👍 Pool area was nice. Room had a bath. Breakfast was okay. View from the morning meal area was nice. nice pool with a view over the mountains, good food and friendly staff Wow, set high up within the mountains above St Julia de Loria, the view was amazing. Staff were very helpful. There was access to a washing machine and dryer- much appreciated after being on the road for a while. We opted for half-board as it was out of the city up a steep and winding road and the dinner options were great- good decision. The living space was a little old, but clean andfortable. A very well run family hotel. We have stayed many times before and always receive a great wee. Would rmend for summer or winter holiday. High up within the mountain with fabulous views The location is excellent, out of the busymercial areas with beautiful scenery and opportunity to walk outdoors. The employees was extremely helpful. Breakfast was great but the half board option was the best we have ever had. The food is brilliant. We enjoyed a veryfortable, relaxed stay at this hotel, very near to the Spain border within the south of Andorra, making for easy access and departure, as the roads in Andorra are extremely busy. The young waiter in restaurant is very nice and helpful. rich breakfast, a lot of variety. super croissant and local food. and the employees speaks everything from French to English... and some Spanish as well Just about everything, the scenery were something special from our hotel living space window, employees absolutely brilliant, totally faultless Great meal in restaurant on site with lovely service. Awesome scenery from bedroom and bathroom window. Lovely atmosphere watching world cup football inmunal living area. Excellent staff, very helpful. Excellent restaurant and great for the money. Beautiful location, very close to Naturlandia. Bed very confortable. Great view from the hotel. Friendly staff Room 201 photo from bedroom at sunrise. Great views, spacious andfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant menu good and varied. Breakfast reasonable price and fresh; fruit, meat, cheese, cereal, yoghurt, bread, croissants and a warm potato dish with fresh tomato sauce. Hotel has stunning views, the employees are excellent, food and wine is good, rooms are spacious and clean The employees members were really warm, specially a very young waiter. The dinner menu is great value for money, and the food is home made and tasty. The facilities are warm andfortable, and the location is really peaceful and only 2 kilometer from naturlandia. Young guy in reception was really nice and friendly Pool, staff, location, breakfast The view was stunning, walks were wonderful. Nice location for hiking Been on quite a few occasions very friendly, hosting and excellent value for money. Nice apartment, good breakfast, interesting location. Very nice and friendly family. Very friendly staff The view is incredible Quiet, great location up on the hill, parking. The setting of this hotel high within the mountains of Andorra was incredible with amazing scenery from the living space and nice windows that opened wide to enjoy it from both the bedroom and the jacuzzi bathtub. The fresh mountain air was delightful. The pool was great if you love to swim. The pool along with the proximity of the hotel to Naturlandia would make it a great summer goal for families. This hot
👎 We bought tickets to the Naturlandia from the hotel reception. After waiting in line for one attraction for 35 minutes we were sent off by the employees who told us we had wrong tickets. Everything was sorted out eventually, but still was not a good experience being told off within the first place and had to talk with the employees who are not super fluent in English. Supposedly we were given tickets that worked on some other season, not high season. A bit rundown: showers at pool didn t work, tiles and steps broken. With some renovations, this could be a great place. tea coffee making facility or refrigerator available either in-room or shared thing The food in restaurant. You have no choice if you want to drink a wine, as the hotel is 10km away from the city and on the hill. nothing To be honest, their was nothing to fault, maybe tea making facilities in our living space would have been good, but that s not a necessity thing to declare! The hotel is quite away from the city center. The furniture within the living space was a bit dated and the morning meal was limited with a poor choice of bread thing I Liked nearly all, pool is outside so it was frozen and you need a car. must upgrade the toiletries a little bit. Too basic for this day and age Very noisy Very thin walls The pool was empty and the gardens looked unkept. thing Room somewhat small You might struggle to find it exactly - fortunately the hotel features anumber of signs on the road up. Your satnav won t get you to the door. The morning meal was not only plain but actually tasted bad. I am not much of a morning meal eater but the fruit was soft and rotten within the middle and the juice was not tasty enough to want to drink it. The bed was small - a standard double, very hard and distinctly sloped to the middle. It was hard to sleep well with that and also woke up with a back ache. With the great setting and potential of the hotel they would be wise to upgrade the furniture and decor and do some simple repairs such as the pool tile which would bring the whole place up a couple of notches. thing. Winding road up to about 6 kilometer from town. Must have good car with good GPS. Access through a tight mountain road. Hotel now looking a little run down. isy ... out of control kids at midnight Using the WiFi was problematic
