopes La situationLa gentillesse du personnel Proximity Very close to slopes and centre of town Plenty of hot water, living space always hot Double bed too small but veryfy
👎 safe within the room, no usual place to leave luggage as our transfer was late afternoon, but we wanted to ski within the morning although they did kindly allow us to leave luggage within the end as long as it was picked up by a certain time. Our living space was directly opposite the ski lockers so no chance of a lie in as everyone putting on their boots and chatting loudly right outside our room. There were no tea or coffee facilities within the rooms, Breakfast was adequate but could have been better.pared to Hotel Cal Ruiz it was poor. Only one coffee machine which made great coffee, so when it was busy it was a long wait. The walls were paper thin it sounded like the people next door were in our room. Peopleing home late were very noisy. For the price, everything fine The morning meal is a bit dodgy but that’s fine cup of coffee but if fruit an hit the slops Can get noisy. Younger adults visitors and late nights. Just jealous really 😀 Sound proofing was not existent, could here next door neighbors conversations and TV. temperature control in room, rooms overheated often. Don t expect to get any sleep, you can hear everything from outside and opposite. The heating also can t be altered so you either boil or freeze by opening the window. Hotel in need of updating, all the neighbouring hotels seem to have done this and look so much more appealing from the outside. Rooms clean but again dated, carpets on the wall and polystyrene ceiling tiles. Very strong smell of incense everywhere within the property which actually smelt awful! Would like wireless in rooms. There is very little sound insulation. Rooms needed updating.. Very dated interior. In need of renovation. Poor wireless signal throughout the property. Very small reception area and this is the only place that you can access the wireless . Adequate morning meal with limited choice. Only given thin pillows to rest your head on. Even folded they weren t thick enough. Paper thin walls and doors. The sound at night of peopleing up the flights of stairs just echoes throughout the building. Worst 3 nights sleep I think I ve ever had unfortunately. Squeaky Beds. Rooms on smaller side. vending machine drinks machine. Everything else! Ridiculously noisy at all times of day and night! ski lockers on first floor --- and you can t enter lift with equipment, obviously Parking Small and basic, shower attachment would not stay on the wall, no plug for the sink. ise outside living space as people using WiFi area Little bit noisy inside the rooms, not from outside. Very noisey the walls very thin

👍 Convenient to slopes. Convenient and free of cost ski storage. The kitchen had been updated. Friendly employees. Reading the reviews here, myself and a group of well travelled 30 Year olds on a Ski short trip were worried about the apartment. For what you pay it is perfect, very well located 30 seconds to the bar and 2 minutes to shops and Piste. Th Location was great for the slopes and the price was very good extreamly if sharing. Staff were helpful when asked any questions but only reception only available at certain times. very close to the slopes and all the rental shops and restaurants proximity to ski slopes is it. 3 minute walk to ski pas 83 where we left rented skis Location was good - short walk from the slopes and the bars. Decent location thing. The skiing is excellent and the restaurants great. location was convenient, near slopes and restaurants. Kitchen had all the necessary stuff. location was good Good quality for the price and the location is good Very very basic beds very uftable Proximity to ski slopes Good location Perfect spot, really good location for the slopes and easy access to restaurants, bars and shopping in town. Receptionist was super friendly and always helpful and the place itself is great for the price. All you need and nothing more with a nice open, spacious room. Highly rmend Standard ski aodation at a good price. Boot rooms opposite to apartment and very convenient. Very close to the Red Lion Bar. Amodation is basic butfortable and good value. A reasonable size studio apartment with bunks within the entrance hallway and drop down bed in living area.t too far from the ski lifts and you can avoid an uphill walk back if youe off the slopes at Olympiades apartments and cut through. All basic facilities in working order and free of cost Wi-Fi is available though a bit hit and miss within the rooms. The apartment employees were very friendly. The living space wasfortable with a well furnished kitchen and hot shower. There s also a secure locker to store skis snow board. The ski slope is only 5 minutes walk away. The Apt was very dirty Very well located Receptionist very professional, friendly and smile at any time .
👎 Would have liked WiFi. The listing says no WiFi available. We were prepared to be without WiFi. The hotel does in fact have WiFi, but did not work well. Communication before arrival Probably wasn’t ready to make my own bed and empty the rubbish at the end of the stay but I guess thates with the price. we stayed for 5 days for a full ski tripon the 3rd day we were hoping to be able to change our towels but we were not allowed to.. pretty much everything. beds very ufortable - double bed was like a whirlpool sucking us in bunk bed seemed to be missing lats. no security so each night other guests stumbling in loudly at 1 o clock bar our last night when somebody tried to kick the door in of the neighbouring apartment at 3 am. Eventually the police arrived............ etc etc Host was very rude. Wasn t at the desk upon arrival. Suspected bed bugs. Host ignorant when we told him of said issues.. Host was useless. We were without power for hours everyday and the only thing the host said to us is that he was not an electrician and it was probably our fault, and this was when we got hold of him. First occasion it was impossible to contact anyone, including the emergency contact. This also happened to an elderly lady staying within the building with small children. Must have been even worse for her! Appalling service! It was hands down the worst place I have stayed in my life and that is saying something as I travelled the world as an 18 on a tight budget. The man on reception was the rudest person I have each met and he threatened me when I asked for the wireless code and pushed me out the room.ne of the cooking facilities worked. The toilet flusher didnt work, so you had to put your hand within the high water to flush it. the shower head had fallen off the wall and you could only shower for 1 min each 3 people if you wanted hot water. The beds are seriously ufortable and only proper duvet provided is old rugs kept in a cupboard. When we made the amodation aware of all these issues on the first day, nothing was done. Finally, dont plan on getting any sleep in Calagy as the walls are paper thin so all you will here is late night groups getting back, then the bang of ski boots first thing within the morning. DONT STAY HERE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK! From the bookings. description we had the impression that this was a ski in ski out resort, but its not you have to walk. The living space is very basic and was extremely cold when we arrived, it took 2 days to warm up. The first night was extreamly cold and we didn t have enough blankets, we requested more but they never arrived. The toiletries provided are not enough for 4 people, we were basically given enough for 2 people for 1 shower. The kitchen is extremely basic and no cleaning clothes and liquids were provided. -NO WIFI in rooms. How can you now offer a place without wireless ?-Bed very ufortable, could feel all the steel springs-Parking was far away in a garage, where if you have a car larger than a fiat 500, you have to be a really good driver.t sure who designed that garage, but he must go to work on his bike.-The manager appeared very rough on the phone, in person he turned out to be much nicer.-I guess you are renting an apartment and not a hotel room, but I was surprised that we had to make our own beds. getting to reception and getting keys was hard work as the reception closed for Two-4 so if you turn up during this time
