👍 It was a beautiful stay for my birthday! The Rimal Villa was such a charm, we saw the Almahas as soon as we checked in. The pool area and the living space were clean. Although, there were a few things missing within the minibar and the bathroom but we could live without them. The bed was sofy and the employees were very sweet and helpful. We had dinner at the Farm house, Highly rmended! we took a night bike ride on our own and we couldn t resist not swimming at night after the dinner and bike ride. I received 2 birthday cakes, one when i arrived and another during breakfast. We saw camels when we were having morning meal too! Thanks to my sweet husband and Ritz-Carlton, I had a wonderful and an unforgettable stay.
The villa in general was very nice, clean andfy.
The employees that are working within the restaurants are extremely professional and really doing the service by the good European and worldwide standards. The villa we changed to after the initial one was very good.

Everything was amazing. The food, employees and amodation was the best we have ever experienced. I would rmend this goal to everyone I know.

We went for 3 days short trip and found this hotel the best. The hotel location is great away from city life, the employees was so friendly and they have many interesting facilities designed for entertainment. I would like to highlight the care taken for us by Arshad Shaikh at Kaheela Restaurant from we were vegetarians they made us food according to our taste and not from the set menu. Also the Chef Azad made a us morning meal how we like it. Thank you to the team !
This property was incredible, but what made it most special was the kindness and consideration of all the wonderful team at Al Wadi. At each step, employees could not do enough to assist us and support a fantastic experience throughout our stay. Food was excellent, with full board including any option in all restaurants, and attentive kind service always. Our villa was superb - beautifully furnished African safari meets Bedouin luxury, always kept pristine and immaculate, with great desert scenery from panorama windows, a lovely open-air deck with seating and loungers and a blue tiled infinity pool, near to which oryx and gazelles freely roamed. We did Stargazing, Falconry and Fishing activities, all on site with a host and with villa collection pre-arranged and timings aligned perfectly to meals thanks to such an efficientmunication process, including walkie talkie updating between staff. We received personalised notes, meal requests and Falcon toys for the children. We are grateful for everything. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so fantastic - to Ganesh, Arvind and Arun for our immaculate room, cooks Arshad and Hassan for the amazing meals, Kaheelah and the morning meal team Shubham, Kriti, Kiljeet, Anees, Satish and Saroj, to all the golf buggy guys, Yazu and team Moorish, Kizza for her lovely wee, and Wilson for his Stargazing and fishing trips and the falconer for his Falconry session.
👎 We loved everything within the hotel, I wouldn t change a thing.
When we started using the pool, we realized that there is a lot of flies and wasps that kepting to the terrace area making it extremely ufortable to use the pool. The employees came the first time to assist with the wasps; but they kepting. We have requested to change the villa, but it took the resort more than hour to arrange for our moving; so, basically we lost the sunny hours of the day because of the wasps and the late change. Finally, the following day, we requested a late checkout topensate us for what happened when we checked in and the resort did not grant us the late check out for free of cost and they asked us to pay for it. So, we got upset and left the resort unhappy because the villa was very expensive and we ve spent most of the time inside the villa because of the wasps, and we did not getpensated.
The villas, both : first one and the one we were swapped to had super loud noise from the ac generators. Which is super upsetting actually when you want to sleep. At night it is really annoying as it simply doesn’t let you sleep. So better to have earplugs with you. Unlike the employees from the restaurants, employees from the guest relationship area overall are missing on the level of managing customer experience. So basically, dining experience in terms of employees was amazing and from the guest relations starting from the people who are taking you to the table at the morning meal and finishing with supervisors I guess of the guest relations experience was quiet poor.
1. Dirty pool2. Dirty room, it seems like it wasn’t cleaned for more than a week3. Ordered food and got it after 2 hours I was planning to celebrate with my friend for her uing birthday. . I believe this is her worst experience ever. Rating is 0 out of 10

- Expensive extreamly it was a non peak time During summer and week day.- Breakfast policy is not clear. On booking it was saying Continental Breakfast included but when reached the hotel they said it is only a buffet. I paid extra for nothing. Again I had to pay for morning meal for in living space dining. If I knew this fact I would’ve not paid extra for morning meal during booking of this villa AlSahary.

If anything - a curtain to pull across the living space at night time to separate the main bedroom sleeping area from the living living space area where the children slept. This is far too picky though and puts me at risk of being a diva! It really was a great stay.
The toilet has always been bad and not working properly and the bedroom AC was bad and reported and the support guy tried his best but still wasn’t able to fix it.. cockroaches within the room, i know were staying within the wild but cockroaches aren’t part of the dessert life.. Swimming pool is not entirely individual and the Rimal villas are connected therefore you can hear everything from ur neighbors
