👍 We needed to go to the Airport early next day so booked in here even though we don t live too far away. So we could take the shuttle from the hotel. Beds arefortable and shuttle to the airport or airdrome is very good and starts early on 03:45 am Nice set up of the parking and out side appearance Which helps Close to the airport, arriving at night after long flight Clean room Very nice people on the front desk. Great having an airport or airdrome shuttle. Very handy having a laundromat. A short walk up the street and you can catch the bus into Richmond Shopping Centre which is a very big mall. The hotel looks really pretty with all the pot plants around and generally it looks very appealing. A little steep in price but that’s Vancouver I suppose a restaurant was right next to it, with good food and a nice serviceit had a free of cost hot tub, but it wasn t that special Close to airport. Veryfortable bed. Staff was friendly and even offered us a late check-out from we didn t get in until after 2 a. m. Very clean and helpful staff. I thought BF was included within the living space but I was disappointed that I had to pay for the BF this is too bad.$341 for one night was too much!!! Accent Inn Vancouver Airport Hotel is great for layover stays. The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and its very conveniently located 10 mins from the airport, 10 minutes frm a premium outlet mall and also few minutes walking or cab ride to many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Didn’t realize morning meal was included.body mentioned it when we checked in. We loved thefortable beds and pillows and all the hanging baskets outside. Breakfast very tasty, friendly staff. Good to have a restaurant next door. Accent Inn is conveniently located with shuttle to Vancouver Airport. However, the shocks within the vehicle need attention. Reception very helpful and courteous. if you need a place to lay your head rather than crashing on the airport or airdrome floor, this hotel will do. There s nothing fancy about it, you will hear planes flying overhead all night; but it s clean, there s a mcdonalds next door and the free of cost shuttle from the airport or airdrome is only about a 10 minute ride. Quiet place to stay. Free hot chocolate at lobby! Good shuttle bus service. Located not too far from airport.10 Minute walk to Mcdonald. The bed and sheets were veryfortable!! It was also a quiet stay, which I love. We were on the first floor right next to parking so I was concerned. But I was not bothered at all. I also like the efforts for the environment. Location. Close to the airport We arrived late within the evening and only wanted to spend a night close to the airport. The hotel is ideal for that! Super soft sheets. Very pleasant stay. Room was spotless. Staff were pleasant and respectful. would definitely rmend! Breakfast fantastic. Quick service and amodating to my request for half order of eggs benedict. The shuttle driver was awesome! He dealt with an over subscribed van by getting the large van out within the snow, got all of us to the airport or airdrome in time. Great fellow Room and lobby freshly updated and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The time slot on our morning airport or airdrome shuttle was full so they called 3 cabs to take the rest of us and paid for it on our behalf. They also reimbursed us for the cab at night due to the scheduled shuttle not running at that hour.
👎 Can t think of anything. It would be nice to have a more economical rate, but it probably is the going rate. I could hear the airplanes landing and departure, but I looked for an hotel close to the airport or airdrome from we had an early flight. Basic living space Small Old basic furnitures and equipment Therefore the cost is too high for the value But its July, that makes it Maybe the decor was a bit aged but it was ok. hot tub was weak, small and too cold but it was free of cost so can t really say its that badgiant A C within the living space that makes a lot of noise if turned onNothing to do around the hotel, two bars and a fitness, thats it Room was dated and in need of remodeling. Walls were paper thin making it really hard to sleep in past about 6am. Bathroom was tiny and not especially clean. For the price paid $200US and reviews we ve seen, we were definitely expecting a nicer overall experience room-wise. It really was not close to airport or airdrome and not within walking distance of much. Other than couple of restaurants. We had an early morning flight the next day- and disembarked a cruise in am hoping to sightsee during the day- skytrain was pricey and not closeby. Include Break fast with living space so that many people will like it. thing. The food within the restaurant was okay, nothing special. Traffic noise, but that is unavoidable from the Accent Inn is close to heavily populated road. Room not dark enough. The price is pretty steep for what you re getting. Far from downtown There wasn t anything really bad. Just wished there was more to do, right by the hotel. Would definitely stay again extreamly if we had a car. Bed was ufortable. Man at the front work area told me to let him finish when I was trying to speak. I don t like getting an email a few days later saying the duck is sad because I booked through . instead of directly through the hotel. When I took the shuttle from the airport or airdrome to the hotel the driver never put the luggage within the back. Everybody had to carry their luggage into the seating area and take it out themselves. Apparently, there is a free of cost shuttle from the airport or airdrome to the hotel. We did not know the info can be found on the property description but we did not see it. It would be nice if the property would send a hosting message a few days before arrival to offer the shuttle service. This would have made our stay easier! 30 minute wait for airport or airdrome shuttle to take me to hotel after a long flight was not ideal. Coffee in lobby was priced per cup instead of beingplimentary. The living space had a few little repairs that needed fixing, no big deal. Disappointed with booking.. I was unable to get the senior rate because I didn t book directly with the hotel. Very disappointing as other people were getting the lesser rate and I was stuck with regular rate. Evrything is good. Location, living space and service Shuttle service was slow, we rang the hotel several times and they kept saying 9 minutes, it actually took 45 minutes to arrive. As it turns out there was a traffic accident but our disappointment was that information was not relayed to us when we continually rang the hotel asking where the shuttle was. The night porter. What an attitude. food or drink at hotel. Shuttle took a long time to arrive atthe airport or airdrome and those of us waiting were cold. It was getting close to midnight. There were

👍 I like the normal value of the rooms there and the breakfast. They offer the basic breakfast. And the living space isfortable enough for staying. It s located within the quiet area. Value for money, spacious room, morning meal is included 10 mins to airport or airdrome and has free of cost shuttle. Pastry and coffee is provided. Good for a one night stay near airport or airdrome and catch the next day flight. The free of cost airport or airdrome shuttle and walking distance to the Canada Line train to downtown Vancouver or anywhere else you’d like to go. We took it from Richmond stop to the Waterfront station. So easy. Close to airport or airdrome and offer a shuttle service It was convenient for the airport or airdrome and getting into Vancouver with Skytrain Nice place.... a little dated but spotless andfortable beds and linens... which is the most important! Nice morning meal too. Free shuttle to the airport. Walk to SkyTrain. Staff are the best!! Arrived from a cruise at 8:30 within the morning expecting to just drop our luggage. Instead they asked us to wait and within 30 minutes gave us our room. That s customer service!! We were staying one night only, in transit for our next flight. The location was perfect, close to the airport or airdrome and a 10 minute walk to the Bridgeport Canada Line Sky Train which we used to go to Richmond to use up time before our 8 pm flight. Although first impressions weren t great due to the old fashioned dark Scottish decor, our living space wasfortable and a good size and the bathroom was obviously recently renovated and very nice. We felt the Abercorn Inn was good value for money. Staff was helpful and allow us a late checkout. Good stay if you are looking to be close to the Airport. It is nice that parking is included Friendly staff, plementary airport or airdrome shuttle, coffee Close to airport. Free shuttle with a very friendly and helpful driver. Breakfast was really nice. Rooms were good standard. Relatively easy access to the airport. Bed wasfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. The receptionist was very helpful. She rmended a place to eat and provided a map. Breakfast was good, but could be improved, Location is handy for me. Close to Sky Train. Location, large morning meal room. Location - close proximity to airport or airdrome so great for an early morning flight. Breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. Close proximity to airport or airdrome was a definite plus! Didn t experience morning meal as we left before it opened, but a nice gesture was they had fruit and coffee and Danish out for those who had to leave early! Very nice of employees to lock up our luggage as we came off a cruise ship early and couldn t check-in until late afternoon, but they happily locked up our bags for the day while we went out to sightsee! Great restaurant attached - authentic Chinese food with beautiful furnishings and family atmosphere. The charging stop doesn’t work. Instead having their own employees check on it, the lady told me to try with another key. That was the only reason I came here. Then she said unfortunately I can’t discount anything as I don’t have authority. She asked me to call the manager, you know what. I’m in customer service for the 15 plus years, and never had told customer to do that as the manager should have contacted us. High cost and DIDN’T meet expectations at all. The employees did everything they could to amodate our stay. They were friendly and courteous. They
👎 This was the 2nd time we stayed with them. The first time we were in king living space with a large tub on the 3rd floor. It was lovely and worth the $. We had both of our pets with us at this time. The most recent stay we were put in a much smaller living space on the first floor next to the housekeepers washer dryer stop and the main elevator. We were abruptly woken up by loud elevator and housekeeping chatter at 6am. The bathroom was very small and nothing like the living space we had before with our pets. t many store near by. It s mean if you feel hungry you haven t too many choice. And actually,It s a long distance by walking from hotel to train station,It s about 7~8 minutes. t many restaurants around, need to walk about 15 mins to Metro station. Cleanliness of living space is not up to standard. Some employees had no smile and cold. thing. The person we checked in with was a little hard to understand and caused confusion due to mimunication. Where do I start! The check in procedure was appalling and understaffed until rescued by a male colleague who had a better idea of what was happening. In the living space the bathroom was extremely tiny. For morning meal I have never been to a hotel which uses paper disposable plates and plastic cutlery very poor look! and then ourplementary bus to the airport or airdrome left without us without even checking who his travelers were. Rubbish Breakfast was quite adequate but a pity the utensils were all plastic. The living space had a weird and strong smell. isy, dirty carpet and sink, maybe all outdated and obsolete already? Poor Wifi access-not possible to access the WiFi for everyone within the party Air Con sounded like a bus was driving through the living space the whole night. Ok morning meal but it was to swallow throwing all the plastic utensils and disposable plates and cups within the garbage. Location is good for an overnight if you have a morning flight but if you are looking for a beer or something to eat not much around although it did look like they were making a restaurant. Was pricey for a dated hotel with not many extras but it seems no YVR hotels are cheap. Coffee machine had to be put on the floor. Half hour shuttle bus shares with another hotel and had to be booked the night before and has restricted space. Driver then said he could have brought a bigger vehicle! Staff not very helpful to our requests. Single lift was restrictive. Staff didn’t tell us there was fruit and pastries instead of morning meal which didn’t start till 6:30! The facilities are a little tired old carpets, very old decor, a little dingy dark. Very expensive given the quality of facilities, but perhaps not expensive relative to other properties in Vancouver at that time of year. The hotel was on a very busy street, but there was good public transit and our living space faced the parking lot which was quiet. Fruit Salad could have been better, Cleaning the table could have been better, Egg fry could be better instead of plain New management? Breakfast included is quite spartanpared to previous years. Room pricing now is quite expensive. Had to arm twist the receptionist to get a quieter room. If you cannot put up with traffic and airplane noise, this is not a good choice for a stay. Room had a slight wet dog odor, but only noticed it when we arrived.Bigger issue: Left nightgown and when property was contacted with item, room, and date I was to
