👍 Clean andfortable and within the right location Location is 10 mins walk from supermarket where I could purchase food. Friendly, helpful staff. I sawments that the amodation was dated. I didn’t expect designer at the cheap price. The painting decorating of the stairwells was being finished off when we stayed the night between flights. It was better than I was expecting, I would stay again. Supermarket Five-10 minutes walk, coast 20 minutes walk. The living space had air conditioning, WiFi, Fridge freezer, oven, microwave and TV. The employees was friendly and quick to address any issues. The location is prefect quick drive to the coast and close to city main shopping area in St. John’s. Staff was friendly... location was super convenient to the coastes, supermarket... I loved the pool! It was quiet, and very relaxing... I also loved it had a restaurant on site and a bar.... There were cats at least 4 as you walk within the front then around the back a couple of more Tiny studio dirty linen dirty bathroom hole within the wall next to the air conditioner The employees were mostly very hospitable. Very easy access to the living space location and it was on the ground floor next to the pool and bar and restaurant. It was fine for what we paid and just for the night, it needs a refresh and everything is just looking tried, employees super helpful and wanted to assist all the time. Just needs a facelift. The bed wasfortable, living space was clean and the location was good for my needs, I did have a car which helped. Hotel restaurant food was good. Supermarket close by. thing The outside of the hotel. The living space size is spacious. So far, I really enjoy Antigua for one thing: The Mongolian food at Epicurean Foods Supermarket. The over look from the balcony It was located near the coast. The coast was very nice. The employees was very friendly and apologetic. Location The hotel needs some major investment for it to be at an acceptable level. It was my first visit and because of the no-refund due to cancellation penalty, I was forced to stay. I was placed in a living space considered to be upgraded but it met the minimum standard. Easy checkin and a big room Very helpful and nice employees who help the best they can to make your stay nice. Good air con. Staff very helpful. I booked the hotel as an overnight stop for my parents who needed assistance because of mobility issues and employees were very amodating - even helping to ensure that they caught their very early morning connecting flight. The living space was extremelyfortable and spacious. The property is in a good location and close to local shops. The employees was excellent and extremely friendly and helpful. t much The restaurant served a decent meal and the employees were really friendly. The employees was amazing. My family stopped to the island in transit and the employees made sure we maximized the trip. The restaurant attached has an amazing chef who took pride in his craft. Exceptional reception and security staff. Tasty breakfast. Spacious room Reception and security employees were exceptional Excellent location Th Staff was friendly. It was a good experience Adequate Bad The pool, the living space and the friendly staff Eggs was good and the living space spotless, bed was well made up . Friendly check in and restaurant staff. Convenient location for business.

👎 Wifi didn t work the whole time I raised my roaming bill. One pregnant receptionist was very friendly and professional but the other one was moody and fussy. Also kitchen was outsourced and could not get food when I wanted. Need signs for the doors example. Do not disturb. Etc. Microwave. And coffee maker did not work We stayed 5 days cleaning was done once only. Needs better coordination Dirty pool with murky water, couldn’t use - disappointed because that’s the main reason I chose hotel based on pictures. Stained bed linen.isy fridge and air con that I couldn’t sleep. Dingy living space and appliances. Dingy restaurant - quality of food doesn’t match price. Hotel need serious repairs and maintenance.t even a wee bottle of water within the room, but there is a large sign at reception stating that water from the cooler is for STAFF ONLY!! What a disappointmenting in tired from your short trip and can’t even quench your thirst tap water isn’t safe in Antigua.pe - definitely won’t stay there again!! Unfortunately the pool looked like it was ready for an annual clean so we didn’t use it. It wasn’t a problem we went to Dickenson bay instead . The kitchenette dish drain stove and bathroom tub could have been cleaner. Had to switch rooms but that’s not entirely aplaint as that was the best solution. I did not like it was listed as a b&b online, but when I got there you had to pay for breakfast... I also did not like the lighting within the living space too dull extreamly while doing my makeup... the bed I got was a king, which was actually two full bed that kept separating from each other.. the sliding door to terrace were unable to lock... which raised a concern for me extreamly when they say they are not responsible for your missing items it they should go missing... and the living space came with a safe but they wanted you to pay additional $$$ to use it... Everything But the receptionist was respectful gracious and very apologetic The wireless is very poor, one front work area employees was rude and also didn t give us enough kitchen equipment for the amount of persons staying within the room. Didnt like the ceiling fan was scared it was gonna drop on me throughout the night. And the shower head was loose plus the pipe wasing out of the wall and very shakey. There was no coffee, te bags, milk or sugar to make a cup of tea,but there was a kettle, cups and spoon. thing to note. Hot water pressure to living space was very low, not great after a long day at the coast. Door to living space 35 didn’t lock very well from the outside, high lock was broken. Bed linen had holes, there was a cooker within the living space with an exposed lpg gas tank, very dusty, no receptionist after 8pm, there was no one if you need something to be able tomunicate with. I will never go back. The hotel needs alot of refurbishment. The bed seems old, makes too much noise when tossing and turning. The TV is Old and outdated. The hot water takes a 15minutes to long toe. There was an ironer but no ironing board, had to use the bed. Same day of checking in after booking a month before I was told there were no rooms available which was for very disappointing. The website also said payment could have been paid upfront of the same day of check in which was not at that sort. There was a charge taken from my credit card before full confirmation. There were AC problem within the living space which we called for assistance and no one s

👍 Staff were pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. We had a one bedroom Villa, Very nice! Over looked the pool and a great view of the ocean. The property was beautiful, the coast was clean and the water a beautiful blue, close to the floating bar, water activities and places to eat and a grocery store. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking and we cooked in living space a lot. Even a blender for my Pina Colada’s. The gas ran out for the stove one night. We reported it to the office and it was immediately replaced. Housekeeping was very amodating. convenience, the coast, close, clean, beautiful. staff, helpful, friendly. room, spacious, clean, and nice Nice coast I loved the location. The condo was spacious. the two adjacent restaurants served us very well I like that the employees was very amodating. Maintenance was available to check the AC when it wasn t working properly... Quickly fixed it. Security was there to move us into our room. Main office was very pleasant with our concerns. I was so scared when I booked that this location was not the right one but then I realize how great it was and that I made the right decision !! The easy access to the beautiful coast! Location was fantastic. Rooms were really nice and really well kitted out. Facilities on site and nearby were ideal for a lazy coast holiday. Coconut Grove next door was brilliant. The employees is outstanding. Desiree,Christa,Mark, Omar, Candy, and everyone make you feel at home. The grounds are beautiful. The coast is full of coast 🏖 thatched huts for shade, and easy going currents. The resort is a classic model ofCaribbean Spanish architecture. Comfortable. Location fantastic! Beach is beautiful, the grounds well looked after with lovely flowers and palm trees... even a banana tree👍🏻... view from our suite s17 was fab... Big air conditioned studio rooms, great kitchen and bathroom. Right on the coast and next to a great restaurant Coconut Grove. There are also cute cats wandering around so this made it extra great The place is very good value for a property right on the coast. The rooms are clean and spacious with lovely gardens. The employees were helpful, they helped us to check-in and early and recovered a coat after we d left it whilst checking out. location was great Great location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent amodation but worth paying the US$25 per day extra for a coastfront suite as some of the rooms are tucked away at the back. Would rmend to anyone. It was my 40th birthday. The employees put balloons in our living space and left a bottle of wine. They gave me an apartment right on the coast! Please note it was low season :- The location was amazing. You must go to Coconut Grove bar too- they were also amazing! Perfect living space - modern, clean, all amenities, great location on the coast with access to different restaurants. We had a studio living space located near the pool. The living space was very nice and roomy, the kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to use it. The bathroom was clean and had a nice big shower. The resort grounds were very well kept, pool area was very nice. The coast area is nice and the resort has enough chairs and umbrellas for use. We would definitely stay there again. We loved the close proximity to the coast and the oversized 1 bedroom condo. We will definitely return. The air-conditioning worked when need

👎 I had booked twin beds, we were given 1 double bed. I booked a taxi, no one was at the airport or airdrome to collect my daughter and myself. The poor WiFi connectivity. S15 was the living space we were given, it looked very tired. The Villa had workers doing work on the property each day for the entire week except wednesday. Even though the work was exterior work, the hammering painting and the work men being in a space that was supposed to be quiet and peaceful. paying customer should have to endure this anywhere. internet, wasnt working within the room, very slow outside, only working by the pool. no restaurants available on the property, and nearby ones are closed or underconstruction, only one available for dinner, and one outside available for lunch, nothing available for breakfast. supermarket doesnt have eggs. Unfortunately this Hotel does not offer any kind of morning meal or coffee. They not even have a own Restaurant or Bar. Everything is self catering. For tourists like us who just stayed for a few days this Hotel is more than inconvenient. There is a little store by the Hotel. But it is not worth it. They almost have nothing to buy. Also this area features aRestaurant problem. Either the Restaurant do not exist anymore and or the one left is way to expensive for what they offer. We also did order a Taxi at the front work area to the Airport the night before for the price of USD 16. There was no Taxi in this Sunday morning. The one we finally got charged us USD 20 because he had to get up and was still home sleeping. The Island it self is very beautiful but ripping off tourists. Also the people are not as friendly as they re on other Caribbean Islands we went to. But they don t care really. Only 1 set of towels, extra towels would have been nice. There was no headboard so the pillows kept falling on the floor. extra toilet paper, had to buy a roll. our friends didn t have such a good experience because their living space backed onto a building site which was really bad news. not only did it wreck the view but the workman started at 0700 so they had no chance to sleep I wish there was entertainment at the coast. Even a singer playing a guitar or dancers for a hour would be pleasant to have on site so that we wouldn t have to leave premises. The roads! And this is not your fault but that’s the only negative I can find Too Many antes, and mosquitoes. Its must be an obvious problem, cause the living space was stocked with insect spray. Could have been a few more umbrellas and loungers on the coast. WiFi. The suite was very boring, decor 👎🏻... mattress rubbish... the balcony was closed in!!?? Why on earth would you do that? Would have been lovely to seat outside within the evening... photos on booking. a bit deceiving... the suites look great... what we got, nothing like the photos! In the winter months the owners use the apartments... they shouldn’t advertise the nice ones... when they are clearly not available!! tea and coffee should be provided within the rooms for this cost. It would also be good to have shower facilities available after leaving luggage following checkout Could have been a few condiments within the kitchen The question Who did you travel with? does not include family above 18 .... so no option to tick? Mother and daughter were the guests on this occasion to see the installation of their brother uncle being installed as Bishop of St. Johns............ wireless in

👍 Absolute ideal and great value. Perfect location on the hill overlooking St John’s with brilliant scenery out to sea. A short walk taxi into town. The main man Nicholas is a bit of a legend. Good sized apartment, with a decent kitchen and large bedrooms. Great scenery over St John s city. The host is super helpful. I came for a business trip. Location to St. John s was good. Staff was pleasant. Bed was good. The experience my family had was amazing the owner was very warm and hosting and the rooms were clean andfortable. Would absolutely return and rmend to anyone. Incredibly helpful staff, extreamly the hotel manager. Large rooms with a well furnished kitchen. Friendly staff. Manager and employees very friendly daily cleaning of living space if needed no extra cost and both manager and employees are locals so can advise you on everything that is within the area also supermarket is not far from the property I LIKED THAT IT WAS CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT, and CLOSE TO SEE MY FRIEND EVERY NITE. The management and employees were very friendly and helpful. Getting around was no problem at all. The on-site taxi made it easy and he was quite friendly. The property was quaint and very clean. I would highly rmend this property to persons visiting Antigua Excellent value for money. Upgraded on first night. Owner bent over backwards to ensure all was good. Breakfasts excellent. Very helpful in organising transport for business meetings. Staff very friendly and helpful. My 2nd stay here. Quiet location. The host is amazing! You have everything you need and anything Missing They will arrange right away. Slept like a baby The location was very good. Easy access to the Town and roads leading to the country. The area was safe and quiet. Every day there was living space service and new towels, which was not always necessary, but weed. Option toe and go as we wanted. Parking was easy. The employees were pleasant. Good location for access to the city or visiting the suburbs. The view from the terrace. The owner Ivan was very amodating and helpful. It was clean. Staff very friendly the owner ivan and employees were helpful and aadating. quiet area . cleaned daily. Great hospitality thing the manager was not a nice person The ants within the bed ran away after the first night so it wasn’t so bad after that night It wasfortable There was hot water within the shower, living space service throughout the day and AC throughout the property. The employees was amazing! no The professionalism of the owner. The rooms were very clean the employees were brilliant and Mr Nicholas was superb really enjoyed our stay Quiet, peaceful location on a hill with a good view. Only a Five-minute walk to a bus stop. The bed wasfortable. Rooms are spacious Nice small and cozy room. Good breakfast! Worth the cash for my one night in transit! Scenic Clean aparment and surrounding property. Staff and owner friendly and helpful. Would rend, and use again. It was a good location close to the city and the airport. Comftable apartment. Located on high of a hill, so a good view of downtown St. John s. For a Caribbean island, good value for the money. Good morning meal at reasonable price. Inn manager helped with everything including taxis, meal delivery, Spacious apartment. Bed veryfortable. Air con goo

👎 A bit far to walk out to dinner having a vehicle is useful, and you can rent one from this hotel. Had a ground floor Two-bdrm apt. The wireless reception was poor. The lighting was poor, not conducive to working. One bedroom had no natural light and was lit with a 25W bulb. desk. The television very antique - poor quality. Flat screen TVs are very inexpensive and one expects a flat screen TV in this day and age, not a 1970s bulging TV. Couldn t get more than a couple of channels with poor reception. Paid way too much for what you get with this room. Can be a bit noisy at times, extreamly when people are talking within the corridor. Careful when choosing living space as pictures are not corresponding to reality. Got a cheap living space almost within the basement, power generator just outside the living space ran twice during night making it impossible to sleep. Breakfast service is very slow and not chaeper than downtown. Parking on the grass is ok but not ideal as there is no ramp so have to mount the curb or sometimes people will park in front so had to park a little down the road not a big issue but none the less Manager is rude, very poor customer service skills. Room was bacis not worth the cash paid very over priced absolute ripoff. I booked my stay with booking. at a price of usd$75 with my credit card under the agreement to pay at the property. On arriving at the property yo check within the price quoted to me was different at usd$84 when I question the price I was told by the manager who also runs reception that booking. charges their price and they the property charge their own price. I also was told that half of the payment was already taken from my account. I was further informed that I choose the smallest living space at the property, absolute basic. I had no choice but to pay the balance or lose my cash and find other amodation as I was travel with my 1year old infant son on a nights layover traveling back to the Uk from Montserrat where I am originally from. Breakfast within the morning was a disaster and incurred a argument with the manager and myself as what I ordered one as told I can have because it s frozen even though I was ordering from the menu given. I cancelled the morning meal to leave and get morning meal elsewhere when I was approached by the manager saying why did I waste their time. My stay at this property was dreadful absolutely teribble from booking till check out I would never stay there again nor would I rmend it to no one. THE BED and SHEETS NEED TO BE UPDATED... THERE WERE NO COMFORTER FOR THE COOL NIGHTS. MISSED HAVING A POOL. WOMEN NEED TO HAVE BRIGHTER LIGHTS IN THE BATHROOM TO DO THEIR MAKEUP. The only thing I did not like was that the bathrooms could use a few minor upgrades but differently everything else was great If they update furniture and such it would be just the great place. Furniture is a bit out dated, but fine And in good condition The crockery within the kitchen needed to be updated. Some of the crockery was chipped. and not inviting to use. There was no colander, the openers were rusty, the large knives blunt and the cupboards smelt musty. The cutlery was hit and miss One day we came home and our living space had not been locked which was not acceptable. We were given a free of cost morning meal as a good will gesture. Had to pay for use of washing facilities and did not feel safe hanging clothes out to dry The bathroom had no hot water. The bedroom blinds
