👍 Bungalows were amazing. Food was great. Pools and the scenery were spectacular. Barman was awesome and made our night. Extremely close to old ruins and offered in house tours etc which were great value for money.
Clean andfortable hotel, great pools. Good food and drinks available.
Location scenery are breathtaking. The view are everything. I like the scren-in porch bungalows. Rooms has air conditioning, cable TV. On the porch a Hammock, chairs and a small coffee table are convenient. Large couch inside room.
The property was close to the Cahal Pech ruins. They had good food and the bar employees were nice.
The view is AH-MAZING! Totally unbelizeable! You just can’t beat waking up to that! And the living space is super cute, decorated well and veryfortable. Having the screened in porch with hammock at our disposal proved invaluable. On site tour services was also super helpful. And the food within the restaurant is superb! Try the pineapple chicken!
Staff were lovely
San Ignacio isnt the place you visit to watch T.V and sitfortably in a air conditioned room. It s a place to be one with nature if you re hot, go jump within the beautiful pool that s steps from your cabana. There s also a natural breeze through the cabanas at night, so the A. C isn t necessary. The morning meal was very good
Overall the hotel was great, really friendly and helpful employees and great food. The bar area and the restaurant were great with surprisingly REALLY good food. The cabanas are nice, although need a little tidying up, and the pool area was excellent.
Hotel employees were very friendly and weing. Check in was very easy. Our living space was a two person cabana with a great view overlooking San Ignacio with great facilities. The hotel had a great restaurant and bar service which we used each night we were there. We also booked a tour to Caracol through the hotel which was very easily done and reasonably priced.
Food was good. Service excellent.
Amazing andfortable little bungalows! Very good food and drinks at on-site restaurant. Would definitelye back again!
We love staying here - the employees are very friendly and helpful, the pool is lovely, you can t beat the view, and the morning meal is the best! A home away from home.
The friendliness of the employees and how quickly they attended to your requests.
All the employees was really helpful and rmended good tours and restaurants. Food was good. Beautiful view and location was very convenient.
Good location, great staff. The rooms within the main building are spacious and living space 604 had a fridge which was a nice surprise.
The view and individual huts are great!
Location was great, right next to Cahal Pech site. Dinner was very good. Breakfast buffet tasty but a little pricey. Staff was very polite and friendly. We loved the deck of our bungalow at night.
Awesome view! Nice pool. Friendly staff. Good drink specials. Nice experience!
The employees were absolutely wonderful, the scenery are great. Friendly and helpful staff.
The employees was extremely helpful and attentive. Particularly appreciated thefort of getting picked up and transferred from and to the airport or airdrome and thefort of scheduling all excursions prior to arrival. The resort was full but still quiet enough at night to allow me some of the best rest I’ve ever had while on vacation.
The employees was wonderful and super helpful. The
Location wasn’t the best - had to get a taxi in and out of town. And very strangely the male wait employees at the restaurant were not very friendly helpful efficient, also kept you waiting while they were standing around on their phones at times. However the female employees were beautiful.
Getting to the location, the road up the hill is Terrible. Gravel road and large potholes. Breakfast could have a more wider selection. Prices are way too high for morning meal and I also felt rushed. fridge, no microwave. The cost for breakfast, I didn t have a blanket in my room. My family were not able to swim freely. $10 per person. The lady who worked on the night of 7 31 19 was extremely rude. She asked my 3 young nephews to get out of the pool, but still asked for us to pay for them. She would not give us her name and she also mentioned we should have inquired about the pool polices. For 2019 Belize vacation we stayed at 3 Resorts and this is the only one requested we pay for our guest to swim. Terrible customer service. Mostly the woman who worked the night of 7 31
This really isn’t a resort. We were looking forward to ending our long short trip at a nicer place with good facilities. The pool was dirty and the tiles needed scrubbing, the WiFi was poor quality within the room, the living space didn’t make sense- had a tv on the same wall the beds were on so you would have to sit backwards to watch it, the spa doesn’t have an actual separate location- all services are delivered in your room. The air con didn’t cool the living space off, and the reception employees were superficially friendly- not really willing to assist you out when needed. The prices are mid range so I wasn’t expecting luxury- but we could have gotten a similar experience maybe minus the pool for half the price. My rmendation is go cheaper if you want to save money, if you want a nicer place you’ll have to pay for it. The reviews made it seem like we were getting a lot more than we actually did and in hindsight I wish I had spent a few hundred more for better facilities.
The air conditioner didn’t work very well, and the bungalow features ahatch roof so keeping cool air in is nearly impossible. However, the front work area loaned us a fan and it helped tremendously. Microwaves would have made it perfect!
They really charged an extortionate amount for the excursions and cheekily charged us $50 US dollars for a 1 hour stop at the zoo which did not even include the entry. Really upset by this. Also the rooms are extremely basic and not veryfortable and do not resemble the pictures advertised.
The head wait employees at morning meal had a bad attitude, however I wont allow her behavior to affect my review of the other employees that were terrific. The T.V and A. C didn t work very well, even when it was fixed by maintenance. The dinner wasn t very good, I rmend eating out locally in city somewhere
The hotel is a great base for all of the local trips but it’s way up on a hill overlooking San Ignacio so there’s no chance you can amble in to city if the feeling takes you. The cabanas are in need of an upgrade, wardrobes and storage for clothing would be a huge benefit, and considering the climate a small fridge would be a Godsend. Generally though, they are clean, tidy and well looked after.
Toilet didnt flush and was unclean. Aircon was on max but didnt cool the living space cleaners turned off during the day too. Restrauant didnt have half the items
