👍 Sameer is great receptionist. rest all are angry faces. wont even smile to customers Customer service, friendly employees and size of the rooms. Great value for money. The pool and coast in Hamra village are really nice. Room size was good and facilities around too. I liked everything. The area is quiet. The morning meal features avery nice selection, and if you reing before 9am there are no rush or queues. Room service is excellent. Air conditioning works nicely within the rooms. There were not many people at the pools. There s a fitness center with an AC. Staff were very friendly and amodating. The food was overall very good, but not a lot of day to day variety at morning meal and lunch. 1. Location 2. Ambience 3. Beach Great omelet station My wife and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary and her birthday at the Al Hamra village and residence this month, the service within the hotel was brilliant. I would like to specially thank Tatiana at guest services as she help me plan the surprise coast dinner for our anniversary night and with the birthday cake on the next day. Our table at the coast was really well set up and we were taken care of my Sino who was also very attentive to our needs. All employees we encountered were very helpful at the front work area even being busy with other guests. After a few days of our check out from the hotel, we realized that our camera had been left behind at the coast. Calling Tatiana was the first thing I did and she helped me locate the camera and had it safely kept with lost and found. Thank you Al Hamra family again for taking care of us for the short time we were there and also even after we left. We will return for sure as the service is great. Thanks to Tatiana again for all the help. Staff abosluty perfect. kitchen TOP, food amazing, restaurant clean and wonderfull staff. Loved the see and coast one of the nices i ever been. Around pool it could be cleaner but it was ok. Location was good, close to mall. Parking outside chalet was convenient. Good family friendly environment. Whenever we consider a short trip within UAE, my daughter always told us to return to Hamra Residence, so that she can go to her favorite Kids club there, and to see her favorite Ms. Mel. Great stay again will always back. We consider ourselves as regular client here, and we travelled with our 5 years old daughter as usual. Everything went great and smooth, our favorite part within the hotel was the Toucan Kids Club, my daughter Just loved Mel from kids club, who was extremely sweet and patient. Thank you to Mel and all the employees here. The location, food variety, facilities Great service from Godfrey and Dhuwen within the Village. Great value for money The employees was very kind and helpful the place was clean and quiet. The living space wasfortable. I am a regular customer there, I stayed there for more than 40 times in 8 years time, I like the staff, Breakfast, Cleaning, most of the time I got upgrade for my living space free of cost of charge, also the access to the coast and Spa. The pool and even place was so nice Good location, access to the Waldorf I like the facility, the food is great, there is a lot to explore. We’ll surelyeback.. Location, swimming pool, Location and spacious facilities are good. even with many guests, you don t feel it crowded. Al Hamra Village is a good alternative if you want to get away from the weekl

👎 was not acknowledged by reception. need to receive from main hotel. which takes time . and it does when guest reach time only. Range if morning meal wasnt too extensive and and the children s play area needs an upgrade. While some of the employees were kind, most were either unprofessional or seemed to lack basic training in hospitality. The apartment given to us was in hamra residence, which while bigger, had a very awkward layout. Breakfast could have been better as they had only 1 stop for Omelets and eggs and was too busy and you need to Que for a long time and the selection was not great in general. It s quite a walk at least 5 minutes, or 10, if with kids to reach the sea. Also this is a resort, so in order to get anything beyond standard like a few apples after the dinner one needs to take a taxi to the city. There s a mall nearby about 1km, but the prices are higher in it. No evening entertainment 1. Attitude of outlet manager Mr Zillur. While at breakfast, he was shouting at the employees and reprimanding them in front of all the guests having breakfast. This is not the way to treat employees even if they have done something wrong 2. The size of the bathroom Is actually 2 separate properties, the village which is converted villas on Rome St, and the residence, which is attached to the Waldorf Astoria. . Com hadpletely inaccurate location info, so it was very hard to find. We noticed that our door wasn t locking during the stay. key was needed to enter the room. Anyone could havee in. This made me feel very unsafe throughout the stay.t sure why the lock was broken. Someone came to fix the lock after we reported it, but it did take them a while. We couldn t leave to do the things we wanted to do until they came to fix the door. one apologized for this. They seemed to brush it off like no big deal. For vacation place there was a lot of noise - especialy at room. Im a light sleeper and it was really hard to sleep at night. Every 25min building AC turning on, cars from road it was far but still loud minifridge with sound like space shuttle during takeboff i unplage it one night. You can not hear your nieghbors in living space but at hallway and staircase you can hear them breath. We didn t like the room. Too small, ufortable small bed, ufy pillows. proper tv channels. Plug sockets weren t functional. Gym facilities were very limited. Cold Desserts were out at living space temperature within the village restaurant. proper cutlery available at table. Dirty tables. Below average food for the price we paid. Lack of towels pool coast area. Overly priced soft drinks. N A Staffmunication very poor, if it wasn’t for the manager Ahmed I would’ve rated poor but he does his job very well, however the rest of the employees need serious meeting regardingmunication with guests . Some of the food at the buffet wasn’t great. Higher quality and less variety would be better Im a regular customer to Al Hamra Village, and its first time i had to change living space because the AC was not working properly, the next living space was good until morning the AC stop working till we checked out Parking for Check in is not enough We dont like specially the front work area specially the front work area supervisor we came as a group i booked it online but he gave us seperately rooms which is far from each other as we request he still charged us for changing one room👎🏻 He dont help us at all...!!!<b

Set along the pristine coastes of the Arabian Gulf, Al Hamra Residence and Village is the great get away from the daily grind.

👍 It was a beautiful stay for my birthday! The Rimal Villa was such a charm, we saw the Almahas as soon as we checked in. The pool area and the living space were clean. Although, there were a few things missing within the minibar and the bathroom but we could live without them. The bed was sofy and the employees were very sweet and helpful. We had dinner at the Farm house, Highly rmended! we took a night bike ride on our own and we couldn t resist not swimming at night after the dinner and bike ride. I received 2 birthday cakes, one when i arrived and another during breakfast. We saw camels when we were having morning meal too! Thanks to my sweet husband and Ritz-Carlton, I had a wonderful and an unforgettable stay. The villa in general was very nice, clean andfy. The employees that are working within the restaurants are extremely professional and really doing the service by the good European and worldwide standards. The villa we changed to after the initial one was very good. The food I ordered Everything was amazing. The food, employees and amodation was the best we have ever experienced. I would rmend this goal to everyone I know. 1. The tent had a lot of facilities 2. The pool is big and clean 3. Amazing size of the tent 4. Very cold and convenient air conditioner 5. morning meal was varied and fresh 6. Tv size and quality is great 7. In living space dining service was high notch 8. I ordered pasta to eat inside my living space and it was delicious 9. cozy and quiet place to stay in Every thing except value of cash and Breakfast policy. We went for 3 days short trip and found this hotel the best. The hotel location is great away from city life, the employees was so friendly and they have many interesting facilities designed for entertainment. I would like to highlight the care taken for us by Arshad Shaikh at Kaheela Restaurant from we were vegetarians they made us food according to our taste and not from the set menu. Also the Chef Azad made a us morning meal how we like it. Thank you to the team ! This property was incredible, but what made it most special was the kindness and consideration of all the wonderful team at Al Wadi. At each step, employees could not do enough to assist us and support a fantastic experience throughout our stay. Food was excellent, with full board including any option in all restaurants, and attentive kind service always. Our villa was superb - beautifully furnished African safari meets Bedouin luxury, always kept pristine and immaculate, with great desert scenery from panorama windows, a lovely open-air deck with seating and loungers and a blue tiled infinity pool, near to which oryx and gazelles freely roamed. We did Stargazing, Falconry and Fishing activities, all on site with a host and with villa collection pre-arranged and timings aligned perfectly to meals thanks to such an efficientmunication process, including walkie talkie updating between staff. We received personalised notes, meal requests and Falcon toys for the children. We are grateful for everything. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so fantastic - to Ganesh, Arvind and Arun for our immaculate room, cooks Arshad and Hassan for the amazing meals, Kaheelah and the morning meal team Shubham, Kriti, Kiljeet, Anees, Satish and Saroj, to all the golf buggy guys, Yazu and team Moorish, Kizza for her lovely wee, and Wilson for his Stargazing and fishing trips and the falconer for his Falconry session. Staff hospita

👎 We loved everything within the hotel, I wouldn t change a thing. When we started using the pool, we realized that there is a lot of flies and wasps that kepting to the terrace area making it extremely ufortable to use the pool. The employees came the first time to assist with the wasps; but they kepting. We have requested to change the villa, but it took the resort more than hour to arrange for our moving; so, basically we lost the sunny hours of the day because of the wasps and the late change. Finally, the following day, we requested a late checkout topensate us for what happened when we checked in and the resort did not grant us the late check out for free of cost and they asked us to pay for it. So, we got upset and left the resort unhappy because the villa was very expensive and we ve spent most of the time inside the villa because of the wasps, and we did not getpensated. The villas, both : first one and the one we were swapped to had super loud noise from the ac generators. Which is super upsetting actually when you want to sleep. At night it is really annoying as it simply doesn’t let you sleep. So better to have earplugs with you. Unlike the employees from the restaurants, employees from the guest relationship area overall are missing on the level of managing customer experience. So basically, dining experience in terms of employees was amazing and from the guest relations starting from the people who are taking you to the table at the morning meal and finishing with supervisors I guess of the guest relations experience was quiet poor. 1. Dirty pool 2. Dirty room, it seems like it wasn’t cleaned for more than a week 3. Ordered food and got it after 2 hours I was planning to celebrate with my friend for her uing birthday. . I believe this is her worst experience ever. Rating is 0 out of 10 1. The pool of alkhaima living space wasn’tpletely individual you can see others from their pool 2. Calling for assistance from my living space sometimes requires another call after 10 or 30 minuets to remind them of my inquiry then theye running. - Expensive extreamly it was a non peak time During summer and week day. - Breakfast policy is not clear. On booking it was saying Continental Breakfast included but when reached the hotel they said it is only a buffet. I paid extra for nothing. Again I had to pay for morning meal for in living space dining. If I knew this fact I would’ve not paid extra for morning meal during booking of this villa AlSahary. thing. Everything is perfect. thing! We would love to visit again. If anything - a curtain to pull across the living space at night time to separate the main bedroom sleeping area from the living living space area where the children slept. This is far too picky though and puts me at risk of being a diva! It really was a great stay. The toilet has always been bad and not working properly and the bedroom AC was bad and reported and the support guy tried his best but still wasn’t able to fix it.. cockroaches within the room, i know were staying within the wild but cockroaches aren’t part of the dessert life.. Swimming pool is not entirely individual and the Rimal villas are connected therefore you can hear everything from ur neighbors The club car doesn’t have Tent window or AC 45 degree the weather And Home theatre was not working till I call for help some of the employees was too annoying, food was not that good even though it was highly expensive ; everything is over ra

👍 It’s big, pool bars are good, good entertainment, a la cart restaurants were awesome Room was clean andfortable. Food was great and many choices to pick from. It was ok even without Tea or coffee service, expected more with this being a Five Star rated property, Bit of a free of cost for all really, The food was nice, however there is a little cafe spot a bit further on from the Dining Hall and they have tasty food, although the service can be a bit slow We loved everything about our stay! The adult pool is great if you want to be apart from the screaming kiddos. The adult pool also has its own bar but unfortunately it closes at 6pm. The living space was veryfortable and clean as a whistle. We got our moneys worth from the bar. Will definitely go again. Weing was nice, reception and guest relations team were very assisting. Room was clean and quiet. The hotel has everything you need for vacation and relaxation ... loved the all inclusive idea and the variety they offer with food and restaurants... nice activities they provide during the day... the living space is very nice and has all facilities Breakfast was good, For dinner we didn t have many choices but sea food restaurant was ok,staff were very nice, they surprised us with Birthday cake!! Booked for our wedding anniversary. They gave us a free of cost living space upgrade and weed us with fruit basket and a bottle of wine! Thanks to the management team for celebrating with us ❤ we ll surely be back The friendly employees and the rooms size are big enough that you can move super easy Service, food, facilities are amazingggggg. The best thing about the propriety is the friendly staff. They were helpful, always smiley and very weing. Breakfast was very good. Lalezar Restaurant was great The property is huge and there’s multiple restaurant choices and also different pools. There’s many activities and entertainment available as well. You have access to food and drinks 24 7, so you can choose to sleep in and not worry that you might starve if you miss morning meal or lunch. Great place to spend a weekend with friends if you just want to relax by the pool and or coast while having drinks, without any worries, during the day, but also, have a decent dinner and party at night, as they have coast parties within the evenings and a nice club as well. The rooms are nicely sized and food, swimming pools, living space and living space service, staff, soap dance, and everything was amazing and well organized. more than our expectations. weldone and thanks to all the employees and the team. The activities were amazing, overall amazing atmosphere Facilities are great. Staff are weing, friendly and supportive. thing The rooms themselves were absolutely lovely. So clean and tidy and nicely decorated and veryfortable. Bathrooms are lovely and modern We love the hotel, is very nice, the food was good and fresh. and we don’t had any negative issues. All employees was kind and pay attention to the clients. The place is really nice for relaxation. The staffs are caring. 1. Staff courtesy. Attentive and warm smiles. 2. Their concept of ultra-inclusive, no need to worry about drinks and food. 3. Room service on point, refilled towels and some amenities on request or they will still do it everyday. 4. Food is mediocore but still enjoyable. 5. Full of fun activities for all ages. Nina at the reception. We found her sup

👎 The main buffet was over crowded and not that big, food wasn’t as good. It was too crowded. Pools were not that clean. Towels at pool side were stinking. We got up at night few times due to traffic noise from near by road The bookings for Dinner, If you are a long stay guest and by this I mean more than 2 nights you cannot book all your dinners at the same time, This should be re looked at, Also morning meal a little free of cost for all feeling to it There is a catch when ites to the a la carte restaurants, it is for reservation basis only and you can only make a resivation between 10am and 1pm, the catch is you can only check in at 3pm. So if you are only staying for one night you can t eat in one of the a la carte restaurants. Saying that the food at the buffet restaurant was excellent with a massive variety of food to choose from! Food quality was bad everywhere. We visited buffet for lunch on the first day and we had to wait in very long queues in order to get some food and find a table, it was totally packed like a fish market. From all the variety of food we tried, only the grilled chicken was nice. Beef stake was literally impossible to chew, tasteless veggies, blunt cake and a very bad quality ice cream. Seafood restaurant the same night for dinner was one of the worst we have ever experienced, Fish waspletely tasteless and stale, calamari was dry and like a rubber, shrimps were frozen and badly prepared in a watery tomato sauce. Next day morning meal was an equal disaster, I find better omelet in employees cafeterias and i find better cupcakes in bakala stores or gas stations. soft drinks served within the morning and you need to prepare your own coffee from a coffee vending machine. Beach was stony and dirty, everything is self service, from towels to coffee within the lobby, drinks served in plastic cups, coast bar undermanned, waited for hours to get a drink, restaurants and bars are plain and dull, living space amenities were poor. The pool need some maintenance.... pool bar snacks are very few ... it would be great if the add more variety... the bed is a bit notfortable pool was not very clean, in my opinion children s pool should be separate. thing but i rmend to have umbrellas for the babies pool In addition that having a faster shisha service at Aisha lounge as Cigar lounge won’t accept small kids I fell near the adult pool and the guard saw me helped but no follow up was done to check if I was okay. That s a bit sad as I was in a lot of pain. Also the music is only for younger crowd. Both near the coast and Inferno so need to think of the 50year olds too. Room 1322 checked in 6th September. Shalini Maharaj While the resort is not that old, it is not well taken care of - it could be so much better. The cleanliness is not UAE standard. When you go to hotels within the UAE you expect a certain level of cleanliness and that wasn’t met. While we opted for an all inclusive rate, the food was not good, everything was cold and stale - even the simplest thing like the Diet Coke. The Toast and Burger restaurant is not good and I would not rmend it. The morning meal was fantastic as I said. I was expecting so much more after hearing so much about Rixos but unfortunately I would not be staying there again. I am not usually one thatplains but I was very disappointed. Run down facilities, overcrowded pools andmon areas, major support needed, clea
