👍 It was literally the mostfortable bed I have ever slept on. We removed the sheets to see the brand so we can purchase the same bed. The pillows were plentiful soft and living space was VERY clean! We were going to the PNE and was no more than 1 min walking to it. We felt very safe staying there. The buffet morning meal more than met our expectations too with bacon, sausage, pancakes, eggsscrambled or hardboiled not the runny eggs but cooked great and fluffy, choice of 5 cereals, breads, bagels, pastries, scones, assortment of fresh fruits and yogurts, coffee, teas, juices hot chic and the list went on and on. Would def go there again and recc to anyone who wants a quiet, sound proof andfy room. A The closeness of the hotel to the PNE. The morning meal was good. Cleaning employees was extra friendly. It was walking distance to the PNE Fair. We stayed in this hotel by chance, after our original reservation fell through. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. All the employees we interacted with was really friendly and helpful. We traveled with our dog and upon checking within the receptionist told us all the pet-friendly rooms were occupied. The receptionist called her manager and they were able to amodated us. Our room, a double queen bed, was tinier that I was expecting but it was clean and wasfy. The living space also had a tiny balcony but, unfortunately, it was really dirty and had some bird poop, so we didn t make use of it.Breakfast was nice with many choices, if you don t have any dietary restrictions. If you do, your choices be more limited. During our stay there was a problem with the fire alarm, which went off. Everybody exited the building in an orderly manner and employees was prompt to let everyone know when we could return to our rooms. What a great property! We stayed here for a few nights before our Alaska cruise. There were 3 of us and the living space was large and spotless! The employees here is probably the nicest I have ever encountered at any property. Free shuttle to Canada Place daily was a bonus, as that is where the tours pick you up from and the cruise terminal location. One day they did not have a driver so they called and paid for a taxi to take us - what a nice surprise. Any other hotel would probably just say - sorry, we don’t have a driver today. We also used transportation back to the hotel and it was very easy - bus stop right across from the hotel. Also great Vietnamese restaurant across the street that you should try. Thanks Atrium for the affordable stay in Vancouver. Breakfast options and coffee All Staff was great and answered all questions, try to assist everyone but the the internet connection was really terrible. The fact that morning meal and shuttle bus was included. The bed was fantastic. The living space was great. The view was nice. The employees were very helpful and polite. The living space was clean, the bedfortable ... The morning meal living space was drab and unclean, no kitchen employees wiping down spills or cleaning up food and dropped paper off the floor and last but not least PAPER PLATES, PAPER CUPS AND PLASTIC KNIVES AND FORKS.. this was Once a lovely hotel. Very sad It wasfortable, close to transport, great Vietnamese restaurant across the road The employees is unusually friendly and amodating. After the noisy, sleepless first night they changed our living space to the 4th floor and back of the property. The living space was quite a bit s

👎thing best hotel I have stayed in and we travel 3 times a year all overrth America The.view of. the apartment building off our balcony was less to be desired. Hoping next year when wee to the city this building still stands. The desk employees was cranky. One person answered 2 calls and rolled her eyes during each conversation.t too professional. The living space rate is quite excessive. This is a 2.5 star hotel, maybe a 3 if the bathroom was larger. For $275 and $295 per night, these rates are ridiculous. I got gouged and won t make the same mistake again. Tiny double queen bedroom. Dirty balcony.t enough morning meal choices for people with dietary restrictions. This hotel s location is not the greatest; there was lots of smelly trash around, which attracted pests. There was no wireless when we checked in and although it was beyond their control it was beyond ours as well. It was late and we had to wait a long time. They could have offered to upgrade our stay or something for our inconvenience I booked a living space in February requesting a walk in shower with a chair as I would have a 94 year old with me needing disability access. The booking was for July 20 2019. I called 3 times from February to July, the last one 2 weeks before our arrival date. Each time I was assured that the living space would be available. When we arrived they had given the living space to someone else but they could offer someone to assist getting in and out of the tub. As if a 94 year old would want that. If you have special requirements look elsewhere. Otherwise the living space was clean andfortable and the morning meal was good also. Internet connection needs to make strong within the rooms. Holding back monies presuming damage may be caused and yet not giving us an inventory of the room. For instance, the bathroom tiles were cracked at the door and we were concerned that we would be accused of having done it. All ended well but it caused my husband anxiety! The toaster right within the middle of the line up causing people to stop and wait holding other people up that wanted to get to the food or coffee For a hotel that is pretty far out of the Vancity core, they charge a fortune! $480 Canadian approx $365 U. S. for a living space with 2 double beds and a view of an alley. However, there is free of cost parking in a secure garage on site, which is a big plus. Free morning meal is attractive but sub par, and the dining area is crowded and dirty. air con within the room, a broken hair drier, and clogged sink drain rounded out the experience. Staff is super nice. AS ABOVE.. Wall paper starting to peel, so easy to just put a bit of glue under it.. It seems nobody cares Bteakfast was not the best. Also served with plastic cutlery and paper plates and cups.t sure why they only had a one way shuttles into town We were in a large SUV. There is no warning entering the underground secured parking of the EXTREMELY LOW ceilings!! We could not open the rear hatch to get the luggage out without dinging it! The hatch in no way could be opened fully!! They do have plenty of signs saying they are not liable for any damages incurred though! Our initial living space assignment was on the second floor facing E Hastings. The street noise all night was unbelievable!! The morning meal area is too small for size of this hotel. In trying to amodate more people you can barely get around the tables! However, you can sit within the pub which is connec

👍 The check in was quick, the hotel was securing needing ID to get in after midnight, the living space was beautiful and clean with a lovely view. Location good The employees were great; very professional and friendly. The two that were exceptional were Angela at the Front Desk and the Concierge I m bad at names but think it was Drake or similar. The living space was well air conditioned and the bedsfortable. There was a separate living space for relaxing which was nice. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly, however they amodated us with late checkout and free of cost breakfast. Also brought fans for each of us, because the temperature wasn’t too warm we were easily cooled down. We hadn’t noticed the air con problem until early early within the morning and choose not to be moved and they respected our wishes. Location was fabulous Rooms were large and nice bathrooms Spacious room Gym was great and rooms very clean. Staff was polite and location was okay. Rooms are updated andfortable. The location is great! Walking distance to the metro, bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Large apartment with 2 different rooms, sparkling clean, friendly staff, beautiful bathroom. Good shower and good bed. Everything was fine Bed, lighting, TV and the bathroom Delicious breakfast. The beds were excellent !!! Drew the man at the front was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and is a real asset to your hotel The gentlemen who checked us in was super nice and professional, as was the waiter who delivered living space service to us on 4 occasions. The overall size and cleanliness of the living space and the 2 large flat screen TVs were appreciated. The midtown Vancouver location was also good. But ... be cautious which way you walk after leaving the hotel.t too many blocks away, there are a remarkable number of homeless and other seemingly troubled people. The huge bed was amazing after a long flight. Clean living space which seemed fresh and tidy. Easy to access. Clean and spacious room. The location is very convenient, near Yaletown and Robson Street10mins walking tordstrom Center MallThe bed isfortable The living space is very clean Drew at the Bell Concierge desk was most helpful with our luggage checking and excursion tickets. We needed to store our luggageing off the cruise boat for the day, and he was a life saver. The location was central and there was a decent restaurant onsite for breakfasts We were very impressed with the friendliness of employees from the moment we walked in and nothing changed within the three nights we stayed there. Our living space was veryfortable and well equipped. Breakfast within the restaurant was very affordable and provided a healthy range of options. The hotel is located out of the CBD but close enough for an easy walk to the harbour and to quality restaurants nearby. The living space was very spacious, great view of the city and also very central. A train stop was a 5 min walk away and also there is free of cost shuttle to the capilano bridge that stops right by the hotel. The living space price is expensive and the morning meal is poor, with the price of over $350 per night 1 room, price is included with breakfast, i expect the morning meal should be buffet morning meal but not, each person only has 1 order: 2 egg and 2 pieces of ham and a cup of coffee and 2 slices of bread, no other foodHotel is overcharge, the front enter is difficu

👎 There was nothing about this hotel I didn t like. Room family living space for 5 was very cramped and not as nice as photos. Outside terrace was dirty and littered with junk. Double beds were TINY and fold out very ufortable. While the bellmen were fantastic, the reception employees weren t quite so friendly. One gentleman Ralph refused to assist one of our party find out about the evening tour that was advertised in their own brochures which was a real shame. The area around the hotel is also quite rough so while it is short walking distance to good shopping and eating it isn t necessarily nice to walk there. Beds were very ufortable. For the price, living space should have at minimum a queen bed. Our living space had 2 double beds and a pull out sofa. There were 4 of us within the room. Double bed is NOT big enough for 2 people to sleep on. Overall, beds were just ufortable. Even kids 15 and 18 years old were waking up with sore backs Location - seedy end of Granville Street.ise and sirens all night. After two nights requested a move to higher floor which was better but it was Sunday so quieter anyway. Staff were lovely but I would not stay again t to book through booking. go directly through the hotel next time the rates are too high when you go through these three party booking. And if you want to change your schedule with the rates. I was not happy with this hidden problem it s not worth the money. The hotel is ok, we did not like the surrounding area... downtown but not especially fancy. Actually many drug addicted sitting around on the sidewalks I thought price per night was a little high and checkout was not as smooth as I would like. My living space had an additional charge on the bill for pre authorization, which did not clear before departing. Also, I scheduled a taxi to take us to the airport or airdrome and we came downstairs to catch taxi. taxi was there and took additional time to locate one. Front desk did rally and go outside to flag down a taxi. They get a star for that effort. Location is miserable. Full of druggies and homeless people. We literally saw people doing meth 50 yards away. Also, cleaning ladies that knock on your door at 8:15 within the morning is unacceptable. Air conditioner system is noisy and could be better. Cramped ‘suite’ which was marketed asfortable for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Our youngest had to have a folding bed brought up. Hotel in need if modernisation - Carpets and wallpaper dated. A lot of cash for what it was.. The windows could have been more sound proof on the 3rd floor where we were on as our daughter on the 14th floor had no noise at all extreamly 3 O’c In the morning This was not a traditional Best Western, that my family and I have usually enjoyed, and expected. Specifically... NO morning meal included. NOplimentary coffee or tea at the ready within the lobby. NO pool or hot tub. NO free of cost parking. And, the hotel refused to give me any discount or Points toward future BE stays even though I am a BW Member, just because I initially booked through s. Com. So, Buyers Beware😒 In addition .... while the living space was large and the bedsfortable, the air conditioner was inadequate to keep us fullyfortable through the nights. The 2 elevators are also very slow and way too much time is wasted having to wait for one, regardless of the day of the week or time of day. Even considering the generally exorbitant if n
